Santal Indien Extrait De Parfum

This is one of the 3 sandalwood fragrances in my personal "Holy Trinity of Sandalwood". It is fantastic, amazing and beautiful. It is not a simple, linear natural sandalwood. The bergamot is bright, sparkly and obvious in the opening, The white florals and sandalwood quickly kick in and are blended to perfection. The vanilla is rich and delicious and it pairs with elegance and perfection with the sandalwood throughout the dry down. It smells like if there was such thing as a Sandalwood and Vanilla cream pie. It may be a touch on the feminine side but I am an adult man and I LOVE this. The presentation is GORGEOUS ... like a much more elegant and more luxe Roja Dove box and bottle. Projection is average. Longevity for me is average, about 5-6 hours. The scent .... DIVINE if you like vanilla and sandalwood. I give it a 9.5/10 and a Fragrantica score of 4.50. You may be wondering, what are the other two sandalwoods in my personal "Holy Trinity of Sandalwood"? or maybe you already forgot I mentioned that and could not care less lol ... Sana Jardin Sandalwood Temple and Atelier Santal Carmin. These three fragrances are like 3 peas in a pod and I love them! But if I could pick just one, it would be Santal Indien. Update 10/18/24: At best, my wife likes about 20% of my many fragrances. She is picky about what she likes to wear on herself as well. She came in my office, took one sniff of this and said, "WHAT IS THAT?!?" ... she loves it. She told me to please buy her a bottle, or she would routinely siphon from mine. She thinks the bottle and packaging are stunning, and I agree. This fragrance is special, for any man or woman.

My full bottle worthy chronicles continues! This is one of the better sandalwood based perfumes I've had the pleasure of trying. A candied santal and saffron combo is how I'd describe it. Absolutely heavenly. Soft, woody, and sweet with slight green and earthy touches from wild sourced ingredients. Quite unique and exotic. The orange flower is a major player here too. Completely unisex down the middle. I'd find this to be very sexy on a woman

As a sandalwood-forward fragrance I think this one of the loveliest I have accidentally collided with. There are other notes marginally present (notably saffron and vanilla) but it’s the creamy, dreamy santal which has captured my heart and imagination. It’s like a warm embrace that you really don’t want to end. Tested from a sample; now on my “to buy” list. I love it!

So glad to have found samples from ZGO perfumery. Christian Provenzano is my favorite perfumer! This was my wifes favorite from the lot i got. It’s a feminine leaning fragrance and smells so good on her! I want her to smell like this all the time!!! The perfect smooth and creamy sandalwood, so gorgeous! Cannot get enough

Amazing packaging and gorgeous bottle BUT I guess my expectation was way too high. Yes I love the scent. Intoxicating scent. Does it remind me of something I smelled before for way way less, Yes! At first spray, I knew it reminded me of something I own. I couldn’t put my finger on it and then it hit me, this smells like Somebody Wood by Phlur. Let it sit for a like an hour and yup, smells like it. SMH I am kind of disappointed, although I do like the scent it’s just not worth it when I have a less than $100 bottle of SW by phlur. Blind buying is so risky, I really need to stop. I am hoping it gets better after a couple weeks.

I really like this one. It reminds me a little of Santal Complet which I enjoyed as well but that one lasts all of 15 mins unfortunately. This lasts much longer, all day on skin and clothes while projecting well for the first few hours. I’m definitely picking up a FB. It comes off like a creamy, coconut sandalwood fragrance on my skin, love it. Update: this is one of those frags that you can go nose blind to but others definitely will smell it. I kept getting compliments while wearing it on a hot summer day even though I thought it had faded away for the most part. I still was getting whiffs here and there past the 5 hour mark.

This smells like a crushed cigarette? Idk where these reviews are coming from. Maybe I got a bad decant from scent split or they filled the wrong fragrance because it’s bad

Would have to say this is one of the most beautiful, luxurious & luscious fragrances I have ever smelt in my life! So smooth and the blend is FLAWLESS ❤️ addicted.
