Instinto

Launched in 2014, the fragrance of Instinto (instinct, in Portuguese) was created to reveal the wild and sensual side of its users. According to the perfumer of the House, is the scent for those who like to get attention when they arrive in a place, always leaving a trail wherever they go, calling attention and arousing sensations. Its official composition has output notes of galbanum, mint, bergamot, freesia and lotus Flower. The body of the fragrance carries notes of pineapple, orange flower, carnation and wine, while the base is composed with notes of ginger, amber, sandalwood and patchouli. The fragrance of Instinto could be described in several ways. But I'd rather be simpler and get right to the point: there's a lot of similarity with the fragrance of Kouros (YSL). Especially on the skin, because when compared in olfactory papers (blotters), their differences become more noticeable. At this point, it’s easier to say that Kouros has a drier scent, while Instinto has a fruity and spritzy nuance, almost a "sangria", which was made with the mix of pineapple and wine notes. And this analysis has two sides: the negative and the positive. The negative is that I don't see any advantage in having access to an artesanal creation, which results in something like a copy, even knowing that was not the intention. The positive is that fans of fragrances in the style of Kouros or Lapidus (especially, the Black Extreme version), in addition to some scents of Jacques Bogart, may find a cheaper option in the market, made with quality and in Eau de Parfum concentration. I have to ratify that Instinto is strong in all features and does not disappoint in projection, neither in durability.
