Eau de Cologne

Eau de Cologne Chanel (1.5ml. Vial test, April 2023 batch) Eau de Cologne by Chanel is Citrus-Aromatic, personally I find this borderline being Floral-Woody-Musk scent. The opening stage of Eau de Cologne is captivating, the way of Neroli with sweet note, sparkling and fizzy. It is almost orange blossom to my nose. The scent later on develop into a true cologne scent. However, Chanel. The soft aldehydlic veil is twine to thin musk acts like Chiffon provide soft citrus-orange blossom ambient with mild aromatic tone that so clean you don't even notice, might be facet of Clary Sage or Rosemary. Scent develop really fast into so-light-and-thin aldehyde powder and citrus fresh neroli almost aquatic. While Chanel thin musk and hedione playing main role, intact for a wearer. Eau de Cologne by Chanel, is truly a beautiful fresh citrus scent. However, the rendition is very classic. You can easily assume how Chanel will work out. The saver here, truly the thin Chanel musk otherwise, it will be indifference to other Cologne style fragrance. And truly, I don't see this point strong enough to competence other strong candidate in the market. Dior, Cologne Royale is closet to this fragrance as far as I can think off. I personally think 724 (from MFK) or Cologne Blanche (Dior) can last on skin longer with more modest projection than Chanel Eau de Cologne. Anyhow, Chanel Eau de Cologne is very nice scent and the note rendition is beautiful. But I found it is very redundant and not-inspired enough to be repeated wear. I won't add this to my collection but I truly enjoy the scent, will enjoy the rest of my sample.

Classic,Fresh, and definitely one of my favourite pieces to wear during a hot summer day. The performance of Eau De Cologne is exactly what you need to have during a hot season, Projection is humble it never annoys your surrounding “ Office friendly” and yet it keeps you fresh. It reminds me of a lime tree in our house when I was young, when it rains the smell coming from the leaves captures the surroundings with its freshness. I can imagine the droplets of rain on the green lime “Citrus tree” when wearing it.

Crisp, beautiful, classic, exceptionally high quality Eau de Cologne. I’m not even a big fan of EDCs, this is just really well-executed. Enough that I will likely add a bottle of it to my collection at some point!

It is a very nice eau de cologne, but still an eau de cologne. It is fresh, citrussy, elegant, but definitely overpriced. There are lots of similar fragrances much cheaper. Amongst all les exclusives de Chanel, I would not invest on this one.

It's a very common scent with extremely poor performance and a price that's not even worth mentioning. Just buy DHC instead. You’ll smell the same for much longer and for a fraction of the price.

A beautiful spicy citrus scent, strong, lasts well and truly unisex. I forgot I had this and am so happy to have rediscovered it, it reminds me of being a young insecure woman finding her feet in the world and unexpectedly loving this fragrance ( I thought only men could wear cologne) , its so uplifting and powerful and gave me the confidence to move through the world in the same way.

Clean, sophisticated and uplifting. It reminds me driving in a convertible through the streets of Grasse ( the perfume city in the south of France) on a crisp spring day Feeling human and alive connected with the living fabric and tissue of life itself. Love it!

I love it so much but, and I mean this with all seriousness, even if I spray 10 times, I can barely detect it after two hours. I wear it more for myself that others around me. Beautiful and elegant.

Dumb reach citrus fragrance. Safe for office or anything really. Smells nice. Smells like Chanel. But just doesn’t move the needle. For this price please look elsewhere
