Sweet Candy Raffaello

If you need BS Fantasy dupe (for 7 euro), this is it. The name has changed from Raffaelo to Coconut Dream.

Ok so I am a big fan of Strawberry Kiss from the same brand so I bought this expecting a similar performance. They changed the name a long time ago to Coconut Dream or something like that. Decent choice since this doesn't necessarily smell like a Raffaello anyway. But it doesn't smell exactly like a Coconut Dream either so either way it's a little misleading. Maybe it's a really close interpretation of a Raffaello and I just need to eat one as a refresher to compare the taste to the smell, who knows. This is not what you'd expect from the notes. If you are buying this expecting a gourmand, edible white chocolate coconut dessert you might be disappointed. It is very perfume-y, girly, sweet, creamy, a bit musky, almost fresh/soapy in some senses, and one dimensional. It doesn't change much so what you smell at first is what you'll smell throughout the day (depending on your skin chemistry)... or for however long it manages to last on your skin. It is not edible in my opinion. When I smell this scent it does not really elude to a coconut note. It's really just a warm, airy, creamy sugar perfume. It's not a "juvenile" scent per se, but it sits right at the brink of being one. To me it is reminiscent of Britney Spears Fantasy, or other fragrances in that same category of celebrity perfumes. Don't even get me started on the lasting power, which is around 1 to 2 hours on my skin. It doesn't really get any stronger after the initial spray, it only gets lighter and lighter until finally it goes away completely and you won't smell it anymore, all in those 2 hours I have mentioned. I kinda wish I didn't buy it but... it's not expensive, it's just a waste of money unless you like non-edible gourmands and are wearing it just to wear something not too strong or to feel a little cozy inside your house. There are only so many tricks to make a perfume last longer but is this really worth that trouble... no. It's not an unique scent that doesn't have great lasting power that would be worth going through little hacks to make it a little longer lasting on yourself, it's a rather generic smell. I'm not saying it is a bad scent in any way, I like it, it's just there and that's all it needs to be.

it was so long ago since i had this great sweetness, and it was really hard for me to find it here. i won't say much, just that this thing left me with nice memories and i think i should take another one of the collection, because they're just so incredibly tasty!

So disappointing after such a tempting name, it is sweet but then nothing the one thing it definitely doesn't smell anything like is coconuts! I was expecting it to be a glorious mix of suntan oil and mounds.... instead nothing really but sweet slightly weird clothes detergent If you love coconut or fruity even tropical DO NOT BUY THIS.

I owned this perfume ages ago. It's excessively sweet in a synthetic manner. While it's quite affordable, I wouldn't recommend it. It's just okay, and that's about it.
