Like lou009, I tried this out of a discovery set from Caron and I had no preconceptions about what to expect. For my senses, this cologne has an effervescent orange lemony citrus burst at the top followed by neroli which lasts about 20 minutes. Although not a huge fan of neroli, it's the dry down that enchanted me. While I can't quite describe the smell it was almost a "feeling" of the smell, something I've never experienced before. The neroli slides into home base with a sleek and shiny essence that can be entirely unisex, in my opinion - is this the platinum accord? Very fresh. I couldn't stop smelling myself. The 30ml is 95euro on their site. I didn't find the sillage or longevity something special, but isn't that true of most modern fragrances? I'm visiting Paris November 2023. I might just buy a bottle while I'm there.

smells similar to tom ford mandario di amalfi, very citrusy in that tom ford quality type of lighter offerings. two from this line gave me that impression and this was one of them. it does have a light platinum accord running through which i believe is coming from a mix if the violet and vetiver in the mid. nothing like a strong platinum accord in the chanel offering platinum egoiste, this one is delicate. it sparkles and the main notes im smelling are citrus, neroli, and white florals. the other caron offering i would compare to is ivre de liverte (which smells feminine) and this one is more unisex. note: i ordered a sample pack directly from the caron website, to usa dhl shipping took 5 days. all stick to a traditional citrus cologne style, which is not misleading, just do not expect something different. if u are expecting to be enamored by any of these they will be underwhelming, but if u want something for warm weather and can appreciate subtle facets, u will enjoy them! well done caron.

Classic white soap bar in a luxury setting, the class of the past. This is all I can say for now, very delicate and nicely done neroli cologne which dries down into classic bar of soap.
