Good Girl

EDIT: Im going to be honest, the lasting power and projection is definitely NOT as strong FOR ME as it is for some people. After a few hours i can only smell a hint of it when I put my nose right up to my wrist. The projection is strong only for the first hour, after a couple hours even other people say they cant notice it on me anymore (this is when I have done a moderate amount of sprays (back of neck, under shirt, on both wrists, on both sleeves), it might be different if I sprayed a lot more). It lasts on clothing just a little bit longer than skin but also disappears too fast compared to what its boasted for. I know my bottle is legit because I bought it from a department store so I’m hoping it’s just a batch issue, but there is the unfortunate possibility that this just doesn’t work with my skin. Original review: I’m addicted to whatever the notes are when I spray it from a distance and I catch wafts of it (I believe it’s the white florals mixed with tonka and cacao). There’s a freshness to it that makes me feel clean when wearing it and I love wearing it day or night. Something about it gives me a hint of a male cologne undertone. I don’t find it as long lasting and projecting as people boast it is but I still love it. It’s true that it smells strong for the first hour or so, but once it’s settled I feel it’s a perfectly okay scent for the office (EDIT: Because it doesn’t last on me lmao), Maybe sprayed under clothing to be extra safe. The only thing I dont like about it is when i really stick my nose into my skin/clothes I can pick up a slight dirt smell which I believe is the patchouli. But the sillage of it still smells amazing so I’m happy with it. Obviously since it’s a very popular fragrance with other young people, I’ve had a few guys I met make comments about how their ex wore the same perfume, sometimes negative depending on how they feel about the ex lol. Whatever! I love it and will continue wearing it no matter who I traumatise

I may be one of the very few people who hates the bottle (I prefer simple square or rectangular bottles) but absolutely loves the juice. I'm also one of those people who have historically not bought a perfume they like JUST because of the bottle. And yet, here I am. I've been walking around Good Girl ever since it was released, I've made special trips to perfume shops just to test it out again ONE more time, and every time, I've told myself "ugh....but the bottttttlllleee." This time, I couldn't tell myself no any longer haha! I took a whiff of it on a gorgeous and elegant flight attendant on a flight to Dubai this winter. Surprisingly, it was the first time I had smelled it on someone other than myself, despite its popularity, and I decided that it was the sexiest thing I had ever smelled. I was sold. I got off the plane, went straight into duty free, aaaaaaaand!!! "ugh....but the bottllllllle" ....nooooo, not again. That relentless little voice that had prevented me from getting it a countless number of times - it was back. It took me another 3 months of hunting it down. For some reason, it's not sold in the country where I live, even though everything under the sun is sold here, from mass market to niche to luxury exclusives. I'm now thinking that came as a blessing in disguise. The scarcity, that longing for something once lost and not able to be found again. I saw it today for the first time in a department store in my country, on the new release counter...my heart skipped a beat, and I snatched it off instantaneously. The end.

Very very unique. smells like citrusy chocolatey coffee and bitter almond chocolate. A very sophisticated dark chocolate treat With an almond latte . For me usually citrus notes with patchouli and other drying base notes are too much for me, too screetchy. even coffee is dry but for some reason this particular combination here isn't. I am guessing it's the creamy honeyed sweetness of white florals that balances the combo. smells divine.I I usually don't like a perfume heavy on white florals because it's the opposite of dry and screetchy.. white florals are too sweet and too heavily greasy for me, as a scent but in this particularly mix it is needed. This is pure genius. the perfumers who concocted this recipe were tapped into the divine secret of eternity when they made this. the way it transitions so magically like a dancing morphing fairy.. is absolutely genius because it remains balanced throughout the three phases of transition .. it never becomes too sweet nor too screetchy nor too cloying not even too zesty at any one point ..it remains very balanced throughout the transitions yet each transition remains very distinguishable as a phase and melody of it's own .. amazing no other perfume I smelled does that now I understand why I used to see this bottle everywhere . I was not into Perfumes but I used to see the bottle of this perfume in every stand on every shopping window

This is one of the sexiest women’s fragrances of all time. It is deep, chocolatey, coffee and floral with a cleaness that smells very fresh kind of like a really luxe shampoo. It is strong and projects very far. Very addictive and delicious. It is quite one dimensional and simple but also very unique and interesting at the same time. I get a futuristic and modern kind of vibe from it. Kind of like a scent you would find in an expensive car with lots of tech and neon lights but in a sexy, wearable way. My favourite notes in here are the florals, I love jasmine and orange blossom, I love the dry down alot, once the fragrance fades and all the notes of coffee, chocolate ect have faded, your left with a nice, delicate, not to sweet, vanilla, amber and cashmere wood scent that lingers and makes me feel calm. I specially really love an amber note and a cashmere note. I also love that you don’t need to spray much of this and it projects like crazy in a room. This scent is perfect for all seasons because even though it is a great deep winter scent it has a lot of freshness and airyness, shampoo floral vibes which is great for spring and summer to. It is a fragrance that blends warmth and freshness very well, like a perfect recipe.

I’m putting my review of Bowtastic here because, frankly, it’s Good Girl with a bow slapped on top. Mine was a gift btw from a family friend. I’ve owned an alternative before (Bint Hooran) some time back, and yes, they share similarities. But there’s something about this one that genuinely endures. The mix of white florals with the tonka-almond nuttiness is unusually well-balanced, and I love it every time I smell it. People love to call this “basic,” which I find hilarious because there is absolutely nothing basic about it. If a formula works this well, why on earth would anyone fix it? To me, this fragrance practically ushered in the era of dark, feminine, sensual scents. Tonka bean and vanilla alone is perfection, but add almond and cocoa? That’s a fantastic pairing. And the longevity on this is crazy good. It’s loud, it’s proud, and it stays. This thing hangs on for hours, and I believe it’ll only get better as it sits. The bottle might not be everyone’s aesthetic, but it makes a statement for sure. Overall, it’s a fantastic introduction to designer fragrances. Classic, dependable, and clearly beloved hence the endless stream of flankers. Some things don’t go out of style, and this perfume is one of them.

FYI: I don't do heavy tuberose or indoles, nor 'dry' smelling fragrances that's sometimes associated with almonds. This fragrance is beautiful. I'm in my late 20s, and love both dark and light vibe fragrances. There is a lot going on in this fragrance, which is why I was okay with my travel spray 2 years ago when I got into perfumes. Have not used it since, and decided to spray it one night and it was really beautiful. It was a casual night out at a bar, not too fancy, and I kept getting a whiff of this fragrance that was feminine, and well rounded. I thought it was the person next to me, but it was this fragrance. The tuberose is not prominent at all in a bad way. I tend to not like thick white florals, but this one is quite easy to like. It's also mature, but not in an old way, more like I'm grown, and "I have my sh*t" together way due to the presence of white florals. I feel when a fragrance is mature / old is when the tuberose or indoles become too much in this sense. It's a sweet, creamy, somewhat dark fragrance that leans into both the gourmand (cacao) and floral territory. I think of a floral creamy cocoa powdered chocolate truffle. Notes easily identified: Cacao, vanilla, praline, tuberose

I'm really amazed at all the negative reviews concerning this perfume. I think it's lovely! I mean, sure, it's not groundbreaking, but it's not that bad either. I get mostly the tonka and cacao on me, with nuances of the white florals. I can't believe there's no vanilla in this; it has to be the way the notes are mixing on my skin because I get vanilla as well. I think the bottle is cool too; it's different. I will say that the name "Good Girl" fits it, because she's not a bad bitch at all. She's quite nice, friendly, sweet and pink is her favorite color. I actually love this scent so much that I bought a backup of it already. I find it cozy, sweet and warm. Longevity on me is awesome, lasting into the next day. Sillage is somewhat big at first, but settles to a more moderate aroma. Based on my skin, I would classify it as a floral-oriental with a gourmand twist. CH's perfumes usually work well on my skin and this was another winner for me. Thanks CH for another lovely perfume!

I have my bottle since 2016 and I love it so much! I cannot get enough of it! The reason why it is going so slow is that on me it is a beast mode fragrance. It is strong, it is deep, it leaves the craziest sillage and it lasts forever. To me it is a very modern and sexy fragrance, so much so that I exclusively wearing it to date nights or special occasions only. When I was younger I sometimes literally felt too shy wearing it haha. Now it is not an issue anymore, but I would still not wear it to work for example. If you have the same issue I really recommend Jimmy Choo's I want Choo, because it reminds me of it a lot, it is just a lot lighter and more office friendly. Nevertheless I am super happy to wear it outside of work and on special occasions. Lasts forever on the skin! Now it sill slowly be over, so I am thinking about going for the Jasmin Absolu flanker, it is very similar but heavier, sweeter and deeper. It is super close, so I would not buy both.

Omg this fragrance!!! I love this one so much; for me its classy, edgy, femme fatale, it is everything I love about fragrances in this bottle. Beautiful scent profile. Definition. Compliment getter. Literal love at first sniff. Have had the same bottle since 2017 and I use so sparingly because I always worry it will be discontinued (probably won't but all good fragrances unfortunately do eventually) My bottle has greatly aged so the longevity is not there like what it was but will repurchase as soon as it does. Looking at the notes, there are so many but they all play a key role. To my nose, at first spray, I smell very clean citrus notes that is then wrapped in a beautiful combination of florals, prominently Jasmine. As it settles into the skin I smell warm Amber, spices with Sandalwood and Patchouli and the Musk note makes this effortless to wear. Scent trail is the perfect warm spice with hints of floral, a heat from within. Absolutely gorgeous😘

This frag. To me, this is THE best female perfume I've put my nose to yet. Girlfriend came home with a sample one day, and as I was sniffing it, I instantly knew; this is the #1 female frag. Didn't have to re-evaluate, didn't have to double take, didn't have to go all snobby and search for this and that note/accord - it was just instinctively glorious. I've been smelling that sample each and every single day until she bought a full bottle. Super well composed, addicting, balanced to perfection. Really high quality dna. I don't get why CH had to make such a kickass bottle, seems overkill - I mean, this could come in a Heinz baked beans can and I'd be equally impressed. * Signature worthy: yes. * All occasions: yes. * Age: won't matter. * Blind buy worthy: yes. Louise Turner, you are a flippin' genious. Please make a "Good Guy". Please. I'll help you kickstart it or whatever.

From a guys perspective : Skipping all the notes let’s get down to what you really get. Heavy floral scent, decent almond, slight cocoa, and a vanilla amber base with a slight tonka and a patchouli mint/musk. Is it your generic designer, floral, alittle sunscreen-y dna? Yes, but it’s damn good. Floral, sweet, and alittle minty. This smells extremely good. When I smell this, I imagine a classy, rich, elegant lady. This just screams sophistication. Longevity and sillage are shockingly good. Alittle better than average. Usually these types of scents die down fast and are closer to skin scents but this is better than average. This actually performs very well for this dna. Overall, this is a high class type of scent. Floral, sweet, amber, and minty. Super clean, I have no idea why it’s rated so low. This is damn good to me atleast.

Oh god this scent... I've been wearing it for over 2 years now, on my 2nd bottle currently and I'm still as obsessed with it as i was at the start. I still get the rush from smelling it on myself because the notes. just. hit. It's a very flattering fragrance, that's for sure. Memorable. On one side perfectly sweet and warm and on the other very pleasent, almost seductive. Definitely something you smell on a woman and think "she has taste". Works perfectly as an everyday scent but simultaneously as something fancy to wear to a date night - either is great. I'll forever keep saying that the wood+white floral+sweetness is simply an incredible combination and you cannot go wrong with it. Love love love, can't recommend it enough.

I said it before and i will say it again i love her Nostalgia more than the scent itself This frag was my grandma’s&auntie’s&grandma sister’s signature since 2017 until 2020 I;ve gon through several bottles... non of them were mine they were my grandma’s and i always drink her bottles when i was a kid bcus i really liked it 👀 The louis turner’s signature vanilla note in many creations by her such as paradiso assoluto roberto cavalli [ which lowkey smells close to gg ] Today i got my hands on a 50 ml keep in mind the last time i wore it was in 2020 When i spritz i started floating in nostalgia The scent itself self is basically gourmand jasmine white floral vanilla but to me its way more than that 🤍

TLDR: Real nice. 9/10 I bought a dabber set of some Good Girl fragrances a while back, and this was one of them. This is definitely my favorite out of them. Though I can't really point out any specific notes, it gives off a very sophisticated, elegant, luxurious vibe once it's settled on my skin. It also smells kind of... adrogynous, if that makes sense? Like I definitely think this could pass as a unisex scent if it were put in a different bottle with a different name. It lasts a pretty good few hours though, which is nice considering I struggle to get much out of dabbers. Aiming to get a bigger bottle of this in the future when I can.

I was gifted this for my birthday. What a wonderful gift! I can see myself wearing this for many years. It's a big compliment getter. I tend to wear it when know I'm going to have a night-to-day kind of day. This is coming from someone who has been obsessed with D&G The Only One and YSL Black Opium. They're all similar but what sets CH GG from the others is the fruity floral uptake and the decadent dry down. It's like two completely different fragrances in one. Which is appropriate considering it's called "Good Girl" which by itself is a double entendre ... It checks a lot of boxes for me!! My perfect fragrance.

Cacao, vanilla, cinnamon. Not overly spicy or overly sweet, a perfect balance. It's popular for a reason, it smells great. An easy reach, 10/10 perfume that doesn't need to be layered. Best for cold weather and nighttime. Suitable for all ages. Performance is great. The almond doesn't have that play-doh or plastic smell that some almond notes give. The bottle is beautiful but a bit awkward to spray - although that's not a massive deal. It's just a solid, feminine, beautiful fragrance for women. Bint Hooran is very similar, if you're looking for a budget-friendly version of this. It's 80% similar.

I've been orbiting the Good Girl line for three years at this point. I honestly love all the flankers I've tested (Blush, Very Good Girl, Jasmine Absolute), and now that I'm properly sampling the original, perhaps love this one most of all. The opening is a warm, ever-so-slightly bitter almond that reminds me of the L'occitane almond body spray. It's enveloped in jasmine tonka, patchouli, and amber. As it settles, the almond fades into the background and we get a classically "perfumey" jasmine gourmand. Yes, perhaps Good Girl is a bit overdone at this point, but I still love it.

my first perfumeee i still love this but kind of got over it. it used to seem rather feminine to my nose, until my little sis asked a couple times why i was wearing a "man's perfume" 😭 i also had a coworker admitting that he uses this perfume too. really heavy on this, if it wasn't for the heel bottle no one would call this perfume "sexy" and "feminine". i also agree that this is an unisex perfume. might lean feminine at first, but the dry down is nowhere near feminine. i actually love the dry down of vanilla, but i dont think i will be using this perfume as much as i used to

One of my absolute favorite perfumes, and one that I've already gone through several bottles of and repurchased at least four times. Definitely a very sexy, womanly scent. It's at once a sweet, candied nostalgic scent that's comforting and a film noir femme fatale wrapped in one. My favorite way to wear this is layered with a little Jasmine essential oil, I just dab a little on my pulse points and spray Good Girl on top, and it morphs into an exotic, potent love potion. I wear it any time of year but it really shines in early winter, especially November through December.

Deliciousssssss. It can be a little overpowering upon initial spray, but the dry down on my skin was just delightful...and sensual? I felt like I'd been kissed all over by a rich, older, complicated businesswoman. It just has a touch of a lipstick smell. The tuberose and jasmine comes through first for me. Throughout the day, it softens into a more coffee and amber forward scent that feels like clouds of delicious warmth coming off of my collarbones. A projection winner in my book.Tacky bottle, yet undeniably sexy. They could never make me hate the high heel <3
