Wish Pink Diamond

I got this perfume as a gift 3 years ago. Must say that it's a really nice seductive rosy fruity perfume. Everything is well blended together so you can pick up the scents in the perfume without them being too harsh. On me I can smell the rose most but it's a sweet interesting rose, unlike other perfumes I smelled before where the rose is most obvious but boring (don't know how to explain it lol). If you usually like perfumes that are light and not too strong, this can be a good evening or date night scent. If you're into strong perfumes, this can be a good perfume for the office or university, it's inoffensive in my opinion. The only downside is that it didn't last for long on me, maybe about 4 hours. Would I repurchase? Yes.

This reminds me something about elegance. I wouldn't call it "girlish", no way! This Wish makes its floral-and fruity perfomance perfectly, getting us quite pleased. To me it sounds better on the skin than on the tissue. I like the way the combination of components plays.

This is exactly what I was hoping for- pears and roses! There's a citrusy background that just adds to this perfume's beauty. I put it on for the first time today and I can't stop smelling it. So far, it's lasted 4 hours and is still going strong. I love this fragrance.

The fragrance is amazing and ambiguous. It is vibrant and changing smell. On the one hand, it is sweet and gentle, the other spicy and fresh. I feel roses, pink pepper and bergamot that is all what I love. This is perfect for spring and summer.

What a great spring and summer scent...definitely a day scent though considering it's not that strong...but so beautiful...very feminine without being girly...the floral is what stands out to me...with just the tiniest hints of citrus.

This was my first ever blind buy and a successful one! Great for days when you can't make up your mind what fragrance you are in the mood for. Not particularly stunning or long lasting but still very nice and easy to wear.

I have this perfume! It is lovely. It draws positive comments. It reminds me roses somehow! I will probably buy it again!

If you're after a summery take on the original Wish, this is not it. Wish and Wish Pink Diamond are not sisters, they probably aren't even distant cousins. Where Wish is an unbelievably complex gourmand, Pink Diamond is a really simple fruit-floral - pears and roses and I'm honestly surprised there's no peony because PD's so in that family of pink spring EDTs. In fact it's probably most like DKNY's Be Delicious City Blossom Rooftop Peony (that's a long title!) to me, or a more interesting Versace Bright Crystal (aka the dullest fragrance of 2006), both of which centre on peony. It's not got the longevity of Rooftop Peony, but it has a similar silage - hugging distance - and I sometimes layer the two - RP doesn't have PD's pear note, which brings out something wonderful in the rose. If only there was an EDP of Pink Diamond, it would probably have the longevity this one lacks.

Sweet & floral, this fragrance is perfect for sunny Spring days. I smell mostly Rose with a twist of apricot & the subtleness of pears. It doesn't seem to last very long on my skin - however most pink florals seem to do the same thing (eg Dior Addict). Pink Diamond Wish is not a fragrance I wear often, & it's not a favourite, however it's a very pretty subtle floral that I wear for a change every now and again.

This is just lovely, a beautiful rose scent. I dint get much of the fruits either but it's not quite a straight floral. To me it smells exactly like the wonderful Stella by Stella McCartney - only slightly slightly lighter and a touch sweeter. If you like Stella you'll like this. Beautiful fragrance, not modern or different but sometimes it's good just to smell feminine and nice.

so, this is gonna be my first review I got a miniature of this scent. I got interested in a bottle itself. The notes I can hear is 90 rose and 10 percent flowery aspect. No citruses are detected by my nose. Quite simple non irritating smell. Not lasting. The longevity is around 1-2 hours and gone Not sweet but refreshing and a little sour the scent profile itself is nice

Summertime, skin test Garden + rose, fades too quick, um, I guess similar feel to other garden scents... I tried Yardley English Rose today, lasted longer, it’s got that same garden feel. Salvatore Ferragamo bloom I think similar, bloom is better, ... I’ll have to list more garden scents. Test in its own, but it’s very quiet scent

I have to agree with NatWeb - Pink Diamond does remind me a lot of Stella by Stella McCartney! Roses, juicy pear and a hint of peach in the beginning. Like so many others have said: perhaps not anything out of the ordinary, but a very nice, feminine every-day summer scent - and sometimes that's just what you want.

Rose, rose, rose, rose, rose rose, rose. Literally all I get from this. It's sorta tangy and almost sour, like pink garden roses. It's pleasant enough, but it has no lasting power or sillage on me at all. Nice enough, but very underwhelming. I'll use up the small bottle I have but I won't bother to replace it.

Usually it smells like roses and fruit and sweets to me... Very well blended and uplifting! But today I sprayed it on more than before and all I can smell is caramel! This is how I imagine the original Wish I have yet to try ... I like having found this new side but I prefer it when spraying it a little less

Citrusses, pear, roses, amber and a hint of neroli is what I smell the most. It makes it kind of a spontaneous bimbo-smell, but I like it!! For those days you just feel like being that, pink is really the best color for this perfume by the way.

Too weak and too soft for my taste! It smells fruity floraly, nothing special! I gave it to my friend who loves gentle scents, so if you are a lover of soft, not in your face fragrances this might be the one for you.

smells the most like rose and osmanthus on me, but has a slight hint of mandarin orange. its very ladylike, i just wish it was stronger or had an edp version. nice to wear during the spring and summer

This is a lovely everyday scent! It's definitely floral, but not overpowering. I get a lot of rose and peach, with a touch of citrus to brighten it up. It lasts for a good amount of time too.

I love this, I love the scent and the packaging it is so yummy and lush!!!!! it is rosy and makes u smell like roses it is one of my favourite perfumes and it is amazzzing xx

It's not as similar to orig. Wish as I expected...Nice bouquet of spring white flowers and roses...but what a pear is doing here- I could miss it. Fruity rosy to me !

Very faint, but nice floral scent. I am possibly partially anosmic to it. I can barely smell some flowers and mandarin. What a shame! Bottle is very pretty.

This smells lovely! A floral fruity that's not annoyingly sweet. I actually don't find it sweet at all. So light and soft. I can definitely smell roses.

Chopard have some great fragrances, but they also have this. It’s not bad, it’s just uninspiring and yet another rose citrus perfume. It also has terrible sillage and longevity on me. The good news is it’s now very cheap.

The pear, rose and mandarin notes are quite strong. I like it! It's a lovely scent. It's very romantic in a modern way. This would go well with a younger person. It's not very mysterious but it's easy to wear!

This perfume didn't agree with my skin's chemistry at all! I've never experienced anything like that before. I tried it a few times and always with exactly the same outcome... After few minutes the scent on my skin reminded me of... Sweaty socks. Dirty, sour... There was nothing wrong with the perfume as i gave it away and that person really liked it and had nothing like that happening. It was such a shame :(

What a pity, it just doesn't work on me. I feel like I'm smelling something cheap from a drugstore. No roses, just something too-sweet, too-intensive, too-candyish in a bad way. Sorry, Diamond, you're just not my cup of tea. I prefer it with less sugar.

To me this smells so like Stella McCartney, her first perfume with purple bottle. I guess it ́s the rose that does it. I prefer Stella though.

I smelled this years ago in a shop and then had a mini from a set that I used up. This was before I was any good at picking out notes, unless they were super obvious and before I was a fan of rose notes. From what I remember, it didn't smell like the original Wish, which I love, and the first time I tried it I found it to be very weak. When I got the mini though, it performed much better. I remember thinking it smelled like it had grapefruit in it. It was very sweet, fruity, slightly powdery and obviously floral. Now that I know it's rose, and I've grown to love rose, I'm interested in getting a bottle. I just think it's probably too gentle of a fragrance for my tastes, unlike Wish which is a total powerhouse perfume on me. For how cheap Wish is now, about £18 for 75ml, when it used to be over £40 for the 30ml when I started using it, I'll always have it in my collection. This one is a bit more expensive at around £20-40 for 30ml, despite being weaker. Probably because it's not as easy to find. I'm not sure if it's discontinued.

Gentle fruity fragrance with a hint of rose. Reminds me of rose tea sipped at an old British cafe. Pink Wish is charming, gentle, inoffensive and will make your day when it rains outside. It cheers me up and help me start my day with the right mood. The most prominent notes are rose and apricot. Silage and longetivity reflect the type of concentration (EDT), I do admit I have to reapply during the day but it does not bother me as my smile gets bigger with every spritz :-) The dry down is a pure pleasure to my nose - one of the most pleasant musky ones; neither dry nor bitter. If you are fond of Stella McCartney and wish to purchase a more fruity and gentle variation for a change, give Pink Wish a try!

I've been curious to try this for a while most likely attracted by the pretty precious bottle and it's very very similar to a perfume that people are looking for because it has been discontinued that it's praised and praised. Stella of Stella Mc Cartney. But this one doesn't get the same love. Says a lot about people and not about perfume. I'm relieved because this one doesn't smell like the rose of Felicia Roses. It's pleasant. I used to dislike rose in perfume. But I changed my mind thanks to creations like Anna Sui's which take rose to another level and of course Stella.

A friendly Fragrantican traded a sample of this. I like Wish by Chopard very much, and wanted to try some of the flankers. Well, PD is a pleasant surprise! It doesn't resemble the original Wish at all, PD is all about the florals whil Wish is a pronounced vanilla frag. PD doesn't have a sharp rose note, the rose is soft like dried petals from the garden. Stella has a similar note, and I love that frag, too. Performance is average, which means PD is work safe and very wearable. This perfume is very feminine, not girly. PD is a fine addition to the Chopard brand.

Such a soft, gentle smell and so very pink. Gorgeous pink roses abound but softly from a distance where you can appreciate the bouquet without being overpowered. It is the smell of innocence. Reminds me of a huge hug from my favourite little girl, my beloved Alanna, which leaves me with a dilemma, do I give it to her (she's only 3) or do I keep it to remind me of her when she's not here? I need to buy a second bottle, I like it too much to part with it, which surprises me as I normally prefer huge perfumes and avoid anything soft.

I had bought this beautiful bottle as a present for my 13-yr niece, based on the comments from Fragrantica.. She was so overwhelmed as it was her first real designer perfume. We are now two years later and I asked her the other day what she would like to get for her 15th birthday. " perfume" she smiled. And how diid you like " Wish" I asked and she replied it was her gem, only to be used for special occasions.I guess we have a newbie perfume lover here! I'm thinking to give her a mini-Chloe-Nomade this time.

This was a nice sweet scent, but the rose was much more minimal on my skin than I expected. I get mostly pear, apricot & warm mandarin, with sweet musk and amber. The fruits were so strong I almost felt like this fragrance was real fruit juice making my fingers sticky. There was only a very soft presence of florals as it dries down, but this doesn't last long on my skin. Good for it's price though, I certainly wouldn't throw it away if I received it as a gift.

well, i can't say that i am completely sure, because this fragrance is among those that i did not try out. but this one belongs to floral-fruity olfactive group, while Rose Essentielle and Rose Absolue belong to the floral group. my expectation would be that this one is fresher and lighter. perhaps, someone who has tried both can give a better insight.

This scent encapsulates the fruity florals of the mid 2000s yet retains its own character. I would describe this as a 3 way cross between Stella MCartneys original Rose perfume, Versaces Bright Crystal and Nina Riccis Love In Paris so certainly not "generic" nowadays anymore where everyone is STILL drowning in oud, praline and patchouli!

This one is a beautiful rose blend--not too rosy and very light as others mentioned. I feel it is very elegant and sophisticated--perfect for those situations where perfume should be subtle and not offensive to other. You definitely have to reapply often. But it is a lovely floral scent!

It's very floral fresh and uplifting fragrance, a bit shampoo-is but not in a bad way. Apricot and osmanthus are quite prominent here. All in all it straightly reminds me of Versace Bright Crystal and St. Dupont Passenger Woman. It projects nicely and stays for some while on my skin.

very light fragrance fruity-floral.I can smell pear, which makes the perfume sweet.it's recommended for a day time and i agree,cause it's too descrete for going out or official occasions:)I like to use it during spring or summer time.

A light floral fragrance, summer and as wrote before yes, teen. Nothing complicated, just pure and simple for pretty young girls that dont need to attract the attention by putting on more interesting, heavier and seducing scents.

I bought this just for the beautiful bottle. I don't like the original Wish. I am guessing that this version will also be sweet and young smelling. I love to perfumes as much as collecting the beautiful bottles/packaging.

floral-fruity usually are the category I like the most...this one is just WRONG maybe the rose touch bring me the nasty smell,but on me is just strange and very rosy not my style at all

A light floral fragrance, with a lot of rose. After hours it will be rose and pear clearly. Perfect for summertime and for young girls. Yes, it is similar to Rose Essentielle, I think.

All I smell are roses.That's ok, I admitingly bought this for the beautiful bottle alone and smelling like roses isn't the end of the world :)
