Good Girl Fantastic Pink

Fantastic Pink reminds me of my days working at Starbucks. I would come home smelling like coffee and vanilla, cocoa and cinnamon... a whole host of gourmand scents! This fragrance refines that vibe with the addition of floral and wood notes, plus a touch of bright citrus in the opening. It definitely smells gourmand, but without that cloying sweetness that can make your head hurt after a while. Think “coffee house” rather than “candy shop.” It’s cozy and intimate enough to be a good cuddle scent, but still tame enough for the office, especially during the Fall. I have a travel size of the original Good Girl but have yet to open it, so I haven’t done a side-by-side comparison to verify whether they smell the exact same. Even if there’s a slight difference, the notes in both are close enough that they seem interchangeable. I’d advise those who have the original to take the company’s own word for it that they used the same juice. If you like the scent, pick whatever color flacon intrigues you the most. The smell itself just makes me happy.

This is the same as the original but in a better bottle , very sexy scent, warm and a little bit spicy, this makes people turn around when you walk. Classic scent so it's not very original but it's a safe blind buy, many people own this. This lasts a while too!

It's a wonderful and utterly feminine scent. Floral notes are very noticeable and pleasant. But it can be a bit understated for those who like to turn heads when they walk into a room.

It reminds me off fizzy sweet soda pop, I love it

I had a sample of the original GG and this is the same formula but different bottle. Just to clarify, I really didn't care for the sample I had but I also didn't hate it. I said if they ever come out with a pink shoe then I would own it. Well hubby surprised me with a bottle yesterday. I wore it to bed last night and again today. With 5 sprays, longevity is amazing. I could still smell it when I woke up 7 hours later. I have been wearing it for 6 hours so far today and it is still about arms length. It is sweet and sexy. I really enjoy it and once my bottle is gone, I could possibly be repurchasing it. In some ways it reminds me of Prada candy night. I am happy that the patchouli isn't intense in this fragrance since we share a love hate relationship. It is a great fall and winter fragrance but I could see wearing this on a cool spring or summer evening too.

This is exactly what I image ”perfume scented” to smell like. I get very much floral and vintage, a purple flower for some reason. I can imagine this fitting a night setting- it gave me a bad migraine attack so I couldn’t see myself buying this. I’m not getting any of the base notes, this is just very floral and sweet to me.

Sugar (praline), Spice (cinnamon), and everything nice (Casimir wood). Very girly. Does not last long and only you will smell yourself. So I decided to over spray this and the most I got was 5-hours and people could smell me if they hugged me. I personally don't recommend getting a big bottle the atomizer button is stiff and annoying. Also, the heel is plastic which not smart. CHGG Supreme and Legere seem to be the only ones that differ in the formula that I have tried.

This just smells so weird... it lowkey makes me wanna vomit and not in a good way. Smells NOTHING like the descriptions. I’m kind of disappointed bc I got this fragrance as a present from my mother :( it looks good on the shelf tho.

because i bought this perfume and dont want to waste it , i found a way to wear it without feeling sick. like i said previosuly it smells like bug spray to me, however. if i spray one spray on myself and then just use that spray on the rest of my body it smells way better? i guess this perfume is just too strong and too bug spray heavy when applied the traditional way, but when i use it sparsley its actually way more enjoyable. i would never do this to my actual perfume bottle but i guess a more watered down version of this would be preferable to me

This perfume is such a huge no for me... probably because I’m too old for it at this stage! The age group I could imagine using this one would be between 14 and 22 top! It’s very bold, very out there shouting for attention, not my style. The floral notes are overwhelmed by the sweet fruit notes. Definitely a nighttime perfume. It is definitely recognisable if someone passes by due to it’s strange fruit-musk romance if we can call it that way.

this smells like bug spray to me? like the floral scented bug spray you can buy. i bought this so long ago and struggle to wear it because when i smell it all i can focus on is the weird bug spray like scent, also its quite strong so can be nauseating at times

Go open the original Good Girl page right next to this one. The notes are exactly the same. The only difference may be on the right side where people vote on the notes they perceive dominantly. That is mainly due to personal perceptive differences and possibly also recent reformulations of the original fragrance. A bigger mistery is how fragrantica for some other limited edition bottles of this fragrance actually does list slightly different notes even if the official CH press releases all state that it's the same original GG juice just in a collector's bottle. Anyway, officially there are really only two different fragrances in the Good Girl line. One the original Good Girl created by Louise Turner which comes in various collector bottles (Glitter, Swarovski, Velvet Fatale, Glorious Gold, Polka Dot and Fantastic Pink) and Good Girl Légère. That is the official brand stance on it. Again, this fragrance has been out since 2016 and we can presume there have been slight reformulations over the last 4 years. But if you buy a bottle from a recent batch of the normal Good Girl or this new pink limited edition bottle at least according to the brand you will get the exact same fragrance.

To get ahead of people asking if this is a different fragrance. No, it is not a new fragrance. It is the original Good Girl in a new collector's bottle. Some citations from the Fragrantica PR article: "According to the brand, the new bottle is made in the same stiletto shape of the original but adorned with shimmery pink glitter. The composition remains the same as the original release and offers "good and bad" accords." "The new Limited Edition Collector, Good Girl Fantastic Pink, dresses the original Good Girl Eau de Parfum in the most dazzling pink glitter." Don't get confused. It's the original fragrance. The Ltd Edition bottles are for collectable purposes. There are always slightly different emphasis on certain notes when the brand refines its marketing focus. Swarovski edition, Blue edition, Red Velvet Fatale edition, Glamorous Gold edition, Polka edition, this Pink edition. The idea is that a woman collects shoes... simple concept. As @latafan stated, perception can be affected by expectation and colour association.

Yes! what confused me is the proportions on the top right, I own both the 2016 version and the Legere. I assumed it was the same fragrance but fragantica is making it a little confusing when it comes to these decorative bottles. Thank you guys!

Why do they keep making new pretty bottles but same juice inside??? I will buy all of them if only they smell different. So sad i want the pretty bottles so bad, but i will mot spend $100 for the same juice i already owned.

I just got off the phone to Carolina Herrera customer services. They confirmed this is exactly the same fragrance as GG original, just in a collectors bottle. Looks very fancy though!!

first it smells like grapefruit with sugar on it, later it's really soapy and smells just like "perfume" haha but it's more floral than gourmand to me

This is really odd. I have the original and just got this one and it doesn't smell the same. Reformulation maybe?
