Coco Mademoiselle Fragrance Primer

My Chanel Beauty Advisor made me some samples of this fragrance primer with my CCMI EDP purchase, and I have to say that I am loving it! The lasting power on this is quite extraordinary- I sprayed a little bit on the top of my hand in the store around 4:00 PM, and it was still there as a base/strong skin scent the next day around 12:00PM and I had washed my hands several times between the application and noticing it was still there. It's beautifully fragrant and feels nourishing to my skin, senses, and spirit; I cannot wait to get a bottle of my own to incorporate into my Coco Mademoiselle fragrance ritual. I've worn it as a standalone fragrance for more closed-in work meetings and as a primer underneath my CCMI EDP to get through the long, hot, and humid days where I live. I have also "touched-up" my CCMI EDP with the primer in the afternoon, and I have applied it on top of the CCM Body Cream followed by a few spritzes of my CCMI EDP to lock-in the fragrance and the sillage before a more formal, evening event. I can honestly say this fragrance primer works very well in all situations, enhances my CCM experience while leaving an undeniably lovely trail, and draws many glorious compliments from others! HOWEVER, I do wish the CCM Fragrance Primer was more accessible in terms of price point. While I think many people will really love it and feel like it's a definite NEED for their CCM fragrance collection and experience, those same people may not feel a purchase is justified due to the price. With that being said, if you love the CCM Fragrance Primer, get it- especially before Chanel increases their prices in 2026!

I truly don’t understand these comments... if you don’t want to spend your money on a primer then don’t. It’s absolutely gorgeous product and is pure luxury. I use it after bath as I don’t want to use the strong perfume. The spray nossle make a super fine hydrating mist and the scent is pure luxury. I absolutely love it. It’s about enhancing the experience and works as a body mist. I love it so much! Commenting that it’s a robbery is just silly.

Luxurious and lovely. I love the way it smells on my skin. Can be worn alone to work. To later apply your Coco M in the afternoon. With very gentle and subtly changed notes of Coco Mademoiselle it is a standalone fragrance. It lasts on skin for some 3 hours, maybe longer. It reminds me of the body product from the Coco Mademoiselle line - Fresh Moisture Mist, I loved it. It also was milky in colour and a moisturizer to rub it in. This milky fluid needs rubbing in, or spraying it from afar. My wrist was all covered in milky fluid when I tested it. The thing is that the body product that is/was nearly identical was at deodorant price and in bigger quantity. I feel they are now selling it as a primer.

A primer from the same house to strengthen the scent from the same house? You want a primer prior to spritzing your fragrance? Buy a <$10 USD bottle of Jojoba Oil from a reliable source along with a <$5 USD amber glass with stainless steel roller ball from Amazon, or Temu, or Shemu, or WaMu. . . whatever. Wash your hands. Place said Jojoba Oil into said amber glass vial via a funnel followed by securing stainless steel roller ball top. Don't expose vial to extreme cold or heat. Discard unused oil in vial after three months. Soak empty vial and roller ball in pure alcohol overnight followed by air drying. Repeat prior instructions. There. Now pay me $295 USD for this primer/enhancer/moronic/DS&Durga I Don’t Know What and I will include a free funnel. 🙄

They reformulated the og Coco Mademoiselle to be weak and not long lasting when it used to be beastly. This newest release makes me believe they did that on purpose. Why else would you need a fragrance PRIMER? It's all about getting more of your money. I will be looking for a Coco Mad dupe instead. Hit me up if you have any good suggestions.
