Wish Magical Nights

I own the Magical Nights Sisters, and to tell the truth, I can't decide, which one I love more. Happy Spirit Magical Nights is more "sour", floral, dry and powderly. As for Wish Magical Nights, the shape of the bottle and the golden cap is very beautiful, but in my opinion, the choice of the colour is not very sucessful. For me, the bottle appears to be a bit plastic-looking, because of the deep royal blue colour. Although, if you turn it against light, it reveals its hidden beauty immediately. At first sniff it is a bit similar to Angel, but for me it's more similar to Sophie Nerval's Mochus Magic Love (which is a discontinued fragrance). This perfume is clearer and simplier than Angel, but not less than Angel! In the opening, I can't smell any fruits, which I don't regret. I don't really like strong fuit notes- they don't smell the best on me. I can smell the patchouly-vanilla combination right from the beginning. As the scent develops on my skin, it turns more sweeter and sweeter, but it will never become overpowerly sweet. It dries down to a pleasant, comforting, warm yet seducing, sweet scent. Very long lasting, one spray is enough for a whole day, and the sillage is gorgeous. The best choice for (magical) winter nights.

Opening very similar to original Wish. Pear note hardly detectable. It changes after an hour and I apologize for an infantile association - but to me it actually smells like jelly babies :-) It is not a bad thing since I am a gourmand lover. The bottle cute, it will certainly catch everyone's attention. I love it a bit more than original Wish which seems more ''serious'', so to speak. I'd say try it as it is worth to have ''2 options'' Wish, both of them are worth trying and having handy for a romantic dinner with candles :-) Wish Magicla Nights is a tiny bit more playful - I absolutely adore it! And for the record - I am not sure how it could possibly be classified as oriental floral as to me it is a pure floral vanilla if not a gourmand jelly babies fragrance :-)

This really is something in between regular Wish and one of those Midnight Lolitas. And it truly deserves to be called Magical! It is sweet, yes, but not in an annoying, teeny way. It is dark and deep and so powdery! Imagine more sophisticated and grown-up, and less in-your-face Wish, married to Lolita's flirt and mystery. Edit 12h later: I didn't see this coming - it's still with me; not radiating though, and calmed into a skin scent, but if I didn't know better, I'd be convinced I put on my Lipstick Rose this morning! I don't see how it goes on this way, but it obviously turns into a solid love for me, taking the best features from some of my favorites! Edited once more: this thing should come with a "one spray only per wear" warning. Its strength is nuke.

This is simply the best perfume for me. Delicious warm,sweet en strong enough. Take care, this is also a limited edition, so little time for such a great perfume.

Angel & I don't get along very well...but here is an angel I can enjoy! Yes, there are small similarities to the Mugler Angel, but it as if you have all the gourmand patchouli-vanilla delights of the original, minus the annoying bits & with some depthy earthiness thrown in to boot. Daytime Wish has found a shadowy, secret side. Magical Nights is darker in character, softer on the approach, with deeper, honeyed fruits & earthy qualities - the bottle suits the nature of the juice perfectly. The berry-patchouli combo is delightful - not so sweet, toned down, more mature, almost gothic. It reminds me of quiet, cool winter nights in a glade above very still water, where the sound is muffled & the air is pregnant with anticipation. It is like the look before the kiss stolen beneath thick midnight-blue velvet cloaks & starry skies. Nicely done, stunning bottle & much more interesting than the first Wish.

la-la-love this cuty! I definitely sense the light sourness of the fruits combined with some vanilla.. would even call it a floral fruity gourmand if you'd ask me (but maybe that's my cold, making my nose untrustworthy). And I don't even notice the resemblance to angel by TM, like a lot here do suggest... but maybe that's just me remembering I get sick of that fragrance (in winter almost every girl at school had it), as I don't get sick of this one!

The bottle is so beautyful with its dark blue color and golden sparkle in the bottom and the golden cap. But the scent isn ́t that strong at all on me :S and it is a perfume intence, but no, I can only feel it on my skin a little :( The msell is good though it is kind of week on me. Good I gues if i shall go somewhere and i can not have to strong perume on me,this one is good, but I like to feel the perfume on me, and I want it to smell a lot :)

I love it,just got it.And the bottle is so lovely,dark blue with golden glitter..Even though the smell is the same as the usual wish,i like this one even more.To me it is less sweet actually,not that much sugarness but something more floral in it and fresher.This is perfect winter/christmas perfume,the bottle makes me think of the holidays..

Gorgeous aroma! Warm, deliciouse and unique! I can wear it for days without been bored from it. I am sorry I can't find it anywere and that it's only in 30 ml. bottles. The bottle is like Christmas toy! I'm love in it.

lovely bottle!!! creamy and deeper version of the original wish

I Just got this today!!! Its a more strong version of the original... but what seals the deal is the bottle. WONDERFUL! Its small, deep blue with a gold cap and oh so cute!!

From the notes it would seem that this one is completely different from the original. Yet, upon first sniffing, my nose has not detected much difference. I have not tried them at the same time, but from what I recall, Wish Magical Nights is pretty close to its older sister. Since I am really bad at decomposing fragrances into particular notes, and sometimes I feel something that supposedly is not there, I will just say that this one is very strong, sweet. In my mind I can see it as think and creamy, but there is also something sharp about it (incense?, patchouli?); it is not a typical, cozy vanilla fragrance. The pear definitely makes its way through, although personally I prefer the tough and sour ones, I appreciate the juiciness and sweetness here. And as was already mentioned, the bottle is gorgeous! If you have a choice between the regular and this one, go for Magical Nights. The difference in smell is minimal, but the bottle is to die for:)

I just received this today, 1 oz. is all and I am in love! It is the perfect scent for me, aahhhh but! It's hard to find. It's soft, creamy, slightly sweet with a delicious vanilla. I have hundreds of perfumes and this will remain at the top of my list. On me, this perfume is not strong or over bearing. It's just darn yummy and feminine. It's also hard to find. I had to order mine from Israel and it was a long wait but well worth it. By the way, Angel and Magical Nights are not the same at all. Wish is Magical Nights older sister and still good but Magical Nights is the winner for me!

Wish Magical Nights is more earthy and less gourmand than Happy Wish Magical Nights, and I definitely feel the mild patchouli and vanilla aura wafting around me. Both were blind buys based on the reviews here. I am deliriously happy with both of them, I love the fragrances, the bottles and I'm always ready to support one of my favourite fragrance names, Chopard. Incidentally, I've been reading about another variant on Madness by Chopard, Madness Black (not sure of exact name). Does anybody have any info on this one ?

Well, it's a sweet and very pleasant scent, indeed. Very similar to the original Wish, and also somehow similar to Angel, but still not a 'wow' frag in any way - it somehow lacks the character and thickness I expect to find in an oriental-floral. Besides, the lasting power is very limited. The bottle is attractive, though, so I guess this would make a nice present for the holidays.

Love this. Gorgeous bottle and the fragrance itself is a slightly more 'grown up' version of original Wish. Deeper notes and agree with earlier that it is an earthier fragrance. Delicious, vanilla creamy tones, gourmand and quite long lasting. All in all, love it!

I've wanted this perfume for YEARS. I love Wish and this sounds like it'd be heavenly. A stronger, deeper, more creamy version of Wish. It's hard to get and goes for silly prices on ebay but I think I need to finally get it after all these years.
