Clean Classic Beach Vibes

On me this has a heavy coconut smell, which I love! I was very surprised it didn’t have that note in it at all. It’s not a heavy milky/vanilla ish, but a fresh salty coconut with hints of fruit. To me this is a perfect summer perfume, but if you don’t want coconut don’t blind buy this!

The opening to me is spot on beach or more sunscreen vibes. Vanilla coconut but fresh take. Not marine imo. Not feminine, unless sunscreen is feminine. However, it dries more feminine smelling. Really great one, surprised it didn’t make more of a ”splash”

Nice little find! One of the better decently priced beach/sunshine by the sea/sun warmed up skin scents I have come across in a long time. Refreshingly void of all coconut or suntan lotion vibes (as who really wants to smell like avobenzone anyways...🤔). Also liberatingly free from too much marine blue notes which of course also makes this more feminine than maskuline if you ask me. Not too heady either which sometimes the typical tropical flowers can induce in the more traditional beach vibe fragrances. This is instead a more naturalistic beach vibe where you can clearly detect the warmth of skin macerated in the warm sun, polished by the sand and cleansed by the sea salt. The mandarine, the pear blossom and the orange blossom offer just the right amount of gently shampooed hair blowing softly in the sea breeze. The Waterlily bringing a different take on the aquatic marine note that is refreshing to the composition, and the Bellini drink a touch of sweet fruity peach fun at the top. At the bottom the comfort from a very light (white) cedar and a very subdued sandalwood. The woods in here don’t seem to be there to make you think of trees or wood but rather the sense of sand I feel so they are not prominent at all just there to ground the wateryness and the airy ness. The ambergris no doubt helps bring out the beautiful warm sun bathed skin and mixes beautifully with the soft peachy vibe at the top. Like sun warm skin peeking through the fruity florals... very smooth and and quite a bit sexy. It is really nice. And very summery. Perfect on hot days or days you wish you were at the beach or indeed if you are lucky enough to be on one! Medium to light projection and sillage. And does not stay super long on the skin, which is expected I think for a light beachy scent like this with a fairly decent price. The bottle is small and sturdy enough to be able to tag along in your bag. Lovely and a bit different. I do not at all agree that this is either musty or rancid. 🧐 It does however make you think of warm soft skin. But there is nothing negative or rancid about that if you ask me. it is instead quite sexy. But in an innocent and sweet kind of way. This is feminine and can even be considered young or girlie, but not girlie in a juvenile way but the way women may feel from time to time no matter what age. I do not by that say that men can’t wear this. But it does have a feminine vibe. Could be worn day and night especially if nighttime involves an outdoor bar by the beach... You could however be finding yourself singing “I’m walking on sunshine....wha-oh... and it’s time to feel good!...” while wearing this lighthearted little sweetie, so it may not be one for the easily crinched... 😎 If you want a more sophisticated version of this type of scent and are willing to spend a bit more then Peau Salée from Teo Cabanel might be something for you. It is sort of this minus the fruity ness from the Bellini drink and the sea salt is even more emphasised in that. If you still want a little bit of coconut water feel in your beach scent and prefer even less fruityness and less salt but still in the same watery vibe family then Vanilla Vibes from Juliette has a gun might be worth looking into. But again this absolutely deserves to be in the game! ❣️
