212 Men Aqua

Dry and Airy is indeed the best way to describe this. Gone are the green grass notes of the original 212 MEN and while listed as having ambroxan and aquatic notes - if they are there.... I don't get much. Simple, clean, linear. The comparisons to Versace Pour Homme are valid - however, this 212 Aqua release has less tonka and musk. Perhaps a Lacoste White vibe as others have mentioned. I categorize this as an extreme high heat fragrance. Not a sexy night out modern fragrance. Nothing like a Dior Sauvage ambroxan bomb or the balsamic Chanel Bleu. Nice bottle with the usual Carolina Herrera magnetic cap.

I'll start off by saying this is a clean scent. This is versatile that you can wear anywhere, seriously. I have gotten many compliments wearing this. They say I exude this aura of cool and confidence. It's a good one to have, no miss.

One of the best fragrances I've ever had, equal amounts fresh and powerful without being overwhelming. Long lasting, versatile, feels like a sea breeze and a well-made cocktail. I really wish CH would sell it again.

Some of ”Reminds me of” are correct. 212 Aqua starts similar to the original and after a while D&G Light Blue joins the party. A true aqua version of the original! Great!

Since this frangance is out of production, can anyone recommend some other options that smells real close to it?

well... meh... it's not all that bad. It's dull, another ordinary aquatic-citrusy edt. Quite dry but performance is above average. Morillas probably had some financial problems if he signed for this :) Puig (the producer) should bring back pre-reformualted version of CH 212 Men instead of releasing this. Again, nothing special in CH 212 department.

well, it's the 212 On Ice Limited Edition from 2004/2005 in a "new" bottle. and it's still very good, but the longevity.. 6/10

Smells like lighter version of DnG light blue eau intense...

Nice modern opening but the scent falls off the face of the earth like I've never experienced. Major quality issues.

Add some watery and fresh aromatic/citrus herbs in the original 212 base with some "ambroxan vibe " and you get this "Aqua". Found it ordinary, but the original 212 touch make it stand in a better place. Longevity and sillage are great, you can smell it in a nice space around your and permance on skin, comfortable with some magnetic"fresh" lines but finally, nothing outstanding of course,i think maybe Morillas could put 212 AQUA it in a higher place..

I had to try this so blind bought it, based on 212 being great and having longevity (at least it had before). I'm gonna rewrite this but my first impressions are that it's very similar to the original, but I feel like they have taken a turn towars Bleu here. It's the kind of smell that my nose tunes out to, I can't smell it after a while. I can't say that this smells "aquatic".

212 Aqua looking forward to trying this definitely Summer! The Gardenia, Rosewood and Ambroxan with Cypriola Oh my I can smell it already! You can't go wrong with anything Alberto Morilla creates...

Do not blind buy, I own a bottle of 212 Aqua Men and it reminds me of the original 212 Men but with light airy spin in it... That just my opinion...! Sample First..! Check Ebay..!

Is it another masterpiece in aquatic classAlberto morillas ,the king of floral/Aquatics? I want to try it
