Chloé Roses de Chloé

Oh... my beloved is long gone now. My mother just gifted me a 50mL bottle of this a few weeks ago and I must say it is heavenly. I already adored the og signature Chloe but this is, certainly, the best. Imagine a fresh field of roses, soaked in dew as it dries in the sun. Precisely how it smells to me after it dries down. I suppose my generation is very fearful of rosy perfumes, probably due to the heavy stigma of old woman enjoying the smell. Do not mistake this for any dated smell of roses or even cemetery flowers you have smelt in the past. It is entirely *fresh*. The roses smell as though as just harvested, almost as if you crunched a blossom in your hands and the residue remained there for hours still, enveloping you with it's background flowers and musks. In my humble opinion Chloe should not shy away from this fragrance whatsoever, as it pleases both the young and the old costumers of the house. The first because of it's modern spin with the added lemon and green notes at first - smelling youthful and crisp. And as for the second due to it's robust rosy body, an ingredient sure to make the elder swoon because of how refreshingly modern it made such an usual scent feel. Needless to say - it smells just as clean as can be. Highly recommed to those prone to headaches/migraines as it does not smell even the least bit sweet to me. Suitable for the office, a casual date during the day, informal situations of all kinds in both spring and summer alike. Hard to be disliked. RIP. 🎀

Before testing this scent, I was already interested due to the high amount of raves on this perfume, I tested it at a store and I immediately was shocked with joy. This is the best version of a rose, picture an elegant rose that somehow has never touched dirt and smells of the citrus trees near by and you've got Chloe Roses De Chloe. It lingers on you for a while of course and this made me happy because the dry down is absolutely beautiful and natural- almost as if you were not wearing any perfume but were laying down in a field of roses. I am extremely impressed and this will be my next purchase and perhaps my new signature scent. The name somehow makes sense in correlation to the scent- I can see a Chloe wearing this, a very elegant lady. The bottle itself reminds me of another dear scent that i recently purchased which is My Burberry Blush, since they both have ribbons on the bottle. You will definitely get compliments wearing this and I can see any age wearing this. Whoever designed the scent (I believe the famous Karl Lagerfeld) put a lot of thoughts to this extravagantly delicate yet powerful scent, It is youthful but not childish. It is femininity in a bottle. Update: I have ordered it and am very excited :)

This fragrance has been with me since 2014. I wore it for my wedding that September. It felt like me, fresh, romantic, full of light. I’ve bought it again and again. It’s one of those perfumes I always want around, especially in the warmer months. The lychee at the start is juicy, almost watery. So transparent, it feels like biting into fruit straight from the fridge. But blink, and it’s gone. The real story here is the rose. 🌸 Not just any rose. This one is pink, soft, just blooming. Young but elegant. Clean, airy, and full of grace. It doesn’t try hard, and that’s exactly why it works. It’s not powdery, not overly sweet. Just... beautiful. There’s something about it that feels innocent. But not naïve. It’s polished. Feminine. Refined. The kind of scent that leaves an impression without ever shouting. I’ve smelled dozens — maybe hundreds — of rose perfumes. Now, the downside: it vanishes fast. Two hours, maybe. It doesn’t cling. It’s a whisper. I wish it stayed longer. But maybe that’s part of its charm — like fresh flowers that fade, but you remember them anyway. What can I say? It made me feel like myself. Clean. Loved. Romantic.

I love the current Chloe line. Each fragrance represents different facets of rose and emphasises them. Unfortunately I’m slightly anosmic to the other offerings (L’Eau and Fleur) and this is the best alongside Chloe EDP. All the fragrances are along a similar theme and I have to say this is such a pretty soft rose. The opening is possibly a little too on the tart citrusy side for me but the dry down is absolutely to die for. I would love this to layer with Chloe EDP I think and I will purchase this fragrance soon. It’s not too soapy or powdery but just perfect with the mild fruitiness. Gorgeous. I would not compare to Sisley Izia or Paul Smith Rose as Izia is much soapier, dryer and less sweet/soft and Paul Smith is much sharper and more tart. Izia is a very different kind of fragrance as Sisley has a very distinct sort of style and Paul Smith is a very linear sort of rose. This is soft and cosy and pretty and I wish it came in a bigger size... to be honest would not compare this with any other rose fragrance as this has very distinctive Chloe DNA and is not at all similar to other rose fragrances I have tried.

I absolutely adore this fragrance. I just wish it performed as well in warm weather as it did in the cold. The first time I wore it the weather was still cold outside and it had great longevity and silage. I could smell it most of the day. Today I wore it for the second time and for some reason it was gone within an hour. It wasn’t even a skin scent. I did my usual amount of spraying and in the beginning it was so intense my friend jokingly asked if I bathe myself in it. Within an hour neither she nor I could smell it. I'm beginning to wonder if this is one of those scents that doesn't work well in all seasons. That would be a bummer because the warm season is why I bought it. As for the purchase I know it's not a fake because I bought it from a reputable department store. Anyone else have the same issue I'm having? I don't think the bottle is bad ether because as I stated earlier I could smell it fine in the cold weather. I don’t know what to make of this. It is really strange and upsetting because this wasn’t a cheap perfume. I’ll just have to try it again on another warm day and see if it happens again.

This is so beautiful! I used to think I disliked rose fragrances but I realized I just dislike CERTAIN rose fragrances. Particularly those that smell like bowls of potpourri from the 80s. This doesn’t smell like that to me. It smells fresh and light. The rose is there but is blended so well that it accentuates the other notes beautifully. It is so classy and elegant, a bit tart, a bit soapy. All the things I love. It may not be everyone’s taste but I think it’s gorgeous for spring and summer. I don’t have an issue with longevity, but I haven’t worn it in warmer weather though. A bit later- I still think it’s gorgeous, but I’m starting to get the litchi coming through a bit too prominently for my liking. I’m coming to learn this isn’t a favorite note of mine. It starts to turn on my skin into something that reminds me a bit of a freesia note which also doesn’t work well on my chemistry. Still a gorgeous scent, just a bit less than I first thought, but it is my chemistry that I feel it doesn’t work great on. I’m still going to try it in warmer weather and see if it wears the same.

I was very excited to try this and on first sniff I was somewhat disappointed as it smelled like something I already owned. Then I realised it was Montale Crystal Flowers! Roses de Chloe is a feminine, lush rose scent, accented with citrusy notes to keep it from being girlish and rooting it in subtle sophistication. This kind of rose scent is romantic however, like taking a stroll through a rose garden in late Spring wearing a white dress. It fits very nicely into the Chloe line without becoming lost in the signature aesthetic of the house. It's similarity to Crystal Flowers is remarkable however, which is great considering the price difference, but perhaps unsurprising considering the likeness of the pyramid. There doesn't appear to be any difference in quality, excepting the somewhat oily feeling the Montale liquid has. Like Crystal Flowers, I would recommend this one for any one who loves roses, or wants a modern rose scent, and especially for anyone who Stella doesn't wear well on. My want list really doesn't need another rose scent but...oh well, there it is.

This is the most natural rose you could ever smell, according to me. Absolutely lovely. I have the original Chloe too, and love that one as well. If I would have to choose between the two, I couldn’t... but the original is more of a city rose for me, from a florist shop, given by your admirer, or your man. Enjoying city summer. But this one: it is more of an oldfashioned and softly intensive garden rose. Fresh in the morning, when you go out in the dewy grass. The difference of colour in the packaging is just right, I think. The only downside with this: might be the shorter longevity. The projection and the sillage is weaker than the original, but that does not have to be a downside. You just choose the fragrances for different occasions. And if I, when I can afford yet another fragrance, do buy a bigger bottle ( I only have a 30 ml, with little left) I can allow myself to respray a bit during the day. Beautiful enough for very special occasions, but can also be worn just for oneself to feel calmly fabulous and happy, an otherwise normal day at home.

For years I avoided rose scents, as in my mind I pictured geriatric homes heavily scented in rose and lavendar pot pourri. My mother use to work in a nursing home & on occasions when I would visit her work place, the scent of rose & lavendar was everywhere and seemed to hang around like a bad stench. This is my very first Rose based perfume, which I would never in a million years would have thought of trying, had it not been gifted to me by my then 15 year old niece. Thank goodness, I absolutely love it! The top note is definitely rose, however it feels bright and fresh and lingers enough for you to enjoy it without feeling overwhelmed. (Note, I am not one to spray heavily on any of my perfumes, as I don't want to smell like I was too lazy to shower and just doused myself in perfume.) I love smelling this scent, it makes me feel calm and relaxed for some reason. Thank heavens for my neice as she has opened my senses to more rose based scents. I am now testing out rose offerings from Diptyque & Serge Lutens which I hope to own one day.

I was looking for a perfume for my wedding and was recommended the Chloe EDP. Although I liked it, I found it to be a little too clean/soapy and wanted something a bit warmer for my wedding. I bought a sample of this after reading reviews and I love it! I've worn it for a couple of days as I wanted to make sure that I was 100% on this. I definitely liked it and I don't get fed up of it, which I often do quite quickly with perfumes. I didn't consider myself a rose person before but this is just lovely. It smells romantic and can totally imagine myself wearing this on my wedding day. I do find that I can't smell it fairly soon after application but I don't have a good sense of smell. In any case, I didn't want anything too overpowering for my wedding so this suits me just fine! Some might say it's a little safe for a wedding but that's what I'd like for a special day. After a while, it smells warm and cosy on me with a hint of rose. Would recommend trying it if you are on the fence!

Been searching for the "perfect" rose perfume but it was very difficult to find the right one cause most of the rose fragrances smell like old lady. I tried Roses de Chloe on paper when it was on sale but i thought it just smell like alcohol with a very expensive price tag even after reduced price. I went home and put the paper on my nightstand, the next day i woke up and sniff the paper aaand... Voila! I have found the "perfect" rose that i've been searching for. I bought it on that same day. Roses de Chloe does take time to reveal its beauty. When i first spray all i get is rose water & alcohol. But the drydown is AMAZING. To me it is really the "perfect" one, the rose is really there without that vintage old smell. It is very elegant, feminine, beautiful, sweet and lasting power is quite good for an EDT. It is a beautiful nice girl wearing pastel color feminine dress kind of smell. I don't mind the price cause i get what i paid for. Will definitely buy again.

Ordered this after watching a rose farming documentary. I felt nostalgic about my Mom ́s fragrant garden roses growing up in our old house...I feel this is a true rose smell. Husband disagrees. You can definitely give it the fearless full spray blast as it is more of a light fragrant body mist that doesn ́t last for goodness sake.This became suddenly a familiar smell to me and I recall owning L ́Eau de Chloe, the green one with the green bow in 2015. It ́s very close to the green Chloe and a similar much weaker version of the Chloe from 2008. Although it is a pretty, feminine and romantic perfume its lightness disappoints. I miss Narciso Rodriguez ́Fleur Musc so much right now. So far NC fleur musc is the best Rose smell for me. I may go back to it. But first I want to try Florabotanica out from Balenciaga as I ́ve heard it is a good rose smell as well. And I love carnations too. Mom grew carnations too and they smelled divine...

My grandma always purchased white musk and rose scented items for me throughout my childhood, I've worn white musk by the body shop thanks to my gran gifting me so much of it, ever since. She taught me how to make rose water and when I was in my teens she bought Evelyn Rose for me, by Crabtree & Evelyn. I wore the scent to my grandma's funeral many years ago. This is a convincing replacement for the original Evelyn Rose Scent, which often sells for very expensive online due to being discontinued and reformulated. I just got this today, i got three travel size rollerballs. My mom (85) got one, and i (49) took one, and i will give one to my daughter (22). Very nice rose, pretty much straight up rose, very beautiful. I think this is a great scent for layering over something else that is deep or dark. I may try this with botega vennetta. My mom loves it too. I do not seem to get noseblind to this. I think you could use this for traveling and no one around you would be upset. It smells like you took a bath with rose soap, but in a good way. Update: i never gave my daughter the other rollerball i kept it. She actually loves the original chloe, where i am not as in love with it, i prefer this. One thing i have noticed is i tend to like the work of certain perfumers — i have many by amandine clerc marie and i fell in love recently with izia by sisley. If you like rose you should give it a go!

I wanted to make Roses De Chloe my next spring rose but I can't. I've been testing it a few days and kept being reminded of another scent that was burned into my brain as a pre-teen in the late nineties... Tommy Girl. A scent I never liked for myself but smelled all around me as it grew in popularity among my peers. It also brings to mind Lancome Miracle and Versace Bright Crystal. Just like Tommy Girl, that magnolia note in Roses De Chloe is sharp and loud and takes over whatever it is accompanied by. While I wanted watery rose and lychee in a Chloe DNA, I'm actually getting mostly magnolia and nondescript fruit. The rose is just an afterthought. Shame since I remember liking it years ago. I must not have tested it long enough or my tastes changed after having a baby (likely the latter). The upside is that's one less perfume to want.

This is a no-fuss rose. Clean, mildly soapy, but the rose is absolutely the star of the show. This is a fresh and green rose, there's almost no sweetness. Totally inoffensive and perfect if you're looking for something simple, feminine, and easy to wear. I do feel this is a tad overpriced for how simple it is. It reminds me of many other non-designer rose scents, like BBW Rosewater and Ivy or some of the rose offerings from The Body Shop. You're really just paying for the bottle with Roses de Chloe (but let's be honest, it's quite a cute bottle!) Edit: Had to change this from like to love. This is my favorite rose ever, a very soapy, freshly laundered linen rose. I hate how pathetic the performance is, this is one of the weakest fragrances I've ever tried, it's undetectable within 2 hours.

I got a sample sprayer forever ago from Sephora, and I never really tested it; it just went into a basket with a bunch of other samples. As I am bored AF and also curious about where my collection stands, I have been slowly going through things to see what I want to keep and what needs to go. I grabbed this thinking it was the regular Chloe namesake fragrance, which I find inoffensive, but was pleasantly surprised when I was hit in the face with roses. For a mainstream brand, this is a good rose fragrance. It reminds me a lot of the original formulation of Stella McCartney's Stella, just slightly softer. I am surprising myself a lot, but I definitely will pick up a FB of this since a good mainstream rose fragrance is something that I love to have and the new Stella isn't as good for me.

I have been wearing this little beauty for awhile now, and I must say that it has captivated my heart more and more with every single spray. I wanted to create a memory with it, so I wore this to the hospital when my father had surgery to remove cancer. I associate it now with the fact that he is cancer free. So now when I close my eyes, and inhale deeply, I think "Healed". I have been craving rose scented fragrances a lot lately, and this one is very pretty. On my wrist it's a green litchi rose, but when I spray it in the bend of my arm it is a fruity appley rose. I love it! Longevity is awesome on me even though it is a toilette. I get 5+ hrs. If you love being enveloped in a rose garden, go out and get this little beauty and add her to your collection. I did...

My favorite Chloe perfume. In the other versions I smell a "laundry" detergent soapy scent that I dislike. Chloe Rose does have a musky warm tone but not as sharp as the other Chloes IMO. Very simple perfume overall, I don't see a change in scent over time. Simple rose. But a very nice one. Pure, quality rose, soft, romantic. Feminine but not teenage-perfume like, more elegant. Perfect for everyday, work, any time of the year. It does not have enormous sillage just enough, at the end of a day of wearing it it's very light but you do still get a little bit of subtle rose. Makes me feel happy but also a little bit nostalgic and sad sometimes, I don't know why. Simple beauty.

Juicy fresh pink roses and lychee that I can throw on for any occasion and know I will 1. smell pretty and 2. not offend anyone. The tarragon and other citruses in the top notes offset the amber perfectly, it's not too green nor too warm. If you wanna smell like a naturally pretty pink flower that doesn't have a mean bone in her body this is it. You can't go wrong here. This is the girl that's naturally charismatic because people genuinely like her and you can't dislike her if you tried, because she's just so wholesome. Any Julia Roberts romcom character or maybe Jenna Rink from 13 going on 30 would wear this. It just smells like a pretty girl without being overboard.

I usually stay away from florals, but this perfume is BEAUTIFUL. It screams spring-time to me. Rather than being a predominantly citrus based rose like Stella by Stella McCartney, this is a softer, greener take on a rose perfume. It reminds me of a young woman walking through beautiful garden on a spring day, wearing a white flowy dress. It also has that slight smell of freshly cut grass that makes it smell very much like a real rose, rather than a synthetic, headache inducing rose. When I first spray it I also detect a tiny bit of fresh spice, but after a few hours it becomes a little sweeter and even smells a bit like vanilla (must be the amber in the base notes)

A very beautiful and realistic rose perfume. If the original Chloé is a stunning bouquet of roses from a florist shop, Roses de Chloé is a walk in a rose garden, where you lean in close to inhale the lovely fragrances. I bought this several years ago, being so in love with the fragrance! But I haven’t been using it a lot, since I have kind of saved it for special occasions - even though I also have a back up bottle. My only issue is, that I have got used to wear fragrances with a little more oomph - this is such a fragile beauty. But I still love it as much. Could be a wonderful gift to a young girl, who is new to the fragrance world.

I ordered a whole slew of samples online and in a group of 24 or so decants, this is one that spoke to me. Right away, I had to go back online and order a bigger bottle. I am definitely a floral gal and surely love roses, but this scent blew my socks off. She is loud but not screechy, not a soft powdery rose, but a bury your face in rose bush...thorns and all kind of scent. I don't think I can describe it as accurately as I would like, but this rose is not boring. She is not watery or old fashioned. She yells at you a bit, but just to get your attention and make you take a moment to admire her beauty. I do love this so much.

I bought my bottle around the time it was released, wore it twice on scorching hot summer days, found it too much and never tried again. Fast forward 10 years as I’m reevaluating my closet, I sprayed this again in peak California winter, and wow, it’s beautiful! Maybe it’s hormonal changes, maybe it’s the weather, but I can’t stop sniffing under my sweater for this lovely rose. It’s well balanced - a rose that’s not too wet, not too green, not too sweet, and definitely not old fashioned. Just what I needed to flower up my January. What a little gem!

This perfume is a top favorite of mine. I love rose scents, when done right. They nailed this one. It's sophisticated without being old, sexy without being obvious, loud yet very wearable. Super romantic. It's not a jammy rose or an old english rose...It is very much an actual rose garden scent...like you stopped to smell the roses. I like it better in the Fall/Winter because I prefer something more juicy in the Spring/ Summer. The cedar in this makes it more of a warm scent and is, in my opinion, what rounds this fragrance out perfectly.

Sexy without obvious intension to be sexy Chloe de roses is very soft and tender. It ́s an amazing sensual scent. Drydown is a heaven. I see a woman who wants to be irresistible and sexy but it ́s her secret. Not the first plan. Balance is crucial. Something very sexy like red lipstick, something elegant like right length of skirt, something tender like feminine tender scent, then again something sexy like smart attitude. In other words I see a sexy woman without intention to be sexy. I find it very smart. Smart and sexy. What ́s more?

A MASTERPIECE! This is an actual garden of roses, bottled. It’s soft, sensual, elegant, romantic and just plain wonderful. I get compliments every time I wear this and I wear it a lot because I just love it so much. An everyday, versatile, completely inoffensive fragrance. I generally love Chloé’s fragrances, but this one is definitely one of my top favorites, if not my favorite. I wear it to bed sometimes because it’s so lovely and calming and I can never seem to get enough of it. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! Thank you, Chloé!

am i the only one who thinks that this smells like expensive sunscreen?? on my skin at least 😂 what is it? the musk? the powdery notes? lmao on paper it’s really lovely, but not sensational.. it really is a clean, green natural rose like mentioned in previous reviews. love it!!! overall okay.. an 8/10 from me tbh, but it’s not FBW. especially with it’s weak longevity :( only bought this one because i got it for a great deal online. i think there are cheaper offers out there for rose perfumes like this one

This perfume is wonderful. At first smell all I got was rose. But as it progressed, it blossomed. Fresh cut rose with sour orange upon arrival, sweet soapy rose next, finishing to a musky dry down. Lemon is also ever-present. It’s not too heavy or old ladylike as other rose perfumes can be. Moderate longevity. Can definitely be layered, but I prefer it on its own. The projection is great on me and I have dry skin. This may be my new spring perfume. I’ll have to stock up before they discontinue it.

It's a beautiful, light rose scent. Very feminine. It is not offensive and appropriate to wear around crowds as long as you don't over spray it. I saw another reviewer say that it was discontinued, however, as of posting this, it is not. I believe that reviewer meant Chloe Rose Edition. This is the first conventional fragrance I have bought a full size of. I'd absolutely wear it to work or the store. I am a huge fan of rose scents, and I only wish that this one lasted longer.

The most lovely and bright scent of rose. This is the scent of the heart of a blooming rose still on the bush, when you press your nose into it. It is clean and natural and spritely. I love how bright this fragrance is on my skin. It isn't a dour aged rose, but young, bright, and feminine one. Sillage is about arms length. I can smell it on myself when I wear it for the first hour, and then it settles into most lovely gentle fragrance at the points I've sprayed.

On my second bottle. I just cant live without a fresh rose scent. It ́s so natural rose waterish, dewy, beautiful and classy, without leaning mature. Such a good scent for spring and summer. They have discontinued it, which I don ́t understand why, but it ́s kind of "forgetable", I didn ́t use mine for a long time, but now I got it back out, it ́s just so so so pretty. Was considering selling it, but nope, it ́s definitely staying in my collection.

I agree with other reviewers, this is a very delicate and natural rose. It’s crisp, clean and easy to wear. I feel like a ballerina when I wear this, because it just feels/smells like that creamy pink color of ballerinas’ ensembles. However, I have a few male friends who wear this and it smells so nice on them. This isn’t as a blooming bouquet smell, it’s more of the soapy smell of the original Chloe accompanied by a clean rose. One of my favs 💕

I have the roller of this scent and it really doesn’t last long on my skin at all but I don’t really care- just keep reapplying throughout the day. It smells so nice, like a real backyard garden rose; femme, clean, soft & intimate. I think I could wear this for any occasion. My favourite thing about this scent is that it pairs really well with others- it you want just an added layer of rose thrown in this does the trick without overpowering.

I have just ordered this perfume and i am so excited and cant wait for my parcel. I have had its miniature for a year but couldnt decide if i neened the full bottle or not as the scent is lovely and sweet and so nostalgic. It is a crowd pleaser. The only con is that it does not stay long. It fades away in 2-3hrs max on me. Whenever i buy a perfume for me its longevity is the priority but.. not in this case!! Packeging is 10/10 I love it :-)

The perfect rose scent for me, the rose is not the main star, but it's perfectly compliment other notes. This smells heavenly. Most of us will say its smells generic, but its the most beautiful generic scent for me lol! I've always come back to this (gone through 3 bottles of this), my everyday scent. I can depend on this always. The only thing I have to complain is that its longevity is weak! Still, one of my favourite perfume!

Fresh and sweet roses. Very simple and classy, I wear it during the daytime. It's always a nice moment when I catch a whiff of it from my clothing or skin. It's definitely a very girly scent. This is the first Chloe I've tried and I'm very interested, going to try Love Story next! -Longevity about 5 hours, fresh then becoming sweet and soft -Projection, moderate/light

It is like the original Chloe with a perfect twist of romance. It gives me the vibe of being the main female protagonist role in a certain romantic film 🤣 doesn't matter if you're single or have a partner, the love is still in the air anyway. Plus, i don't quite understand why they call it EDT while it projects as good as the original and lasts for the whole day too.

This is a beautiful, bright, dewy rose fragrance. It's one that can be worn year round. It doesn't smell mature or heavy; I can see younger or youthful ladies enjoying this fragrance. The longevity isn’t great as it becomes a skin scent after a couple of hours on me. It’s great for casual wear or even in work settings as the projection and silage are moderate.

This scent was my go-to this spring and summer. I like it more than the original chloe. It's an airy and clean rose and it reminds me of a rose soap bar. Very airy, feminine and soft. Not as fruity and heavy as the original. So sad it is discontinued. Ideal for work places, spring and summer days, very refreshing, upliftining and even sporty scent. Big love.

This was a birthday gift to myself in 2022 and I took less than 5 mins to purchase it after smelling the tester bottle. I was looking for something that is less girly and fruity but still compliments someone in their early 20s, which is exactly what this perfume gives me. I normally dislike rose scents but it is so well-balanced and lovely in this.

Rose in this fragrance is the most beautiful rose I have had a chance to smell. I have a large perfume collection and rose fragrances are always welcome there. Its not overwhelming sweet or sour. It just perfect rose sitting on the white musk notes with few sprinkle of lime on the top. Wonderful composition that is balanced to perfection.

A realistic rose, with a citrusy touch that I like. I don't feel the powdery aspect that I've read in other reviews; instead, it's a realistic yet delicate rose. I find it very similar to Rose The One, as if this were the more spring-like and summery version of that perfume, which I love using in the heart of autumn. Nice little perfume!

The classiest rose perfume ever! Understated, fresh, dainty...yet sensual enough to be sexy. A bit like a Sade song; tender and sweet, but also deeply romantic and sexy. The rose isn't overbearing, but you know it's there. All the other notes support the rose and uphold it as the main note. So so so perfect. My daily scent this year.

Perfect rose scent, simple but good. Not many notes to pick up besides rose, but there is a freshness and lightness contributed by the subtler details here, it is more wearable and versatile than other rose scents. I have this as a travel roller and it has been my go-to default vacation perfume. Sad to see that it is discontinued.

Whenever I wear this I feel like the most beautiful young woman in the world, twirling in a field. This was a perfume I lusted after for YEARS and was one of the sweetest presents my now-fiancè bought me when we first moved in together. GOD I love this perfume. I just wish it had better sillage and staying power on my skin.

I fell in LOVE with this perfume the first time I ever smelled it on a friend! And every other time I saw her! It PROJECTS on her! This is a fresh rose scent that lasts HOURS on me. It's the only Chloe perfume I like. It's girly and flirty without trying too hard. The only downside is the bottle rusts/tarnishes SO much.

I really like the regular Chloé, but this is far better. I smell roses, fruit and a touch of wood. It’s floral, fresh and juicy. Very feminine, romantic, classy and sophisticated in my opinion. Long lasting. Not overpowering. I would wear this year round, except maybe summer. Day or night. It’s wonderful.

I use this rose perfume for layering. In spring, I pair it with The One, and it has earned me compliments (which I've never received with The One alone). This summer, I combined it with Light Blue to make it greener and fresher, and with O d'Azur to make it more lemony and clean. It's really lovely.

This is it. This is The Rose Fragrance for me. I can’t even describe how lovely it is. It is like picking a rose off the bush. It’s so wonderfully graceful and pleasant and always lifts my mood. I wish it lasted longer and projected more, or it would be my everyday signature.
