Heart Spark

First off, Fragrantica needs to name & give credit to the other Perfumer that was part of this collab, Emily Schaber, of Shelter In Perfume. Second, what a gorgeously girlie but still grown up sexy scent! The cherry tea note in this is superb and is the star of the show, with the other fruity and floral giving this a light diaphanous feeling in the opening and mid. The musky and leathery aspects of the dry down give this a depth that keeps it from being too sweet or basic. Unforgettable and happy scent! I think this wears best in the spring and winter, but also would work in any season.

A fresh, uplifting melange of fruits given a light infusion of fruity-smoky frankincense, lying on a bed of clean white musk. Pear is the star, giving it an overall light and juicy flavor. Smells like one of those cherry-flavored mixed fruit cups. Soft projection for 2-3hr, longevity 6-8hr. Under ordinary circumstances, but it does push noticeably harder if you work up a sweat. Not a complex scent, and somewhat typically feminine, but I guess smoked fruits is more unique (and more unisex) than floral fruits.

An immaculate collaboration and I’m sure Niles has already seen enough of me oozing over Heart Spark in FB fragrance groups, but I’m truly blown away. Seems others are catching on too with it now out of stock immediately after restocking lately, and it’s no surprise. Heart Spark is stunning, and also unisex which Niles assured me of. He was 100% correct and it was everything I hoped for. The cherry tea accord in the heart is prominent to me, and it’s exactly what I was hoping for when initially reading on it. As of now it’s my favorite fragrance from city rhythm and it’s made me very interested in what Emily from Shelter in Perfume has in store for the future. Just amazing stuff and I’m really curious how the fragrance will mature and age with them being made to order basically.
