Love, love, love this! This is a unique fragrance. I'm thinking the uniqueness comes from the Cypriol Oil or Nagarmotha that are listed in the notes. I clicked on these notes to see what other perfumes have them. I noticed that almost all of those perfumes that have these notes are NOT the ones that you hear about on YouTube or the forums. So again, a scent that is more rare. Don't blind buy though. For me, it's hard to describe the notes. I know amber and myrrh but this fragrance is truly a melange and linear. You just can't identify any one note, unless it's the Cypriol Oil or Nagarmotha. Hope that makes sense. Great sillage but poor longevity, I'm afraid. Three hours max. Last thing, I read that Billie Eillish came out with a scent. For some reason, I would imagine that this would be her scent. Unique and unafraid to be unique.

This to me is a veeery creamy sandalwood fragrance. I don’t really detect myrrh which is a shame because I love that now as well. I enjoy wearing this during the day during winter more than at night. Cozy and a great addition to my sandalwood fragrance collection 💖

Loubicroc was the fragrance that initially grabbed me from the line. The heavy glass bottles with the fancy but solid caps are beautiful. This type of amber almost reminds me of Gaultier’s ‘Classique Essence De Parfum’ in a similar honey'd orange blossom, whipped cream type of spicy amber (minus the jasmine), maybe it’s just the slight 90’s vibe it gives. It’s a lavish, retro amber that’s a spicy oriental dream if you like it warmed with buttery vanilla cream and topped with a powdery cake dusting. There’s no vanilla listed, but it’s unmistakable and too sweet for me (I can’t tolerate vanilla). It’s surprisingly soft and powdery and doesn’t particular last well. If you like this style of spicy amber fragrance with a little vanilla, then a similar type would be 6 place Saint Sulpice by Yves Saint Laurent.

Woody slightly sweet slightly powdery perfume. Probably the tamest of the collection. Like it the least of this collection too. Except for the bottle which I like the most. This is like JML Myrrh & Tonka without the sweetness of tonka bean, making it lame and not interesting. Doesn’t resemble Santal 33 in my opinion. Edit. Turned out to be soft and powdery throughout for the dry down which lasted all in all over 24 hrs. Liked it even though I can’t find a reason why. A very tame perfume for everyday wear at a price too high for average consumer. That’s it! Designer stuffs! Edit. The scent remains after laundry. Love it.

The balsamic accord here is warm and mellow, with an ambery, vanillic sweetness. It pairs pleasurably with the slightly dirty woodiness of the cypriol, as well as the dry powderiness of the sandalwood. It has the coziness of evening in a dusty one-room cabin in early winter. There's a pile of wood in the corner, to stoke the fire, and a scratchy wool blanket to curl up in. The cabin's small cupboards are not well stocked, but they do yield an old coffee mug full of pitch fire-starter, a third of a bottle of spiced whiskey, and a bag of marshmallows that are somewhat stiff with age.

I received a sample from Vogue Insiders and was pleasantly surprised by the scent itself. Its soft and smoky, perfect for day or night, especially in colder weather. It's like wrapping yourself in a plush furry blanket in front of the fireplace. However the performance is poor and after an hour that lovely scent is a distant memory. If it had a stronger and more sustained projection I would definitely consider purchasing this, however as it is currently it really doesn't warrant the price point.

Dark sandalwood. Warm, powdery sandalwood dabbed in a deep earthy, smoky cypriol oil with a hint of green. The cypriol over sandalwood smells a lot like oud at first, but the slight initial funk fades pretty quickly. Atop that sits a dusting of soft spicy resins adding a sweet ambery touch. Gets sweeter and more creamy as it dries down and the powdery bits settle down. Soft projection for 4-5hr, longevity 10-12hr.

Spicy, soft smoky, incense vibe with a slight sweetness. Not too much projection or sillage but layers well with other scents and is a unique addition to my collection. Lasts moderately. Could be better for the price will update if opinion changes for better or worse. Bottle is heavy and the decorative cap can be a bit cumbersome due to the bottle being glass and just general human clumsiness.

Sandalwood with a myrrh and cypriol twist at the top and heart. I find it close-wearing and long-lasting on my skin with a powdery, slightly spicy sandalwood dry down. Might be fun for layering if you wish to add a woodier and powderier base to another scent.

Nothing similar to Loubimar, as previous review. This perfume is the same family as Santal Blush TF, but more way more sexier. Loubimar on the other had is lighter version of Mugler perfume. Great for summer. The whole line is so beautiful.

I received the mini set from my Mom and the notes are absolutely spot on. I don't like the first minute or two, but it settles down to a lovely ancient type fragrance. The bottles are gorgeous.

I think it'd be correct to say that all the notes listed are there: it's balsamic, grassy, with the hint of wood and spiciness. The fragrance didn't strike me as something unique, more like "I smelled it somewhere before". I could see it being more masculine than feminine scent, it's quite straightforward and doesn't develop into something different overtime when wearing it. The longevity is good, I can still smell it on myself after 5 hours. The projection is ok. It's not going to leave a trail, but the people sitting close to you will be able to detect it. The bottles in the whole collection are really pretty, but I personally don't think this fragrance is worth the price tag.

I purchased a full bottle based more on the generosity of the brand ambassadors, gifting me several samples to share. Also the bottles are incredibly beautiful. I’d keep it displayed on my bookshelf forever. The perfume itself is lovely, well blended etc- but after 3 days of showering in the stuff- each time the scent disappeared in an hour. What a pity. I basically bought a $300+ sculpture.

I like the smell, but it's pretty faint. I only put it on 30 minutes ago and I can already barely smell it. I'll have to use more of it than most probably .

Bland amber and woods with a powdery hint

Very powdery sandalwood with spicy Cypriol on top. It opens drastically different to the drydown and goes very baby powder about an hour in. This is certainly not my cup of tea. It feels like a vintage amber through a modern lens. It’s not heavy or cloying which is great, but the profile is not for me

Nothing special about this perfume except for the beautiful bottle and presentation. The scent not so Much. So disappointing it’s super expensive so Mr Loubitin should have given us something special and long lasting.

A remarkably strong evergreen tree vibe. Personal: 7/10 - it's giving evergreen and I don't know how I feel about it. Mass appeal: 7/10 – Woody and resinous with spiciness from the cypriol. Performance: 7.5/10 – Solid longevity with moderate projection, normal for resinous frags. Value: 5/10 – Louboutin pricing is steep and I just don't think this is worthwhile. Uniqueness: 7/10 – Not often I find something this deep and resinous. Definitely has its merits. SCORE: 67/100 Full bottle buy? NO, it's cool with how resinous and woody it is, but I wouldn't wear it often. Blind buy? NO, spicy accords with resins should be worn on skin. Recommend? YES, if you want something very warm spicy and resinous. Date night? YES, loud but commanding. Would work fine during cold weather. Office safe? NO, genuinely too strong. Despite okay performance, it smells louder than it is. Pros: A very good take on a warm spicy resin fragrance. One of the nicer cypriol executions. Cons: Expensive. Could come off as cloying. Hard to wear. Loubicroc is one of the more interesting Louboutin releases. I think it's a great execution of cypriol, which despite its wonderful green warm spiciness is very rarely used, so props for that. Its opening is the spiciness of cypriol and its green nature compounded with the myrrh and generic 'woody' undertones via the sandalwood to create what smells to me like a Christmas tree, but one that smells better than you would have imagined. As it settles, the resinous vibe turns slightly smoother and more vanillic, turning this fragrance into a sweeter, slightly more creamy woody fragrance as that cypriol fades from spicy to woody. I think it's definitely worth smelling, but the price is a bit prohibitive for something that's more a novelty fragrance than something I think everyone would love. Really, it's just hard to wear. I think some people could pull this off, but in my book, this definitely leans masculine, and a very confident masculine at that. It opens up with a dry sandal wood and something light and slightly citrusy. Like a lemon grass. Clearly it's the Cypriol. The opening is okay but as I'm finding with all of these in the collection, once it starts to melt about 2 minutes in, the fragrance really shines. As it wears, it becomes very creamy and slightly sweeter with a light citrusy brightness. Well blended and smooth, no harsh edges. This one becomes very cozy and comforting. This is definitely not the category of scents I enjoy but it is a favorite from the line for me, which says a lot. However, not enough to add to my collection or to justify paying this exorbitant amount of money for it. I'm finding that the 6 I've tried so far are just better versions of designer dna. And some are just slightly better at that. The DNA isn't offensive, very crowdpleasing, the quality is better and the formulas are well blended but at $400, I need something that truly smells unique not just a better blended mix of the same. A lot of them completely lose their projection or sillage in a few hours. The dry down instantly reminded me if something you'd get a sephora. I know I've smelled this scent profile many times I just can't pinpoint in exactly the fragrance. Anyway, happy to have it, but won't shed a tear when it's gone. Great fragrance, just not great enough.

Soft spices and smoke. It’s pleasant but there are so many others that do it better with more character. Normally this is the kind of thing I’d keep the sample around to finish up at least, but the stopper broke and I barely can shake anything out. If it was special enough, I’d still go through the hassle, but I’ll probably just toss it.

I have a sample of this and dang @ginandrice review below is spot on. Like spooky accurate. It’s very dry and everything in that review. I like it but to me it’s nothing special if you have a bunch of sandlewoods already.

My favorite sandalwood fragrance in my collection and I own several. This is easy to wear, but very beautiful. It’s a slightly spicy and powdery take on sandalwood. . I find it versatile and sophisticated.

The opening is amazing but once it dries down it is nothing special. I swear if they could keep this myrrh note throughout the scent I would even have a back up despite the price tag.

Seems like something from the ELDO Orange Extraordinaire line. Ambery, oriental, soft, powdery, and ultimately feminine.

Great scent, poor performance even with Molecule 01 or primers.
