Candie's Legacy

My husband loves this one so very much that I had to find a backup bottle for him. He is someone who adores citrus scents especially if it smells like oranges. Every time he applies this fragrance it puts a smile on his face and he let's out a satisfied relaxed sigh often followed by a comment of "ahhh..I smell just like a fresh mandarin orange.." he praises it for how much he loves the scent Just about every day. This is a popular pick for his bedtime and fresh out of the shower cologne. I dont see how the ratings are so low as they are, I love this scent on him as well but I believe he loves it more. The only thing we both wish is that it lasted longer but Candies has always been drug store quality and this one already performs better than expected.

Ahhh, so this is the reboot that was mistaken for the relaunch of the iconic, legendary 1999 Candie's for Men. This "Legacy" doesn't live up to the original at all. It opens orange-y tangerine facets replacing the fresh, aqueous-fruit sweetness of the original... Sadly, it turns into an orange soap blob instead of the soft green and equally soft suede note.
