Jolie

Jolie smells like macarons to me! It's delicious!! Sweet and sugary and such a happy fragrance! Longevity and projection are amazing and is a very realistic smelling gourmand perfume. I highly recommend if you like perfumes like I Matti Milk's Note (smells like Jolie and Bianco Latte had a baby) and Profumum Dolce Acqua (without the Play-Doh vibe I get in the dry down of Dolce Acqua).

I don't have the original, nor have I smelled it, but I do have Dapper's version, which I got because multiple reviews said it smelled like the original but better (no glue/plastic scent that some get). I smell a waaaaaay toned down version of Italica with Tootsie Rolls, which I wasn't expecting, but it's pretty! It's just not blowing me away like I thought it would.

Yes she has the milk, vanilla, sugar, musk and a wisp of fruit. But I also smell chocolate and a nutty note. It is stunning. I got the 100ml right after I got the sample.

After the first few minutes, this is dupe for Profumum Roma.Dolce Acqua.

This smells like sugared water .

Wow this is STRONG. According to the Internet, this has an oil concentration of 41 %. You can smell it even after taking a shower. When I bought it, I was in Rome and the heat was crazy.. sth like 35°C to 40°C. The fragrance shined. But I can't remember what was it that I smelled exactly. I just know that it smells differently now in a more moderate weather. So strange. For a while I smell almonds/marzipan, then I smell milk, then candy and back to the almonds. I get an occasional cherry. I am confused, I don't know whats going on, but I like it. This might be the sweetest perfume I have ever smelled. Also, I remember the sales assistant telling me that all the ingredients are sourced from Italy. (Eventually, I gave it to a friend. It was just too strong for me.)

It smells like a very sweet, very almond fragrance, very strong, a little bit metallic. It’s maybe too strong for me first spray but how this smells on clothes is wonderful.

There has been some hype around this fragrance and I’m glad I did not blind buy and I don’t recommend you do either because on my skin and from what my nose picks up I smell plastic sugar with berry-like nuances. I agree with AkaNeri’s review below, I smell glue stick but not even the purple glue stick - a glue stick with some very synthetic fruity undertone. I smell fruity scented bandaides and/or latex. I get the same latex accord that some people mention they smell in BR540. I can totally see how some people mentioned that Jolie smells like candy but to my nose right away I pick up that latex plastic note and that just ruins it for me😔. I will say the longevity and sillage is great with mild projection. It’s so important to test before buying a full bottle because our pH balance of the skin differs slightly from one another, which can change the way a scent smells. What may not work for me may totally work for you! I really do hope it does work for you because I wish Jolie would work on my skin since the fragrance notes are so my speed! That’s the beauty of fragrances they all smell differently on everyone so go crazy and test away!

Welcome to the sweet, candied experience called Jolie! This is a roller coaster through lollipop hills and sugared rivers. It is a simple and sweet concoction done with mastery and complexity. If you are a gourmand lover as myself it will be difficult not to fall in love. Sugar trip: To begin with, you have to like sugar to enjoy this blend. First spray, a tooth-achingly sweet blast of sugar. Not crystal sugar, powdered sugar, if you get a sniff from a bag of powdered sugar you will know what I mean, at this point the sweetness is sharp. In a few seconds I start to get whipped cream, the milk is making a discreet appearance, never too obvious through its whole wear. Lollipop hills: A caramelized sugar quality with all the stickiness and slightly burned aspects makes things even more interesting. But this is just a stop before arriving to the lollipop, hard candy land. I think I could describe this phase with colors, it feels like little rainbow explosions of sugar. The fruits have also joined the party now offering their juicy and bright qualities. My nose detects cherry, maybe some blood orange, peach and maybe a bit of lime as I detect sth discreetly sour. Now the mastery point, the above-mentioned stage lasts for 6 hours on my skin. It does not lose its intensity, the powdered sugar effect is vibrant and alive though its whole wear. There are some really good ingredients in here, might be concentrated oils, even the sprayer part is a bit sticky. If you like sticky sweetness, caramelized vanilla and candied notes this is for you. This is delicious after a few seconds . There is a weird plastic smell right in the beginning but it goes away . If you want something like this mixed with Biancolatte I recommend “milk note” from i matti. It’s $75 and it smells like this dry down mixed with Biancolatte ITS DELICIOUS. It’s not on fragrantica yet hopefully it will be soon

This is like a lollipop in a bottle. The sweetest most sugary heavy caramel berry lollipop you can imagine, then multiplied by 10. Sticky sugar syrup, some sticky sweet caramel and then a berry-sugar glaze on top. Seriously you'd get cavities from just sniffing this. Intense, no - holds- barred sugar on steroids!

This, to my nose, smells like Acqua e Zucchero by Profumum Roma... I love Acqua e Zucchero but don’t love the price, this is much more affordable and I feel like it’s a bit deeper than AeZ!

I thought it would be my hg fragrance, but no luck. It smells almond, cherry and light vanilla. Not enough milk here for me. For my milk cravings I prefer Ava Luxe Milk and PG Musc Maori.

It's very plastic and glue like.. Yes, If you pour white school glue on a hot plastic, then add sugar.. vois la - you got Jolie!

This smells like if Bianco Latte & Minnie Mouse HOS had a baby!
