Eternity Summer 2013

This is SUCH a lovely fragrance!! I bought it today at a decent discount and am considering going back for the other bottle. Eternity Summer 2013 is a everything I want out of a summer fragrance - it is clean and even just a touch soapy on me, it is light but noticeable meaning it won't become wildly overpowering when the heat hits, and it has really lasted well on my skin. I have been wearing it all day and it is lingering nicely on my wrist. Even though it is aquatic it really isn't watery like some aquatics are. I definitely get a sea air vibe. Maybe some will find this perfume generic and unremarkable, but I adore it. A solid buy! Update: I don't know if it's my chemistry or what, but this lasted AGES on my skin. I was still able to smell that gorgeous scent on my wrist, very light but still present, and it was still going strong on yesterday's shirt. I am totally in love with this perfume and am so sad that it is a limited edition. I did end up going back for that other bottle!

Thanks to a helpful fragrantican, he clarified for me that the notes listed on Sephora at the time were for the 2012 Summer edition. Appreciate the folks on this site so much! I should have realized as I own that one, but had put 1/2 the bottle away to use this summer. At any rate I did a blind buy and am very pleased with the result. The wisteria in this reminds me of a water/hyacinth note, a bit reminiscent of Laura Ashley No 1. It is very Spring fresh cut flowers and the bottle suits the scent. It smells like a watercolour and it doesn't fade quickly. I like it better than last year's edition. It keeps snowing here in the Rockies, so I keep willing it to be Spring through my fragrance choices.

Something struck me with this perfume, it was as though i had smelled it before, but no idea where or on whom. reminds me of a perfect late summer night by the sea with love in the air. purchased it today after smelling it on my wrist all yesterday. The sillage is perfect, not too much and not to little, just as a perfume should. Even though its not powerfull, it lasted 15 hours on me!! absolutely love it

I was looking to purchase this online and noticed Sephora says it has Japanese Pear, White Peony, Comforting Musks. Looking at above notes and comparing, I am REALLY confused. Has anyone smelled this and can they tell me if they smell pear? Osmanthus and Wisteria do not equal peony. Any input is appreciated.

Although the listed notes are different,this edition reminds me a lot of their 2011's edition,just without the spicy coriander in the top notes.Very nice and fresh,long lasting and great projection.Would be perfect for the hot summer days and nights.It gets love from me.I'll buy it soon.

This is a light fresh floral scent that will lift your spirits and leave you feeling pretty and feminine. The wisteria note is most prevelant on my skin, and it is a nice change from the usual floral scents. Very nice summery fragrance. Sillage is good, and longevity is fair.

Forgive my runaway imagination, but this fragrance is a lazy beach vacation in a bottle. It brings to mind that one night when you decide to leave your cottage to go into town for dinner. You throw on your favorite, slightly worn cotton sundress and flip flops and head out with no make up, your cheeks rosy from the sun, hair still damp and curly from the salt water. After eating at the local clam shack you wander into a souvenir shop and buy a fun little necklace made with iridescent purple shells. You put it on as you walk to the ice cream parlor where you get a vanilla cone and sit outside watching the sun set on the most perfect day. That's what Eternity Summer 2013 smells like to me. The only other thing I can say is that it is one of the softest fragrances I've experienced, both in texture/feel and sillage.

I tell you something the bottle is very very pretty. captures the idea of the sea, the ocean the blue lagoon kinda thing Well I didn't love it when I bought it in the winter time (at a super low price). This is flower power. A big smack of total floral notes. This reminds me of going to Kew gardens in London, when you step inside the greenhouses and it the air smacks you with a huge floral aroma. So spring time it is then:) I wore this whilst doing the most enjoyable garden chores today..planting fucshia's, trimming my peonies and bedding petunias.. So yep great fresh floral perfume with Marine, aquatic notes for sure. I liked it today and I think days where it isn't too cold , nice and breezy with dewy air is a perfect time to wear this pretty hippy chic scent.

I won't lie, I bought this because I found the bottle to be beautiful. I agree with the other reviewers who find the fragrance to be 'meh'. The first spray is an overwhelming floral scent. Immediate thoughts were, "Oh no, what a waste of money!" After it dried down, it smells so generic, like clean laundry. It has lasted about 30 minutes and is almost gone. I'm kicking myself for blind buying this one!

good idea Willfulmiscond! I think that I will spray it on bed sheets though,as I don't want to spray it on clothing that then will clash with my other perfume that I'll be wearing.

Beautiful scent but not lasting at all. Too bad

This is currently floating around TJ Maxx for $25. Unlike some of the other Eternity variations (Eternity Moment, Eternity Aqua)this version has nothing to do with the fragrance. I did not detect Eternity at all. This one was a disappointment for me, just not my thing. The packaging is gorgeous but it smelled like soap to me, powdery bubble bath, Mr. Bubble or grandma's potpourri. I think it's the wisteria, I was never a big fan. 2014 seems to be a better year as this year's version again smells nothing like Eternity but is a light, breezy beach floral scent. I look forward to picking that one up soon before they are gone.

What can I say? To me this is a very generic and boring scent nothing interesting very watery and non existent. I bought my nearly full 100ml bottle from eBay for £20 which in all honesty is not worth it. I have had cheap body sprays that have lasted a lot longer then this flanker. I expected more from Calvin Klein to be honest so I was greatly disappointed. I may forward this on to a friend or sell it I've not yet decided but I have decided not to wear this again as I don't see the point as it's unremarkable totally non existent fragrance. This flanker is good for anyone who doesn't want to be noticed and remain inconspicuous lol. I on the other hand like my fragrance to be noticed as it's lovely receiving compliments I enjoy it. If you can get it cheap give it a go but it's really more of a barely there body spray rather than a designer fragrance.

OMG, so strange, with me this scent played a huge mental trick: it created scenes in my mind. Walking on the embankment around twilight (in summer, of course). Stepping outside right after the rain. Returning home after a late dinner and gazing at the stars. Receiving a bouquet of wild purple flowers. Smelling wisteria and thinking that it's magical. My conclusion is that every Summer Eternity tells us its own version of what summer is - and I appreciated this story the most.

Just received this in the mail....smells very aquatic to me. I guess I didn't know what to expect- for some reason aquatics don't work well with my chemistry. I'll try it again as the weather warms up, but I expect this will be put up in eBay. Edit: it smells like straight up soap, like fancy English soap you put in your guest room. I'll keep this for work, maybe try and layer it with something. It might replace my philosophy pure grace as a work perfume.

It smells very similar to all the different Eternity summer editions which is not bad. I always like it anyway. It's fresh and calming at the same time. The bottle is beautiful. I think it's a tiny bit nicer than last year's edition but maybe I just think that because I haven't smelled it for a year..:) I wish they would bring back Eternity Purple Orchid. That was wonderful.

I have desperately been trying to replace my 2011 edition which is my all time favorite but no luck ! I bought the 2013 because I found it to be similar but after tring it out for a few days I realized what a waste of money that was ! absolute NO staying power (totally disapears after 30 minutes!) and not nearly as good as the 2011, overall very disappointing.

I love this scent, but it has no lasting power whatsoever. Coty holds the license for Calvin Klein's perfumes as well as Adidas and I have to say, some of Adidas' eau de toilettes hold up longer than this eau de parfum and for some people, Eternity Aqua which is also an eau de parfum. Come on Calvin Klein. Step it up with the quality.

This smells like what I imagine the Clean line was going for. Wisteria basically smells like lilac that's been run through the wash, and there's a definite clean cotton musk present here. Osmanthus lends a very slight Oriental quality. As for marine notes, I don't get so much of a salty, water quality as a fresh sea air feel.

Its an OK scent. Its very fresh and aquatic. Kind of reminds me of washed laundry. Shame it doesnt last long. I love the slightly shimmery rainbow effect on the bottle.
