My Euphoria

I snagged a 100ml of this at Ross the other day. Will update this later after wearing. On paper, It's a strong and beautiful scent, The Tuberose and Blackcurrant are very prominent for a while, Gets a more dark, Woody feel as it dries down. Something in here is reminiscent of Paco Rabanne's Lady Million Lucky to me, The florals have a similar DNA. Still very different though. Also, I guarantee the hate votes and stupid "reminds me of" section are from people who haven't even smelled it before, It just makes the site look bad and childish. I think, If you like the OG Euphoria, You will most likely enjoy this flanker.

I've worn this a few times now, Really like it. Great longevity and projection on me. A blast of Blackcurrant in the opening, Then transitions smoothly into the beautiful heart notes. For the base, I do pick up on Sandalwood and Bamboo, Any Oud here is very clean and not overpowering in the slightest, Just adds depth. I think this might appeal to fans of Givenchy's L'interdit line in particular. 8/10. @Madyana Those are probably the same people that hate bomb literally any new release on this site, Before anyone has even smelled it! Don't understand it, But I see it all the time. lol

This is the only Euphoria I have ever liked. Probably because it smells almost nothing like Euphoria. However, there is the slightest nod to the original so it does still have an early 2000s to late 2010 clubbing vibe. It brings back memories of the days when I was living and working in LA as a “Glamour Model”, fleecing men of every penny I could get, partying every day and all around being a terrible, vapid young human. However, there’s a bit of soft, freshness to it which updates the scent profile a bit. It’s sexy, soft, woody without smelling exactly like 2008 softcore lol!

The sweet, juicy and fruity black currant is very prominent in the opening phase. After a few minutes, the tuberose and orchid becomes more prominent. The woods in this are not pencil shavings and saw dust. Instead, just supporting the previous notes which linger. On me, it was surprisingly long lasting. This is a sophisticated, beautiful, and feminine composition which you'll appreciate if the OG is compatible with your body chemistry. You'll most likely enjoy this version.

From what I've seen this seems to smell quite different on who wears it. I hear a lot of people talk about how fruity or floral it is, but for me I really get a lot of fresh woods and sesame! I love it; I had a sample size of it and will be sure to grab a full size! I would recommend trying it on before blind buying, though, as I said above how the scent can differ drastically on each person. I also would say that this is a perfect spring/summer daytime fragrance :)

This is a wearable 'dark feminine' type of scent. Euphoria by CK 2005 was my introduction to the fragrance world. I fell in love with euphoria. I remember my mom's older friend said it was too spicy and heavy for a teenager back in 2005. This is less mature, softer, lighter and different to the original. I love that it's earthy, woody and the pepper and oud makes a beautiful couple 🌌

This is only new perfume I love. It's so different, gives me dior vibe. Smells like black tea with milk, plus some fruity sweet notes and woodiness. I was amazed. So high class scent. Just bought it when I saw huge discount. It depends on what a specific woman likes, butin my opinion that if you consider buying perfume as a gift, this is the one.

An incredibly seductive, heady and gothic elixir with dark fruity facets. It won't be for everyone, but those who love it won't be able to part with it. A love at first sniff for me and the best Euphoria in my opinion.

I thought I would hate every perfume with sweet scent on them but my euphoria is a nice surprise! A sweet scent that is not overpowering, with soft spice, I love it for a change!

Category: Fresh, fruity, flirty, sensual Notes: Starts off incredibly fresh and invigorating with refreshing orchid on the forefront, accompanied by a fruity, green cassis and a soft and lovely sandalwood adding an interesting, almost dirty sensuality to an otherwise clean fragrance. It gets more woody the longer you wear it, but I’d say orchid is the absolute most prominent note in this throughout. Pretty linear without significant change as it dries down. Vibe: Sexual tension. Prolonged eye contact with a stranger. Black lace. Lingerie and silk robe. Wet hair. City lights at night. Crisp winter air. Secret rendezvous. Trips on the elevator. Dry martinis. Smooth jazz. Mysterious. Enigmatic. Nylon stockings. The color silver. Sillage: 2.5/10. Very poor projection, I’d describe this as a skin scent. If you have the issue of your skin “eating up” fragrances very easily, this is not for you. Longevity: 4/10. 4 hours and it’s still there, but the fact that it is a skin scent makes longevity less of a discussion point in my opinion. Does not pass the 24 hour test. Much like the regular Euphoria both the sillage and longevity leaves much to be desired. Wear: This would work day or night. Definitely a fragrance for the cooler months of the year, if you want it to stay clear and crisp. In summer heat I fear it might lose too much of the orchid too quick. Overall rating: 7/10. My Euphoria is an odd but functional mash-up of sweet and fruity cassis that gives it a flirty edge paired with refreshing and clean orchid. Combined they completely contradict the milky, sensual base notes of sandalwood and oud. While unexpected, it totally works, creating a really intriguing and deliciously sexy scent. It is however sexy in a way that isn’t dirty; it’s not sleazy or provocative, but rather alluring, elegant and a bit enigmatic. This is an attention getter; the kind of fragrance that makes people unsure about you, for better or for worse. The only unfortunate thing about this scent is I had hoped for a prominent sesame note, but I'm not picking up on it at all. If I had to describe this scent with one word it would be mysterious. Who would wear it?: Rachael in Blade Runner (1982), Kim Basinger in LA Confidential (1997), Megara in Hercules (1997).

Don't let the low rating discourage you from trying this scent. I'm not a fan of the original Euphoria, but I was really positively surprised with this release! Before I tried it, I was a little scared of what may be hiding in the dark red bottle at first (I find the original Euphoria overwhelming enough already), but after I tested it, I felt relieved. It was quite pleasant and captivating. In fact, it was one of my favorite scents I had tested at Macy's recently. How does it smell? It's a warmer woody and rich floral-fruity scent. I usually like scents with black currant note, which is probably why I also enjoy this fragrance. I can't detect oud or tuberose. It doesn't remind me of the original Euphoria. If someone asked me categorize or compare it to other fragrance, I would put it in the ballpark of Viktor & Rolf Bon Bon Couture or V&R Flowerbomb EDP (they're not very similar, however). Where would I wear it? It's wearable during daytime and nighttime. Ok for office wear if not oversprayed, but I'd prefer to wear it when going out. I can see myself reaching for it in fall, winter and spring. I am quite surprised at the low rating this scent has currently.

Yum to the orchid and currant and happy - although it's still sweet - it isn't the sweetest Euphoria blend. A bit more subtle and sultry but I'm really enjoying this one. To me the original is much more fruity/bouncy/playful. This however might be my number one Euphoria pick..so far. for anytime wear. Now... can CK please make it less confusing to keep all these blends straight? lol

I really enjoy this fragrance. For me the black currant comes off like raspberry. It’s a great combination of berries, the florals and woody notes. It does feel like the early 2000s, in a good way. It’s loud and high energy. Fun to wear on a casual setting date. Longevity is only so-so. About 3 hours.

Blind buy that went well!I dont like the original Euphoria.I liked essence,and liquid gold.This one was far enough from the original that I love it!Im glad that I dont smell the black sesame note.It is a nice soft amber floral.unique and gentle.

Interesting sweet floral, woody and spicy scent. Wasn’t sure of it at first but it has grown on me over time.

Ugh I overpaid for this (and it was on sale). On the right person, maybe this would be very exciting. I don't get wherever "flambé" was supposed to happen with the orchid. The sweet/tart currant opening is nice. It seems to be a more sophisticated (but not exciting) take on "sexy-red bottle with juicy, fruity opening notes" out there. The sesame and woods add more interest (and dryness) than the run of the mill base notes that stink up so many drydowns for me. Overall it is not a must-have. It also does not have much staying power. I feel duped, but I'll give it a few more tries. If you like the trend of really juicy berries in the opening, followed by some combo of present floral(s) and woods, and also want one without so much sweetness--try a sample first.

I blind bought this perfume, since as usual I couldn't test it anywhere. At first I could hardly smell anything. To my nose My Euphoria matches the description in the review before mine - it is soapy and weak. It also has nothing in common with the original Euphoria and its other flankers. After testing for a while: at first I smell blackcurrant and flowers, and then My Euphoria starts to smell like faint soapy airy sesame and tuberose, which lasts for a very long time, but is still underwhelming.

It strikes like a very fruity/flower punch. Almost overpowering white florals - I don't recognize the black currant at all. But then it changes, at least twice, before it turns into this amber warmth on your skin. I don't think My Euphoria is very unique: it's not a stand-out fragrance by any means. But it's definitely very different from the rest of the CK Euphoria family, and if you gravitate more towards warm scents of the Armani Si direction, you might like this one.

Starts off very very fruity, almost obnoxious teenage scent fruity, then it starts to turn a bit flowery but still very sweet for my taste, like ripe grapes or ripe figues. It lacks depth, it lacks personality. The base notes of woodiness are nowhere to be found.

for some reason i thought it was similar to the scent of bbw into the night. they smell so similar. velvety red fruits.

Not a safe blind buy if u looking for dna of orginal or intense euphoria. At the start sharp blackcurrant leaf mixed with weak oud. Dry down to soft gently sweet currant woody oudy skin scent. I dont sense any soapy notes but it might be sharp blackurrant what gives those feel for some for first 20min, tuberose and orchid gives sweetness to it. It is eau de parfum and project mild (in simillar manner and a bit remind me of si passione edp even if they are different) after 2h i barely smell it, but im used to power houses. its not bad at all if u see it as totally separated fragrance and u are into lightly sweet woody skinscents.

i think this perfume is just very far from the og euphoria dna that making it a flanker does not really make sense to me. the fresh opening gave me high hopes but the dry down smells exactly like dried persimmons and raisins. if you like these types of dried fruit / herbal scents i think you should give it a try but to me it was a big no because of the very overwhelming dry down.

Mixing fruity and floral never works for me. Orchid and black currant are both very sweet, even the heart of wood gives it more nuances and layers. I feel other fruity-floral fragrances, like Idôle Lancome, more plain, and I prefer this one in that sense. They would be part of the same family, but My euphoria being more deep, profound, and for winter.

After opening, headed very soapy and almost lily-like. No oud, sandalwood, no depth. Tiny glimpse of OG dna in the mid-notes shortly after opening. Weird fatty soap-like smell :/

It's a little too sweet and sour for me. There's a nice juicy fruit component, as well as sharp bitter woods. If you look fruity woods, you'll probably like this!

I am such a flexible perfume wearer. I have so many favorites, ranging from florals to citrus and gourmand fragrances, but this was a huge disappointment. I thought I was purchasing Endless Euphoria, but I made a mistake because of the irresistible discount that lured me in (50% off!). I love the original Euphoria—it is actually one of my all-time favorites. So, when I sprayed this demon on my wrist, the scent of immediate regret mixed with an instant wave of nausea triggered a brutal migraine. I can hardly describe the shock. The closest comparison I can think of is funeral flowers left behind days after the burial. As a Calvin Klein fragrance fan since the '90s, this has been my worst experience with the brand. If I could erase one perfume purchase from my memory, it would be this one.

Sharp synthetic fragrance meets the smell that lingers after you eat grape Skittles. Pissy cheap Sandalwood base. Smells like a teenager hiding her acne with cakey foundation, making clicking sounds on her phone screen with acrylic nails, and a bad attitude.

Eugh... Ack! this one is disgusting. sweet synthetic vanilla something-or-other, sticky artificial wine-like note, like a rosé with a Splenda overdose. It doesn’t smell expensive, it smells cheap. Sweet doesn’t always mean good. It lingers on my nose.

Ok I love it when the olfactory system is literally shaped by any experience that occured around it. So it began when I was recommended Euphoria by some random European perfume app, that used AI and claimed it could read my taste in perfume. Was bored (and obviously too much money to be spent on - excuse my girlmath), ended up stranded in my local perfume store (called C&F - indo girlie,yall know what Im talking abt). Turned out, Euphoria is DISCONTINUED and sales person introduced me to this one. Again, I was pretty new to perfume world at that time and a sucker for cute bottle's design. So why not grab this one? How far could it be from the original? Heck, they just removed 2 alphabets from the name anyways. But booooyyyy. Ok let's start. The blackcurrant in the opening is so strong; it feels like I'm in PINK section of a VS store. Juvenile, flirty, naïve. I was so excited about the sesame note in mid base but like my ex with his words - it didn't deliver. The florals are definitely dominant in this one. Turned pretty well towards the end though, I have a weak spot for sandalwood. Very basic. Very womanly. Is it a good perfume? Yes, it's mass-pleasing, could be your everyday fruity floral. Does it worth 100 bucks I spent? Definitely not. Does it make me wanna purchase the OG? Especially after the rave around it on here. Damn.

I don’t have the best sense of smell at the moment because I’m sick, but even through that, this one immediately caught my attention. The blackcurrant and orchid are the stars for me—rich, juicy, and absolutely mouth-watering. The first thing it reminded me of was Vampire by Body Fantasies, a discontinued fragrance I’ve missed for years. Whether they’re actually similar or it’s just my nose making the connection while I’m under the weather, it brought back that same feeling instantly. I’m definitely going back to the chemist once I’m feeling better to give it another proper test. If it smells just as incredible with a fully functioning nose, I’ll be stocking up!

Hey all, I was wondering for those who have tried this perfume if could tell me if ‘My Euphoria’ smells at all like ‘Forbidden Euphoria’ which was discontinued. I’m curious since it’s sounds like from the description that they share some common notes. Forbidden euphoria was my absolute favourite perfume and I’ve been trying forever to find a dupe for it. Thanks :)

Got this for the sesame and bamboo note but it's hard to detect until much later when the rest wears off. Perfume is overall not overwhelming... longevity on a hot day after a walk in park was about 4 hours. I haven't smelled the rest of the Euphoria line but based on reviews below this one will be fine to stick with my travel vial for social outings

A random travel spray purchase while perusing Ebay into the wee night.. Quite honestly, this is what I expected with Armani Si Passione. This isn’t screechy, and feels more “full” and dense. Nothing groundbreaking, but a pretty fruity floral nonetheless!

Also, what's happened to the "If you like this, you may also like..."? Because absolutely nothing comes up when I submit My Euphoria in the Perfume Finder Page. Please fix this Fragrantica, Thank You.

I thought the opening was really nice and weirdly, had a reminiscent aspect of Ralph by Ralph Lauren. The drydown was absolutely disgusting and had a profoundly stale, musty, funky, bitter oud.

Pretty impressed. I can't really explain this, but as someone who grew up in the 90s, to me I interpret it as sophisticated. But obviously that's subjective to everyone's experiences.

This is a sweet oud, all sesame blackcurrant and oud. Reminds me of Givenchy L Interdit Rouge 💕 must be the sesame. A super sexy, gorgeous floral spicy oudy perfume, well done CK 👏

Where is the Oud ? It's not a woody fragrance at all. This is totally fruity, I expected something else. Like overall it's a nice fragrance, but nothing special. Doesn't last long.

This sounds so refreshingly fun! I've never really fallen in love with other CK scents but they rarely have a bad launch either from what I've tried.

When I first smell it, it reminds me of Angel Nova. Then I smell a gum mastic mint powder. I have the trial size but I won't buy the large size.

Smells lovely - but has a strong resemblence to Flowerbomb. Almost identical on my skin. My 19-year old daughter will love this 🙂

This smells okay. To my nose it lacks character and falls flat. Does not smell bad but the og is so much better!
