ENG REVIEW: This fragrance smells fantastic, it is one of my favorites. I would love to wear this perfume on a daily basis but it is not powerful enough in me. Its sillage is very poor, imperceptible, others can't smell it even at your side. Of course, they can feel it if they hug you. On the skin, it lasts approximately 2 hours, and on clothes it can last up to 5 hours. Maybe it's my pH, but it feels like it could be an EDT when I already checked that it's original. If this perfume is compatible with your pH, it is a delicious perfume, to be used daily, either day or night. Ideal after shower, it makes you feel fresh but not perfumed, it is an aroma that only you know you are wearing and you would feel the entire day as if you just stepped out the shower. Summary: -Sillage: Only you can feel it, or from the closeness of a hug. -Longetivy: 2h in skin 5h in clothing -The smell is incredible, I love it. It feels young, delicious, flirty. -Occasion: To be used in daily basis, work, does not bother anyone, you feel clean and fresh, as fresh from the shower. I wasn't expecting to love this one as much as I do! 212 VIP Rosé ("rosé" champagne, as in the pink sparkling wine, not "rose" like the flower) is clean, fresh, floral, feminine, and soapy. Like you just stepped out of the shower. It's fruity because of the champagne and peach blossom, but is made more complex by the pink pepper and wood notes. It instantly lifts my mood and makes me feel put together. Extremely versatile, and suitable for day or night, work or dinner party. It might not the most memorable or distinct fragrance out there (it is kind of giving mall or department store), but that makes it a crowd-pleaser, and the price is right for a well-blended, fairly complex fragrance that lasts an impressively long time on skin and clothes (honestly bordering on beast mode). The bottle is a cute rose gold colour with a sleek pill shape and a sturdy magnetic lid, so while it might look a little simple next to more ornate bottles in a collection, I think it would travel well. I get a kick out of the fact that when you turn the bottle upside down, the bubbles rising in the juice make it really look like a flute of sparkling champagne! I like to layer this with Bath and Body Works Mulan lotion and body spray, as they both have floral and stone fruit notes so they complement each other well. I can see myself repurchasing this, and I think it will always have a place in my collection.

I'm early on my perfume journey, and a gourmand lover. I also don't love the GG & VGG Flankers (as much as this). So take that as you will. I got this as a sample with a CH purchase of some other scents to try... SO. Clean, fruity, sparkling, joyous, and light! These all come to mind wearing this delicious, juicy scent! The peach blossom jumps out on my skin, as well as a fainter rose and white musk. It's lightly floral, but juicy and not dry, white florals either. This is a somewhat juicy, bubbly champagne, it's the Barefoot Rose Spritzer of perfumes! It feels delightfully youthful and grown up at the same time. Almost a "transitioning into true adulthood" scent, good for college gals as well as young adults! Though this wouldn't smell out of place on anyone, truly. I think the pink pepper in this reminds me of its use in Glossier You. Stunning scent all around! This is definitely FBW for me and can't wait to add it to my collection!

Este perfume es uno de mis favoritos! Si tuviera q describirlo sería como su nombre, rosado, para mi es un perfume rosado en todos los sentidos, te envuelve de rosado. Es luminoso, fresco pero muy elegante, suave pero chispeante, femenino pero para nada aniñado, un aroma exquisito y otra de sus ventajas muyyy duradero en mi piel, pasan siete u ocho horas y tdvia se siente y en la ropa permanece hasta el lavado. Llevo varias botellas, y seguirá estando porque es muy fácil de llevar, una reunión de trabajo en la que quieras destacar, en el día, en la tarde, lo he usado en todas las estaciones y siempre perfecto; para una salida informal, una fiesta o para una cena siempre se destaca y queda bien! Con sólo ponértelo su aroma te alegra! Lo he descripto sólo con las sensaciones que produce en mi!!! Vale la pena probarlo.

I really love this perfume !! The Champagne is the start of this show. It starts out strong until it takes a fruity turn with the Champagne still lingering in the background. Making it a fun tantalizing scent as it last for a while. I can smell Roses also even though it not listed here as a note, it mixes so good with the Champagne. I honestly don't catch the peach blossom but again catch the Roses. It is becoming a happy, uplifting, fun and very pretty scent, so pleasing to my senses, It has a very good sillage, with up to 8 hours of lasting power for me at least. I love the dry down of a sexy musky/amber aroma. Great for a date night for I have my husband word on that one. I would wear it anytime, it working great in this colder weather. A Sexy, alluring, pleasing and just feel good scent...good for all ages!!

This is a perfect office appropriate day fragrance. I don't associate it with night life and loud parties at all, it is too gentle for that. 212 VIP Rosé is a cheerful though elegant and overall lovely scent but I still must admit that I probably won't be able to recognize it if I happen to randomly sense it on the street tomorrow - it is a rather common smell. Edit: When I wrote this three weeks ago, I was visiting my parents and my mom has just received it as a gift. When leaving, I sprayed myself with it and went home. And I found out that I couldn't bear the absence of this scent in my life so I bought my own bottle two days later. With me the magic usually happens straightaway - if I love a fragrance, I know it immediately. This time I didn't see it coming. It's heavenly.

Bought this when it first came out. Actually, it wasn’t released in the US back then. I got it from an eBay friend who got it from Brazil. Loved this and wore it a lot. Season changed, and I went on to something else. Here it is a few years later, and came across it again. Fell in love all over again. One word. Champagne! No, you won’t smell like an alcoholic! It’s fizzy, festive, fruity, and delicious, but not too sweet! Musky in the dry down with some peachy woodiness to anchor it. Will turn heads and it lasts a long time on my skin. Summer appropriate and more for evening, but can be worn during the day for formal occasions. If worn lightly, can be an office scent too. Glad I came across it again. This is going to be a wonderfully fragrant summer!

212 VIP Rosé has a surprisingly charming champagne and pink pepper opening with an aldehydic touch. It quickly dries to a heart of sugared peach blossom petals nestled atop a slightly generic light musk/wood base. The impression is clean, classy, and quite chic. Yes, it's fruity, but in the sense of a chilled cocktail-- the sweetness isn't jammy or cloying. Other reviewers have categorized it as a "young" scent, but for what it's worth, I'm in my late 30s and this doesn't activate my mutton-dressed-as-lamb response. One last thing: while I LOVED the original 212 NYC, 212 VIP Rosé bears no relation as far as I'm concerned. That said, I am pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this one! Glad to have it in my collection.

I love this perfume so much... It is so fresh, modern and elegant. The first notes are like opening a bottle of floral champagne - fresh, clean, with a delicate scent of roses and lily. Then it becomes more oriental, deep and woody like most CH perfumes. But the difference here is that, although this one resembles other perfumes of the CH line, at the same time it's different because it's fresh and more ethereal when compared to CH Eau Sublime or the classic CH perfume with the red bottle. This is my second bottle, it's my to-go fragrance to go to work and also to wear on extremely hot days. Ideal for summer and spring days and nights!

So, I went to the Carolina Herrera site since there is a store in the Galleria mall near me. This is what I found listed as notes for this perfume. Top Notes SPICY / LIQUOR: Champagne Rosé, Pink Pepper Middle Notes FLORAL / FRUITY: Peach Tree Flower, Bouquet of Roses Bottom Notes WOODY / MUSKY: Queenwood, Musk Interesting! So there is more Rose in this than what was described previously. I thought I was smelling something like litchi (which can smell like rose) but it it is rose and pink pepper. Peach blossom is really pronounced as well along with a noticeable wood note in the dry down. It’s no wonder I love this. Gorgeous!

I am absolutely enamored with this perfume and have received countless compliments from people asking what perfume I am wearing. It is a very fresh floral scent with a pink champagne like twist. It is one of my dearest favorites! It is long lasting and is never too heavy but has just the perfect amount of longevity. It can last for hours without being an offensively strong perfume and is not heavy in the wrong way! When it wears down after a few hours, it becomes subtle and almost as if this scent is some kind of flower. I usually get sick of certain perfumes but not this one- it keeps you wanting more of the same scent.

Delightfully mature and elegant! I was intrigued by the notes in this and the fact I already love some of the other CH perfumes (Good Girl). I really enjoy this scent! There is a sweet maturity and I plan to wear this for special occasions and evening events. I smell all the notes...pink pepper (one of my favs), champagne rose, rose & musk. This all comes together beautifully and smells like royalty! Yes, this a more mature scent, but not something granny wears. Something a mature classy woman wears. Its a love for me & I agree with Karobi above, this is the Barefoot Rose Spritzer of perfumes!

This fragrance is the perfect "it girl" fragrance to me. The smell makes me feel desirable but sits intimately on the skin and doesn't radiate that far. It begins as a very rich, almost overpowering, scent and then wears on the skin to smell like your perception of yourself dolled up, by which I mean a energetic and cute, yet mature and elegant. It truly does contain the powdery quality and prosecco taste that it seems to have become known for.

If it were possible to mark two fragrant signatures on the site, then I would immediately put 212 Rose as the second number. For me, this is the same universal fragrance as the original 212, but more sparkling and festive. I don't go to the club or parties very often, but I like to spray it on myself to cheer up. I see beautiful splashes of champagne rose and the image of the heroine of a teen TV series of the 2000s and 2010s.

I discovered this perfume in the taxfree on the boat to Denmark in february 2020, but l didn't have the money to buy it than, but, l felled deeply in love with this beautiful perfume than, and, if someone says syntetic about a perfume, you can be sure l will love it! Anyway, the roses is def there, and l'm a rose lover, and, needless to say l just can't get enough of this seductive perfume, witch l now is the lucky owner of!

The notes from the Caroline Herrera website Top Notes: Champagne Rosé & Pink Pepper Heart Notes: Peach Tree Flower & Bouquet of Roses Bottom Notes: Queenwood & Musk People were smelling roses because there are roses in this scent along with pink pepper which gives an extra pop to the roses. This is a day into night scent and you might get away with wearing this year round. Very pleasant scent on me that never overpowers.

It is one of the most luxurious perfumes I ever smelled. It smells amazing rly, at first it is a mix of fruit cocktail juice with a slight of champagne, I didn't get the peach note that much, the dry down is amazing, not powdery doesnt disturb u just something u chill out with. It is rly long lasting I sprayed it in the morning went to the gym came back took a shower and still on my skin. Rly strong and sexy. 10/10

Lovely! 212 series are really successful and this one is not an exception. It is flowery and a little bit spicy ( as long as i remember). As other people mentioned, it has notting to do with rose. When i first smell it, it reminded me Euphoria by Calvin Klein. Maybe they are sharing a note, i don't know. Longevity is moderate and you can use it in every season, it will keep up with heat and cold i guess.

I simply love this perfume On me, the Amber and Champagne stands out and last all day long. It is a shame there is no body lotion for layering, Yet i tried to layer it with White Musk Oil, results are amazing it balances out the amber, and gives it a more powdery note. Will buy it again for sure ♡ Update: There is a body lotion now! Got it and it is perfect! Makes the perfume last all day long

Surprisingly this is the only one really woody, non gourmand or oriental scent that I like so far. It is fruity and woody, but not extremely woody as most of Carolina Herrera's fragrances, and it's also the only one that I like from Carolina Herrera at all. It's so feminine and delicate, but at the same time it's sophisticated and elegant... I really really like it...

I'm not a fan of CH fragances but, seriously, 212 VIP Rose is everything. The opening is fresh and it dries down heavenly. It's fancy and captivating. I get a lot of compliments on this one. Perfect for a night out, whether it's a fancy restaurant or a club. It has a great lasting power with only a few sprays. I'm so in love with this one; definitely repurchasing.

no rose in it, very masculine to my nose, but though I love it. I find it unique and gives me self confidence. I can smell aldehyde (maybe the champagne crisp) and very spicy earthy. It is not linear at all, it begins very fresh and loud but settles to a warm spicy scent. It has a vvveeerrrrry llongevity and the sillage is heavy.

Checked it out a few hours ago and bought a bottle right away. To be extremely honest, at first I thought the opening note somewhat smelt like nestle juice, so I moved on to other perfumes but suddenly I realised that the perfume opened up to be a pure delight. So delicate, feminine and sexy! Absolutely in love with this one!

One of the best women's perfumes I have smelled in my life because of the delicious fruity scent at the opening as if you smell ( juice made of fruits and flowers ) after that this scent will dry down and become more ( woody and musky ) ( however the scent is a little bit synthetic ) it's a good fragrance for college or work

Personally, I’m not a huge fan of Carolina Herrera fragrances. But this one is very nice 😊 easy to wear for any occasion. It’s perfect for spring and summer, not too cloying, not too heavy. Lasts 6+hours and has a decent silage. It’s sweet and very feminine. I’m happy with my purchase, I’ll keep it in my collection

Why isn't the rose listed?! It is definitely in there, I had forgotten the fume's name by the time I left the shop after testing it, but all the afternoon and evening I could smell a wonderful velvety rose and forest fruit on my wrist!

My first perfume which doesn't disappoint me with its longevity. It lasts all day on my skin and clothes. It is the scent of young women, i feel grown-up but young at the same time when i wear it. I love it.

This 212 is very beautiful nice fragrance.For hot night also for day.. Is very strong but after one hour you can fell it like a more clear- fresh, like you want to kiss this girl always and everywhere....;)

I start this review with a note: the term “Rosé” comes from a type of champagne. It has nothing to do with the rose, the flower. I have seen so many people asking about the "rose note", that I thought I should clarify this point. The bottle of 212 Vip Rosé Eau de Parfum is a beauty apart, perhaps the most beautiful of the whole line 212 women, keeping the magnetic cap, but with beautiful finishing in rose gold tones, giving the sensation of luxury and sophistication. This perfume, launched in 2014, touches the skin of effervescent form, with its nuances of Strawberry, blackcurrant, and wild fruits, present in almost all champagne of the rosé type, which is the main note at the top of this composition. The fragrance still has fruity notes, to help enhance this aroma, besides peach blossom, amber, musk, and wood tones. After about one hour of its application, loses strength and projection, leaving the fruity side and going to a softer, creamy scent. I think it's a sin to compare it to the traditional 212. They have different proposals since the original is fully floral and this one follows a row over energy, which began with 212 VIP (2010). But I agree that for an Eau de Parfum, the result disappoints a bit because it behaves like an Eau de Toilette. I think 212 Vip Rosé Eau de Parfum might presents more positive results on warmer days, as it has this refreshing feature, besides fitting very well with a movie at the cinema, bar with girl friends, etc. But if you want to be noticed, push a little more on the sprays and go confident, because compliments will come to your ears.

I bought this fragrance when willing to chose between one of the Dolce&Gabbana scents. I found them way too heavy and peppery on my skin so I asked the assistant to show me something more fresh and sweet. After smeeling loads of perfumes I found Herrera's Rose' suprisingly fruity and joyfull. I've decided to give it a try buying a set containing also a fragranced body lotion. I think it was a great choice, my boyfriend just fell in love with this scent and he always says that he admires the way how the perume matches the natural scent of my skin and how it lasts on the pillows and bedlinen even when I'm gone. I bought 50ml bottle about 2 months ago and I use it almost every day, also when going to work as I find the scent delicate enough to wear all day long. Some workmates of mine were complimenting Rose' especially when smelling the first champagne notes. I find it quite longlasting, mainly on clothes or scarfs, even though the scent loses a lot of its uniqueness after hours. It might not be the most original perfume ever and definitelly it is not an addictive, mistique night 'male-hunter', but I think it's a very safe choice if someome is looking for a clean, fresh, fruity, joyfull and girly every day scent. Wearing it cheers me up and makes me feel sexy. If I won't find any perfume pleasing my nose more than this one, I will definitely go for it again :)

A very different, bubbly perfume. I had the chance to smell/try it today while I was looking for a present and I really enjoyed it. Funny enough, I think its name is really misleading/tricky. When I First saw the bottle 212 VIP Rosé, I assumed that it was a rose perfume (i.e. a perfume where the rose note would be dominant) but I was mistaken/deceived....When I First tried it, I was not sure what I was smelling of, but I really liked it and I assumed it was a delicate rose, very well made...Indeed, that was the First thought that came in my mind and I was wondering how different and delicate was for a rose fragrance, in comparison to other rose perfumes which were sultry and strong. When I came home and I checked out its details here on Fragrantica, I was really surprised....212 VIP Rosé, had everything else except the rose....It started bubbly but after some time it became, sweeter and softer....Its duration was average, making it a nice choice for Spring and Summer.......It deserves your attention, because it is a very unusual, and special, floral/fruity fragrance. I'd happily add it, to my perfume collection. P.S. I totally agree with the latest readers/reviewers that its name Rosé, is due to the champagne note as well as the bottle colour (dusty, pale, bronze-pink) and not because, it is a rose fragrance.

With changing of the season, I was looking for something else. Something more warm, something classy yet fun. Last week I bought 212 vip gold, because I liked it so much when I fist smelled it. After a few days I realized this is not me. I'm not into the sweet scents and that scent is so sweet.. My friend liked it though, so she bought me the lighter 212 Vip Rosé perfume and we swapped. I like this scent. I just love the opening with the sparkling rosé champagne scent (I'm a rosé champagne and wine drinker :-)) but I also love it when it comes down to a clean yet sophisticated musky woody scent. It's not that longlasting on me, but hey I don't mind getting that lovely champagne scent again and again :-) ADDED: I've got this scent for a couple of months now and...I don't wear it. There's always another perfume I like more to spray on in the morning. It's not that much me as I expected it to be..

Foi meu perfume favorito em 2017 com certeza e continua sendo um perfumão até hoje, ele vale o hype que teve mas na minha opinião não combina com o nome por se tratar de uma fragrância que é muito sofisticada e versátil, combinando tanto para eventos diurnos quanto noturnos. Não acho um perfume de balada como o nome sugere, acho ele mais estilo convidada para um casamento (usei muito nessa ocasião) ou um evento diurno de trabalho, um almoço sofisticado, ele é realmente muito elegante, acho a cara de eventos de Socialite em NY estilo Gossip Girl, claro que hoje é um perfume mais batido para isso, mas o cheiro em si passa essa vibe. Super fácil de gostar dando blind. Em mim se destacam o champagne e a pimenta rosa que são duas notas que amo. Por ter sido muito hypado, hoje é muito subestimado, mas ele é excelente.

The opening is so sweet, fresh, and juicy! One of my favorite "safe" fragrances. It's sweet, yet vibrant and fresh. Perfectly appropriate for warmer weather, one of those fragrances that simply makes me happy. On my skin, the rose isn't as noticeable as the peach blossom. I don't get a lot of rose until the very end of the drydown. It starts off sparkly and bright, but slowly evolves into a warm, sweet, subdued fragrance. It's quite lovely- but I don't think it will turn a lot of heads. Longevity is decent (5-6 hours on me), sillage is moderate. It's a fun, flirty, girly scent, I quite like it! I personally think this is a safe blind buy, it's perfectly inoffensive. Perfect for a party in a warm, summer night.

My signature fragrance for a few years now! A simple everyday scent, not offensive. Office appropriate. Not a complex fragrance, but I've never smelled something similar. It's uplifting and cozy and at the same time it's classy. I don't smell the rose per se (maybe something rosey, but very very subtle); to me it's a champagne, musky and peachy kinda of scent with a soft woody note in the drydown. There's something sparkling in the openning but in the drydown it gets warmer. Doesn't project much, but it lasts very well on my skin (and hair) and clothes. Gets me a lot of compliments from people who come close to me. Beautiful fragrance and a easy reach for me!
