Eau So Beautiful

Airy Sweet White-florals with Fluffy, Creamy-Citrus Magnolia ... I've come back to this one a few times to test it, and it's evolved a little. Initially the waxy qualities of magnolia were the most prominent, but now it smells like it should based on the notes. Predominantly, this is a magnolia scent that opens with airy, fruity citrus but already the white-floral tones are swelling through. Wild strawberry in the top notes brings a hint of fruity sweetness to magnolia, violet-leaf brings an airiness that helps the florals expand, while pomelo brings a tinge of citrus. Magnolia is the star of the show here and has fluffy, waxy, creamy, citrus & sweet facets. In the heart, lily-of-the-valley continues the airiness and deepens the floral tones, gardenia the rich & creamy tones, and jasmine the citrus-y white-floral tones. Base notes are mainly floral support, especially musk which helps the magnolia to expand its fluffiness. The longer it's on the skin, the sweeter it gets, and I actually pick up the strawberry more clearly into the heart. Performance is average and likely to work best in warmer weather, but the scent profile would work year round. This is the first Christina Aguilera scent I've tested, and I'm impressed. I've tested several magnolia scents now, and this isn't a dupe of any of them (although there are similarities to other magnolia scents), but this one leans more airy-sweet than citrus, golden or pink. The bottle colours pictured are a fair representation. I'm a longtime fan of magnolia scents so it's a love for me. Enjoy!

Really pretty. Airy vanilla in the way 10 by Jessica Simpson is, but different notes . The strawberry could be stronger for me. What I believe is the pomelo could be a bit brighter, I think I will try it layered with a simple mandarin or orange oil. I was worried it would be too powdery but it's acceptable. I like the overall mix if I'm not picking out notes, but something in there is giving me vibes of that 80s perfume called Wink by Avon. I wasn't a super fan of that. It doesn't last for hours but I don't mind that. It did fill the room with 2 sprays on me, and left a clean scent for quite a while on me and in the air. I hope it doesn't become too sporty to me, like gym scents. That happens too often with light airy fragrance with me. My nose will find a note that says locker room after a few wearings and then its ruined for me haha. There's a little bit of plastic note also. Overall nice and nothing disagreeable to my chemo sensitivity.

@isobela Inspire is not her first fragrance at all. Inspire smells nothing like Eau so Beautiful. They are completely absolutely two different fragrances not only with bottles, but also with liquid inside. Inspire is a fruity floral fragrance. The opening is a fresh lemon, heart contains white flowers like gardenia and tuberose and little bit of rose. The base of perfume is creamy and sweet. Inspire is very sophisticated, sensual and elegant. Smells fresh and classy. Eau so beautiful is very fresh white strawberry and sharp pomelo. Pomelo is dominating and actually Eau so Beautiful is almost same from opening till the end. Smells fruity, sharp, little bit bitter and sweet.

I sniffed this perfume yesterday, and yes, it's "eau so beautiful"!, and it was on sale, only $20, but l couldn buy it, because the wild strawberries hit my cross-allergy so very hard, so very, very pitty for me, but, lucky all of you who can wear it!

I own all of Christina's fragrances (minus the X ones), and this is one of the sweeter fragrances in her collection, along with Definition and Royal Desire. Although it has vanilla as a base note, like all scents in her collection, this one is less creamy than others in the collection, like original Christina Aguilera, Touch of Seduction, and By Night. I love the opening where there is just a burst of sweet wild strawberry. It smells like strawberry candy, and it a refreshing, fun, and bright scent. I'd say that fruity opening is similar in effect to peach opening of Glam X. This light airy fragrance is also the complete opposite to the deep and sensual scents in the collection, such as Violet Noir, Red Sin, and Unforgettable. Unfortunately, like many fragrances in her collection (and celebrity fragrances in general), it doesn't have the best projection and longevity. It is worth owning, though, just for that beautiful strawberry opening! I love Christina's fragrances. While they each have a distinct scent of sophistication, when you smell them all, they are coherent and all clearly come from the same collection.
