CK-Obsessed Intense For Women: After Receiving A Little Sample Of This Perfume In With An Order Of Other Perfumes (Christmas Gifts) Decided To Test This One Out Today, & I Must Honestly Say I'm Some What Surprised By It In A Really Good Way As I Love The Smell Of Lavender!! So Much So That I'm Only After Ordering A Large 100ml edp Of This Very Perfume & Actually Looking Forward To Receiving It Now!! This Has Now Been On My Skin From 1pm & It's Now Just After 10.15pm & Im Still Getting The Most Gorgeous Wafts Of A Gentle Powdery, Soft Light Lavender, Aromatic Aroma Which I Absolutely Love Love LOVE!!! After Trying Out "Mon Guerlain" Which I Honestly Didn't Fancy At All, As I Found The Lavender Far To Weak & Wishy Washy For My Own Liking, I Think CK Have Really Got It Spot On In This!! White Lavender? Maybe That's It!! This Actually Reminds Me Very Much Of CKbe In The Black Bottle & Wore & Loved By My Hubby (I Actually Love It On Him Too) So Deffo Will Want Him To Try My Large 100ml Bottle Of Obsessed Intense When It Arrives!! I Honestly Can't Understand Why CK Would Class This Beauty As Only For Women, As This Is Deffo 100% Unisex To Me!! I Have Yet To Smell The Man's Obsessed Intense So Can't Make Any Reference To How It Smells!! But Certainly I Have Fallen Very Much In Love With This One!! It Sure Makes A Pleasant Change From All Those Awful Sugar/Candy Over Sweet Perfumes Currently On Offer!! Will Deffo Review This Again When My 100ml Arrives & Both Myself & My Hubby Try It Out!! So Far I'd Give This An 8 Outta 10!! & Yes I'm Very Impressed Thus Far With It!! Classy & Deffo A Very Beautiful Soft, Aromatic Lavender, Earthy Type Perfume.

Mmmmm...I like it. It's warm yet wonderfully herbally. There is a sweetness. I'd have thought too sweet for a guy to wear but of course wear whatever makes you happy,. I'm puzzled why women keep thinking lavender is for the fellas. It's a gorgeous and calming scent. It transports you to a summer garden with bees buzzing everywhere. I don't think it reminds me of old ladies at all. Quite a modern grown up scent. The musk, elemis and Amber do a fine job of softening any potential sharp edges. It's a shame the lavender retreats so quickly but that's the nature of this top note. It becomes a slightly herbally, very balsamic and resinous scent. A lovely scent for a warm night or for casual wear. I get moderate sillage and longevity.

This one seems to have had a tepid half arsed flop of a reception... which surprised me because I loved it at the first sniff. I can mainly smell lavender and "unspecified herb smell" and a bit of musk, which is exactly what I wanted somehow; I don't seem to like lavender with vanilla for example. IMO it is masculine but i don't care, and I think this is meant to be its USP anyway. I don't find it sweet, but it's also not bitter/dry. Longevity is very good on me and I can smell it all day, even when I wear it to work at my smelly smelly job!! Only thing I'm not keen on is the opaque bottle.

Obsessed Intense is a magnificent herbal aromatic perfume with great longevity and performance in this 70F, low humidity weather. If you like Burberry Touch for women, you will likely enjoy this as well. Herbal, perhaps sage, is the prominent note for me. Unisex, straight down the middle. Nothing girly here. Very respectable for such a great price.

So good, poorly marketed it seems. A shame to see it discontinued. I'm not sure if I like the intense version more than the original Obsessed, but I'm glad to have both. (Well okay my mom owns the original but she'll let me borrow it anytime I want 😆)

This is a very herbal fragrance, the opening is somewhat harsh, but as it dries it becomes a very nice, somewhat different fragrance. I love the house of Calvin Klein, and always enjoy their releases, they always manage to release fragrances that dare to be different. The opening is somewhat sweet, if I'm honest, it's a little synthetic, but the dry down is very good, warm amber, with a definite lavender vibe throughout, I was given this by my sister, who said she found it too masculine. I would say, as with several of their fragrances, it has a somewhat unisex appeal. It's neither overly feminine, not masculine, it's just different. If you like the amber/musk dry down that seems to be on trend right now, then I think you will enjoy this one. Performance is fine, particularly when you take price into account. A very decent release from Calvin Klein.

I blind bought this following suggestions in response to my request for unisex cheapie recommendations. It has Sage in it, so it was a must try for me. When I first tried it my initial feeling was disappointment... I was disappointed I’m not 20 or 30 anymore, because my younger me would have absolutely loved it. For my taste today however the musk is too much. I would prefer it if it came with a different note instead from the musk-amber group. Anyway, I have worn it a couple of times now and I must admit it has grown on me. Not enough to move from my Like to my Love shelf, but to a point where I decided that I will keep my bottle and not swap it away.

Fresh, herbal, spicy bomb of deliciousness. I think a man could wear this, and it would smell amazing. It's just perfect for today, a bright sunny morning, blue skies and chilly air. I like it, a lot.

It starts really great, citrus & soft oriental, but later it becomes very herbal and sweet and it is awkward. Amber overdose I think. However, it's still pleasant.

what a great minimalistic and classy modern bottle. love it. the notes sounds more like a men ́s cologne though...too bad :(

I'm thrilled about the concept: whilst I don't care about all the one thousand gender types or whatever, I do like to get masculine vibe in some female fragrances. The opening is very citrussy and I wanna say herbal, but it's more the citrus zestiness giving the herbal notes that sharper kick. Interesting, definitely unusual, completely unisex. And that was the best part. Now here comes the drydown and when the scent settles and zestiness dissapears, it turns out the herbal notes are more of a powdery ones: something like in Burberry Brit Rhythm.There's nothing spicy, sharp. It's musky/animalic powder that stays close to skin and the lavender I was looking forward the most is too feminime to justify the concept of Obsessed line. I'm by no means saying it smells bad - although honestly I don't like it myself, but to my nose there's no such promised revolution.

mmm.. I didint like. I bought it because it was on sale, but when I got home I found it sweet, floral ... I don't know exactly. ITs OK! I wouldn't say I like it ... the luck I bought 30 ml.

Lavendel is a tricky note for my skin. Here it is dominant. This one gets very male'ish on me. On man this will be a beautiful, softwarm scent.

Obsessed Intense for Women is a flanker of the Obsessed perfume line (2017) that appeared in perfume shops in 2018. It looks like the people from Calvin Klein are obsessed (pun intended) because they launched a new perfume in just a few months after the last one. As with the original version, the idea is uniting sexes and their symbolic an olfactory merger. The male version is a dark interpretation of vanilla, while the female is made on the traditionaly male fougere composition of perfume. Perfume composition for Obsessed Intense for Women is unusual, at least when it comes to perfume design. The combo of aromatic oils and balsamic notes feels like cool and honey sweetened chamomile tea. This is not a comfort scent, but it calms you down. Maybe it has something to do with simple, black bottle and the scent of tea, but Obsessed Intense for Women reminds me of a scene from the movie Gone with the Wind when Scarlett O’Hara drinks, a bit blasé, her afternoon tea. The linearity of this perfume is like a flat line on the heart monitor. Flat, emotionless, boring... and in the end lifeless. Unless we are talking about conceptual perfumes, I expect my perfume to have a nice composition, originality, creativity and above all - emotion. Like music, movie or any other art form, perfumes should stir emotions as well as stimulate intellectual capacities. In Obsessed Intense for Women case, my intellect was somewhat stimulated with the unusual choice of perfume notes, different from the majority of female perfumes that appeared lately. Sadly, intellectual curiosity was not followed by an emotional response and that discrepancy between the heart and the brain is not something I can easily forgive. Anyhow, because of its peculiarity, go to the perfume shop and try Obsessed Intense for Women. This direct scent that develops close to the skin won’t unsettle you during your day and if you forget to drink your afternoon tea, all you have to do is smell your wrist and inhale this perfume a few times.

Calvin Klein says: "Obsessed Fragrances are unbound by traditional male and female fragrance structures..." Yet they make TWO fragrances, labeled "For Men" & "For women" respectively, and sell one in the men's department and the other in the women's department. HMMMMMM Okay Calvin. lol That bugs me. Bugs me bad enough to NOT buy a bottle. I am not fond of marketing which insults public intelligence which this most certainly does. Unto the fragrance review: Its nice! Indeed unisex. Reminds me a bit of CK Be as did the 2017 Women's Obsessed. It's a fresh citrus, herbal concoction and I would wear it on hot days, summer hikes, or casual weekends with the family... IF I had a bottle, which as previously stated, I won't. Maaaaaaybe if it hits discounters or something but no way I'm upping their department store sales and supporting the idea that their hypocritical, woo-woo marketing campaign is a appropriate way to inspire a purchase.

Yes. This one I like a lot. I had Obsessed but let it run out because it was not remarkable to my nose but this one is more interesting. It has a spicy peppery opening that reminds me of Eternity Flame, which also has mandarin orange and labdanum. To my nose, this is closer to Eternity Flame than ck Be which is more of an indiscernible lavender musk. The peppery opening fades to an ambery warm herbal freshness which sounds contradictory but that's what I like about it. Overall, it strikes me as a somewhat aloof fresh amber that hovers lightly close to the skin. It is inoffensive, dry, office and close quarters friendly. More of a respectable polite fragrance than one which describes a state of being intensely obsessed.

The EDP for women reminds me very much of an old lavender perfume by Yardley of London, which I had in the 80s. Only that Yardley was stronger, a bit sharper more edgy and the scent stayed on my skin for hours. CK Obsessed is softer, despite the rather sharp opening, and does not seem to stay long on my skin. After one hour it becomes a lavender-floral, nothing offensive, a lightly powdery floral. I have also tried EDP for men and find that one much more interesting, although definitely not unisex.

I prefer this version compared to the original Obsessed for Women EDP. I feel that as as a woman, it is easier to pull this one off - definitely less manly, although still very unisex. I like that it has some sweetness in the opening and then the amber in the drydown phase. I find this manages to 'tame' the otherwise quite masculine elemi and sage/lavender notes. If you are into balmy fragrances definitely give this one a go! Thumbs up from me!

The alluring, invigorating aroma hits you right away with its fresh opening accord before moving into more feminine territory as time progresses; every detail seems to have been considered including hints at floral gunfire amidst lighter florals which create depth while still being light enough not to become overwhelming on your senses even after prolonged exposure.

So many people knocking Calvin Klein fragrances but I’m not sure why. They are making a variety of different, good quality fragrances at reasonable prices. I think people just like to hate. If these were some Niche brands I’m sure they’d be raved about.

Really enjoying this bought it yesterday on sale. A wonderful sweet warm lavender something powder puff about it makes me want to dress up. Ran out of Mon Guerlain but this is giving me a lavender heaven in the meantime. Very happy with it.

Just want to interject here - everyone knocking CALVIN KLEIN for the latest scents, it's not Calvin. They were sold to COTY some time back. Any beef you have, you just remember who ruined what. Carry on.

I really like IT!!!!! IT is aromatic, a bit masculin, but still very pleasant. A Little bit reminds me ofArmani Lei, with a dose of lavender. Creamy, sophisticated, fresh luxury with a calming effect.

Calvin Klein discontinued their best scents! Obsessed were the best!!! Right now there is nothing even to look at from their brand.

Wow a flanker already? The original just came out a few months ago but who cares hehe This one will be just as good ;)
