Luxe de Venise

Luxe de Venise is a green-marine fragrance with a nice blend of fruit and floral notes. I especially smell the apricot and the rose, but they’re still well balanced. As the title implies, it really does give me thoughts of a gondola or ferry ride. Not sailing on the open ocean, but still a nice aquatic feel. This is an excellent fragrance for Summer. Something about it made me immediately think of sunshine. I also like that it doesn’t play up the usual warm weather cliches of coconut and/or pineapple. Nice sillage without being too overpowering. You could even wear this to work.

For me this is a very linear plumeria smell. Pleasant, fresh and light. I'm surprised by the negative reviews since, at least on my skin, its pretty inoffensive. Definitely a youthful, casual summer frag. Not overpowering or cloying, I would feel pretty confident gifting this to someone who is new to fragrance or enjoys freshies.

Such a floral scent. The most prominent on my skin are the rose and the raspberry which I love. This was one of the first perfumes I ever wore consistently. Such a pretty floral scent, but could read a bit flat to some noses

This one reminds me of Elizabeth Arden Beauty. Not the same, but similar style. Maybe a little fruitier, a little sweeter. It's nice. Lasts about 4 hours on me, but my skin is dry and eats up fragrance.

Says it smells of sea water. Maybe it smells like the water in Venice. I guess I don't want to smell like Venice. I rarely dislike a fragrance, but this fragrance makes me think of people I don't like. It's actually putting me in a bad mood. Apricots and salt water? And then rose? Why? Just test it before you buy it.
