Eau Des Vignes

I love this scent but wish it lasted longer. I can smell it on me for about 3-4 hours and I have smelled it on a friend who used it pretty much everyday while visiting. Its very clean and pleasant, with a slight similarity to the Sicilian "Zagara" perfume which is a leaf from oranges I believe. I searched online and its about $40 bucks on Amazon which I think is expensive given its not even an eau de toilette but I must say, for it just being perfumed water, it has a punch. Lasts a bit longer than a body spray, and its perfect for warm weather. When I ran out, I will definitely buy a replacement.

It ́s delicious. Such a simple yet well-made composition: the bergamot turns the powdery iris and the musk into an ethereal, soothing scent. Almost balsamic. Very difficult to describe. It ́s very different from the usual clean, "soapy" florals that I gravitate towards, but still fresh and easy to wear. Sillage is soft/average, the wear is between moderate and weak. It ́s my daily perfume and I wear it almost everyday.

Eau Des Vignes is a little blast of iris infused musky freshness. An easy reach on a hot day for any moment. Once I wore it on the beach towards sunset, and the contrast between the salty beach air with the freshness of Eau de Vignes was truly gorgeous. It is surprisingly long lasting, and if I may add, my favourite from the Caudalie fresh fragrance range.

It's very unisex, and on my skin very long-lasting, bracingly fresh bergamot. It has that touch of Iris and incense in the background which makes it complex and incredibly sophisticated. To me, it's very classy Italian riviera old world charm. I actually prefer it to the current formulation of Acqua di Parma's Colonia.

I really loved that the shower gel from this collection then I found out they have it in perfume form which I just tried and immediately reminded me of Saharienne by Yves Saint Laurent. Absolutely beautiful for this money! Perfect blend of iris, bergamot and I would say neroli even thought it's not listed.

It’s in the same family of Tom Ford Neroli Portofino, and Diptyque Eau des Sens. It smells fresh out of the shower freshness. I love it as an everyday scent.

Tested on the top of my hand at the local pharmacy. --- Very beautiful and simple citrus floral. The initial blast of bergamot quickly disappears (sadly for me, as it is really natural smelling, fresh and wonderful), leaving a lovely white floral, vaguely soapy but mostly elegant and vaguely sensual. I don't smell iris. I smell something warm and feminine, between jasmine (but less airy, more fleshy), gardenia (but warmer) and tuberose (but more discreet). And the musk below. Soft, warm white and well-done. I like it. Not revolutionary, but warm, creamy, pretty and human. I am not sure I would go buy it as I already have several white florals I enjoy, but if offered I would surely and happily wear it very often. --- Longevity is better than the usual with Caudalie Eaux. It's been 3 hours and I can still smell it.

I can’t believe nobody else made the connection with L’Esprit Oscar. It’s starting much more bright and citrusy, but the dry down is very similar, mellow iris, with blue cold-cream vibes, which I like so much. This is a very beautiful scent, fresh and romantic in the same time. Uplifting too, like Infusion d’Iris can be. At the end, I get some orange blossom water, sweeter, making a comfortable pillow with plush pastry accents.

The actual notes are: Top notes - Bergamot Essence, Lemon Essence, Green Cardamon, Neroli Essence. Heart notes - Clary sage, Iris, Pink Pepper Essence. Base Notes - White Musk, Incense, Ambroxan. So, there's a lot more going on here than just iris. For me it starts off with citrus and musk, then the iris comes out and it ends with an incense base that I personally find unpleasant. It's quite unisex.

It took me a couple of days to like this fragrance, but now I kinda love it. It’s fresh, aromatic and sweet at the same time. Unisex as I would also love this on a man. I usually find citrus a bit boring or too sour, but mixed with the others notes it’s very good.

I've been racking my brain for the past few days and I finally remembered what it reminds me of...!!! Lilas mauve by Yves Rocher(with less lilac)(!) which is unluckily discontinued...

Light, floral and powdery. Just the thing for a quick freshen up. Doesn't last worth a damn but it isn't that sort of scent.

Nice fresh fragrance, not aggresively citrus, soft, unisex, relaxing and just a bit powdery. Well done.

Eau, Caudalie... I do love your fresh scents so!!! I must have missed this one when I last visited their section at Sephora.

I cannot believe nobody made a connection with Cristalle Eau Verte by Chanel! :)
