Belong

I don't have a lot to say about this perfume and yet, I love it! It seems so simple but is decievingly complex, it just feels "simple" bc it's so easy on the nose. It's one of those rare perfumes that truly fit ANY occasion, time, and season. It's "safe" because of this factor, yes, but that's not why I love it so. There are plenty of safe perfumes...but the magic in this one is that it feels so JOYFUL! Classy, perfect for any situation, sexy in a subtle way, but most of all, it truly smells joyful and spontaneous to me while still remaining elegant and sophisticated (but not overly so that you can't wear it casually). To me it's the absolute perfect office perfume (and I know this term has gotten negative connotations over the years but I mean this in the most positive way) because it's soft but never fails to make me feel, well...joyful! Not just happy, truly joyful! I think it's that subtle sneaky sweet-yet-tart (but not too much of either) cherry note. I am a huge fan of Cartier perfumes, but I love this MUCH more than Cartier's cherry perfume (delices). Got a mini bottle for free but will be buying the biggest bottle I can asap :) Oh, and the performance is great! A rarity in modern perfumes, especially celebrity ones. It makes me remember just how much better perfumes were performance wise 10-20 years ago.

One of my favorite scents since its 2005 debut, I always loved it but haven't worn it for years & recently re-discovered it as I had spent all winter searching for a new signature fragrance to love.... couldn't find a new 1 but fell in love again with this after I bought a new bottle. Love the gentle mix of soft floral, touch of powderiness, & lovely peppery tang in this delicately feminine, ageless scent. A real winner. I find that although it's a light scent it wears a lot longer than many of the other fragrances I've purchased, so it has decent longevity, but the aroma wafts close to the skin (no traveling sillage). It's a unique scent that also mixes well w/other fragrances, especially ones that are overly sweet or extra floral - the peppery note balances out other scents nicely.

I used to sneak use of this perfume in high school from my mother. I loved it and almost squealed when I found it at Walgreens! I bought the big bottle online which was brash but I knew I wanted to be reunited with this scent! It IS easy on the nose! Not likely to offend and very wearable. I feel it’s a daytime perfume but could be layered with something else for evening. I can detect it on me at end of day from morning application but it’s very close to the skin at that point and only my husband would be able to detect it so it would need reapplied if you want to go allll day but should last through the work day. My favorite celebrity perfume! This is more complex than most celebrity perfumes and it is uplifting even calming. Very worth trying!

I am absolutely surprised as to the depth that this uber-clean smelling perfume actually has. You begin with an initial blast of white flowers and peony. In about half an hour its the pineapple and berries that dominate. This part is almost like being enveloped in summer's goodness without the overbearing sweetness. And finally when its been a couple of hours its a powdery citrus-sy dry down. I must say it is a light perfume. Very personal and wildly differs in character and longevity based on your body chemistry. However, if you are looking for something clean, simple and refreshing without breaking the bank, this would be a very good blind buy too :)

این عطر به همراه عطر دیگری از سلین دیان، هدیه یک دوست خوب و مهربان به من بود. این عطر رو از اون عطر دیگه (پرفيوم نوتس) ، بیشتر پسندیدم. هر دو عطر منو به یاد دوستم و خاطرات شیرین اون دوران میندازن. این عطر بسیار خوشبو بود، اما پخش و ماندگاریش تقریباً کم بود. بنابراین هر بار حدود 30 پاف به خودم میزدم. چقدر حیف که دیگه نتونستم پیداش کنم و در مغازه‌ها نایاب شده. This one along with "the perfume notes" were 2 Céline Dion perfumes which was bought for me by one of my best friends (Saeed). I have great memories which are twisted with these perfumes.

This perfume will always be one of my favorites. I was first given a bottle when I was 14, and finally found one for a reasonable price. It has the most simple, fresh, clean, powdery, slightly sweet smell. It has cotton flower in it which I don't find in any of my scents. The cypress adds a touch of freshness that isn't soapy. If you love simple but elegant scents I would definitely check this one out.

I'm just now trying this even though it's one of her first perfumes.I think this is the *best* of all of them.It is just a soft,simple floral that would fit any occasion without offending anyone.It smells almost exactly like Body by Victoria on me (which is one of my favorite scents ever) so this one is a win:)

If you miss this beautiful scent, you can buy Chopard Happy Spirit. Although the notes are different, they have surprisingly the same vibe and are quite similar. ❤️ By the way way, Celine dion "belong" is one of my best perfumes in my life.

i feel this has a very gentle kinda sweet kind powdery smell. makes me think of fall. not a statment perfume but itll do for something quick and easy

This is such a clean smelling perfume. Very mild and best for everyday wear:) smells pretty decent too:))))

I bought this unsniffed from the sale shelf a few years ago and I loved it. Used it, got compliments, knew I would buy it again someday in the future. But then I have not thought about it for ages until recenctly I "stumbled" across Celine Dion Parfums on the web. I remembered how much I loved sniffing my wrist when I wore it and I bought a big 100ml bottle on ebay the same day. Not disappointed! I would describe it as a modern classic. Fruity and fresh, perfect for everyday. Men love it, too! A colleague said he likes this scent as it is just nice and inoffensive "in contrast to the insufferable stinkers the old prunes wear".

It's a beautiful, heavenly fragrance. I still have my original 1.7 ouncer that was given to me as a gift. I was obsessed with it when I was in my late teens. I dug mine out from my perfume cabinet recently and it still smells as I remember it. It's a nice, unoffensive, gentle, and flowery daytime scent. Unfortunately, the sillage isn't great (at least not anymore) and it stays close to the skin. The lasting power leaves a lot to be desired. You have to virtually put your nose on your skin to catch any hint of a whiff after about an hour. It's unfortunate, otherwise, I would go back to wearing it.

This one is "different" !!! The notes were quite different from my other perfumes. And then just as I was enjoying the whole thing it just vanished !!! I like my perfumes to lie close to my skin. But here, forget about close, it wasn't there at all !!! Vanished !!! Disappointed, I squirted a couple more sprays. Then, half an hour later, I became aware of this heavenly smell. But there's no one else here; just me and Belong and this really beautiful smell. Now 2 hours later, there's this light floral powdery cloud around me. This perfume doesn't belong to me, I belong to it !!!

A few years ago I used to live in a warmer climate, I loved this perfume then. It was rich, interesting and lasted. Now I am in dry cold Scandinavia and I just bought it again, however this time it is a big disappointment. It lasts barely 5 minutes and evaporates. I don't like it the same way either... It the climate to blame?

I purchase it and i really like it,at first smell like baby ,then reminds me to ROCHAS for men,i cant explain it! but is very unique,rare in a good way,the staying power it ́s ok in comparation with other perfumes by celine dion.

a friend gave me for a present. i kept it two years in a drawer. and last week i tried it one more time. now i like it:)it's soft, clean. a nice everyday scene.

It is Romance by Ralph Lauren without the spicy note of pot marigold, tender, soapy, nice perfume. It's tender "phase of belonging" not a romance.

i had this parfume 5 years ago , it was my first scent i bought and i was not disipoined, really liked ,fresh and light.

This perfume is a nice everyday scent, I'm going to the grocer kinda of scent. Very wearable like a white cotton top.

I got it as a gift for ages. I just remember it was pleasant sweet and powdery vanille scent.I liked it.

It really does smell so lovely. Unfortunately it's too strong for me to wear, gives me headache easily.

Nothing really especial just another women perfume. It does not bring the best mood of joy in me this fragance is not for me, but it does not mean is bad is just not for me unlike clean fragances or Michael Kors perfumes these are for me! I will not purchase again and I will be selling this perfume soon.

The fragrance is fresh, lively, sparkling and has the feature of showing up and disappearing, just like Kashmina Touch and Molecule 01. I no longer have a bottle, but I did have 15 ml of the fragrance. I could detect pineapple, peony and cotton flower the most with woody notes. Belong is in my imagination exactly like in a bottle: transparent and airy. When it comes to celebrity scents, I think this one is OK, even celebs sometimes promote something good. It wasn't my favoutite so I got rid of it because I had too many bottles.

I am a HUGE fan of Celine Dion's perfumes with the exception of this one. I literally can NOT tolerate this scent. The first time I sprayed it I almost instantly got a headache from hell.

My first encounter with a Celine Dion scent, I was waiting in a queue in a shop and this one was standing right in the line of sight and on sale! Of course I had to sample it! At first spray I got instantly reminded of Lempickas: "Coral Flower", the same breezy lightness and the same yummy softness. Cotton flower, peony, hinoki-wood (responsible for a slight vanilla-esque vibe, says my nose) and orchid notes make this a wonderfully clean and pretty scent. It's nothing earth-shattering or sexy, but there are moments when a crispy clean, soft yet very pretty inoffensive scent is a nice break from my usually heavy silage bombs and the "Come hither! Or I come your way!" fragrances that I also have in my collection. "A crispy clean white t-shirt under a black fitted blazer on jeans" - kinda scent. For me, also very suitable to layer and spice up "Coral Flower" since that is a pretty but unfortunately very fleeting scent on my chemistry. Silage is: soft & gentle prettiness. -- Longevity is: 4+ hours. Belong is suitable for people who want something light & clean smelling and don't mind reapplying, or for people who are looking for a house/bed scent, since Belong is very easy and inoffensive.

My body chemistry does well with most oud type and gourmand type fragrances. I have had this Celine Dion frag forever. I hadn't used it in so long a time and recently came across it in my fragrance closet. The bottle is hardly used. I decided to give it a go and I was surprised at how pretty it smelled. It is a soft floral with subtle hints of fruit and barely a hint of vanilla. Most of the time floral type fragrances turn sharp and smell awful on me. I was really happy at how well it blended with my chemistry. The only thing I am sad about is that this is a eau de toilette vs eau de parfum. It didn't last very long on me at all. I think I will be using this as my daily fragrance till I run out and maybe I will buy some more.

This is a wonderful,relaxing scent. Belong comes in a lovely pentagon-shaped bottle. I bought this when it was first introduced,and I loved it. Then I stopped using it for a few years. Well, I just recently purchased a large bottle on the internet,and I'm so glad that I am using this product again. It's soft and powdery,and lightly floral. It is now a must in my collection. If you don't want a loud overpowering scent,then this is the perfume for you!

I loved this scent as a teen and young woman when it came out, but I put my bottle away as I tried new fragrances. Coming back to it now, it smells the same but a single spray was headache inducing, a punch in the face of all sugar and radiating in a cloud I couldn't escape. I suppose my body has changed quite a lot as I aged but I wasn't prepared for such a drastic change. I miss the soft floral I smelled in my teens.

This was the first "real" perfume I ever got, I was 8 years old and never sprayed it through all my teenage years because it was an expensive gift and I was scared to waste it. Lesson learned because when I rediscovered it in a box in my twenties it was mostly full and had gone completely rancid. Lesson learned: used the "nice" things you have while you have them, don't wait for a special occasion!

Got this as a gift in 2008, innocuous and pretty, the kind of fragrance you can buy for someone you are acquainted, but not friend's with....I think. Its not assertive or bold at all and that is what I think owning ones space is about. Light and composed, no element jumps out at you.Passable fragrance

It wouldn't be my first choice but ive received Belong shower gel as a gift and must say it is pretty nice and very delicate for a change. I would recomend it to the lovers of 'white soap-', classic and clean scents such as Chanel No. 5 who look for a modern twist among theirs fragrances

Very subtle and lacking strength in its undertones and topnotes. Although the perfume is not cliched, the name gives one the belief that the woman who wears it is in a society of her own making. For a star powered fragrance Belong does not leave a lasting impression on the wearer.

I bought the Celine Dion perfume powder inside the puff sparkle thing at a BigLots in Tucson here. I love the smell and it makes your skin shimmer. It is not heavy or too light. I am going to buy the liquid version soon.

I really like this scent! So feesh but also flowery amd little bit of gourmand. But one thing that I'm sure that this fragrance was realesed before 2005! If I'm not mistaken around 2003 or maybe 2004.

This is one of my favourite perfumes and I feel it a bit aquatic, like a coolwater or something, yet still sweet. I knew about its existence in 2006, I still have the handcream of it!

Smells mostly like alcohol... the bottle is boring, and the perfume doesn't last but 1 hour tops. Horrible perfume... glad I got a sample instead.

It,s a soft, warm, sweet perfume. It is good for day and night, for special occasion and everyday use. Not so special but pretty.

I like it. It's floral, it brings me to smiling, it makes me feel confident. I feel easy wearing it.

Light, nice and elegant floral. I like it better than Celine Dion EDP.

It's ok, not my fave.... it doesn't last long either.

I like how it smells, I think is ok perfume.
