Eternity Flame For Women

This is extremely close to Diamonds en Rouge by Elizabeth Taylor, but less sweet. You gotta love pink pepper to love this though, as it is the dominant note throughout. Quite delicious, and refreshingly bright for a spicy little number like this one. Opens with pink pepper and orange, and a clean patchouli and resin base lasts throughout. Very wearable, I say wear it any time of year, because it is not heavy in any way, and a quality fragrance made in France to boot, has that oily or waxy sheen on skin when sprayed like better fragrances, must be the carrier they use, I don't think it would stain clothes but test first, and for a discount price, in Canada at SDM for $21.99 in 50 ml, this is a very good buy. batch code indicates 2025-11-19 production date. If you like pink pepper notes, this is surprisingly good, not heavy, just bright and delicious. I went back to SDM and bought a back up, because it is that good!

The sweet opening is brief and not particularly likeable. But what comes next is very pleasant. I like the sweet pea but don’t feel it here at all. It must be the labdanum. It’s spa-like and calming like aromatherapy. Unisex if not more masculine. It’s similar to Reveal but I like this more. I agree with one of the reviewers that Reveal smells like French fries from McDonald’s. Flame does not. Rather, it’s medicinal and somehow captivating. PS: after a slow start I fell in love with this glorious resinous scent. It is so very different from fruity florals. Apparently, I have a thing for resins (labdanum hers) as I am obsessed with myrrhe as well.

I expected solid and I got divine. I adore original Eternity, but Flame is extraordinary. Fruity, passionate, spicy - with elegant vibe. Warm labdanum adds deep aroma to the opening note, which is sweet and fresh. There is an oriental pepperiness, in contrast with gentle flowery note. Very provocative, but in balanced harmony. This hot, sensual and convincing perfume has an amazing charm. I belive both man and woman can enjoy it, suits all passionate characters without doubts. --- Nice sillage (moderate-strong) and longevity: cca 6 hrs.

What a knock out! I am in love with this one. I can't afford it yet but I tried it in the chemist and it is absolutely to die for, if you like heavy hitting scents. It does get a slight cough medicine note to it but it isn't too bad. It is very sweet, very intense, very balsamic and floral. I can't tell you the exact notes, I'm not that aware but it is just amazing. I recommend it, it reminds me of the old style heavy florientals a bit. The dry down later is very strong still, reminds me of a sweet incense. Nice!

This was a blind buy at TJmaxx but a very pleasant surprise. I figured I'd at least like it cause I like spicy musky scents and Calvin Klein rarely disappoints me, but it's actually a pretty decent smell-alike for one of my discontinued all-time faves, Max Mara Le Parfum. Not exact of course, and not enough to be considered a dupe, but close enough that the urge to drop a few hundred on actual Max Mara is dissipating. I don't really smell the citrus or sweet pea, just a lot of pepper and musk but it's gorgeous.

I'm in love at first spray. This comes off very medicinal to me for some reason. I'm seeing everyone else say "spicy orange" in their reviews. Perhaps this is it? It seems like there are more notes than what is shown here, but I can't tell. I literally just ate a mandarin orange before putting this on and they are not the same. This is very, very nice. As I'm typing this, the medicinal accord is calming down a bit. I'll always love CK perfumes. <3 It's getting creamy somehow. Intoxicating.

I'm very new, definitely not an expert, however this sample is very different to the others I own, really a distinctive fragrance amongst gourmands and florals. It comes over as spicy, hot and bright smelling. There's a bit of deep heat going on (the muscle relaxant) and I would have sworn there was chilli pepper in here. The sillage and longevity are middling but while I smell it, I love it.

Oh my God! The longevity is incredible!!! I sprayed this at 8 am this morning, it's now 5:30 pm and it's still going strong. In all honesty I didn't really like Eternity Flame in the beginning and I even questioned my decision to purchase it, but now (three months later) I'm absolutely loving it ❤️ It's lovely.

This fragrance really surprised me! I was expecting something sharp!!! but no no no!! this is soft but good in longevity The scent is extremely pleasant, and relaxing. reminds me with old small jellybean in my town.. sweet and citrus. and the selling point from this fragrance is cheap only 20$ for 100ml

I didn’t think I’d like this as much as I do as I only paid £20 for 100ml so I thought it would be weak. Absolutely not. It’s beautiful. Warm, spicy and not a hint of oud which I’m happy about. I’ll definitely be buying this again because I can’t stop smelling my wrists. My new favourite.

At the beginning, this smells exactly like Givenchy’s Organza Indecence, a nice dry spice blast. When it dries down, it smells like original Eternity with touches of Givenchy’s Organza Indecence. It’s so spicy and tiny bit floral. I’m in love!

A rare flanker that is better than the original. Smells more like a member of the Euphoria family, but maybe that's just me. To me, it's a spicy, autumnal scent. Very sanguine and... alive.

Reminds me of Angel with a bit of chocolate and spice although not listed.

This (new to me) perfume hobby is so interesting. I really like Eternity Flame now, and I actually almost hated it when I bought it last fall. Last fall, I smelled mostly pepper (which I don't dislike) but not enough sweetness to balance it. I wasn't sure why anyone would make or wear this, so I moved it to the back of my (growing) collection, to let some time go by before trying it again. Glimpses of the top of the bottle sitting in the back of my cabinet would remind me to question the wisdom of blind-buying bargain fragrances. Six months later, this morning I was moved to give it another go. Whoah, what happened? This is pretty cool! It is more amber now, with a spicy little edge. I'm picking up the warmth of it which I had previously missed completely. It might be me, having had more "practice" at identifying notes - or maybe the bottle matured in that time; maybe both of those things together. I'm glad I waited and gave it another try before moving it out. At the moment I think I'm going to wear this on routine kind of days when the air is crisp. For special occasions or evenings out I'd wear one of my other favorites, but for typical days of errands and everyday life, this provides a warm and intriguing aura. It's unisex and good for a get-things-done day. I've been smelling my wrists all morning, when last fall I really wanted it off of me. How funny! (Side note, I don't love the flanker bottle design. I can't help but notice that the decision to simply stamp the word FLAME in red letters on the iconic Eternity bottle was definitely one of the first two ideas. It doesn't inspire much interest in this variation on the OG, it doesn't look like much thought was given to it. I understand the color of the liquid is to speak for itself - it's kind of orangey - but still. Just my humble opinion, as I'm discovering that this scent is much more interesting than the bottle lets on.)

My best friend introduced me to this today, and out of the bottle it smells of licorice for some reason, as well as a very dry, peppery spices. Oddly, I'd never classify this as "sweet pea" at all, but I'm also hinging my impression *admittedly* off of a limited experience base...as I've only gotten my nose on Bath and Body Works' Sweet Pea 🤣 It has a fruitiness though, that I couldn't identify either. The notes match in some ways, but in some ways they don't. I've written before about labdanum; but to summarize I'm actually awed by it, and it's my favorite note ever. This however, doesn't smell much like truly resinous labdanum oil at all, it only has some of that deep, licorice-meets-leather tone, which is why I think it smelled of licorice. Labdanum is complex, and multifaceted. Because of that, it's massively, wildly different in various fragrances. At any rate, this doesn't smell like labdanum as I usually understand it. This is really nice, and it's casually classy. It suits my friend more than myself, but I recommend it.

I got a small bottle of this on sale, mostly because I am a huge fan of the Eternity range, especially the original Eternity which used to be my signature scent when I was in high school (late 90's). I have mixed feelings about it. It is a very cosy, warm cashmere like fragrance. Salty-sweet caramel, spices and woody musky dry down. A very similar DNA to CK's Reveal, but less intense...The longevity is average. I don't own Reveal, it was on my wish list for some time, but now I don't know if I should get it, hence the similarity to Flame. After CK entered in Coty group, they have launched pretty disappointing fragrances like Down Town, Eternity Intense s.o. This is not a bad review, I like Flame, as I said a very warm and pleasant fragrance especially for cold weather, but I was definitely expecting more...

I’m a lover of vintage perfumes and love the original Eternity. I saw this on sale I said why not it was only $25. I sprayed it and didn’t get much from it then 5 mins later I said what’s that smell it was me. It dries down beautifully. I love it 🥰 I’d say it’s really good for any season. I think it’s more unisex. You can definitely smell the original Eternity in it but with an added note. If it was made by Lattafa it would be talked about everywhere and the next big thing and everyone would be buying it but because it’s “Calvin Klein” everyone stays away because their “vintage”. Look past the name and you’ve got a great perfume that not everyone else is wearing.

Flame for women is a delicious little number and I lucked into it cheaply as many have said. The orange is spicy and flirty. The consensus seems to judge this to be unisex and I agree. So I’m ordering a sample of the mens version to compare. I’m female and I virtually never enjoy a designer womens scent so this is a bonus prize. I think it’s a date night scent for anyone especially if you want to go classy rather than overtly sexy or wild-party vibe. Do try it if you enjoy spicy—you might fall in love. Addendum: I’m back to say I used this at bedtime and still have it with me at 11 am next morning. For a cheapie that’s crazy.

I love this scent ! Flame is unisex, sweet, spicy, warm and cool at the same time. The opening is a blast of red pepper, warm, bright and bracing. Then the scent of mandarin oranges rises, swirling, enticing, spiced with cinnamon, allspice, mace and cardamom. Cardamom gives a cooling and uplifting aspect often found in men's fragrances .Sweet pea adds a feminine aspect.. Amber and a small touch of labdanum gives Flame staying power. Flame is strong and lasts easily 8 hours on my skin with moderate projection. A bit too strong for office wear. Great for anyone, any age, to wear all year long.

Bought this a few weeks ago on clearance and wasn't sure I liked it the first few times I used it. As a lot of reviewers noted, it is a heavily spiced (peppered?) citrus, and that just isn't usually my thing. But after it sits for a while the scent softens, and I find it really pleasant, if a little heavy for this very hot weather we're having in the Midwest US. Maybe this is just me, but I get whiffs of anise with the amber, and I've decided to save it for cooler autumn temperatures. Sillage is okay, but it does linger on my clothing even days later.

I'm unable to give a proper review about my feelings while wearing this perfume. I think I have nothing similar like Eternity Flame among my scents. 'Flame' word seems to be appropriate. In fact at certain point it seems that something is heating up on my wrist, but I don't know how to explain it and the reason why it escapes me. Over the hours the fragrance changes and evolves, nevertheless I don't recognize any of the notes. Intriguing. I have to study it.

It’s good and yet simple. You get the blast of mandarin, then an amber sweet pea. Or like a spicy, less sweet - sweet pea, if that makes any sense. It’s too pricey for me right now, but I would definitely buy it once a few years passes by and it’s available in the discount bin. I preferred the Men’s version more, but found the Mems Flame to be a simple version of what is the “current mass appeal of the day” but hey! I’m not knocking it.

This fragrance has a lot of the original sweet, slightly aquatic Eternity which contrasts with the spicy notes in an interesting way. Unisex for sure. I would find this sexy on a man. I'd be interested to know what the full pyramid is. To me it's chilli, ginger, original Eternity with something that reads warm amber/vanilla/tonka in the base. In a similar category as Givenchy Xeryus Rouge.

I am an eternity lover. I have many eternity summers that I have all used up until the last drop. buying this blind was risky and I absolutely hated it on first spray. But I am patient and leaving it sitting on my skin, it developed a sharp but smokey undertone that - and I cannot say how this happened - transformed into a fresh laundry scent with sprinkles of pepper. Very interesting.

Sweet bitter citrus. This is one of those fragrances that can turn people of on the first blast, but as it settle down it evolve into beautiful spicy, powdery scent, that gets better and better with time. It definitely has that unisex vibe and I can see it being used by men too. It has great longevity both on skin and clothing.

On my skin it is spicy and fresh. Smells modern and projects very well for the first 30 minutes or so. Lasts the entire day. It is not the kind of fragrance i gravitate to, but it is nice, has personality. On my opinion, it is almost unisex. Overall, a pleasant fragrance.

This is an interesting scent, I sense it as spicy mostly. Smells peppery somehow and not like the notes listed here. But I like it, that would be a very good night time scent. I'm sure it would go very well with cold and hot weather both. Very nice.

This is quite nice, got a faint familiarity with Pinrose's Cuddle Punk.. it has the same kinda fruity oriental vibe to it with a touch of powdery-ness, not bad.. :)

For my nose, it’s a spicy citrus fragrance; I can smell licorice in it. The longevity is excellent for the price. Definitely unisex in my opinion.

I definitely smell the red pepper that other reviewers have mentioned. I think I would really like this if that note wasn't in there.

Sigh ! I just don't get the beauty that many here are raving about. I sprayed it on my scarf yesterday, but its still so strong! I do get gentle whiffs of cosyness at times that quickly disappear and I'm left with overpowering pencil shavings. I was hoping to find it similar to Si Lolita as reviewed here, but from my memory, Si Lolita is such a beautiful, classy exotic spicy floral scent. Eternity Flame gives me generic, cheap, woody & spicy men's deodorant vibes. Quality makes all the difference, and I don't find it here.

After seeing the notes, I gave this a blind buy. First sniff I was hit with spicy carmex/vick's vaporub. It's a strong ambery camphor scent for a while, and it lingers in the base of the perfume even after dry-down. If you're into that, give it a try. I found it eerily similar to Dossier's Powdery Tobacco, but the Dossier is sweeter with no camphor note. I certainly prefer that over Eternity Flame.

I was lured in by the reviews about its similarities with Organza Indecence, but to my nose Flame and the former are nothing alike. Organza Indecence is a big fat vanilla and cinnamon bomb, whereas Flame is a masculine, dry, spicy,’ cool’ toned perfume ,that reminds me of Xeryus Rouge or even Chanel Egoiste (in some ways). Also quite similar to Queen Latifah’s golden bottle perfume. Nothing sweet or feminine about it at all, but it’s a nice unisex scent if that’s your thing. Longevity quite mediocre. I’m returning mine.

I genuinely tried to like this fragrance and gave it many chances, but it’s just not for me. Even a single spray gives me a headache and that’s something that almost never happens to me with perfumes. To be fair, it’s not a bad scent at all. The longevity is incredibly impressive it stays on the skin and clothes for hours, and I can still smell it even after showering. But unfortunately, it’s just way too strong and sharp for me. It feels overwhelming and a bit suffocating.

I have tried wearing this fragrance several times. Each time it gave me a severe headache (no other perfumes do this to me). The notes are spicy, musky, powdery and definitely lean masculine. It is very long lasting, but I didn't want it to be.

Unfortunately this is rancid. I don't usually have any luck with CK scents, but this one in my opinion made me run to the bathroom as quickly as I could to wash it off.I do however, like the Air flanker since it's more clean smelling.

I had mistaken expectations for this based on the notes. Alas. It had a powdery sweet floral honey note with cocoa-like aspects to it that reminded me of Mugler Angel, some faint labdanum, and a bit of patchouli.

The listed amber and citrus accords are present and strong, but it smells like those scents came from cheap synthetics. I can see how this combo could be appealing, but in this blend it's the difference between a dollar store candle and a higher end one. I'm only a few months into fragrance explorations, and this is the scent that made me realize that just because a perfume is from a company that brands itself as elite and does a lot of marketing doesn't mean they're putting out high quality products. Aside from the initial blast of alcohol evaporating I don't find this a very dynamic scent. Top and base notes (which match the top 2 accords) appeared as soon as the alcohol faded and the alleged floral middle didn't show for me. Edit: 8 hours later and I'm still radiating amber and citrus. It's got staying power; I'll give it that.

Last year when my son was in kindy, there was a mum whos daughter was in the same class and every morning this lady was surrounded by a cloud of the most delicious scent id ever smelled. I can oy describe it as the original Eternity mixed with Poison girl. It was so heavy though that it was lovely yes, but bordering on nauseating( she must be an oversprayer like me lol) I asked her recently what it was and she said it would've been Calvin Klein eternity flame. So I went to the chemist and smelled it for myself. I find it hard to believe that there are only 3 notes here. It starts with that typical slightly aquatic sharp opening from the OG Eternity mixed with a sweet zingy mandarin. The middle phase is heavenly though; I get balsamic incensy spice, sweet floral from the sweet pea but I also smell..caramel? Yes, caramel. The citrus is still there along with some nondescriptive spices that are not listed; if it had " allspice" listed as a note, I'd believe it lol. The drydown is sweet, musky and similar to the original. Was pretty affordable since I got a 100ml bottle and I want to point out that I quite like the atomiser on the Eternity bottles; they deliver a nice heavy even layer of fine mist, and it's quite satisfying to spray. Lasting time is pretty decent, I sprayed this at 8am, it's now 1pm and I'm still getting whiff of it and can smell it quite prominently against my skin. I've read some reveiws here comparing this to givenchy Organza indecency. Now, on me, it's my humble opinion that no, this is no way similar so please don't blind buy expecting a great alternative to organza indecence. Some may find it similar, depending on how the spiciness plays out with your body chemistry; but I see no resemblance here at all really. It is in the same vein though, sweet spicy oriental, and I like the departure from typical white florals. Sweet pea is a lovely but quite underrated floral note and it's pretty nice here. It's more complex that the description suggests bit it's not super complicated, itll make a good throw on perfume for daytime for me; it's easy to wear, long lasting, not at all boring and refreshing in warm weather.

Eternity Flame for Women had an intriguing scent pyramid and my curiosity led me to sample this Eternity flanker. I adore resinous accords like amber and labdanum so I was hopeful that these notes would be plentiful. Sadly Eternity Flame for Women is a sweet spiced citrus with a heavy musk drydown. Calvin Klein is quite an inexpensive brand and as a result their fragrances are either a hit or a miss. I really enjoyed the clean and crisp Eternity for Women and the powdery iris accord in Eternity Intense. Don't get me wrong, Eternity Flame is still a charming, wearable scent, but it doesn't have the 'wow-factor' that I crave. Like many reviewers have noted before me, the 'smells like' recommendations above are incredibly confusing. Eternity Flame for Women smells nothing like Givenchy's Organza Indecence or Dior's Midnight Poison, both of which I have personally owned and am extremely familiar with. The scent pyramids aren't even alike. I am almost certain the votes are from people trolling the system. Although marketed to women, Eternity Flame can be worn by both genders. Due to its simplicity, it would make a great inexpensive introduction to orientals and resinous accords. The labdanum note is very tame and the spices are subtle and dry. Most would agree that Eternity Flame is inoffensive and pleasant, the ideal scent for the cooler seasons. The longevity and projection are exemplary for the price you pay to own this fragrance. Whilst it has nothing in common with the original Eternity for Women, it is a pleasant flanker nonetheless.

When the similar smells line is so disparate I'm invariably induced to blind buy out of curiosity.. I recieved Flame this morning.. it seem to me to be simply labdanum, sweet, sticky n nothing more, the orange is hiding, the sweet pea is drenched in a treacly golden heat haze.. It does remind me of many things but itself is a solo deal. Addendum: A much later try.. its an odd little thing, like Vicks vapour rub dissolved in brandy, very medicinal, I can see now why people have compared it to Midnight Poison & Elle YSL, both of those had a v medicinal vibe. I think this one is better than either of those but it is perhaps an unfair comparison. By the time I smelled the first two they were already ten years old and perhaps had not kept well? At any rate the love for MP has always mystified me. Flame is as if someone took the remains of Midnight Poison & stirred them into some 40 Knots or Ambre Nuit, with a camphorous pinch of Vicks for warmth. Or cold? There's that sensation sometimes where things are so hot or so cold your skin gets confused.. This lean unisex/more masculine. Insofar as vicks or brandy are 'masculine'.. :/

My 2nd review of this b/c now I actually own it & have worn it more.. I am even more in love than before. This is SOOOO spicy, but not in the "Spicy" way we are familiar with. I do not have one thing that I can compare this too. I have Angel, but this is Angel's BOSS LADY & I actually like it better than Angel. Both have Chocolate way in the background, but that isn't really what stands out. Is this Pepper? A Patchouli mix? I can't pinpoint it. I also see a few wrote it didn't last long. One spray one me & it is THERE, making it's presence VERY well known, for a very long time. It's def a bomb. On the very last part I get the Eternity DNA, but in the beginning I just get this Spicy, Sexy, more fem than masculine for sure..LOVELY new addition to my family :) Any spicy lover NEEDS to smell this! I never knew it existed until I saw it in Kohls. Go smell it there! But it's cheaper online ;) My favorite CK perfume EVER, by a long shot!

Found this for next to nothing at Tj Maxx and picked it up because I’ve found I really like a lot of what Calvin Klein has to offer. This comes across as spicy and herbal to me. I really like it. There’s a kind of mentholated quality here that makes me feel cozy. I know this is geared toward women but I wouldn’t say it’s necessarily feminine, it’s pretty unisex at least as far as I’m concerned. I would love to smell this on clean freshly showered skin of a cuddle buddy. I think the name Eternity Flame is at odds with the fragrance itself (and this could just be me) because though it is spicy I don’t get any warmth from this, rather it feels kinda cold to me like the burn you’d get from holding on to an ice cube for too long. I really like this one.

I've been wearing this for about 6 months on and off. I typically love spicy fragrances. I recently tried a cheaper perfume called Maroussia, and the smell is similar. This is very spicy at the first spray and softening into musky floral tones. Like cinnamon and pepper mixed with undertones of peony or lotus or some other strong oriental sweet floral. This does settle into a soft velvety day or night vanilla, musk, cedar or sandalwood scent that lasts for hours. I do find Flame very strong and sometimes overbearing when first sprayed and more so if sprayed near my face. I have found the best place for disbursement and chemical reaction for this scent and longevity is the nape of my neck and behind my knees.

I sprayed this at Kohls, ($73), came home & ordered it online for less than half of that. It was IMMEDIATE love. Not sure why Patchouli isn't listed, b/c I got the most beautiful smooth patchouli, with the CK Eternity DNA. HAD to have it! MEN? Well yeah but I think all scents are unisex, wear what you want, when you want, MIX it up & create YOU! I NEVER wear just one fragrance ever. I love seeing what I can come up with for the day! Off topic, but I get real irritated with Jo Malone's selling point being you need to buy several of their scents b/c they are made to mix. ALL perfumes are a mix, add what you want. Age is never a factor either. Just do YOU & smell amazing! THIS, I LOVE!

I like how my wife smells wearing this, but she just feels nauseous. I noticed most women are used to overspraying fragrances and this one you can't abuse imho, so wear a decant and spray once every 2-3-4 hours, so don't take a shower with it. And girls, this is a low budget everyday frag, but for its pricetag it's pretty decent. And when you are weary of a CK frag, give it a month or two and then you'll like it. I remember the curses I received for gifting her the red euphoria and now she uses it at least once or twice a week.
