Les Exclusifs de Chanel Beige Parfum

Opened my bottle for first time today Jan 24rd 2022, wearing it all day and it makes me feel very special. The EDP is my signature scent, so I've already known what the overall aroma of the scent would be, anyway. However, there is a tiny difference between the pure perfume and the EDP at least on my skin. The pure perfume opens up with a very green floral note (beautiful it is) whereas the EDP does not have it. I don't know which formulation I prefer more, but this amazing green crushed Floral note in the pure perfume at the beginning is divine. I smell so beautiful, chic and elegant today. I see below some people are complaining about the name Beige, imo this is the perfect name for this fragrance, I connect it with the golden colour of the sand on a beautiful exotic island full with tropical Frangipani trees and plants. I am actually beginning to think I need a holiday 😀 While I am waiting though for a such an occasion as a holiday to happens to me I just simply will 'sink' in my Beige perfume. Will update on the notes as well, but want to spend sometime with it. Ok, this is pure luxury, as I mentioned above the difference is in the opening, not a huge difference though. The only thing which I would like to point out to everyone who would consider it as a blind buy, that this formula (even though it is heavenly beautiful, indeed) is quieter than the EDP, also it stays very close to the skin with no projection and if this would be an issue, better go with the EDP, in that case, I fully agree with the reviewer below (Veracska): "It’s a very pretty scent. I cannot stop sniffing my wrist, but I would not recommend this. I would recommend the edp instead."

Ah, my precious Beige pure parfum. I am never letting this gorgeous scent out of my hands. I always thought the Beige EDT was nice but I didn't love it. But when I read Bois de Jasmin's review of how much better the parfum was than the EDT I had to have it. And I'm so glad I bought it. I have to say this is the best $200 I ever spent. For me, this juice is worth it. When I first put it on my skin the hawthorn was a bit strong in the opening and some woods that I didn't remember from the EDT were there also. But very quickly the fragrance begins to develop into a softer more and more beautiful scent cloud. The frangipani is very prominent for me and it is divine with the honey and freesia. The perfectly composed background of the hawthorn and some sandalwood and bergamot that I smell create what to me is the scent of Elysium, that lovely place where the Greek gods live. It is golden flowers and honey dripping off the trees and bushes leaving shimmery golden trails of deliciousness on your skin. This is an escape to paradise for me. Beige pure parfum may not make you a goddess, but it will make you feel like one when you wear it.

Chanel Les Exclusifs de Chanel Beige - representative of the niche perfume Chanel. First i feel the enchanting scent of linden flowers and it's conveying so naturally that it caused me great surprise - because in the perfume composition there are no linden flowers. Apparently it's a combination of honey with a floral accord makes that sounding. The Chanel Beige opens with white flowers & airy warm honey . The hawthorn and frangipani flowers looked to me like apricot blossom under the sun. It so sweet heart, enveloping tenderly. The white freesia here is a little bit soapy and creates a nice feeling of cleanliness ( CHANEL 's "handwriting" which I always liked ) In base notes recognizable, powdery, very Chanel. Soft, beige, quiet fragrance by Chanel. In the words of Coco Chanel : "I choose beige because it's naturally ".

I have owned Beige (parfum) for years and really wanted to get to know it before writing about it. It's a magnificent frangipane dripping with golden honey that has yet to be filtered. It's like the pollen is entrapped in it. It is slightly sweet and powdery, like powdered benzoin. Freesia provides a sharp green edge that freshens it up so it doesn't become too sweet. A rare gem--so glad I bought it when I did.

When Beige edt came out I fell in love with it and soon found myself wishing Chanel would make a parfum version. I even emailed Chanel on two occasions to ask them to do so. Well, now they have done it. My wish has come true and I am tongue-tied. I am so smitten I can't even describe it. Maybe after a while objectivity will be possible but for the moment all I can perceive is a heavenly daze.

A little treasure I got for Christmas. The beauty lies within a tiny bottle of known classic shape. When I first put a drop on my wrist, I got an incredible whiff of white flowers, powdered, pastel, delicat. Very feminine and elegant. Then it morphed into luminous honey dewed white petals Versatile, round and warm notes will go well both with an evening gown and Burberry trench and Converse.

I have the extrait. It is a fresh, cool, happy, daytime floral with a hint of sweetness. It is not seductive. No aldehydes. Blooming spring flowers in cold air. It is unobtrusive - low sillage. It won’t offend. Beige extrait is always appropriate. It is very very pretty.

Wow wow wow wow , need I say more , Very authentic honey with frangipani and hawthorn , just beautiful, One of my favourite fragrances and I’ve owned a few , this is expensive and hard to get a sample of, but I recommend a blind but on this it’s exquisite ! 💋 love it 😍

The person who wears this is classy and refined. They don’t take themselves too seriously and certainly don’t show off. Like Coco Chanel they enjoy Beige because it’s natural. This is beautiful, sophisticated, and leaves anyone smelling effortlessly chic.

This reminds me of a quality jar of real wildflower honey. Smooth, powdery sweetness and just bursting with florals. Sunshine in a bottle.

A very safe scent: a realistic frangipane note, honey and powder. Beige is a light, unassuming skin scent; lacking sillage and very short longevity. It is a wallflower compared to other Chanel scents, very office appropriate. It smells like I bathed with good French soap. This was the first parfum extrait that I ever bought with my adult money, and then hardly ever wore it through the years. I owned a similar scent (Chantecaille Frangipane EDP) around the same time that I bought Beige and favored that one, because it had more presence. Beige is pretty, quiet and fleeting. 💸

With Beige, Chanel has tapped into the essence of summer. The frangipani and freesia are dominant, with gardenia and honey bolstering their olfactory profile. Freesia has always felt a little “down-market” to me, maybe because of the ubiquity of my mom’s BBW body mists and lotions in the late ‘90s/early ‘00s. But here, freesia is elevated to refinement. The scent opens with fluorescent florals, progressing to a more powdery version of itself, after which the flowers are plucked away, leaving behind a powdered honey. While many summer scents go the way of beaches, coconut, and lotions, Beige takes a different route. It simply alludes to the tropical, but with an air of sophistication that’s simultaneously carefree and at ease. I own the extrait, but I’ve also tried the EDP. They boast similar profiles, but the extrait has richer floral notes and a more prominent base of honey and powder. (I haven’t tried its original EDT form, so I can’t offer a comparison to that.) While most extraits sit close to the skin, Beige’s extrait projects within arm’s length after just a couple dabs. I’m a college professor, so my summers are less structured than during the academic year. If I were to criticize Beige, I’d liken it to my professional life. Beige’s take on summer is a bit unstructured too, as it simply, though slowly, fades away after the emergence of its powdery tones. Nevertheless, a love, and a worthy addition to Chanel’s Les Exclusifs collection.

Chanel has recently released an extrait version of Beige that I have mixed feelings about. Oh, don’t get me wrong – it’s lush, ravishing, and beautiful. It’s simply not unique. Added to the notes of the eau de toilette is a large rose, orange blossom, and jasmine, all traditional stars in florals everywhere. The peach note of the EDT is rendered more lifelike; almost a syrupy, ripe nectarine, and the sweetness is increased substantially. The top notes are an ecstatic burst, and the most dramatic of any opening in the Chanel line ( unless one crosses the aisle to the punchy lavender of Aramis ). The drydown, however, is a bit of a letdown ( a surprise for an extrait, as extraits are all about those long, lingering drydowns ). The effect is rounder, fuller, and duller, the rose and jasmine coming to the fore and making it more mundane. Beige is special, but when it leaves its own little freesia niche enters into the larger pool of millefleur florals, it’s certainly not giving Joy and its ilk a run for their money. The extrait is by all means quality, but in the end my money went to the eau de toilette.

If you liked Elie Saab Le Parfum you'll like this one as it's kind of in the same family. It's honey and flowers. The honey note stands out. Sweet perfumy, a bit like beeswax but in a good way, very wearable. The floral notes of freesia and hawthorn give it a nice flowery touch but it's not heavily floral. The frangipani is a tropical sweet plumeria white flower and I like how it's used here. To me this smells like a sweet sun tan lotion that doubles as a perfume. It evokes Hawaii or Tahiti, sand and sun. It's really very beautiful and very different than any of the Chanel fragrances. In fact it doesn't even smell like a Chanel. It can easily pass for an Estee Lauder. It's got something that seems to be marketing an American clientele and not European. That's how I feel about Chanel Gardenia as well. This perfume is actually not very popular among the French. It's really really big with my friends here in the States. This is a gorgeous honey and plumeria tropical fragrance.

This is lovely - I am currently wearing it and its more stable on fabric than on skin - the honey is just beginning to appear , the hawthorn quickly dissipates - I'm not yet getting sandalwood because the scent has poor longevity - which , at £220 for 200 ml is , for me , an issue . I like longevity and a moderate sillage . I'm not getting the base notes in the frag at all because they are not properly fixed . Chanel need to address this . The other exclusifs are better fixed - this one needs work. I disagree with Luca Turin about the quality of ingredients because Chanel don't need to do that , but he's right about it not being fixed in the base . Gorgeous , but fleeting . Perfume may be better ?

I’m getting married in august and from the first sniff I knew this will be my perfume. Anyways I loved the edp and decided to get the extrait. I have shalimar extrait and love it like nothing else. This one smells gorgeous, for 3 hours. Sadly after that it’s completely vanished. I think it’s a shame for an extrait. And for some reason the dry down started to remind me of Allure from Chanel. It’s a little powdery and flowery. It’s a very pretty scent. I cannot stop sniffing my wrist, but I would not recommend this. I would recommend the edp instead.

Review of the pure parfum. As compared to the EDT, I find the parfum of Beige to be generally softer and rounder as well as a bit less sweet. On my skin the compositions of both concentrations are built around a crisp freesia note, followed closely by heady frangipani, silky honey and soft woods. While neither concentration made me fall in love, I think I would prefer the parfum as it feels more sensual, has arms length projection and a full day of longevity. Very, very pretty.

Is this supposed to be available at the boutiques? I asked at a boutique, and was told I had to order it online. Not sure if they were brushing me off, or if they genuinely don't stock it because it's small enough to be easily shoplifted... Any guesses?

I find this scent so unique. It smells expensive. It's a sharp honey scent with white florals. I purchased a decant and loved it so much that I purchased a bottle.
