Lush Fleur

This is a very pretty scent, simple, fresh and floral for everyday use. Basic, pleasant and inoffensive a non-perfume perfume. Perfect if you don't want attention and/or if you can't use perfume for work. Light sillage and not the best longevity, i like it but wish the performance was better.

This fragrance hits all spots. It's so kind and beautiful. It's like this pleasant co-worker that you want to work with. It's floral, delicate and calming. Love it. After sampling I immediately I ordered a full bottle.

My taste in fragrance probably does not always mesh with what the general public prefers. For example, I find most of the current fruity floral fragrances to be a bit too heavy on the sweet-fruit accord... like you've leaned in a bit too far toward smelling like the fruit juice a toddler drinks. If I'm going to wear a fragrance with a prominent fruit accord, I want it to either smell tart and/or to smell of other parts of the fruit/plant (such as a citrus rind), or to be integrated with another accord that is not sweet. Lush Fleur Clean Reserve is an example of a balanced fruity-floral accord in my opinion. And the additional light mossy accord really takes this refreshing fragrance to another level. So the end result for me is that LFCR is a fragrance I do not find overbearing, and that I can be reasonably certain is also pleasing enough for me to wear in public. To put it in other words, given most fragrance customers seem obsessed with smelling sweet right now while I am bit, LFCR seems a good option when I'm out of the house. Having said all of this, I bought a travel spray of LFCR, and that's plenty for me for the way I use this fragrance. 🦋🧡🦋

I'm basing this review on an EDP sample spray from the 8 sample Clean Discovery Set. I do like this one, but that's no surprise to me, because I like fruity florals and often wear them in warm weather. But I won't buy a bigger bottle because of the terrible longevity! This lasted about a half hour on my dry, perfume eating skin before becoming a skin scent. (YMMV.) There's just no way I'd buy a bigger bottle of something that's this weak on me. The only sample in this set that lasted a little better on me was the Skin Reserve Blend. This is so frustrating; some of the samples in the set are great. If Clean would offer them as perfume oils, I'd consider buying. I'll bet Bath and Body Works sells something that smells like this, performs better, and is cheaper! I's say this is a safe office scent and a safe gift unless you know the recipient hates florals. I'd say it isn't a safe blind buy because of the lack of longevity. I suggest getting a sample size and trying it out before you buy a big bottle.

Lush Fleur is nice enough. It is a pleasant fragrance, but nothing to write home about. Lush Fleur is a crisp, lean, light floral fragrance. And that is it. Nothing more, and nothing less. It smells lovely when you first spray it. It quickly becomes a skin scent. I find this fragrance to be longer lasting than many of the other fragrances from Clean. However, it sits extremely close to your skin within the first hour of applying it. Other people around you, likely will not smell your fragrance at all. Within two hours, I could not smell it unless I hovered my nose directly over the area that I sprayed it. If you want a floral scent that is fresh and very light so that only you or someone who you are very closely intimate with will experience it, you may enjoy Lush Fleur. Otherwise, in my opinion, I would not recommend this fragrance simply because of its poor performance.

Blind bought this as it was on sale, and because Clean fragrances tend to be safe blind buys. This is because most of them are created for layering, and are made to be simple and linear. Every once in a while, Clean makes a fragrance that is slightly more complex, and those are the ones I like best. This is one such fragrance. I had expected it to be more generic, but the moss was a clever addition. While Lush Fleur is a rose-dominant, floral-forward fragrance, it's not the aggressive, strong rose that many perfumers create. The moss note lends an earthy woodiness that softens and grounds the fragrance. Projection is poor, longevity is moderate. I wouldn't pay full price for this, but would happily grab another bottle on sale.

Citrusy and bright in the opening, giving way to what is mostly a polite floral laundry soap. Realllyyyyy faint sugared orange/berry lingers somewhere in there. Like that crushed smarties candy scent, mixed with orange soap. It’s not very unique, but you will smell really nice with it on. It’s not going to gas anyone out or be cloying. If you like smelling fresh and clean then you’ve found a winner, except not quite sure if it’s worth the price. The scent stays on you for a while but is super close to skin. Does not smell like glossier You at all. I’d say it’s more in the Burberry Brit Sheer / Gucci Envy Me realm.

Its a nice scent, despite me already having enough basic floral scents, I contemplated getting a bottle because I feel as though it would be very practical for work and other casual everyday situations. Its clean and gentle and i enjoy the citrus note. Most fragrance lovers would not expect a lot from this as they should not, its for people who are looking for practicality and crowd pleasing. EDIT: I contemplated getting a bottle till I saw the price. I wish they had this in a 30 or 50ml because I would not get a 100ml bottle at its price. Not necessary for me. Nice scent though.

Smells like a floral, fresh deodorant from Secret or Dove, but that's not to say I dislike it. It's pleasant. It's a girly, clean scent. I have a sample of it that I sometimes wear if I want to wear something inoffensive that simply says, "I have washed, brushed my teeth, put on deodorant, and have good hygiene in general." I wouldn't buy a full size though, you could dupe the scent with a cheap body spray/deodorant and the longevity and sillage aren't great. I suppose it would be a good office scent. Agree with the review that says it's practical and crowd pleasing.

This is a sharper, less complex EL Pleasures, to my nose. Clean, even somewhat soapy smelling, white floral. Gardenia (green, not creamy) and jasmine are at the forefront. I love gardenia and jasmine, but wouldn't say this scent is anything special. However, it is a simple, inoffensive scent that would be good for the office or running errands.

A very fresh zesty and floral scent. Really light and femine in a young and sparkling way. Energizing not to sweet and non offensive to anyone. A super big like from here. Lovely ripe rasberry, gardenia, lovely rose and citrus freshness. For spring and summer Light silage, turns into skinscent in 1-2 hours longevity is about moderate on me.

this is a very pretty scent, but wayy more linear than what the notes list. i didn't pick up any of the citrus, and even the rose side was pretty played down- i got mostly white florals (pretty much just gardenia tbh) and some sweet, fresh aspect, maybe white musk or linen? it's pretty basic but not offensive at all.

Lush Fleur is a very pretty, clean, sparkling citrus floral with not much personality- which makes it the perfect scent for mindless spring dates and hikes through meadows (which is exactly what I see myself doing when I wear this scent). A very innocent and feminine scent!

A fruity rose with white florals. Nice. VERY light sillage, though. I had to spray seven times to get it to stick around (and usually I won't spray a perfume more than twice).

Smells like flowers and rain and herbal essences shampoo.

It's nice. Compared to Gucci Flora, its got a light ambery, mossy, more mature kick to it (subtle. like nature). The rose note is similar in strength but this feels more deep. Dry down kind of reminds me of sweet chewy ginger candies with a grassy note (Grass defiantly not as strong as "Springtime In A Park"). The color I would describe this would be like a burgundy rose. Where Flora is like a slightly vibrant pastel orange/pink. It's soft and pleasant, but I feel like there's something better out there than this.

Fruity floral in a cheap shampoo kind of way. I don’t get any of the citrus that’s listed and maybe a little bit of raspberry but this is mostly rose and gardenia to my nose. Sure, it’s pleasant, but completely uninteresting and linear. Basic. Mid. You can 100% find a body spray at B&BW that scratches the itch (if there is one) for this kind of scent. I wouldn’t spend money on a full bottle of this. 1/10

A pleasant smell....great for the office or Spring. But it's so light and has zero projection. I sprayed it about 6 times just to be able to smell it at all. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy it but I can only smell it when I stick my nose to my wrist. It's a light floral and citrus smell that has no silage and poor longevity therefore the price is outrageous. Anything over $20 for this is too much.

I loved the top notes, but in the middle all you can smell is overpowering jasmine. The top notes were like a citrusy floral. It evoked summers and mangos in my mind. It smelled like tropical flowers in a bottle. I don't like the evolution. It becomes a boring floral. To its credit its super strong. O wish clean made another scent with the same top notes but different middle and bottom notes.

It's ok. Floral, a bit alcoholic/screechy at onset. Drydown is ok, broadly sweet floral with a touch of fresh rose. It smells like a drugstore brand or almost like an attempted dupe of like Idole. It's meh, sort of smells like a cheap drugstore knockoff of a generic rose floral.

smelled beautiful in sephora so i bought it. sprayed it on me the next day and smelled literally nothing. like it didn't even have a scent for one minute it was like i was misting air. unfortunate. returned :(

very light and soft rose citrus/sweet scent nice but need to overspray all the time , i like but not worth it soo many betters ones out thee with this DNA and very weak, like 2 hours maybe 3/10

Very polite, unobtrusive. I'm sure you can find a lotion that smells like this. Not worth the price, and doesn't last very long. Pass.

Smells like straight up freesia, and also smells EXACTLY like glass rose by Mix:Bar if I can recall. If you like glass rose, but want something more buck plus you want it stronger. Then this perfume is for you. As for me I'm not a fan of rose forward fragrances at all.

Youch. For me this starts out like bitter aniseed-esque neroli and dries into a floral mix that I feel like I've smelled in generic toilet cleaner. No citrus or rose for me at all. Obviously the molecules hit my nose differently than for other people!

This smells like every magazine fragrance ad - like walking through Macys in the 90s not in a good way but not bad. It smells like basic perfume. Smells like it would be polite to wear to an office but I would never chose this

Fresh, generic, clean rose. As inoffensive and forgettable as they come. It, unfortunately, smells like hairspray on me.

To me this perfume smells like honey when it's dry. It's a very floral scent and in my opinion not unisex.

I love this clean floral scent. It reminds me of luxury spa soapy vibes. It is noticeable and unique while also not offensive. I could wear this work, or a date. It is nothing like Glossier You, I cannot believe that is a suggest similar scent. I don’t think this is exactly a skin scent, more so a clean scent, it is not musky like Glossier. I am also surprised to see it has a top note of berry- it’s somewhat there but I wouldn’t describe this as a particularly fruity scent. If you like clean florals, almost soapy scents, I would try this.

This fragrance has a very distinct medicinal sour muskiness to it that I find fascinating. This almost aspirin-like medicinal musk dominates this rather light but present fragrance. I pickup the bergamot and the rose and maybe some other florals too but they are all very faint and blended to the background. Its not sweet at all, and I think its rather sophisticated. This is not a girly scent to me either. I think a sophisticated guy can pull it off easy. This is a very unique, although not very complex, scent.

I blind bought this because it sounded right up my alley, I gravitate towards fresh florals. But boy was I wrong. On paper it smelled meh, but on my skin there was something in this that made it super unpleasant to me and I couldn’t put my finger on it, I got no floral notes at all, it smelled like straight up plastic which is so odd. I had to wash it off and then return it. sad this didn’t work for me as I love most clean reserve scents.

It's a very pretty fragrance. Basic yet pretty. I honestly came on here to say it smells almost exactly like Chiffon Fresh by Tahari. It is a hair and body mist that is currently sold at some local Tj Max's. I think the soft citrus musk is really addicting, and I don't really like citrus fragrances. It could be that the floral or oakmoss notes soften it so well. Really simply but really pretty!

Honestly the notes in this perfume sounded lovely and I was SURE I would like it, but it smells really weird. It really smells like hairspray to me and I'm not even joking. I'm not sure which note is causing that effect (maybe the moss?) but it's really strange. I don't like this at all as a perfume.

This is the most traditional pure floral that’s made it to my personal collection. I’m usually not into this sort of scent profile, which says a lot. This scent is clean, crisp, light and bright. It is late April, when all the trees are in full bloom but a cool breeze is still blowing.

Zippy orange top notes and light florals beneath. Very sheer, not a lot of projection or attitude, but it's cheerful and easy to wear. Very simple, not a lot going on, so it smells a little young, but anyone can wear this, it's so inoffensively cheery and clean.

This is nice but unfortunately I don't get any of the top notes. It doesn't smell like any kind of citrus or fruit on me, just floral. Like I said, it's nice but it's nothing special. I like orange a lot, and citrus in general, so I wish I got more of that.
