Happy Chopard Magnolia Bliss

Chopard is one of the houses that was sadly lost in time (in terms of perfumery). Their jewelry is beautiful and they still have very fashionable collections with astronomical prices. Their fragrances, even those of new releases that are more focused on high-end lines succumb to the indifference of a community dragged by YouTubers and TikTokers of dubious judgment, that who knows sees that their reviews are biased towards their personal tastes and promotions paid for by the brands. Chopard was never one of the most "in" in the perfumery industry but it had its hits like Câsmir (the only one of its classics that is still produced and sold) and jewels lost in time like Casran, the "Happy" collection is a most underrated currently, there are 4 positive fragrances that precisely radiate joy, the bottles with a beautiful design decorated with a golden collar and a very heavy glass stopper (although it looks like plastic, it is pure glass like the highest-end ones) contain fresh compositions inside, being the olfactory jewel of the 4 'Bigaradia' but all very enjoyable. Happy Magnolia Bliss (in the case of my 2023 bottle 'Magnolia bouquet') is a breath of freshness, the most ethereal, modern, immensely citrusy Magnolia, very bright and clean the flashes of a soapy rose (undeclared) and that when it passes its opening it acquires very slightly sweet fruity features (I assume because of the osmanthus) and with the effusiveness of a touch of pepper. Spring fragrance although I see its use for almost the entire year except winter, with a fairly moderate performance (there are things three times more expensive that last the same🙄) but for the price at which it is found, only the beautiful bottle is already worth the expense, the fragrance deserves a chance, it will surely make you smile with its positivity.

I purchased this to complete my Happy line in my collection. It’s my third favorite of the four. It’s very pretty but on me, it wears very very lightly and close to the skin. It is definitely a dewy fresh magnolia which is beautiful. It is a little soapy on my skin which I like. It’s pretty linear and well blended. I can only slightly detect the osmanthus and magnolia and not much else. I love lemon dolce and bigaradia but the other two are very light on me. The bottles are gorgeous and heavy glass . I think this would be great for daytime/work but carry a decant. I have some friends that prefer very light fragrances and this would be one I would recommend to them. Personally, I prefer my fragrances to wear a bit heavier so this one isn’t my style.

Very natural. Magnolia bloom to the maximum. Her scent so watery, clean and fresh with citrus nuances. Freshness and spring in a bottle. Makes a statement. Romantic in character. Every day scent for a feminine lady. Magnolia's pure scent is beautiful yet the flowers do not bloom all that long - Chopard captured this beauty perfectly.

Magnolia Bliss opens with a glisten—a distinctly dewy, chlorophyllic magnolia leaf, fleshy and pliant, verdant breath almost aqueous. Tender rather than sharp, this is less of a cut grass moment and more a mossy sigh. Magnolia here leans more leaf than bloom, not your creamy southern belle but rather a budding, green one. Unripe. Still dreaming. Osmanthus is present definitely, as this airy, kissed lift of something apricot-ish lemon-like. Its fuzzy brightness is made even more vibrant by a peppery sparkle, pink pepper, and a whisper of Sichuan heat. No bite, just tickles, like laughter you try to stifle in a quiet room. I also get this (booze-spiked) tea vibe from the savanna, a twist of unexpectedness, almost like someone poured a spiced fig syrup into a pitcher of lemon water and let it sit in sunlight. It doesn’t dominate, but it adds enough curve to make the whole thing less linear, more sigh and pause than burst and fade. Still, for all its pretty layers, Magnolia Bliss doesn’t quite take off—literally. It disappears fast, flirting with you and never quite committing. It's like this soft sketch of joy, rather than joy in its full symphonic bloom. So yes, okay. Not stunning. But still sweet in its modesty. A morning mist, not a thunderstorm. A bliss, maybe. Just not mine.

I blind bought this perfume because of my recent in love with magnolia scent. This is a very light floral-fruity scent. Mainly the floral note is stronger, I can detect very faint fruity note. Chopard magnolia bliss comes with the same Chopard Happy series with a cute, heavy glass cap and very well-made bottle. Unfortunately it has poor longevity which only last 2-3 hours on my skin. Since it's not a very strong fragrance, it's suitable for both day and night time on any season. Office-friendly perfume

Chopard Happy Magnolia Bouquet/Magnolia Bliss. Heavenly. Divine. To me, anyway. Just one problem: when I spray this on paper, it is fresh, light, slightly watery magnolia. Just beautiful. When I spray it on my skin, it’s roses. Young, slightly watery, pink roses. Plus some soap and a touch of powder. I don’t mind as it’s really lovely. A friend of mine likes it, also. But I am somewhat disappointed as I bought it for the magnolia. A few weeks later: I have bought another bottle as a back-up. Something about it just makes me want to wear it again and again.

Magnolia distilled water mixed with a strong burst of alcohol ... no thank you !
