Charriol Eau de Toilette

Whenever I smell this perfume, I can't help thinking the beauty of the outskirts - with the smell of fruits blending harmoniously with the afternoon breeze. This perfume is very versatile - it could be used in the evening and/or in the morning, in office or in a bar. In fact, I realize that it still stands out even inside the bar - whether it is a fern bar, or wine bar, or music bar or cocktail lounge.

This is one of my favorite perfumes. I could wear it for almost all occasions, summer, winter, day and night. It has some fruity sweetness together with a lot of sharpness and freshness. It also smells of sophistication, I would wear this perfume when I'd go to meetings. It's romantic and has some passion in it, too. I used it up, might buy a new one as I don't think I'll "grow out" of it soon.

a very pleasent perfume that takes you to the garden of flower and fruits.The thing that I'm wondering I can smell mango juice here but I can't see it in the upper notes.?

My signature scent since 2008. I love the scent so fruity floral fresh. And the scent stays on the bed (whenever i lie down) til the next day. Long lasting.

the spray nozzle broke and I am trying to finish it Up so I can throw It away. I've came to apreciate It more, I still hate the passionfruit accord - makes It feel like burnt pinecones until the note settles down, the rest of the composition tries to save it but once the note has turned, It stops making sense. I use to wear It to the Office because I could not care less about It, I try to apply like 30 mins or more before arriving so the smelly rotten smell of the passionfruit evaporates, the drydown is simple but good though! The woods and musk make it a very polite scent.

The opening smells rotten and way too strong. About a hour in I get freesia & strong passionfruit and REALLY STRONK musk, the drydown Is nicer, More balanced and fruity floral. It smells nothing like bright crystal, the longevity Is good overall. Could it be that my bottle has turned?

It's a cute little office scent. I used to not like it when I first got it because it smelled weird once it dried down. But now that I've revisited it, it's a romantic, mature, fruity scent that I wish were a bit fruitier. Overall, cute! It's very basic so make of that what you will.

I honestly liked the smell because it wasn't too much of anything. To me, it smelled clean, fresh and fruity. Good for daytime dates and office setting. Out of the many perfumes I tried wearing in the office, this was the most complimented on! Though I probably won't repurchase.

The scent is quiet lovely, something you'd smell from a very confident and mature woman in an evening gown watching an opera. If you take a liking to this perfume, make sure you don't put too much lest you end with a headache. Lovely drydown.

I’ve only just started wearing this, and I like it a lot. It’s a very tart fuity fragrance. Star fruit is the star here, though I agree that after a while it starts to smell a bit like mango, a slightly unripe one. It’s not a sweet scent, but I like that since very sweet fragrances get to me after I’m wearing them for a while. I don’t get too much passion fruit, and the freesia is nice, though not strong. All the notes strike up the right amount of complexity to make Charriol edt interesting. It lasts pretty long, but sillage doesn’t seem very strong. I’ve resolved the sillage question for myself though – as long as I can smell the perfume, and I’m enjoying it, I’m not going to bother too much that no one else can (except for every now and then). I’ve realized that there are so many fragrances that I really enjoy – why write them off in my book just because no one else can smell them on me? As long as I can... The ring is a nice touch, but it slips off all my fingers, including my thumb! – So I’m gonna let it sit pretty on the bottle. I’m sort of regretting not getting the bigger bottle (mine’s 30 ml). I’m enjoying this! Let’s see if this like turns to love 

I bought this blind and for cheaps, I probably would not have bought it if I had the chance to test it beforehand even for the price. It's not a bad scent but it's nothing special either. Passionfruit and mango alternating is what I smell. It's extremely fruity and not as flowerly as I would like. I think the scent didn't really change much throughout the day I reapplied during lunch and I could still smell it when I reached home. It's fruity and a little sweet and stays that way pretty much. Reminds me of the fruity part of Versace Woman and very close to Luluforever. Oh, the bottle is pretty and has a removable purple resin ring which incidently fits my middle finger. However, it's a little cumbersome having to remove it before spraying as I don't like perfume on the crystals of the ring. Will keep the bottle for now.

Just received my 30 ml. of this juicy pleasure yesterday. Blind bought it online, after reading the reviews here, and am not sorry at all. It's sweet but in a fresh way, alluring and calming at the same time. Reminds me a lot of Ferragamo's Incanto Shine and as I see, they do share a lot of notes- passion fruit, bergamot, freesia and musk. I mostly sense the passion fruit in both. Shine is perhaps a bit sharper, while Charriol is smoother. Great for late spring/early summer.

I first bought Charriol EDP winter of 2009. My signature fragrance to welcome 2010.What attracts me the most when I first tested it were the subtle notes of musk and those traces of delicate oriental flowers... there's definitely something oriental in it.. Its not an over powering perfume , it lasts for five to six hours and the drydown is very sophisticated. Its your little bottle of sexiness even if you are just wearing a plain,white shirt.

i like this one. i gave charriol a try in a store & i liked it. i like to actually get a smell of this being used by women. it has a very romantic scent.

I was surprised: there are no notes like EDP. But I smell a lot of fruits and mild flowers, warm summer, sunny day... romantic parfum.
