Okay I just wanted to update with how I feel about this fragrance. It's only been like 12 hours (still have not been outside my house), but I keep oscillating between obsession and regret with this. The more I smell it, the more I obsess over it, but then I immediately remember how it smells exactly like Jazz Club. Even though I always adored it, I never bought Jazz Club myself because I don't support companies owned by L'Oreal for political reasons, so I'm really going off my own memory, but when I tell you it smells the same I'm not joking. I keep harping on about this because there are almost no reviews of this or the entire collection. And seeing how this collection (and many others like it) is only available in select Céline boutiques, I had no way of smelling it for myself. I went in completely blind with no point of reference as to how this would smell. I keep asking myself if I would have bought this knowing what I know now, and honestly? I think I still would. Make no mistake, while the drydown is extremely similar, Nightclubbing stands on it's own. It's more dynamic, and a bit more polarizing, I feel it does a better job capturing a memory and feeling better than some of the Replica series. Admittedly, I only picked this one because the name, "Nightclubbing". What a fun name! Is it an homage to Grace Jones? An ode to discotheques and gay bars? Both? SIGN ME THE FUCK UP! All in all, I have to wonder if I'm telling myself all this to justify paying $245 for it. But I think I can finally rest easy. I was never going to buy Jazz Club despite how much I wanted it, so finding a fragrance that not only duplicated that scent, but expanded upon and improved it leaves me feeling a little more confident in my purchase. I want to add that this lasts much longer on the skin than on fabrics. It's bizarre, I've never had a fragrance that lasts longer on the skin than on clothes, but I sprayed it on my shirt and my pillow, and it IMMEDIATELY vanished, yet the one spray on the back of my hand is still going, even after a nap. I'm also going to have to change my longevity score, because it's going on 6 hours now. Still very much a skin scent (to me atleast) I hope this helps anyone considering buying this fragrance completely blind. I know I'm rambling and mincing words, but I wish I had a review like this to help me decide before I outright bought it on a whim. I'll continue to update! (i paid over $200 for this, best believe i'm not going to shut the fuck up about it!)

Just received my bottle so here are my first impressions. I must say I'm a little disappointed. The scent itself is quite nice; smokey & boozy just the way I like. But it's weakest point is the projection, or lack thereof. Given how dark the juice is and the price I paid, I was really expecting it to be louder and to last longer. The longevity is pretty weak, but not as bad as other fragrances in this collection. I'm getting about 2 hours, *maybe* this could last for 3, but it's already fading on me after 45 minutes. The name is certainly befitting of this scent. I'd say the description listed does the most accurate job of describing it. Definitely heavy on the nicotine! I mean, my goodness, I'm practically second-hand smoking at this point! But that nicotine fades into a lovely powdery note, and then the booze kicks in. At this point, it turns into Jazz Club by Maison Margiela. But where as Jazz Club is a more relaxed, laid back night at a lounge, Nightclubbing is a night of bar hopping, dancing, coming home and crashing on your bed fully clothed with your shoes still on and confetti in your hair. The scent overall is very masculine, ESPECIALLY in the opening, I can't imagine women reaching for this, unless she's a chain smoker. As I said before, it's VERY nicotine-y, so I think it may put some people off, but it's more of a powdery nicotine, which I suppose can give it a feminine edge. Overall, it's not bad, but is it worth $220? My answer? Probably not. Maybe it's the buyers remorse that always follows an expensive purchase, or maybe it's because I haven't gone out and heard people's reaction to it, but I can't help but feel underwhelmed. For nearly half the price you can buy Jazz Club and get the same vibe (and the same 3.4oz size). Perhaps I'll comeback after quarantine has lifted and have gone out clubbing exactly like this fragrance intended, but for now, if you've been considering buying this yourself I would say proceed with caution. The packaging is gorgeous tho! Hedi always sweats the details, and we appreciate that.

This is so addicting. Love at first sniff. I do wish the beginning lasted a bit longer with more intensity, but it still has alright staying power. I am getting roughly six or so hours wear time with one spray on the back of my hand from my sample, and it’s heavenly from beginning to end. This fragrance is so me. It reminds me of Poets of Berlin by Vilhelm, mostly in the far dry down of that fragrance. They are quite different but the vibes are similar. Nightclubbing is more sophisticated but doesn’t last as long as Poets. I am so close to biting the bullet and buying a full bottle. I can’t stop thinking about this smell, my sample will never be enough. Update: I finally broke down and bought a bottle. Paid in full upfront, ordered from Celine's website. It shipped very fast and I had my bottle within the same week. It is so rare for me to feel like paying full price, all at once for a fragrance. But nightclubbing has me in a chokehold. This bottle is the star of my whole collection. Celine really sold me on this one with the narrative, and to me it is so beautifully executed. It's like this fragrance was custom made just for me. And yes, it is a more subtle type of scent but it definitely still wears well and can be noticed by others. I sprayed this on in my car before meeting some friends, when I got out of the car my friend remarked that he could smell me from about 20 feet away. I think our noses sometimes need time to warm up to a new fragrance, as well as the fragrance often needs some time to mature in its bottle. From the time I got my sample, until I finally got the full bottle I was spraying this on the back of my hand every single day, sometimes multiple times per day, its really all I want to smell. But I am starting to force myself to use my other fragrances, give Nightclubbing a break every few days because I find that if I don't smell it for a day or so its more potent when I do spray it again. I am overjoyed to finally have a bottle of this.

Nightclubbing (great name) is my final Celine sample to try, a pretty good note to end on. The Celine DNA is very much present here - muted, powdery and oh-so-chic. Nightclubbing is (unsurprisingly, given its name) one of their evening offerings. A high-quality, beautifully-composed scent, this is deeply satisfying and very aptly named. I would prefer stronger performance, but it is excellent regardless. Nightclubbing opens with an ashtray accord, smoky up top, but quickly becoming mossy and herbal, thanks to the oakmoss note. A cloud of patchouli follows closely, complementing the smokiness to perfection while tempering it somewhat. It wears fairly close to the skin, and is much more muted and nuanced that it sounds - it is perhaps the most elegant ashtray accord I've ever smelled. Powdery orris follows, seamlessly melding with the smoky, mossy opening while taking this scent to the next phase. A hint of dry, powdery vanilla emerges after a little while, so far, so Celine. It becomes a soft, powdery skin scent fairly quickly, the dry, sweet vanilla alongside a cloud of clean musk. Sillage is initially moderate, but becomes a skin scent quite quickly, and longevity is moderate. It is a unisex take on vanilla, best worn in autumn/winter. Equal parts cool and chic, Nightclubbing manages to be wearable while being unusual. Evocative of its name without being too on-the-nose, it is more wearable as a result, and far superior to any other "nightclub" themed scent I've tried - for example, Jazz Club is cosplay to Nightclubbing's couture. Edgy, nonchalant elegance. 4.5/5.

You step into a secret party at a hôtel particulier near Avenue Montaigne, where glamour and mystery intertwine. The dim, flickering light blurs faces and intentions, forcing you to rely on the language of scent and sensation. A haze of heavy smoke fills the air, mingling with the faint sweetness of vodka, as the intoxicating scent of dry tobacco clings to your skin. Dressed in a black Saint Laurent suit with Vasilli boots and a slightly unbuttoned shirt, you move through the room with effortless elegance, fully immersed in the atmosphere. This is a night of reckless flirtation and unspoken promises—a story of blurred boundaries and fleeting connections, sensual, raw, and unapologetically bold. Notes of dry tobacco dominate the atmosphere, enveloping you in a smoky haze, while whispers of musky warmth and faint sweetness evoke the lingering presence of a captivating stranger. When morning comes, what remains is the residue of the night before—the unmistakable scent of clothes steeped in smoke and stories, of moments that might have happened or could have been a dream. It’s a feeling captured perfectly in Nightclubbing by Céline, a fragrance for those who embrace the allure of mystery and the thrill of fleeting indulgence, carrying with them a scent as unforgettable as the night itself.

It's crowded, I'm hot, I'm in love with the bartender, I'm drinking whatever's being handed to me, I'm tip-toeing toward the back patio where I ultimately bum a dart from a sympathetic bystander, but not before stopping off in the head for a sketchy bump off the porcelin lid of the toilet's tank. While outside, I strike up a convo with an acquaintance I've crushed on forever. A glance exchanged, we Irish Exit right the fuck out of there, wandering through alleys and playgrounds until we flop on the front lawn of the hardware store to make-out and talk shit and look at the stars. I walk her home, then meander my way to my own bed, breathing deeply and letting the cold air singe the bottom of my lungs, still burning from not being a good smoker but smoking anyway. I arrive home to my marginal apartment, struggle to unlock the janky door the greasy landlords refuse to repair, finally get in, and make a beeline for my bed. I sigh in satisfaction as my mattress yields to my weight. Content, a little spinny, I shove off to the dreamworld, never looking back. That's what Nightclubbing smells like to me. Your mileage may vary. Or have varied. In either case nothing anybody says can make me not love this. 10/10.

Opens with a quite realistic cigarette note, not tobacco, but a burning cigarette--perhaps held in the lipstick-red lips of someone out for a night of dancing and partying. While an actual burning cigarette is something I loathe, here the smell isn't unpleasant or off-putting. Indeed, with the slightly lipstick-y smell of the rich, creamy orris and the smooth vanilla, the smell is dead sexy. There is also musk, clean and clear, a bit of patchouli and some bitter green galbanum. It does not evolve much, but it smells incredibly good start to finish. Later in the wearing, the musk and galbanum are more pronounced to my nose. In any event, this scent is incredibly well blended and much more than the sum of its parts. This is one of my new favorites because it is just so incredibly well composed. It doesn't project much at all, but it hangs around as just a bit more than a skin scent for hours and hours. This fragrance is luxurious, beautiful and captivating. If you get a chance, sample this gem, you will discover one of the best unisex scents of the past few years. Nightclubbing is one of the best from this exceptional line of fragrances from Celine. Very highly recommended.

Wow... I love it. I am a big fan of the Celine perfume line. They all seem to share a subtle structure, often built around vanilla or orris as one of the main notes. This gives the collection a recognizable signature while still allowing each fragrance to have its own personality. However, Nightclubbing surprised me the most. The name says it all. The scent captures the aroma of high quality cigarettes blended with soft musk. It's incredibly atmospheric. You can easily imagine yourself in a nightclub or cigar bar wearing your favorite fragrance, surrounded by the scents lingering in the air. It also reminds me of sniffing a blazer after a night out and the traces of perfume on the fabric mixed with the smell of cigarette smoke. There is something nostalgic, intimate, and surprisingly comforting about it. I definitely recommend sampling this one from the line. It's perfect for night dates, but equally enjoyable for a cozy evening at home with a drink, a good movie, and a fireplace nearby. One of the most unique and memorable fragrances I have experienced from Celine.

Omg, this is so good!! How did Céline manage to bottle up my youth?? This takes me straight back to when I was a teenager, being carefree, without any worries in the world 😌 I am not a smoker but all my friends were so Nightclubbing brings me back to being among my friends, chatting and laughing. I had a very sheltered life back then so nightclubs were an absolute mystery to me...not that I longed to go to a nightclub, and somehow, to me, this fragrance is more about carefree youth than about the nightlife... Yes, the smoke/cigarette smell is there but it’s more airy and has an “outside” in the sun feeling rather than being cooped up inside a club. I smell the aromatics and freshness more and the cigarettes are in the background. This is, of course, my personal take on this fragrance. Everyone perceives things differently and I, for one, will be getting a full bottle of this bottle of happiness asap!

I didn’t know what to think the first time I tried Nightclubbing. It felt almost confrontational, and I couldn’t tell if I loved it or hated it. And then I kept reaching for it. It smells like the aftermath of a perfect night out, not the party itself, but 6AM the next morning. Cigarette smoke tangled in your hair, someone else’s perfume still clinging to your collar. The air is heavy and your head is spinning, but you’re glowing. The galbanum cuts in sharp and green at first, almost bitter, before the white orris butter smooths everything into something creamy and cool. Patchouli and tree moss give it that dim, velvet-dark base, while vanilla and musk make it skin-like. It's warm and lived-in and a little indecent. It’s honestly unlike anything I’ve ever smelled. It's so sexy and shimmery and smooth like worn leather and low lighting.

I regret ever trying Celine's fragrances. Because I love all of them. They all do share a common base, a DNA if you will, and something in it speaks to me deeply. Or rather, whispers to me gently and very intimately. Nightclubbing is everything, literally everything I adore in fragrances. Have you ever felt that a fragrance was created specifically for you? This is how I feel about it. From powdery orris and buttery vanilla down to a polarizing ash/cigarette note - I am in love with it. After the initial blast of smoke, the cigarette effect here is not as strong and unapologetic as, for example, in Jasmine et Cigarettes. Rather, the whiffs of freshly lit cigarette come and go, and yes, it does make me yearn for one although I quit over a decade ago. This fragrance is everything. Straight into top 5 of my personal greatest of all time.

I just burst out laughing when i first smelled this. It smells like cigarettes. It smells like an ashtray. But how did they make an ashtray smell GOOD? This reminds me of my 20s and going out of the venue to the street outside, in between opening bands and the headliner, and talking to smokers, people talking 2-3 languages at once because we're all foreigners, and coming home smelling of cigarette smoke in my hair. So no, it's not ashtray in a negative sense, but smoking out in the cold night air and looking up at stars and feeling so alive. Then it turns into a very gentle, sophisticated vanilla that goes on and on, like the dream of coming home on the train at midnight, already going over how amazing the band was that night. Please don't make me fall in love with this. It is too expensive! (But I love it already.)
- em inglês
The Galbanum is strong in this one. This is a good heir to n°19 poudré, but a little bit less powdery, with a hint of bitterness. The iris is pretty similar in both, the patchouli in the dry down is the main difference for me. It makes for a sexy green scent, elegant with an edge. I don't really get the Nightclubbing part, to me it is just that incredible whiff of Galbanum that reminded me of Vent Vert, so I'm half-sold from the opening. I love the bitterness of the dry down, the day was super hot but it's a fragrance that takes the heat pretty well. I've read some of the review, to me this scream green scent from the 70' and I can't figure out where is the smoke or the party but I love it, I was ready for that collection to be a let down, but all of the fragrances are really good !
- em inglês
Celine fragrances have that beautiful iris, orris, powdery accord that smells clean, relaxing, and luxurious. Nightclubbing takes those notes and adds a sweet dash of nicotine to it. Think a dance club; sweat, cigarette smoke wafting through the air, and the scent of beautiful perfume mixed in and that's Nightclubbing. The notes say there's vanilla in it and I could see that but this is not a full on gourmand fragrance. The slight sweet vanilla comes across almost boozy. I love wearing this out in the evening. It gives club vibes. It is a skin scent but will sparkle when your body temperature rises. I also have the candle and it is honestly such an incredible scent-really amazing. The power of fragrance!
- em inglês
Extremely realistic cigarette smell (especially the first drags), mixed in with a powdery , dusty fragrance with a hint of iris. But not like Dior Homme (2005/2011) iris it’s much more subtle. Maybe Dior Homme’ iris 4/5 hours into the drydown mixed with cigarette smoke , women’s fragrance (white floral) and leather. Something like that gives you the gist of it. It’s very nice and unique and it really captures the Parisian rock n roll hedonism that Hedi Slimane brings to every brand he directs, for better or worse. This is 100% the name it has in the bottle, and it is definitely something to try before buying as it is very polarizing. Unisex appeal but slightly feminine leaning.
- em inglês
This is gorgeous. I do get a tiny whiff of cigarette ash in the opening, and every now and again, but it's not so much "dirty," as it is just dry. Sort of a clean ash, I suppose. It's like the "cigarette" accord in ELDO's Jasmine et Cigarette - it is just a suggestion or hint. Perhaps that the effect of the galbanum with the other notes. This "ashy" accord in Nightclubbing really works with the dry, fluffy, lavender-gray of the orris. The vanilla drydown is a dry, cozy one, not a boozy, sickly sweet, cloying vanilla. Sophisticated vanilla. Perhaps it the woodiness of the patchouli that grounds it all, and prevents it from being to sweet. It's fantastic, and FB worthy!
- em inglês
I like this scent. I’m glad to have it. But there’s something missing? Something thin about it, like it can’t quite hold itself up. It smells more like an imagined night out, like the idea of one: the cigarettes, the coke, the sweat of some indie twink who never made it. There’s a brightness though, some floral in hidden in the dirty ashtray, and it shifts easily from day to night, a kind of soft blur. I wish it had more weight, more drive. Still, maybe that would ruin it. Maybe part of its charm is that it’s a little insubstantial, a little too easy to forget. I keep thinking I should try layering it with something sharper, something that might give it a backbone?
- em inglês
All of the Céline perfumes I've tried dry down to the same soft, quality vanilla base, but this one does it most wonderfully. The opening cigarette smoke is very intriguing but would get annoying if it didn't transition into delicate galbabum quite quickly. Soon after, the patchouli becomes apparent, and as with the other notes, this is the classiest patchouli, worthy of Chanel, and gives this perfume a woody edge which stops it being just vanilla fluff, and also complements the tiny soupçon of moss. As with most Céline perfumes, this is surprisingly strong, as it seems quite discreet at first, but once you get going with your day you will notice it.
- em inglês
This is pure mood in a bottle. You instantly get the cigarette smoke in the opening, on top of a cloud of complex aromas you'd pick up in a high-end lounge. You can smell various different colognes worn by different guests, earthiness from expensive wood cabinets, as well as velvety lounge chairs scattered around. In the background you get this very clean musk, as if you spent the whole night dancing. It's sort of like a mixture of sweat (0% BO, its a clean musk) , cologne, smoke, sweetness and earthiness. This is a classy evening in a bottle that is very luxurious. I will be using this a lot for the upcoming cold seasons. This is a love! 10/10

A cigarette still smolders in the air, caught somewhere between a half-whispered secret and the last sip of a golden cocktail. The night drapes itself in black satin and vanilla - rich, sensual, and effortlessly Parisian. Nightclubbing to me is the scent of a Celine cocktail jacket, warmed by the city’s neon glow, infused with the lingering memory of sweet smoke and skin. It’s a melody of contrasts: the creamy embrace of vanilla against the raw edge of galbanum, the polished decadence of orris slipping through the haze of nicotine. Think of Hôtel Costes, bathed in deep crimson, where the night never truly ends - it only dissolves into the next.
- em inglês
When first applied Nightclubbing is a burst of ashy, powdery, green notes that blend together beautifully. As its settles a sweet vanilla combines with the powdery, green delight and creates a scent that is unique, sophisticated, and utterly stunning. As its continues a mossy base mixes with the vanilla as the powdery, green elements linger in the background. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever tried. This is a true love for me. I think of a sophisticated individual, wearing gorgeous clothes and a beautiful trench coat, standing outside on a lush, rainy evening, smoking cigarettes, and wearing a powdery, vanilla perfume to match the occasion.
- em inglês
My midlife crisis seems to be manifesting as a yen for tobacco and cigarette accords (I don't smoke). I still like the idea of Jasmin & cigarette more than actually wearing it, but a clever cigarette note gets my attention these days. Nightclubbing is very classic, what keeps it modern is how subtle it is - so while I totally get the complaints about sillage and longevity, I also feel that its delicacy is what stops it from being too 50s women's handbag, too staid. The galbanum in the opening minutes is cool, green and ashen; once that softens and the faint, airy vanilla comes through, it's just perfect. Beautifully wearable.
- em inglês
Stunning and intoxicating smell, but the high lasts for seconds. Initial spray is like an ash tray in the summer sun. Then it immediately dries down to barely a skin scent of musky vanilla, pleasant but losing all complexity and sillage. Other scents with these kinds of ashy iris, musk, vanilla and almost leathery notes usually last for hours or days. How they managed to make this type of perfume so weak is surprising to say the least. Longevity and sillage aside, I love these kinds of scents reminiscent of vacation - sunny, vanillic sunscreen and cigarette ash from outdoor seating at a restaurant overseas.
- em inglês
Celine Nightclubbing (2019) - powdery-tobacco vanilla - It’s hard to find tobacco fragrances that are more intimate to your skin - this is one of them. A mixture of powdery Iris, Vanilla and Tobacco that showcases all the warmth of a delightful amber perfume, yet does so elegantly. Along the journey, you have things that perk the wearer’s interest. Grass-like & bitter Galbanum cuts through the richness of the main accord. Suede-like elements - smooth as butter. Patchouli and woods adding an esrthy and wet soil backbone. Well-constructed with seamless transitions throughout the fragrance.

I was looking for a cigarette smoke on clothes type of smell and this is exactly that smell, done better. This is simply old cigarette smoke with vanilla, or maybe a woman wearing a sweet vanilla perfume that's smoking a cigarette. I can see this being a nice signature scent given the simplicity, but leaning more toward colder weather. Very sexy. Very classy. But simple enough for white shirt and jeans, in fact, it would be sexier dressed casually. The only down side to this is the weak performance, which should be a criminal offence for such a lovely scent and expensive price tag.
- em inglês
Still loving this. Can I just add that on me it's now smelling incredibly powerful and is extremely longlasting. I did initially find it faded out to something quite subtle (but still noticeable and tenacious) after a couple of hours. However, I have a travel size and it's become a lot stronger in the few months I've owned it, blasting out green-nicotine-iris-vanilla for hours. Not sure whether that's happening to others, but if it seems faint it could be that you're going nose-blind. Maybe check with others around you just in case, you don't want to be wearing too much of this!
- em inglês
I really like this, I've finally given in and paid over the odds for a 10ml sample. I love the first few smoky, boozy seconds, it is beautiful. I personally think this heavily leans feminine, perhaps that is the powdery vanilla but I do agree it smells like a woman having a great time on a night out. My one disappointment is how weak this is. On my skin this vanishes in minutes which I'm gutted about. I like a strong knockout smell, the kind that announces your arrival - and if this lasted it would definitely be an everyday wear for me because it smells divine - while it lasts.

Nightclubbing entrances me. The galbanum is an intriguing nod to the 70s and the sophisticated style of those out for a devilishly fun evening, adorned in Halston. I imagine sitting on an aubergine-hued, crushed velvet sofa at the chicest of clubs; the sofa is beautifully baroque in style, while, at the same time, slightly worn and frayed - hinting at memories of the good times had upon it. The deliciously musky vanilla is the best; discreet and intriguing - vanilla that has been kissed by the warmth of skin and a racing pulse over the course of hours. Addicting and bewitching.

Lived‐in leather at 3 a.m. Galbanum cuts through like rain‐soaked grass on a cool winter night. Inside, cigarette smoke lingers on velvet curtains, damask banquettes, and mirrored walls like secret history. Nightclubbing is a paradox: smoky yet fresh, polished yet reckless, dark and electrifying all at once. It’s also me as a little girl, tucked in and waiting for my parents to come home after a night out. My mom leans in to check on me—Shalimar (pre‐IFRA) laced through her hair and a veil of cigarette smoke resting on the lapels of her coat. It’s a memory I can still breathe.
- em inglês
This is what the rooms where Jacques Lacan was conducting his seminars in the 1970s smelled like, I imagine: decadent spectatorship of leather, patchouli, cigarette smoke, and something sweet. Lacan, sighing dramatically, is talking about the unconscious overpronouncing words like a Comédie-Française actor; he is smoking a lot and with long pauses. The audience is shrouded in smoke, constantly adding to it, the air is buzzing and smells like a mixture of different earthy perfumes, and the silence of complete attention is broken only by the crunch of worn leather.
- em inglês
Nightclubbing smells like floral body cream applied many hours ago, and the traces of cigarette smoke in freshly washed hair on a windy day. Like many others have commented, who knew smelling like the ghost of a lit cigarette could be so alluring? I think I prefer this in the warmer months when the vanilla stands out more and rounds the whole thing out, but I appreciate the different facets colder weather brings (super clean floral and green elements). It’s not an easy wear for me but still a scent I crave often for its odd reassurance.

WOW. This is the scent I wear whenever I go out to the bar in the evenings. Imagine a dimly lit jazz bar. You can barely hear the people you are with over the chattering the live band in the background. The smell of cigarettes being smoked outside is softly felt from the cool air breezing in from the windows. In addition to that, the place is overtaken by the smell of leather jackets and vanilla. This is one of the few perfumes that manages to transport me to another place. It tells a story. It has personality. So unique. Must try!

This fragrance makes me feel so many things. When I was growing up in the 90s, my parents would invite friends and neighbours over for dinner and drinks nearly every Saturday night. Many guests would be smoking (and indoors too). The scent of the cigarette smoke, perfume lingering in the air, the night breeze coming through the windows, the laughter and chatter of all those people I love are some of my most comforting memories. Somehow Nightclubbing has captured all of that and I don’t ever want to be without it.
- em inglês
A wonderful, distinctive combination of patchouli and vanilla at the beginning that exudes a chainsmoker's vibe. The galbanum is definitely present in the top note, but very quickly the green "ashtray" note fades away to give rise to a quasi-powdery scent. Thanks to patchouli's smokiness, the fragrance never devolves into a one-dimensional saccharine note. It does, overall, conjure the heady, intellectual era of Paris in the 1970s. It's classy but not boring. It smells bourgeois but not irksomely pretentious.

I got a sample of this because I was curious about the nicotine note, and I am in LOVE! The nicotine smell in this perfume reminds me of hugging someone and smelling the ghosts of cigarettes past. That nostalgic smell combined with a sexy musky vanilla and a deep, lush green scent makes this scent complex, but somehow it’s still a bit understated. I saw a review mention this being the smell of a chic, French lover and I have to agree! NEEED a full size bottle when I save up enough money!
- em inglês
Wow, sex in a bottle, it takes me back to my college days when I would go to the club and you would smell a mixture of booze, tobacco and mixed fragrance. This just radiates sexy. It’s starts with a powdery Oris and vanilla combo and then you get a hint of sweet rum like scent in the background with an undertone of tobacco. It’s comes off so sexy and confident and I’ve garnered tons of complement every time I wear it. It’s very unisex and just such a great creation.
- em inglês
Finally getting around to testing my sample; the reviews citing cigarette ash are right, smells like powdery cigarette ash, hints of green-scented smoke in the air. Gets vanillic and mossier as it dries down, very much like skin cream and the remnants of a chypre fragrance worn earlier in the day. This needs some heat to be truly appreciated as its meant to be, I'd wager spring through autumn. Can't be too cold else its impression will fall flat.
- em inglês
I have no idea why I want to smell like a smokey old speakeasy, but god bless because this what I've been looking for. What a perfect execution of a fragrance with this concept. Although, I feel like this is classier than the standard "night club". It's the smell of an upscale but underground jazz club, where everyone is dressed up and smoking thin cigarettes. My only wish is that it was 5X stronger than it is as it sits quite close to the skin.

Nightclubbing is a perfume for somebody who is polished and buttoned up on the outside, but who has secrets. She is smart and professional, but she’d surprise you with her stories of where she’s been and what she’s been up to. This perfume is a beautiful smile with a sexy, mysterious wink. I adore her. Unisex leaning slightly femme, trans-seasonal (except, perhaps, for the high heat of summer). Very, very special.

My second bottle now. Hurray! This one will forever be a love from me. A piece of memory that I will never forget. A person I will forever cherish for coming to my life. It resembles half a piece of us, and the other piece is Parade. One of the first gifts she gave me. It wasn’t just a blind buy. She didn’t even ask me about my favourite note. She studied that I love the butteriness from iris and vanilla.

I really like this. I love Black Tie but, sometimes, it’s a little sweet. Nightclubbing is a terrific alternative. I have only had it a couple days but I think this is going to get a lot of wear. I haven’t tried it, but I’m also sure I can layer it with Black Tie or Dans Paris. I agree with all the comments about a slight cigarette smoke smell (in a great way). I do wish the sillage was better.

Dancing the night away, forgetting you have work in a few hours. Rushing home to shower the libations away. Getting to work with a few minutes to spare while getting faint whiffs of the club air from the night before in your hair. Nightclubbing puts a smile on my face for that very reason. Flashbacks to the young, functional party life. Sneaky, but polished.

This should be renamed "Board room". A very serious, stoic, earthy, and mature green scent. Addictive, dry and completely unisex. This has a certain Mediterranean charm and warmth, it draws similarity to Eau de soir but it's much more refined. It reminds me of sundried earth and moss in Rome in that it's raw and earthy while luxurious and commanding.

Weird but this is the very first scent that actually conjured up the nightclub scene in my mind upon sniffing this. Didn’t like it at first but after a few hours it actually grew on me. The second hand smoke, the sweet stench of liquor consumed all around, the musty air condition, this is a night club olfactory scene in a bottle, literally.

Former smoker here! Nightclubbing used to mean dirty cigarette haze to me. With this scent, it’s completely transformed. It feels like a sexy nightclub reimagined through something unexpectedly green and fresh, almost like crushed stem carrots cutting through the darkness. Beautiful, edgy, and strangely additive. Love, love, love this!

Masterpiece. Smells exactly like the nightclubs we went to as students at Oxford. A blend of the sweetness of dried perfumes, cigarettes, alcohol, and sweat. I do not know how Celine managed to nail this so perfectly. Tell me I'm wrong after you stopped by one of those clubs at Oxford filled with grad students after garden parties.

I absolutely love this. It's very elegant with a drop of trashiness. How? I don't know, lol. It's the only full bottle of Celine that I have. I can't imagine wearing this during summer but definitely for all other seasons. Unisex leaning slightly masculine (I'm a woman). Love love love. Definitely up there on my list of favorites.

Sharp, green galbanum with subtle notes of nicotine, which feels nocturnal and slightly intoxicating. The vanilla and patchouli feel like patina. If you appreciate unconventional, definitely sample. While the tobacco and ashy notes may not appeal to everyone, they really capture the essence of late nights. Modern and classic.

This is super interesting. There are many tobacco perfumes but this is the first to create a realistic nicotine cigarette accord. I’m not a smoker but wow this is amazing. So sexy. The cigarette smell disappears to reveal a powdery vanilla base. It lasts and lasts.

Party memories: your besties vanilla perfume and cigarette smoke linger on your sweater The cigarette-evocative galbanum is mostly present in the opening and it becomes more and more vanillic as it dries down with that powdery orris Celine DNA throughout
