Paris Florence

This is my first Carven perfume. And the scent is faithful to the notes provided above... However to me this really is a unisex perfume rather than feminine. With medium to heavy silage, Carven Paris Florence is detectable in my skin around 8 hours, and then it just disappears. The first scent that i smelled is heliotrope flower, and then when i didnt look at Fragrantica, after 1-2 hours i scent something which i thought resembles vanilla, but apparently it wasn't vanilla, it's sandalwood, with heliotrope accord moves back to the background... And it stays like for the rest of the perfume life. I love it, it certainly quite different than blackberry/heliotrope perfumes that i have so far.

I just received a sample today, thank you Maen! Oh my, I love this scent !! It smells quality from the top notes, it is juicy, with the black currant, then the heart is a soft magnolia, sweetened by a beautiful powdery heliotrope, it is rounded but not overly sweet per se, then the myrrh gives it that bit of a balsamic vibe. balances it nicely ..what more to say than it smells fantastic, utterly feminine, beautiful floral with a hint of gourmand. Longevity is actually good, I bought the 100 ml, it isn't cheap, but worth it in my opinion. Now the drydown gets sweet, a bit like Dolce Gabbana Femme, and I wish it didn't turn like that !!Still, very pretty !!

For the love of sandalwood & the hype of heliotrope!- a floral fragrance that is creamy yummy. Fun, flirty, the juice reflects the best color for this fragrance. Instead of a potent floral this is a milky floral- a sophisticated yet Jazz hands type perfume! This whole line is SENSCENTUAL!

This is a beautiful fruity floral perfume. I get compliments for wearing this one. The bottle is also classy and good quality with a heavy lid.

Vibrant spring flowers blended well with woody base tones. It is more like an old wooden cottage house surrounded by a flower meadow rather than the iconic Italian city known for its magnificent architecture. I just wish it would last a bit longer on my skin... also, sometimes it may feel slightly too sweet, but I guess it depends on weather.

Sweet and flirty black currant and freesia in the opening, warmer woody drydown. It projects like a beast and lasts long. It is very flirty and fuirty, this one is a compliment getter, especially from men. It is an energetic young and feminine lady whose smile is always bright and inviting.

Soft soapy flowers. I can smell a lot of purple flowers mixed with nice slight sweet musky base. I can say that sweetness here is great (smells almost like caramel) but not overpowering. However, the white floral note in the background is a bit annoying. Follow me on IG: scent.guide

Great expectations and a let down. It's a very strong, long lasting one, but damn it's annoying! Just for the reference: I love powdery florals. I specifically love sweet, powdery florals. I usually admire sweet, powdery, purple florals, but this is so underwhelming. It's like a powdery Armani Si. Bleh. Sweet, synth whatever. Lasts forever, though. Edit: In a far after drydown, it develops that salt-ish note, like Baccarat or something. Incredibly persistent, morning after. Whoever happens to enjoy this scent, it makes a good value for their money then.

Florence is about black current, blackberries, & freesia. Huge doses of freesia to be the dominant note beside the black current, & blackberries. It does have cedar as well to change the mood from floral fruit into sweet woody floral. It is creamy yet sticky somehow. This is preserved as a nice fragrance cause it's very safe to the ones who likes designers fragrances, it has that candy like blend and floral with slight woody hints. It's not bad tho but it is the lease i liked from this collection.

This is an okay fragrance, just not my cup of tea. I'm not a fan of fruity florals in general, because fruity notes almost always smell very synthetic and cheap to me and basically ruin the entire scent. Here we have loads of sweet blackberries and blackcurrant, with hints of freesia and heliotrope. It's a safe fragrance for young girls who need a sweet fruity scent.

Ik heb deze geur, ik heb mij eigenlijk vergist het had van deze lijn een andere moeten zijn. Ik weet niet wat ik van moet vinden ik ruik vooral veel fruit wat helemaal niets voor mij is. Ik hoop dat ik de geur ga waarderen. Het is een aparte dat zeker wel. Ik zou hem in ieder geval niet in de blinde kopen.

If you enjoy freesia, this is a gem. It has that gental powedery floral note I enjoy and a bit of that sweetness from black current. Ultra faminine. Compliment getters.

i love it! simply one of the best perfumes i ever had. It lasts very long and is at first modest so you have to be a "connaisseur" to appreciate it.

A pleasant middling floral scent, smooth and cool like scented hand lotion. Easy wear, easy reach, but not really making an impression. Easy pretty.
