Patchouli de Sumatra

Lovely year around patchouli scent. Light airy on a delightful backbone of ISO super. The combination of lime and patchouli in the opening gives a lactonic vibe on my skin. Longevity and silage are average and I wish they were better. A year around office safe scent in my opinion. It leans masculine. For the quality, the price is great in the US.

Patchouli-focused scent. Earthy and a bit bitter.

This is such a lovely and unique scent. The citrus notes are so beautifully bright and compliment the patchouli perfectly, it’s fresh, aromatic and not really sweet which I appreciate. The patchouli is definitely the star here and you can tell it’s great quality. I couldn’t stop smelling the scent strip and I decided to try it on my skin, and I was devastated when it seemed to have reacted horribly with my skin chemistry, it started smelling like sour milk with orange and it was so bad I had to scrub it off immediately :( so sad because the smell was incredible on the strip :( definitely worth giving a try but please test it on your skin first, and I hope no one ever experiences it like how I did lol 😭

Solid patchouli fragrance, I don't agree with the similarity to lalique, except they both contain patchouli, I'm surprised I didn't read any mention that this is very similar to Montale's vetiver patchouli, which in my opinion is a better fragrance overall, and performs better. Masculine to my nose. Ladies sample first.

I have the same problem with Scents4spirit below. The scent on the test strip reminds me Document's Naive, but on my skin it turns sour and milky. But I am not giving up on this scent, i shall try spraying on my clothes. It's a beautiful scent, especially on the drydown.

@Scents4spirit You can try spraying on your clothes rather than applying on your skin. This way you would get the test strip vibe.
