When I first smelt this, "sparkling and airy" were the first words that came to mind. That is how I would describe this scent. It is so pretty. I also guessed that this was fruity floral before taking a look at this page and I was right - but I would have never guessed strawberry. I think that the strawberry in this was meant to cut the powderyness of the rose and cedar, which removes any sharp notes, therefore leaving it soft, well-rounded, airy and sparkly. Brightside 89 nailed it on this one... well put-together lovely woman... but I would have to say this is more for a woman 25+. This is not really a "youthful" scent, but the right girl could definitely pull it off. Also, I think that this scent would be quite crowd pleasing.

A strawberry lollipop rose, without being too sweet. This fragrance is instantly musky, surely built on a firm base of Galaxolide or Romandolide. The rose is rather realistic while maintaining a cosmetic presence. This is a fantastic everyday scent, well rounded, long lasting, and clean. Definitely NOT heavy on the sugary amber in the way Delina would be. The only connection there is fruity, sharp, and rose. Otherwise structurally rather different.

Rich strawberries in my skin. I barely detect the rose scent. Fruity and delicious like strawberries feels like. Not a cheap synthetic at all.

Gives me fresh out of shower scent

Received a deluxe sample of this from Louboutin Beauty at Selfridges when purchasing makeup and another perfume, and I'm constantly surprised by the ability of Louboutin perfumes to turn my usual tastes on their head. Strawberry and rose are very much not notes I usually look for in a perfume, and most of the negatives I can attribute to this scent are due to that issue of personal taste rather than the quality itself. I found myself balking every so often at wearing something so not 'me' and eventually added a spray of something more green and herbal to balance it, but not before I got to appreciate what a beautiful scent it is. Fun, young strawberry with classic rose and mature cedar, a lovely summery scent which I imagine as being perfect for that woman you know who's kind of ageless, always 'together' and could be any age between 32 or 75 but you just can't ask.

Lovely rose fragrances with fizzy artificial strawberry note and woody undertone. I decided to revisit and revise my review/my thoughts on the fragrance. Since I have purchased Lust in Paradise and yes it is in the same vein, woody airy rose, chypre leaning. It is not unique, there quite a few that lean in same direction. Pivoine Suzhou by Giorgio Armani, there is a little resemblance with la colle noire, but I think Loubidoo is more woody, and a bit more green, white La Colle Noire has more musk, and smells more youthful. Loubidoo is a fresh woody trendy chypre classy leaning rose. For the price and performance I would suggest to go with Lust in Paradise by Ex Nihilo unless you love the bottle which I dont personally care besides the Loubirouge.

Really basic but beautiful fresh rose. It's sweet without being cloying or sugary, the cedar really works with it. I don't smell any obvious strawberry I think it just contributes to keeping the rose fresh and sweet. I'd actually meant to order another sample of loubirouge so was initially annoyed I'd got it wrong, but this was actually really lovely. It's nothing like any of the Delinas, they are too fruity yet heavy. Super expensive so a full bottle is out of the question but I shall thoroughly enjoy my sample. Edit: layering Glossier You with Chloe Absolu or Stella is giving similar vibes.

Fresh, fruity rose. A light, playful rose sits atop intact red hard candies, sugary sweet but weakly scented. With a faint woody backdrop anchoring it, this is a very basic rose scent with little to say about it. Soft projection for 3-4hr, longevity 8-10hr. Loubifunk without the funk and less fruity undertones, making it a smidge more rose-leaning. Big sister is significantly better performing, though.

I really like the scent, but it is very light and I had to use more than usual to get a feel for it. It lasts okay, but you basically have to be smelling my wrists or neck to even know I'm wearing it. The rose is very nice but I'm not picking up on the other notes much at all. If this was stronger I'd probably love it, but it's just too weak to be worth buying a full bottle.

This is a nice sweet young fresh pink rose. Loubidoo is nice and pleasant, but it does not stand out among similar type of sweet young fresh pink roses. Very appropriate for a young girl or for a woman this is a daytime warm weather scent. On my skin the performance is not great, but this can be due to my skin as many perfumes do not perform that great on me.

There’s nothing unique about this fragrance but it’s still a beautiful woody rose. I can’t detect any strawberry on its own but there’s definitely a fruity element that gives this scent a touch of sweetness. I really enjoy it and don’t own anything else quite like it. This has decent 4-5 hour projection. I also love these kitschy CL bottles!

I’ve only worn this once or twice in a while that I’ve had it. There is a reason for that though yes it’s pleasant but it seriously reminds me of the shampoos that kids used to use back in the 90s, L’Oreal kids strawberry shampoo.... I don’t wanna smell like a shampoo I wanna smell expensive ...

I had to let this macerate. So my mind has changed. After macerating I can now smell the strawberries, with a gentle pink rose & the woods are more toned down. The scent is very delicate and inoffensive. It’s likable but nothing special.

Wow, the cedar really dominates the beginning. The bottle is gorgeous. I was gifted the set of miniatures by my Mom so I am trying one a day. It's been 3 minutes and the cedar settled down and is allowing the rose to come forward.

This is A LOT like Penhaligon's Duchess Rose, I'd say AT LEAST 80% similar. Loubidoo is more woody, especially as the scent develops; whereas Duchess Rose is more rosy and feminine.

4ml vial → small spray bottle. Super sweet strawberry a little synthetic, Middle:Rose? I feel some other flowers. Very cute fragrance!

Remarkably generic, even for Louboutin's standards. Personal: 6.5/10 – I don’t hate this, but it’s not really my thing. The strawberry is smoother than I'd expect, and it's not particularly synthetic, but it's still rose and strawberry, which I don't often love. Mass appeal: 8/10 – Very easy to like if you enjoy sweet, playful fragrances. This is cheerful, bright, and broadly appealing, though rose has its haters, and strawberry isn't for everyone. Performance: 6/10 - mediocre. I expected better for something so rich. Value: 4/10 – Extremely expensive for what is essentially a sweet fruity-floral with limited depth. Branding is doing a lot of heavy lifting here that the fragrance simply just can't. Uniqueness: 6/10 – Strawberry-forward fragrances aren’t everywhere, but this is still a familiar fruity floral with a slightly woody depth. Points only for masterful blending. SCORE: 61/100 Full bottle buy? NO, pleasant enough, but nowhere near compelling at this price. Blind buy? NO, strawberry and rose together will absolutely not work for everyone, though it's predictable enough that if you like the notes, you'll like the fragrance. Recommend? NO, which is hard for me to say for Louboutin. It's just not remotely interesting, which is something I expect for its hefty price tag. Date night? YES, fun, flirty, and casual, but not sensual or deep, nor particularly formal. Office safe? YES, applied lightly, though it leans youthful and somewhat cloying. Pros: Bright and cheerful, strong strawberry presence, soft rose integration, amazingly blended Cons: A bit too sweet and candy-like, rose-forward for my taste, limited complexity, overpriced Loubidoo is... mediocre. I'm one of the biggest fans out there for Louboutin fragrances. I appreciate what every single one of them is, though, Loubidoo is... not much. Truly, the simplicity of most Louboutin fragrances is what sells them, to me. There are no gimmicky notes, no absurd complexities, it's usually just 3 simple, easy to swallow notes, balanced almost perfectly every single time. Loubidoo is a victim of its components, however, as I don't enjoy rose very often, and strawberry I'm particularly picky with. This does not, surprisingly, sour on my skin over time. It maintains a reasonable rose presence, without dominance, and the strawberry stays fairly sweet and juicy as it dries down, eventually all forming into a sweet, slightly syrupy, generic, woody base. The overall effect is fun, bubbly, and certainly youthful, but that implies its lack of depth and lack of versatility. It's enjoyable and predictable, but distinctly not unique. Frankly, if it had a $40 price tag and was a Juicy Couture flanker, I'd actually think fairly highly of it. But, for its price, it's disappointing, which truly disappoints me. For me, the strawberry-rose combination is the limiting factor. I don’t dislike it, but it doesn’t align with what I reach for, especially given my general skepticism toward rose. Loubidoo is charming and pleasant, but at this price point, charm alone isn’t enough, and masterful blending can't save this one. Was so excited to try this perfume as I've been searching for a rose/strawberry fragrance that's not too synthetic. Unfortunately, I don't get ANY strawberry just soft musky rose and the barest hint of cedar. Its incredibly light and airy, almost creating a sparkling effect but thats as exciting as it gets for me. I could imagine this scent on someone under 20 perhaps, definitely a female. I love the brand but I definitely wont be investing in a bottle for myself, its a nice scent but not groundbreaking for the price. I almost get a Byredo's Rose of No Man's Land vibe but projection was so poor, it lasted about 30 mins and it was only a skin scent to begin with.

A louder, screechier and more acidic version of Delina. Smells like Care Bear vomit: pink, ultra sweet and acidic. A delicate pink rose is there, but it’s suffocating from the other chemicals that swirl around its creation. It’s just too acidic, sickly sugar-sweet and lacks finesse. Most of this newer Louboutin range seem angry, or created by someone who’s going through an angry patch in life and are boldly creating with a level of blinkered defiance to prove they can prevail and be heard. So to me they lack finesse and those nuanced moments of still beauty from balance and peace that a fragrance can bring.

This is rose with touches of strawberry, or in simple terms, a floral strawberry fragrance. It's nothing groundbreaking, however it's a beautiful fragrance. It's initial projection is actually quite loud, but it dries into something intimate after about an hour. This reminds me of Burberry Her, BUT Her is more of a candy-like synthetic strawberry. They're not twins, but they fall within the same family to me. I do prefer this one to Burberry Her, and that's considering I have Burberry Her. It just feels more rounded and obviously lacks that synthetic undertone that Her very much carries.
