Belle Violette

This is a seriously underrated perfume line. The brand needs a major relaunch.. some of the bottle designs are dated. Many of their perfumes are great dupes of famous designer brands. What's important to know is, these fragrances were designed and made in the U.A.E. So the quality of the fragrance is actually very good! Over the years Arab friends I have personally made have been some of the most elegantly, immaculate classy women/ men I have known. These women and men have turned out to have fantastic taste in beauty and fragrance. So having a fragrance sculpted and manufacturered in or around Persia, I pay attention to. This fragrance in particular is absolutely gorgeous quality . It is long lasting. If you like white florals you will enjoy, think Gucci bloom, paris Hilton Tease, Michael Kors... It's very good for the price.outstanding IMO The bottle is sturdy. Generous ml size. Wrapped in purple velvet. The gold on other parts of the design looks cheaply done but it's a sturdy bottle , good spray release. Lasts for some hours, pumpninto an atomiser for a top up, the refresher will up lift you. Super affordable. Under £10 for a 80ml. It smells so sooooo good. Warm, spicy, sweet Jasmine, juicy fruits, rhubarb and amber tones. Clean and bright and settles with a sexy smoky trail ITS A LOW PRICED NICHE PERFUME AND I AM THANKFUL ITS BEEN MADE SO AFFORDABLE. Ps. I think it's only called violet because of the purple design , there aren't any violet notes in this that I detect or see listed.

I agree with ismellsogood, it's absolutely underrated! Beautiful flowers and fruits, sweet and summery in cute package. A bargain if you don't want to smell like everybody else! I bought a mini at Al Rashad for $2.50, not much to lose if you want to give it a try *winks*

~ I just received this today , it is in a fuzzy purple bottle with no name or label on bottle . It is a wonderful scent of a floral { hmm , violet is for the bottle , not the flower } even though none is among the notes ~ I get a few of the notes so far , will have to wait a bit more time to see which ones come through ~ I got the jasmine right off , incense and the rhubarb {spicy } follows within a few minutes. I was pleasantly surprised I got no alcohol on my first spritz , nor on my second lighter spritz . I hope the mandarin orange comes through , it is one of my favorite notes along with lemon , I get the peony too , weaker but she is there , not so much on vanilla or patchouli . I'm still waiting on the "cacao" to come and smack me , but I don't think it will ~ I'll update it is does ~ It is a lighter scent for a reasonable price ~ I got the 80ml bottle for under $30.00 , no shipping fee , but a tax of $1.54 . Is it worth the money , yes , she is . I'd grab her up though if interested . I think she has been discontinued . I found on eBay but a bit higher there than where I found it by $20.00 at least { not worth at that price in my opinion } I'll come back and let it be known how she wears . I have to be honest and say if not spritzed enough { 5~ 6 } she might become a skin scent . I only did my right wrist , a full spray , then dabbed my left onto , but I decided to do a light spritz again , I can't hardly smell now and it has only been about an hour . So , I'd do a blouse { colors , not a white } , with 2 sprays , wrists, and décolletage with 2 , maybe a third spritz all over . I do like this very much , she is delightful . I also think because she is so inexpensive she could be layered with a stronger perfume to balance out . I'm happy I got her , the bottle being different , fuzzy purple , makes me feel fuzzy too ~ ///=^} ~

Update: July 2019: Now a nice room spray! Plummy feeling musky fruit in heady excitement, but gone within an hour. No plums but the combination is fruity. It does not last long - but good for first hour. Perfect reflection of the cheap price. An example of where packaging is seductively deceptive. There is a Black clothed bottle companion to this and that is much better but still an insanely short longevity. Makes me want to scream at the makers of this.
