Rocca Extrait De Parfum

Another review says they were expecting an elevated raspberry baccarat type fragrance but were disappointed. I'm not sure it is elevated but I actually think raspberry baccarat describes it very well Sweet, sweet but still a little tart, perfect raspberry, airy saffron and a squeeze of orange on a bed of moss with a light caramel drizzle. I think it's quite delightful. The Emerald City bottle is stunning too. 💚 Mood: fruit and sweetness and light ✨

You have to love saffron, moss & amber to enjoy this fragrance. The raspberry is very present and remains though out the entire wear. The floral notes are very soft. I don’t really get caramel or vanilla. At first this fragrance seemed very light with no projection. After letting it sit for a few weeks it smells amazing & the scent trail is so intoxicating. It’s a beautiful scent. Well done CP.

I bought a 2ml sample of this, and WOW WOW WOW!! This is stunning!!! I’m definitely getting the big bottle. It smells expensive and classy, I don’t really know of anything else similar to this, at first spray it does sort of have a br540 kind of smell, but this doesn’t stay. This is just amazing and lasts, I sprayed on my hand and washed etc and I could still smell the next morning AMAZING!!!

Raspberry. Saffron. Decadence. Finally scored a FB after going through several decants. I had been wanting the perfect raspberry scent and I finally found it. Lingers in the air for hours. Stays on clothes forever. Exceptional longevity which is what I expect at this price point! Can't wait to try a few others from the house.

It’s a very dry, raspberry Baccarat Rouge. Not sweet at all. If you took the sweetness out of Baccarat and added raspberry. Longevity and silage is impressive.

This smells like if chronic rouge extreme and bacarat 540 had a baby. I think I'm gonna layer the two.

I must go nose blind to this because I find this to be super soft and fleeting. I love the opening. To me it is a fresh and bright raspberry with some background sweetness. It dries down to a more generic amber and saffron scent, but it’s still nice. I think the softness makes it hard to discern the complexity? I’m not sure what I was expecting, but this wasn’t it.

Beautiful bottle without a doubt, scent more for colder months in my opinion. To me it is raspberry on saffron steroids. It`s kind of nice on first sniff, need to wear it more to really see how it wears. It`s a fair like at the moment without too much passion or love towards it.

got sent this as a free sample, one of the most impressive performance i have ever seen in a perfume but unfortunately the smell isnt for me. im not sure if its the mossy note but it just smells so masculine on me, its a pleasant fragrance but does not suit me at all. that being said performance wise its incredible, almost too much, i sprayed one spray on my arm 3 hours ago, i have since showered and REALLY tried to scrub this fragrance off but its still there and its still fairly strong. would love this if it wasnt for whatever note is making it read so masculine to me, if i smelled this on a man though i think i would like it, just not for me

This one opens with a synthetic raspberry note that I’m not a big fan of. There is a touch of rose that I pick up, but the fruity notes dominate. As it dries down, I like it better. The amber and musk start to come through and warm it up. The bottle looks very pretty, but the perfume is not very sophisticated smelling. I think fruity fragrance lovers would enjoy it, though. I purchased a decant, so it’s hard to judge performance. I will not be buying a FB

It’s giving fabric softener — clean, airy, safe — but not special. If you love cozy linen vibes, cool. But I was hoping for fragrant seduction, not laundry day. Save your coins unless Bounce sheets are your signature scent.

This is not a juicy scent. Amber and saffron dominates, with background sweetness from raspberry. Reminds me of those airy molecular perfumes like Mizensir For Your Love (they all tickle my nose). Not what I was hoping for.

Did a side by side comparison of Rocca and Ishq. I have a full bottle of Ishq, and what I can say is, in terms of the scent itself, they are nearly identical. If you really study them (like I did), you can eventually notice subtle differences, and I mean, SUBTLE. Rocca might be SLIGHTLY sweeter and and less of the powdery/airy feeling that Ishq has. If you have never smelled Ishq, and are wondering what Rocca smells like, it is a a beautiful tart but sweet raspberry, combined with ambery/caramel (caramel is not very prominent to my nose), with some zesty mandarin and airy saffron. Overall, both Rocca and Ishq are unique scents in my collection, I would not buy a full bottle of Rocca because I already have Ishq and they are just too similar. Both are beautiful!

Rocca turned out to be a real disappointment for me. I imagined this to be some bomb like elevated raspberry baccarat or sth but the scent is extremely weak and bland. It smells like some part of Flamenco (my favorite) but extremely diluted and without woody aspect. Also, my colleague commented that he was surprised it was my perfume—he said it smelled so cheap he wouldn’t have guessed it was something I’d wear. And honestly, I agree. For a fragrance of this price point, this one completely misses the mark.It absolutely does not deserve your coin.

Pretty, but this sweet raspberry combo has been done one hundred times over. Unless you want an aesthetically pleasing bottle in your collection, I would skip this one all together. With the exception of Santal Indien I was left underwhelmed by this house, especially considering how talented the perfumer Christian Provenzano is... I will leave off on a positive note and highlight (again) how gorgeous the actual bottles are though - they are probably some of the most beautiful in today's industry.

I agree with PPLY's comment on this fragrance. It is stunning! I was hesitant due to the price and hype, but it is a love for me! Love a first sniff! I hope this helps someone that is on the fence. You can look at my scent preferences to see if helps! It is full bottle worthy in my opinion. This is a standout for me. This, along with Guerlain Vanilla Planifolia Vanille Extrait, Mind Games French Defense! I am not an influencer just a girl who loves discovering beautiful new fragrances!

It’s quite lovely, like a clean unisex version of BR. It doesn’t smell like Kirke but it reminds me of its shampooy vibe. I do not think it smells cheap at all, its like a strong molecular fragrance and people probably thought it would be rich and syrupy. It also reminds me of a third fragrance, which I feel is more similar to it than the two I mentioned, but I can’t remember so I will update later. I saw a comment saying they let it macerate and it got even better, will sample later.

Rocca Extrait De Parfum Christian Provenzano: Tart Citruses & Raspberry, Safron, Musky Peonies & Decadent Opulence. This smells....Sophisticated (and yes I get a hint of that BR540 Nuance).. This is Soft but it's stays Present and very noticeable for hours. It feels intimate but in the most alluring way.. This is Classy. I love it.

I’ve had to declutter this bottle after 6 months of trying to get to know it. Last forever though but smells cheap. Smells like there’s some ingredients missing. No way would I compare this with BR540. Huge disappointment but pretty bottle. I think it’s the moss. Don’t blind buy.

Sweet orange saffron candied fragrance, the moss grounds it and makes it so that it could be unisex.
