Salado

This literally smells like salad dressing, at first. You definitely get the marine, ozonic, acidic, and cucumber notes. As it dries down, It becomes very fresh, still marine, but a little less vegetal. I don't get much petitgrain or bergamot, but the scent after dry down is definitely cucumber marine on me. However, it matures slowly to a quite complex and beautiful, slightly marine scents with the tiniest bit of musk. I would classify it as a marine/skin scent, but that implies that it fades fast or significantly, which it does not. I actually love it as it ages on me. It has decent projection and lasting power considering its notes and accords. I really own nothing like it, as I'm super picky with marine scents and rarely find one that is bottle worthy. It would be beyond fabulous in summer or on a beach vacation. I might need to pick up a bottle.

I love this fragrance, it's just perfect for the hot weather. The fact that there is almost no sweetnes in it (maybe a hint from the pink pepper) makes it super relaxing for those hot summer days, it's almost like the water with cucumber slices you find by the pool bar. 100% satisfied and one of my favorite summer frags along with Renaissance by Xerjoff (Yep, that much I like).

I am wearing this today in warm clear skies 28C in Australia and it is perfect! It is refreshing like a cologne but does not resort to citrus or melon. The pink peppercorn gives it zest and the cucumber gives it freshness while the salt gives you summer skin. I love it! Love this house!

Fresh, a bit salty and volatile/somewhat heady orange flower perfume. It's great, especially in the drydown. A real warm weather fragrance. Too bad it's performance is not the greatest, but with some re-application Salado is still good! 88

I believe it is quite unique as I don't remember coming across fragrances that smells like salad. This one is super fresh for hot and humid summer day.
