Bo-Bo

Everyone’s talking about La Playa, and I totally get the hype. But the scent that completely swept me away from the brand is Bo-Bo. It’s not your typical beachy fragrance, but it’s incredibly fresh, bright, and as airy as a summer sea breeze. Before I looked up the notes, I couldn’t really pick them out, but the scent felt deeply familiar — like something from childhood, though not childish — and almost like something I’ve been searching for all along. It’s citrusy, but not sharp or overpowering — it’s softened. It’s sweet, but only just a little. It’s slightly green. It’s clean, soft, and comforting. I saw some people here saying it smells like dish soap... Either I’ve completely forgotten how dish soap smells, or you guys are absolutely nuts 😄 Yes, it has a sense of cleanliness, but it’s not soapy or detergent-like in any way. The opening with the blackcurrant isn’t 100% my thing, but the dry-down is gorgeous. I actually think it reminds me quite a bit of Valaya Exclusif in the dry down.

I absolutely love this. It's perfect for summer. I'm very sensitive to any soap in any fragrance - I don't like most MFK Cologne Forte's and 724, I don't like most of Guerlain's Aqua Allegoria's, because I feel like on my skin any soap gets amplified tenfold. With Bo-Bo it's not the case. This is the perfect clean hair smell - fresh, renewed, elevated, but very long lasting, especially on clothes. This doesn't read to me as cheap or boring at all, quite the opposite. I wouldn't call this a safe blind buy, but i do recommend you try it out. For me, it's a feel-good perfume. Youthful, playful, sexy. It gives the impression of sunny days, active emotions, the joy of communication and the warmth of the sun. A great summer perfume, but also suitable all year round. I have had compliments from people who say it smells like their childhood, flowers and all the happy times. Just a good perfume, youthful :) There is no drama in the perfume, just good vibes.

This perfume has Armani code (female, eau de toilette) vibes written all over it. However it’s softer, warmer and somehow a bit more cheerful - I like it more! Wouldn’t label it unisex though, as it leans more feminine. Inoffensive, good quality, seriously considering buying a full bottle.

idk what the guy beneath me is on about, this has nothing to do with pacific chill. this is clean aldehydic citrusy fragrance nothing like pacific chill, its way better imo i love it, great after shower and bed time scent.
