Chanel No 5 L'Eau

I remember being 13 and seeing the Gisel Bundchen ad for the original chanel n5 edp. I was obsessed immediately, and became set on smelling it. It was when I went on a day trip to a coastal town with my family on boxing day, that I finally managed to get to a sephora. I very shyly sprayed it on my wrist and immediately thought ‘oh noooo’ because it was definitely a departure from what I was used to (my perfume at the time being Rose by Zara). Although I knew I couldn’t live out my dream of having the most iconic perfume in the world as my signature scent, I did keep sniffing my wrist and enjoyed the smell while it lasted. Cut to, 3 years later, I’m out shopping with my friend I spot the marketing for the Chanel n5 l’eau launch. I got pretty excited, and scuttled over to give it a sniff. I was totally transported back to that day in Biarritz by the n5 dna. It was the first time a perfume had really had that effect on me. It smelled so familiar. And this one, I knew I could pull off. I used samples of it from sephora for a while and then eventually stopped after Glossier You came out and instantly became the only perfume I wore for the next 5 years. Cut to, this year. I stumbled across a cheap bottle of it online and bought it. I still think this is masterful. I’ll admit that for the price, it could stick around longer than it does. I do think it’s the style of scent that you can go nose blind to though, because people around me have mentioned it a few times when I’ve not been able to detect it at all. The comparisons to mall soap and body spray are fair enough if you’re used to stronger more perfume-y scents. I strongly disagree though. There’s no real way of understanding this perfume. It’s really its own thing, you can read the notes but personally i can’t really smell them individually. It’s definitely got the chanel n5 in it but it’s soooo so clean and wearable. It doesn’t smell old fashioned. I’ve seen alot of people find it a shame to take the EDP and turn it into something palatable for the younger generations. I don’t know, call me a heathen but I think that stance is a bit puritanical. The associations people have with the original is bagage I don’t want my perfume to carry, despite appreciating it for what it is. I still love the dna though and am stoked to be able to wear it. There is absolutely a market for this fragrance. It smells modern to me, in a niche way. It’s sort of a skin scent in that it really melds with your chemistry to creating something slightly musky, powdery but with the aldehydes and citrus cutting through and brightening it up. I don’t get very strong florals from it on myself. I will say, layering this with Glossier You amplifies both fragrances beautifully and I get alottt of compliments when I wear them together.

One of the biggest mistakes you can make as a beginner in your perfume discovery journey is testing a lot of perfumes at once. This way your nose gets tired and your attention is all over the place. This is how I almost missed one of my favourite scents to date and my current signature. The first time I tested No 5 L’Eau was in a Chanel boutique after I’ve basically smelled the entire designer and exclusif line. Of course it smelled very similar to the original No 5 (watered down) and of course it smelled almost identical to Eau Premiere. It was years ago and my nose was still untrained so, to me, the whole No 5 DNA was mono-thematic; all about soap! And it wasn’t particularly alluring to my nose either. It smelled like an old bar of soap. I couldn’t believe it and thought all of that advertisement (Marilyn Monroe, Catherine Denueve, Nicole Kidman, Gisele Bundchen) was a bunch of nonsense. A few years passed and I started growing into my womanhood. I was more sure of my choices, even perfume wise, I no longer asked or cared if other people enjoyed my scent...all it mattered was how it made me feel. So naturally, after becoming more experienced (I still have a lot to learn) in my perfume journey, I started going back to a few classics to see how I felt after all this time. And... I was speechless! No 5 (vintage, edt, eau premiere and l’eau) was to my surprise the kind of DNA I loved. I discovered I loved the classics (from many other brands too) just like I love my classic literature. “Now I get it”, I’ve thought. If you think you’ve written off a scent (especially one that is considered iconic or a masterpiece) please do yourself a favour and go back to it at least once or twice after 3-5 years and see how you feel. You might be surprised... Chanel No 5 L’Eau is a luxurious bubble bath in Paris while drinking champagne. You then put on your expensive lotions and wear your silk robe. You smell like a woman that has places to go now. I find L’eau the most comfortable interpretation on No 5. Soft soft soft ☁️ 🫧 🦢 Only downside is the performance that is more like an eau de cologne and needs reapplying every few hours. When I think of the No 5 DNA now I still don’t think of an overly sensual woman like Marilyn Monroe but a quieter, more romantic, classy, regal beauty like Grace Kelly. If Chanel ever decided to fix the performance issue, I’d make this my life’s signature. Until then, I’ll bath in it, thank you very much!

I encountered Chanel No. 5 L’Eau in that most transient of places—the duty-free at Munich’s airport, a cathedral of transience, all gleaming bottles and restless souls. Barcelona awaited, a city of summer swelter, and I, ever the hopeful traveler, spritzed a paper strip on a whim, tucked it into my handbag without another thought. But then—the plane. The Alps below, a jagged dream of ice and shadow, and suddenly, a fragrance so exquisite it seemed to drift from some celestial source. I turned, half-convinced it must belong to the woman across the aisle, or perhaps the stewardess with her starched cuffs and practiced smile. But no—the air around me was empty of such elegance. And then, the revelation: my own bag, my own forgotten treasure. I opened it with the reverence of a pilgrim uncovering a relic, and there it was—the scent, all along, had been mine. Barcelona, dear Barcelona—how I wanted to love you. But the heat clung like a fever, thick and suffocating, and I counted the hours until the south of France, where my family waited with promises of cooler breezes, of air one could breathe without tasting salt and asphalt. And when at last I arrived—ah, relief. The Provençal light, the lavender-scented evenings. Only then did I dare revisit that paper strip, its magic undimmed. I have never been one for citrus—too sharp, too insistent. But this? This was different. A whisper, not a shout. A balm for nausea, for the oppressive weight of summer. Press your wrist to your nose, inhale deeply—vanilla, yes, and musk, but also something elusive, a ghost of Trésor, perhaps, or the memory of my mother, a woman of Chanel, of understated grace. And so here is the paradox: it is Chanel No. 5, and yet it is not. It is something new, something alive. Love at first spray—fickle, perhaps, but undeniable.

I remember when this came out, I fell head over heels for this scent. I had more recently helped my brother buy his fiancee a bottle of Eau Premiere, which is another one I had my eyes on, but felt strange having the same signature scent as my future sister-in-law, so when I saved up enough, I went for this one instead. The had the 35 mL at Sephora, which was perfect for me. I'm still obsessed with this. I know at the time people were really angry about this scent, saying it was just water, that it didn't have any of the original No 5 DNA, but I disagree. It's super cleaned up and lightened, yes, but as a No 5 lover, I love that scent profile in all of its forms. L'eau is so airy yet PRESENT. I've had people been able to smell this on me 8+ hours later, which I didn't expect from this type of perfume. I love the atomizer on this one, the pressurized release so you're really in a cloud of this fluffy, aldehydic, sweet ylang scented, citrusy, powdery, No 5 musk. I love it. I bought this when I felt too young to wear the original No 5. Now I'm in my 30s and I own a bottle of the EDT, and it doesn't feel as overwhelming to me as it used to. I thank you, L'eau, for being my gateway to becoming a lady. Maybe in the next decade I'll feel ready for the EDP!

Absolutely beautiful. I bought this recently for an outstandingly low price won in an eBay auction someones unwanted Christmas present. I was so surprised after reading the reviews of it being so Citrus and sparkling and also quite weak that l couldn't really smell the Citrus top notes. It went straight to its floral notes and powder on me as soon as it touched my skin and the strength of 1 spray on my hand was outstanding it was stronger than 6 sprays of no 5 EDP. As l sat at my computer typing at work, l could smell this clean powdery floral waft it was delicious sometimes floral powdery notes can get a bit sickly but this is so clean and soapy powdery its divine. This is my second favourite of the numbered Chanel Fragrances. Chanel no 19 getting the top spot, and Chanel no 5 coming in 3rd. l like the clear colourless fluid its very chic and minimalist looking, but l also dislike the clear fluid too because when the bottle is full it looks like an empty bottle of perfume standing on your dresser. You feel compelled to waste a load by spraying liberally just so you can see the liquid line. I love this perfume its gorgeous. I give this a 7.5/10

Cannot stand original No5 EDP. I am one of the unfortunate few who get “cat pee” from the standard scent. I tried L’eau at the store and shockingly loved it. It has a bright citrus opening that is sparkly and effervescent. The champagne feel of the opening is brilliant and is reminiscent of the original intent of No5 and feels to me exactly as I wished original No5 would smell like. The heart notes are lightly floral but smell mostly clean and lightly maintain that sparkly citrus. Dries down into a gorgeous powdery musk that is extremely Chanel but more muted and understated. I get 6-8 hours of wear, but the effervescent citrus does only last ~3 hours. The powdery musk lasts the rest of the day. I love that it wears into a more mature muted fragrance as the day goes as I love each stage of this scent. Can understand the complaints about longevity if you are mildly anosmic to the powdery musk as the bright citrus phase is short wearing. Would highly recommend to those who love citrus clean fragrances.

I love this. Aldehydes and lemons. Eau Premiere is a stripped down version of No. 5, this is a stripped down version of Eau Premiere. People seem to think this is a bad thing, but I don't think so. I think it is nice that Chanel is offering versions of the classic No. 5 that are going to appeal to different groups of people. It's not strictly an age thing, even though people always want to make it about age. Many people of many ages find Chanel No. 5 too challenging and too unpleasant to wear. That's okay. These flankers (or different, more modern interpretations) of No. 5 can allow people who never enjoyed No. 5 to finally enjoy it. I think that's wonderful. This opens with amazing, sparkling, luminous aldehydes and dries down to a subtle lemon-vanilla smell that is quite pleasing. It also reminds me of another perfume on the drydown - completely not related to Chanel - and I will update this review as soon as I think of it. Worth a sniff. Might be a gateway to Chanel or to No. 5 for some people.

If Chanel No. 5 Eau de Toilette and Eau de Parfum belong to crisp autumn leaves and winter nights, then No. 5 L’Eau is the scent of spring and summer itself. This is a fragrance meant for sun-drenched afternoons—wear it outdoors, with a book in hand, settled beneath the shade of a tree. It carries the scent of warm grass beneath you, the paper as you turn each page, and the breeze carrying wildflowers from nearby fields. In my mind, this is the No. 5 that suits Marilyn Monroe best—not the glamorous icon, but the girl before the world knew her name. I picture her on a California beach in the early days, posing for André de Dienes, barefoot in the sand. Carefree. Youthful. Utterly happy. L’Eau smells like clean white cotton sheets—pure, innocent. Spritzed on after an evening shower, it feels almost sacred before sleep. And come morning, a faint trace still lingers on your skin: a delicate citrus and powder scent, like sunlight filtering through sheer curtains.

When I think of Chanel perfumes, I always think that they make fragrances for a bold and optimistic woman. Sometimes empowering, sometimes seductive, but every fragrance has this uplifting trait. This one is citric and fresh, but the aldehydes are very noticeable. It is very Chanel, undeniable. It s number 5 watered down, but still very classy and recognizable from the House. I smell some lemonade, like, that genuine lemon scent when you slice it, mixed with aldehydes and very discrete sweet trait in the middle, something from Eau Premiere, but toned down- a lot. Powdery, maybe, but very light. Quite pleasant and conforting. I think Chanel fragrances are fun to wear. I dont see an old grandma figure when I think of them. This one lasts 5-6 h ob mt skin and more than 10 h on my clothes, leaves a trace and the sillage is quite strong for a l eau. For hotter days, casual and office friendly. Summer days fancy lemonade, I would say.

N°5 L'Eau is a glorious re-imagining of a classic fragrance that has existed for decades. While many prefer the EdP, I'm of the mind that the EdT and EdC are superior with their emphasis on either powdery iris or animalic civet. L'Eau is something entirely different... it remains powdery, it remains bright (albeit in a totally different way with a heavier touch of citrus) but the aldehyde note is lighter, airier. The aldehydic aspect of the fragrance acts more as a propellant than the grounded stuff you get in the (especially) vintage EdT and EdC. N°5 is one of those fragrances that you have tonnes to choose from in order to love it. Mine are (obviously) the vintage EdT and EdC... but also the long lasting, fresh and exuberant L'Eau. Worth a test and, when you learn about its staying power, worth a buy. I'm still waiting to buy this. I keep buying other things and setting my budget back.

It’s a gorgeous fragrance. So very clean! It’s a much more modern, more elegant, friendlier rendition of No. 5. It literally smells like you just took a really good bath and that classic bar soap/body lotion smell lingers on your skin. It’s a great base layer, too. Today, I layered Tom Ford’s Rose Prick over this and it smells beautiful. Perfect for every day, I just got some of my own. I’m really excited to see how it smells in the Spring and Summer with warmer temperatures... I think it’ll THRIVE in the heat. There’s really no need for negative reviews on this one imo. It’s a very safe fragrance for anybody. I consider it pretty unisex as well with a little bit of a feminine lean, but I think any man could wear this without having to explain himself. Beautiful, clean, crisp, citrus, soapy but not cloying, powdery but not old-fashioned.

I wore Chanel No 5 from the age of 12 into my late-20s. I remember the warm, clean powder of a fresh bottle opened Christmas morning. Now in my 60s I like the original No 5 on other people but I can't stand it on myself. As I've aged Iris scents are some of the few fragrances that don't give me a headache and upset stomach. So for almost 20 years I kept going back to Prada's Infusion de Iris. Not because anyone else liked it on me, but because I could wear it without feeling ill. I also wore Chanel's 19 Poudre - powdery and green, Malle's rooty Iris Poudre and the metallic Molecule 01 Iris. Then I bought a bottle of Chanel No 5 L'eau. I don't notice citrus. No 5 L'eau is fresh, warm and powdery, I swear I smell iris. Let them complain about it being too light, I don't care, I've discovered my new sole mate.

I had the opportunity to test new Chanel n 5 L'eau with time, was an incredible experience. Really splendid, totally unexpected!. It opens with a tenuous aldehydes combined with very Chanel's citrics. Develops into a powerful florals notes, elegant Jasmin and Rose takes a major role, with a extremely updated Ylang- Ylang. Drydown like a musk cloud, delicate. It has the backround of the original n 5, but beautifully modernized, feminine, long lasting. The charm continues there!!. As Chanel describes and I support, is not a water diluted N 5, instead completely a new fragrance, absolutely nowadays adapted, creamy fresh floral with all its magical aura. Bottle is clear and brighter, perfect reflection of its inner... Great nose!!, He had a very difficult challenge and far exceeded!!.

This is the smell of hope. The soft aldehydes along with the neroli drenched in various citruses is simply transcendent. I'm reminded of memories I want to make: spending time with the people who count; existing safely in a secure place; simply carefree and laughing. L'Eau seemingly wants to orient me forward through the world's current, exacerbated strife with these images. I may not have lived these "memories," but I can live off of them until I eventually get there. Once the top notes fall away, the perfume is musky and woodsy; very clean and unisex. It becomes intimate in a platonic, stately way. The person who wears L'Eau is a pillar, an empath. Someone who wants to project sheer reliability and hope into the world around them.

I find the original Chanel No.5 very heavy and old-lady-like so I was a bit tentative when trying a sample of this for the first time. To my surprise, it is one of the nicest perfumes I've smelt. It smells citrusy at first and then dries down to a very soft almost clean-girl sent that has quite a moderate sillage. It is very easy to overspray but I find that even when I do overspray, it isn't overpowering for the people around me and they actually enjoy smelling it quite a lot! I've never had it trigger a headache (which some perfumes do give me) and I can wear it very comfortably when I have a bad headache. I'd say it's perfect for all seasons and lasts a decent amount of time.

It's almost impossible for me to write this review because I have such high respect for this perfume. First of all, the technical characteristics of this fragrance are remarkable given its transparency and the lack of discernible modern base notes designed to project for miles. It's diffusive and long-lasting, while creating the most effervescent, transparent and glittering haze around the wearer. The contrast between powdery, sparkling, sweet, and dry facets plays with you over the course of the wear, the proportions of these contrasts changing over the course of the day. This is a masterclass in subtle beauty and it's an easy daily wear without being reductive or simplistic.

I have an older bottle of this from 2020 and the performance was exceptionally weak. Sometimes I’m okay with a scent knowing when it’s time to leave. All of that to say, I haven’t used it in quite a while and decided to wear it out last night in the southern heat to a large event and I have to say this is where L’eau absolutely SHINES! It didn’t choke people out but I kept getting whiffs of it throughout the night in the most pleasant way. I can also still smell it on my skin this morning. Perhaps the older bottle has had time to age and perform better. Try it in the heat my friends, you will be most pleased!

gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous. soapy soapy soapy. and i love it! the original no. 5 leans very grandma to me, so this is a great compromise. it's very uplifting, really sets a tone for the day. delicate and pretty like some woman that really, truly has it all together. could definitely be unisex just depends how floral it projects with your body chemistry and personal preference. the cedar settles beautifully, a light anchor that barely tugs and shines in warm weather. clawing at the confines of this winter gloom so i can finally let my clean freak out.

I’m obsessed with this, it’s a gorgeous scent, classic yet modern. Citrusy and soapy, lightly musky and woody as it dries down. I tested it in the winter and I imagined it would be my summer fragrance, a cool and fresh, elegant breeze, so I bought it in May. It was a big mistake; it is not compatible with warm(er) weather (or maybe me), it stays on my skin for a maximum of 10 minutes and then it disappears completely. Performance is slightly better on clothes though. I want to give it another chance when the weather turns cooler.

Forget about rose and oranges, especially rose- no such thing inside of the juice. It is all about lemony sparkly aldehydic musky water that becomes THE PURE CLASS AND ELEGANCE IN THE MIDST OF THE HEAT WAVES. It smells like class. The aldehydes and the musk are dancing the dance of passion-very intelligent tango. It is perfect beacuse of its simplicity. Clean scent. Nothing comolicated. It is indeed youthful and provocative version of Chanel5 . Provocative because it is a osurprise that a uoung person is daring to wear it.

I love L'eau! She is an incredibly long-lasting, fresh, and expensive/rich vibe aromatic experience! If an extremely upper-crust and luxurious hotel had the most beautiful bath products, they would smell like L'eau as L'eau is the epitome of chic/elegance = quiet luxury. In my experience, she lasts as long if not longer than the EDP. This is a wonderfully modern yet timeless take on a classic. Worth every penny, especially for hot, humid weather. You'll always feel fresh and confident without needing to overwhelm anyone.

I love this smell. But as opposed to wearing it on my skin I spritz it on my freshly laundered warm linens, white tshirts, and jammies. I use only unscented laundry detergents and dryer sheets because I have extremely sensitive skin. Therefore I chose Chanel No°5 L'eau as my signature laundry scent. My whites & linens always smell so fresh & bougie 😌! A little goes a looong way, and the scent lasts for days. L'eau is seriously thee *perfect* laundry scent for the self-made woman (or man). ☀️🧼✨🎐🤍

I sprayed this on the skin in Sephora, and I liked it quite a bit! Classic No 5 has always been too heavy on aldehydes for me, but L'Eau is just perfect, just a touch of aldehydes which doesn't overpower the fragrance. I could immediately tell citrus, bergamot and vanilla. The fragrance is moderately powdery. It is so well made, so very cohesive. Yes, longevity is absolutely despicable even by my standards (I don't mind reapplying), completely gone without a trace, even the base, in 2 hours.

Picked this up today for my summer holiday perfume, it smells incredible and will be perfect in the hotter weather! Perfect combination of citrus, clean and fresh! The original no5 dna is definitely in the background but feels very modern, chic and more age appropriate as I know the original no5 can be reminiscent of grandmothers. It’s powdery in the most an elegant way, I feel this will make anyone feel well put together and will layer nicely with my Lancaster after sun lol.

I never liked N°5 until a couple of months ago when I was at the store and decided to try L’Eau on skin. Maybe I’m just getting older but since that day I couldn’t stop thinking about it so I had to get it. Yes, the longevity is not great but I feel so classy, cozy and put together when I wear it. Definitely a new favourite and I won’t be surprised if I get the eau de parfum in the future as well. Edit: I got Eau Premiere and N°5 Eau de Toilette and love them all!

My mom originally bought this perfume and I smelled it on her and loved it is so nice and fresh and fruity but there are also lovely undertones of warmth making it a perfect all around perfume.It is perfect for everyday usage or special occasions I love to wear it whenever I want something really fresh and not to sweet (I usually tend towards sweet and musky). I ended up stealing a decent of this and I to fully ask for another one before she ends up selling it .

I cant describe enough how much this perfume reminds me of Podgorica during the summer siestas. This is literally the smell of the house while parents and grandparents have a nap after the lunch. You and your sibling are up to no nap talking quietly and playing with each other- while waiting for the 7pm to finally get out on the street and play woth friends. The reason behind it might as well be all the copies of Chanel 5 back in the 90s. Every mom had it.

I get compliments on this one often. Men usually. It actually lasts Very long with pretty decent sillage. I've had people compliment me hours after applying. Reviewers that hate on this fragrance are typical Ariana Grande type wearers and aren't quite sophisticated enough yet to understand this one (or any from Chanel). I agree it smells like limoncello with a hint of the OG N5. Truly sophisticated and beautiful fragrance.

Today after chasing down the last available pieces of my fav Chanel lip gloss which they are reformulating and the colour is no longer the same(of course), the SA told me they are discontinuing this gem as well. I’m so fed up with Chanel lately like is everything okay up there? Greeding too much? Or you are going to reformulate this and change packaging for a “better” price again?So disappointing ...

Okay, wow. I love this. Classic, soapy fresh No 5 made age appropriate for the younger crowd... this isn’t your grandma’s No 5, although they smell a LOT alike, this one is far less stuffy. Lofty aldehydes with a touch of citrus, a little ylang ylang and a prominent musky base, this really is such a stunner. Very clean, very inoffensive, charming in an old school to new school kind of fashion.

the first time i tried this was in the intense summer heat, it smelled like pure sweat and felt very heavy but when i tried it again in autumn, it was the most beautiful perfume! so demure, just beautiful and cozy. the only bad thing about it was that it literally disappeared in a matter of three hours. i just hope chanel releases a stronger version because it's so beautiful in colder weather

I LOVE this. I am a hater of No 5, although I do own and love Arpege on the right day. Not a great fan of aldehydes with a few exceptions. This cleans up all the things I find bothersome in No 5 and allows me to finally enjoy this legacy scent. I think I would now choose this over coco mademoiselle, as beautiful as that is, it's become too popular. Sadly the longevity is abysmal

Gateway drug into No5. Fabulous for spring and summer, but can be worn all year long. The dry down is so lovely, musky, comforting. I never get bored of this. It’s hard to describe the smell. Citrus, aldehydes, musk, just a touch of vanilla. A flirty, cheeky No5. Very intimate projection for the majority, however it’s surprisingly resilient as a skin scent and on clothes.

This is such an easy wear, a fizzy citrus-sherbert musk with only the merest hint of aldehydes, and yet not boring. Good longevity on me, but low diffusion. My favourite 'clean girl' scent so far. EDIT: I finally remember what this reminds me of: the magazine scent strips of Azzaro Eau Belle original release, encountered as a teen, which always smelled amazing.

Gosh this smells so good, so clean, citrusy but not like cleaner at all. I love the aldehydes. Cozy yet clean, youthful yet timeless with the original No. 5 DNA running through it (I'm a No. 5 lover!). I don't know, I feel like No. 5 L'Eau should be easy to describe, yet I find it hard to come up with the right words. Happiness, maybe? Comfort, and pure love.

Very nice, airy, delicate and citrusy fragrance, lightly aldehydic with a hint of sweetness and a bit of vanilla. It is ethereal and elegant. It is a masterpiece, very well composed, one of the best flanker of N5. Really suitable for warmer weather and the occasions where you don't want your perfume to be in the way but still to smell softly nice and elegant.

I feel happy and light wearing this. It gives me a sense of satisfaction and calm mind. It is not those spa scents at all, but it gives me a sensation of being well. Projects less thant edp and edt. But it is very satisfying to feel it during the day, very close to skin and fabrics. Lasts all day on me.

Literally love this fragrance, on my 3rd bottle. Smells divine light & fresh & expensive. Problem is it does not project so well / last on my skin. I have tried two things layering with no 5 L'eau on Hand Cream , bit meh , & also with the classic no 5 body lotion , that is the best way forward for me.

Updating my earlier review to add that I get really good longevity from this, given it's a citrus forward edt. 5h after spraying I can still definitely smell it on my skin, although admittedly sillage dies right down so only those close to me would notice (a good thing for me).

absolutely gorgeous scent. It is powdery and floral, with the aldehyde top note making me want to over indulge in it. I got this for my birthday and I'm so glad I did. A classic scent, that despite the price, I will make sure remains in my collection for years to come.

I absolutely love No 5 L Eau!! It’s sparkling and bright, citrusy and fresh. I also have the original EDT which is also beautiful. I think you need a big bottle of L Eau because you need to spray with abandon. It’s not a 2 or 3 spray only scent.

This is a delicious and clean citrus scent of a perfume. On my skin, it last for about 3-4 hours and lasts longer on clothes. The sillage is pretty weak especially after an hour applying it. It's very inoffensive and can be used in every season.

The perfect perfume for the extreme Mediterranean heat! It smells like gold and sex appeal and it smells elegant and unusual, especially in the endless sea of gourmand perfumes. Downside - only for the geat otherwise u wont be able to smell it.

Mmm very unisex i like it a lot it is sparkling and has hints of a memory of a nice beach, it has the dna of Chanel no 5, that yellow flower you know, i wont buy it because my mom loves the original Chanel that she has and will steal it lol!

This is stunning. the best version of the Chanel No 5 DNA and the most wearable. The opening is so bright and citrusy with just a touch of the no 5 scent. the dry down is powdery, soapy, clean, uplifting. My bed time scent.

This you should buy when the heat starts. Even though you know it is going to be goooorgeous in the heat- before the heat you will wonder million times why on earth you thought it is wonderful and spent so much money on it.

My daughter unexpectedly bought this for me at Heathrow duty free. I loathe the original No 5. This one though is stunning...it's beautiful, fresh and one squirt enough for day use in an office. I absolutely love it.

It feels like the little sister of n°5, it has the same dna as the og but leans more towards citrus and aldehydes which makes the fragrance feel « younger » and more suitable for those who find the original too old.

I love Chanel House and this one is wonderful. It's totally my type of perfume. It's soft, fresh, clean, elegant. Unlike Coco Mademoiselle, which has a more masculine side, Chanel No 5 L'eau is totally feminine.

Amazing perfume. Gorgeous sharp and metallic opening and breezy feel, just barely sweetened by florals. Lasting power is very poor though, definitely the kind of scent you'll need to reapply all day long.
