Eau Ensoleillante

I come home to myself every time I wear Eau Ensoleillante. Yes, it does resemble the signature aroma of Clarins sun-care products. Magical teleportation properties in a bottle! One fine spritz and I am instantly at the beach, or riding through the bush on my mountain-bike (in my mind) regardless of where my physical being happens to reside for the day! I adore this aspect. Over the years I have been able to appreciate the individual floral notes present in this beautiful composition and how they interact with each other creating a desirably comforting synergy. The mimosa, linden and ylang truly shine on my skin. I smell honey and something very warm and moreish. Sunshine Fragrance is a gorgeous floral perfume. My signature. It feels like "me".

My thumps UP for this one Clarins! Now, this is a treatment fragrance indeed! It has both a uniqueness to its scent and it's also made from natural essential oils and not artificial ones. It definitely smells like summer without being coconutty or flowery. There's actually very little watermelon in it-it's the chamomile and linden that gets it confused with watermelon scent. The right combination of flowers and botanicals give it a summer fragrance of its own plus it really perks up your mood. This fragrance is really a treatment for the winter blues and for anyone wishing it was summer all year long...!

My favourite this sommer. I smell no watermelon here, but nice chamomileish and citrusish... the ingredients are: Tilia cordata wood extract, Anthemis nobilis flower extract, (ie chamomile) citrullus lanatus (watermelon) Mimosa tenuiflora bark extract, griffonia siplicifolia seed extractHexyl cinnamal, limonene, coumarin If a chypre woody category existed this fragrance would be it.

One of the most perfect and accurate watermelon scents I have ever tested! A pretty blend of juicy watermelon and soft chamomile - I just wish it was a tiny bit stronger and longer lasting, because it's so beautiful! You'll love this one if you like moderately fruity fragrances that stay close to the skin.

This is my favourite of all time, though I wish it was longer lasting. I'd love them to bring it back or make a replacement with a similar scent. When I wear it, my friends still say "you smell gorgeous" It clings more on my clothes than my skin.
