This is one of my all-time-favourites, an amazing scent. My current bottle is likely 10yrs old (and near empty now) and might be a stronger formulation than what's being produced now, but projection and sillage are amazing, and I never got noseblind from this. It's the epitome of being classy, professional, masculine but ultra sharp, zingy, metallic, citrusy. There are some strong spice notes, like fennel. When you spray this one, it really blows open your nostrils and respiratory system because it's almost piercing with metallics in a similar way as Armaf's Sillage (or hence SWM), but much classier and less stinky than the former. You can imagine a banker wearing this walking up to a new skyscraper along an immaculate clean pavement on Paris' La Defense, or maybe to some very expensive lunch on a sunny day in Geneva. But it can just as well be worn at the gym, doing sports. There's nothing really like it apart from the (decent) Armaf Legesi clone, which captures it very well upon first spray (but then loses all sillage and metal-ness) quickly. I think this scent is a masterpiece and I will replace it when it finishes. It gives you a fresh, sharp, metallic authority and intelligence, wakes you up, and I feel it's quite timeless, actually, not that much of a "Dad" smell at all due to the herbals and zest and metallics (but then, I'm at Dad age so maybe I'm biased). If you want to try a more niche scent that shares some headspace of this, there's CdG's ARTEK Standard, which is very excellent; much drier and woodier, but also sharp and spiky and metallic of sorts. They're very different but I feel similarly clear and sharp and awake and clear with it.

A wonderful scent that truly encapsulates the essence of a well put together, freshly shaved and showered man. Being a Chanel it's blended so beautifully. It projects as a high end shaving foam scent, paired with a herbal spiciness that smells both modern and a throwback to the 90's. Is it green! is it woody! Yes to both. This is Lavender too, done in a way like very few others sharing the barbershop space. This combination of ingredients creates an aura of a cool, metallic aroma giving Platinum Egoiste it's distinctive profile As a fougere/barbershop fan, this is an absolute essential. Wear all year and any time you want a hit of freshness. Probably for a man 30+. Performance wise, it's just about average on me. I get no more of an hour or two maximum projection around arms length. But it's bloody lovely! Sillage and resulting trail is actually ok over the same period when in motion, becoming just a little more than a skin scent for several more hours after that. 5-6 hours longevity in total is ok but this scent deserves a boost all around in my opinion. Like nearly all modern Chanel interpretations of their classics, performance just isn't what it was or where it should be but all is forgiven when something is this good! Still, the whole range including Pour Monsieur edt and edp, Antaeus and Egoiste (original) are some of the greatest mens scents of all time and I'll always have them in my possession. A timeless, distinctive collection of masterpieces. All worthy of a place in any modern gents fragrance collection.

Probably the most fresh thing I've ever smelled that doesn't rely on citrus to shout about how clean it is, which is a huge plus for me. It's not showergel or aquatic either, even though it compares to that level of soapy sparkle in a broad sense. All while coming across green/earthy instead? It was immediately apparent to me why this one is considered special. It very plainly is, if you know your fougère's. Egoiste Platinum has such a distinct aroma that I can't really compare it to anything else. I can mention that it's a fougère of course, but that doesn't really give you an accurate idea of how it actually comes across. The way the accords blend together provide a highly unique "tint" overtop the otherwise familiar notes in a way that recontextualizes the whole thing. It's airy and clean, but not like a freshie. It's a fougère, but it's more icy and naturally green than it is barbershop-groomed. It's green and earthy, but somehow as sterile as a laboratory. (In a good way.) For me this brings to mind someone you'd be very hard-pressed to rattle. Austere and firm at times, but not by being harsh or forceful. It's a considerate, kind sort of strength. It feels very grounding and reliable. In my make-believe personification of this scent, their personality would lean serious without being humorless, and would seek to protect those less sturdy than themselves.

37 male. I have trouble describing what this smells like. But, it does smells great - timeless, maybe even slightly dated (in a good way). The current frag does have an updated added "metallic" note that dies down as you wear it through out the day (great addition) ***THIS IS A SPORTY COLOGNE 1000%***👌 Its sporty and nothing else. Again, sporty. Its youthful. Its slightly sweet. It lingers. This is a mans cologne, but to say it smells "masculine" doesn't make sense to me - this is a early 2000s sporty classic. Edit* I must admit. There is something special here. Something about the crispness of how sporty this really is. I dont really get how Chanel can do certain things with their frags that others cant. Like sycomore - there is just something special here that keeps you coming back. Keeps you getting wiffs, keeps you wanting to smell yourself. Something that when you spray on you eventually say - what the fuck? how do they do it? If this scent can be summed up in a movie, its "Ford vs FERRARI" .... and FORD is the one wearing it. I will be buying a bottle. Edit 2* If you want a sporty cologne that is similiar - Perry Ellis Reserve - for men (1998) ~$20

A favourite fougere, I bought my first bottle this spring. And while this juice works very well in crisp weather, it just doesn't in high heat. Never ever have I been cloyed by a frag due to it's misaplication in hot weather. Not even JOOP! Homme in August was able to disturb me - I've always thought I can stomach anything. CPE though, nearly made me vomit when I applied it generously in 30+ degrees Celsius, on two trigger-happy occasions. There will be no third attempt. The sharp metallic, herbacious notes, the aldehydes got amplified in a poisonous way - a hazardous fallout that you want to avoid at all costs. Birds started falling dead from the skies, I saw passers by marking themselves "safe from the platinum egoiste", gas masks were being pulled from within backpacks. Unbearable. This is never a summer scent, at least not for daytime, high heat use. Breezy summer nights, 1-2 sprays max, probably could work - I don't know. I am throwing my bottle at the back of the shelf and it won't be until late September or even October that I shall touch that nuke again, that weapon for mass destruction. Be warned.

A wonderful fragrance with a beautiful and pleasant opening. It starts off floral and naturally sweet. It leans very much in the barbershop / aftershave direction, which I really enjoy. What’s amazing about this fragrance is the natural sweetness that comes from the variety of floral notes it contains. This natural sweetness has a calming effect, making you feel as if you’re walking through a vast field of different flowers on a warm spring day, taking in all their aromas at once. This is THE perfect spring fragrance. What makes it so good too is the versatility: you can wear it at the office, in your free time grocery shopping, during the day, as well as in the evening. It’s the very definition of a fougère fragrance. A very beautiful scent that many underestimate. Price-wise, it’s not exactly cheap, at around €120–130 for 100 ml... This is an Eau De Toilette. For the same price, you can get Bleu de Chanel Eau de Parfum, which is noticeably higher in quality and PERFECT... I repeat: PERFECT for the evening. All in all, it’s a wonderful, floral, naturally sweet fragrance that flies under the radar.

A clean, invigorating, powerful, and undoubtedly masculine scent; this is my signature scent. On the initial spray, you're hit with a heavy dose of sharp and metallic lavender (Hence, the 'Platinum' in the name.), with some bitterness from the galbanum, which immediately commands attention. The opening is quite aggressive to my nose, but I very much enjoy it. The geranium, jasmine, and woods start to come out towards the dry-down, and it smells heavenly; the geranium and jasmine give a very subtle sweetness that rounds out the composition. This blows Creed's 'Green Irish Tweed' out of the water in my opinion; there's no comparison. The projection is quite impressive for an EDT, I get strong and steady projection for nearly 2 hours. The fragrance itself lasts about 7 - 8 hours, which I think is perfect performance for a fougere here; and this is truly an all-season fragrance. This fragrance smells like old money, yet still retains this modern edge that I can't put my finger on. I once heard a reviewer say Platinum Egoiste smells like an 850 credit score, and I must wholeheartedy agree. 11/10 scent.

I found a 50ml at my local fragrance store & bought it instantly, and I am so happy that I did, so I am re-reviewing this one. The opening is sharp, a little green & herbaceous, and metallic. Like a pair of barber scissors soaking in warm cleaning solution, but it never becomes synthetic. As it dries down, the lavender focused profile reveals itself and it is no longer as sharp. the lavender is supported by a dominant dose of oakmoss and sandalwood, becoming reminiscent of shaving cream. That quality in a fragrance may not be for everyone, I understand, but I personally loved it. I wore it to work & I really enjoyed carrying that scent with me. Once dried down, at least on my skin, It just felt natural. Like a second-skin type of scent, or like a really wasn't wearing any fragrance at all. But it was still definitely there, until it wasn't. I say that because my wearing wearing was unfortunately short lived. I got about 4 hours of solid projection & longevity and then poof. Gone. Maybe I went noseblind. regardless, amazing stuff. So glad I was able to add this to the collection.

Oh yes, I needed something like this in my collection. I've been collecting fragrances only for a few years now and unfortunately most of my purchases have been inspired by current trends and social media...which means that probably more than half of my stuff is some kind of sweet vanilla/tobacco variation. I would say that if you're strictly into the sweet fragrances or younger than 30, there's a high chance you're not gonna like it. It might get compliments or it might not, it's definitely not mass appealing fragrance by modern standards. There are two reasons I like it in particular: 1. It reminds me of the stuff that my dad and uncle used to wear back in the 90's when I was still a kid. It gives me those clean, understated "macho" vibes which I miss dearly nowadays. It's probably nostalgia but those were the good times. 2. It kind of smells the way a good white wine tastes - dry and refreshing. Obviously it's best suited for warmer days but you can't go wrong with it even in winter. If you want to smell clean and like a proper man, this is a very good choice.

This is my go-to cologne, the one I always make sure to have in my collection and will keep buying. It’s hands-down one of the best fougère and barbershop-style scents out there. Think of it as taking your aftershave to a whole new level. It’s super versatile, smells fresh and clean (but not like soap), and has a solid masculine vibe. Perfect for spring or summer vibes, whether you’re heading to work or out for the day. Chanel Platinum Egoiste for men is one of my ultimate top ten fragrances. It's one that got me into fragrances back in 1993. My review is of the original formula, which was strong and motivating. It projected fantastically and always garnered compliments. It was a fresh, uplifting scent that made you feel like you were invincible. I am not kidding. It was motivation, in a 3.4 ounce glass bottle. A uplifting scent that would definitely carry you throughout the entire day. Today's formula is simply weak. For the life of me, why do fragrance manufacturers do this to legendary fragrances? If it wasn't for Dior Fahrenheit, CK Escape, CK Eternity, Aqua Di Gio, CK One, and Chanel Platinum Egoiste, I wouldn't have such an affinity with fragrance. All of the above fragrances pale in comparison to what they once were, and it is a shame. This was one of the greatest fragrances ever created. Chanel, if you are reading this, please bring it back to what it once was and stop making the current formula. You are tarnishing a legacy.

I don't think this was ever a super-strong or long-lasting fragrance but I recently tried a tester in a store with a few quite generous sprays and sadly even if it seemed to project well at first, it soon became very discreet. For me, on a mild/warm-ish day it didn't last long either, definitely below average*. The scent itself is IMO timeless and until very recent years of identikit sweet masculine fragrances it even smelled kind of modern or avant-garde in a way (the comments about 'old man smell' are puzzling!?!), perhaps due to what some say is a 'metallic' aroma. For me it's one of the best fragrances of all time, however I just can no longer justify the relatively high cost for something which doesn't last long (at least for me). I would LOVE it Chanel came out with a stronger, or rather more long-lasting version, so long as the prices don't get any more out of hand. *I will try again soon as perhaps something was off with the tester I tried.

If you are exhausted by the industry's obsession with the 67th "Elixir Intense extrait parfum ultra l'exclusif" nonesense flanker of the same popular scent, look here instead.

Yes. I'm late to the party but fashionably late. Testing this sparked the notion that there is such a thing as "smelling like you want to smell good" and "smelling like you always smelled good". This has some of my favorite notes in it and they are blended to perfection. I can totally understand what the hype was (and should still be) about. This is fresh minus the "aqua". One of the aspects to this being such as success must be its versatility. This fragrance is appropriate for any occasion, making it a prime candidate for becoming a signature fragrance for many men. It simplifies things. I know that people love to compare this to Egoiste and usually choose one over the other. Why? They are both perfectly-crafted, distinguishable icons. They don't smell alike in any way. But both have a place in any stylish/debonaire/fashionable man's wardrobe.

Only a few ml left in that bottle that my late dad gifted me in 1999... • The difference between the OG and current bottles is perceptible. Especially in performance and depth. • Part of that is due to aging, but I am convinced reformulations have nerfed this fragrance right into the ground. • This EDT had a perceptible metallic edge, serious lasting power, and it pushed really hard off your skin. • As much as I loved wearing this in the 2000s and early 2010s, I've been stretching it thin, owing to nostalgia. • I even picked up a bottle of Armaf Legesi to make it last a while longer (layering PE over Legesi). • To me, this scent was and still is totally associated with the optimism of the 1990s (à la Wind of Change). • Unfortunately, tempus fugit, and once it's finally empty, I'll be moving on. Not gonna chase a vintage bottle on eBay.

It's a wonderful fragrance but only if you appreciate things like clary sage, lavender and rosemary herbal kind of notes, otherwise do not bother as it will only cause you offence! I have been waring since late 1990's and still come back to this time and time again. I'm in my 50's so probably fit in with this kind of clean, herbal smell that is so prominent here. It would probably not suit someone under their mid 30's ,I might be wrong but there is an elegance around this scent which airs on the mature side. Try before you buy but for me it leaves all the sickly sweet, oud, crap by a mile. It's how I perceive a well dressed man to smell either dressed smart casual or in a shirt, trousers, sipping a G and T on a warm summers night.

Chanel Egoiste Platinum in 2025. Almost done my 50ml bottle and I have had nothing but a great experience with it. Every now and then we all come across a timeless scent that blows away all your recent wears: Chanel tends to do this for me as their quality shows. I'm a sucker for lavender and neroli. Just reading the notes in this is marvelous and a reminder of how smooth this fragrance is. I'm not going to pretend I pick up every note, for me it's vetiver on the dry down, neroli and lavender all throughout. What I know is this is worth the price, and such a timeless scent profile. What I imagine a gentleman wore in the 90's for date night or to the office. 9.5/10 projects well and lasts longer than you think too.

I'll admit upfront that this fragrance makes me feel like I've aged a decade the moment it touches my skin. On me it reads as a slight stretch. A junior lad borrowing the boss's tie for a client dinner. But the stretch is the whole point. You don't wear PLATINUM ÉGOÏSTE cause it matches who you are. You wear it cause it matches who you are pretending to be already. It's aspirational the way older men used to be aspirational. Not richer. Not better looking. Just more settled. More sure of themselves. Done deciding. A bottle that outlived its marketing, its era, its reformulation panic, and possibly its own intended customer, and still smells like it was right the whole time. It was right the whole time.

I couldn’t afford this when my fragrance journey started - but as it comes to a close this is in the top 3 and will stay in the top 3! This is a classic, light airy barbershop smell - nice dose of Lavender, geranium, Rosemary and Oakmoss. It finishes off with a nice smooth creamy green woody base with Vetiver, Oakmoss continuing its life and a nice mix of an ambery sandalwood - the herbaceous notes are there but kinda in the background. Chanel has done a great job in setting the standard for barbershop style scents and this is a timeless classic, exuding power. Longevity is good 7-9 hours and lasts a full workday. 9.5/10 - only wish it came in an EDP concentration from Chanel!

Egoiste Platinum is one of the best fougere/barbershop type of fragrances on the market. High quality after-shower and suit fragrance that smells traditionally masculine - zesty, sharp, fresh, aromatic, soapy, green and a bit cooling and metallic at the same time. Subtle sweetness and woodiness and oak moss dominates on the dry down. To me it smells like confidence, sophistication and sharp looks. I associate this smell with a credit card or fresh 100$ bill, a fragrance that 90's Wall street businessman would probably wear. Timeless and elegant fragrance. Not comparable to original Egoiste that is a lot more woody and smells completely different.

I finally became the 90s “old man” this fragrance was warning me about. When I was younger, this smelled “too adult” to me. Now I completely understand the genius behind it and why this is a masterpiece that survived different generations. Platinum Égoïste is sharp, aromatic, metallic and absurdly classy. Lavender, rosemary and green notes create a clean barbershop vibe that still feels modern decades later. It smells like confidence, discipline and expensive shaving cream in the best possible way. Ironically, I had to become the exact type of grown “old man” this fragrance was made for in order to truly appreciate it.

One of the best and timeless scents I've ever smelled. Think about metallic airiness with a touch of class and suitable for everyday wear. Mostly for day gatherings and office. This released in 1993 but easily can get passed as a 2020's fragrance. Definitely the true meaning of crisp, masculine, confident. Almost represents a turning point in fragrances. When you first apply it, has the 90's dynamic fugere vibes, on dry down turns into something younger from late 2010's. Fresh green citrus with a little bit hint of delicate cucumber and the performance is really above expectations. Will not dissappoint 10/10

Was looking for a subtle, mature, long lasting fougere, and this did not disappoint at all. For me it seems that the opening starts off very green and woody, but quickly dries down over the course of an hour or two into something more floral, and stays fairly linear from then on. Based on reviews and my experience with fougeres, I wasn’t expecting to be impressed by longevity, however I am. I’m 12 hours in having been working outside in the GA heat and applying sunscreen, and still catching whiffs. After the first half hour, sillage is arms length, but that’s one of the reasons I wanted this perfume.

Yes this one is good, as much of a modern classic as it can get. Not sure how this can be considered old fashioned just classic Fougere dna with a nice twist (fresh "platinum" feel created by a contrast of the notes) with a nice sandalwood in the background in the Chanel fashion. I think later formulations lack in the Oakmoss and in the intensity of the initial impact but it's still pretty good and bottle worthy. Not alluring, seductive or inviting really.. the name explains it all. The quality of the blend is great as well. Not blind buy safe but I can't see someone having an averse reaction either.

Got this today and still testing it out. I have to give it a full day's wear to fully understand and capture how it plays on my skin but so far, it's gorgeous. It reminds me of the old barbershops where my father used to take me as a kid to get my hair cut butchered. Such lovely memories. I will cherish this fragrance forever. Edit: Even after a hot day of going here and there, this baby lasted 7 hours and more. I got occasional whiffs every now and then, and within the first hour or 2, it was projecting within an arm's length which is very nice. Super versatile and gorgeous, I really like it.

I absolutely love this, smells fantastic and invigorating! Definitely a little more classic/ traditional smelling but not dated at all. The opening is quite bright and it stays fresh and lovely all the way through. I get a lot of lavender, geranium, rosemary and clary sage. Bit of woods in the drydown. If you like any type of barber shop fougere aromatic musky green fragrances, you’ll love this too! Not exactly the same but reminds me a bit of a more floral Green Irish Tweed. So clean and easy to wear. Truly signature scent/ dumb reach worthy in warmer months 10/10

O o o o. Egoïst Platinum. I really enjoyed this. Awesome smell and great personality. I saw that some people call this an" outdated scent". Man, go suck some dick, would you? Anyone who sees an old fragrance call it old fashioned now. Don't you have anything better to do other than to do this? Get out of this site and stop texting little children. Sure, you may like new releases, so do I, but that does not mean the old ones are bad. This is one hell of an example. Great for spring and fall in my opinion. But a bit warmer side of fall would do better. 10/10

This is what an elegant silver fox who f***s really well smells like. This is considered an old 90's type of fougere, it's a spicy, aromatic and after shower kind of fragrance. It smells like a high end shower gel. I know that's not a compliment to a lot of people but it's the truth. That's the scent profile. I find the dry down (after about 1 hour or so) to be even better. I love it, there's something very manly and clean about it. It reminds me of a man who has style and is not concerned with other people's opinions. Definite alpha.

You bought a ticket from a high-end charity raffle and won an appointment with the Royal Barber. On the appointed day you put on some smart casual clothing and are treated to the best haircut and cleanest shave and trim of your life. Stepping out of the barbershop you feel ultimately clean, completely put together and absolutely confident. You're ready to go about your day, taking care of business or perhaps meeting a lovely woman for lunch and projecting your most effortlessly charming and confident self. THAT is Platinum Egoiste.

Nose Note #196 "Fresh spicy" fits the description well, otherwise it's very hard to say what the smell is. I first had Platinum by Al Rehab, then Platinum by Fragrance World and they both give a good idea of what the OG is. Perhaps Fragrance World conveys it better, though it is not 100% identical. Egoiste has this extra aromatic/floral bitterness that smells very natural. FW is just citrus without the floral bitterness. I think the OG performs longer, but overall considering the price I would not chose OG over the clone...

I absolutely love Platinum Egoïste. It is timeless and easy to wear. I love the woody and earthy notes but sadly I don’t get great performance on my skin and sillage isn’t the best. I don’t really understand how this fragrance could be hated. First time I smelt it, I was like “meh, it just smells old” but it’s grown on me really fast and now I wear every single day on every occasion. It’s a little bit too fresh for the winter time but it’s amazing in every other season. Would recommend.

I’ve been hunting for the perfect barber shop scent for awhile and this is it. It outshines Beau de jour TF and masculin puriel MFK by far. Much more put together and invokes the kinda vibe I been hunting for. I’m open to finding another barber shop kinda smell but I think this is the one. Very crisp and inviting. All season every day this can work. I think Chanel brings it the best here. Very gentleman scent. Could care less if this is dated. It does the job I been hunting for.

Chanel PE is on the Mount Rushmore of modern masculine classics. 20 hours into wearing and the dry down is now faint but still true, very woody, slightly metallic and animalic. From the jump it’s a fragrance of substance, like a freshly ironed, well fitting, white oxford shirt, it’s tough to pair with gym shorts but it’s earnest and dignified rather than arrogant and aloof. Though not a blind buy candidate it’s a fragrance that every man should try for himself.

I got wrapped up in this fragrance while looking at the reviews on TikTok. I must say it is a pleasing fragrance. It gives a sort of old-school barbershop vibe. Imagine you just got a clean haircut, and they sprayed your scalp (if it doesn't burn lol...). You feel fresh and clean. That is precisely what this comes across as. With the holidays around the corner, if you are looking for a special gift for your dad, this is the one. He will not be disappointed.

If you appreciate what Eternity used to be, you'll love this. Very clean in an old school way but it's not old fashioned. It's great. Projection is amazing and it lasts quite a while. Absolutely a quality juice. Signature scent worthy if that's your thing. It smells successful if that makes sense. It smells money green. I'm not sure if this will get you laid or not, but it'll make you feel like you did. Big swinging d*** energy here.

This is what would imagine a man in suit would smell like after entering a room for meeting. classy, fresh, unique. i absolutely loved it. the only downside: performance is horrible; even with over-spraying. that's the whole point of having such perfume. something you can wear daily without ever offending people at work. I would not recommend this for outside or date nights. overall: 10/10 IMO, if worn at the right place and cloth.

Great stuff. The opening is clean, green, floral and a little herbal. and the dry down is even better, smooth sandalwood, lavender and oakmoss creating a fresh, professional, and sophisticated aura around you when you wear this. Fantastic scent profile. Smells like something a true BOSS would wear. Man I wished I had come across this earlier when I was desperately looking for THE fougere. Because look no further, this is it.

Clean, and classy. To me it's like a hot iron, pressing lavender stems into a white dress shirt... If that was a scent. The metallic, sharp, crisp, clean, unoffending, refined quality of this makes it stand out. Lasts all day, but still a bit overpriced for something that's been around for so long. Worth your time and attention. A little too safe and white collar for me to buy a full bottle if I’m being honest.

This is a fragrance for a confident man that has it all together. Leans older, but it’s so corporate and bossy. It has sharp, metallic herbals that soften as it dries down to become a smooth, almost velvety woody and aromatic scent. It’s super clean, ever so slightly barbershoppy, and well composed. Certainly no bubblegum sweetness or fruitiness here. 9.3/10

People may say that this is 'old man smell' but in reality its a spiced up classic that will get you compliments. Its fresh enough for work and for going out. When I first smelled this perfume I nearly fell over, it was what I had been looking for for a long time. The main accord for me is rosemary and anytime I wear this I feel clean and confident. The best all around daytime man scent, at least that I've smelled. Always my first choice whenever I'm asked for a scent recommendation. Smells complex, professional, and works for pretty much any guy. Really kind of perfect imo. Not unisex at all. Mostly timeless, but SOMEWHAT 90s. At least for the first 30-60 min. Might smell metallic in your first try, but if you dig it in; you will notice that this is very warm, herbal with old fashioned barbershop qualities. May not be fitting for all personalities, but it is a masterpiece. Aged much better than many other old fragrances. Despite that, I think I prefer the original Egosite more than this.

This is what a man 'should' smell like, in my opinion. Classic fougere / barbershop vibes. The kind of man who probably wears a suit and tie to work still, drives a Jaguar, listens to New Order and makes calls on one of those huge brick phones. A fragrance for people who think times were 'better back in my day'. Timeless.

I really like this scent a lot. It smells like you've just had the cleanest shave ever and your skin is buttery smooth and looking impeccable. It really is the ultimate barbershop scent to me. It is what people usually call handsome. A good looking man who is confident and stylish but not bragadoscious and peacocking.

This stuff absolutely exudes put-together "dad energy". Extremely clean and crisp, confident and safe. I just feel like a dependable, clean guy when I wear this. I find that if I spray on clothes, it has very good longevity and I just can't complain about the performance. I feel it projects exactly the way it should.

What a refined fragrance that in this day and age remains modern and underrated. I get a mixture of a few frags, like Green Irish Tweed, Percival, and Invictus Platinum. Even a little Bad Boy Cobalt! But much smoother than all of the above. What a beauty. This can stand with the best of them in my book!

Undeniably Egoiste DNA, but with added green-metallic freshness, modernizing it. Starts up fougere but, it smells really modern, like something that'd be used on today's barbershop and it wouldn't raise an eyebrow. Dries down more pleasantly. Green soap, fresh, put-together. I really like it!

One of the best colognes I ever smelled, sad that it doesn't last long, similar to Creed. This was a part of a test sample I got from Dillard's. Smells very similar to Proraso Green, very minty and eucalyptus-y with a musk at the end. Why say this is outdated? It is very ahead of its time.

One of the fragrances that was an instant love at first sniff. Very masculine, metallic & clean. Been rocking this for years. Appropriate for all occasions & all seasons. It's the perfect signature scent. From my large collection, this is one of my absolute favorites. I will always rebuy.
