Whipped Cherry

I really enjoy this. I want to say I've gotten rid of every cherry perfume I've purchased. I love cherry, but nobody has made a cherry I really, really enjoy. However, Whipped Cherry has my stamp of approval! I am a huge fan of Clean Reserve. I don't think they've ever truly let me down. I love this cherry perfume. This smells like Cherry in her early 20s, for sure. This cherry is dark red, sassy, wears a lot of red bottoms, and has a big blowout. This perfume is just the right amount of umffffffff without being too deep and overbearing. On me, this perfume lasts 10+ hours and settles into a creamy, nutty vanilla cherry scent. It's perfect. Upon spraying it for the first time, I was afraid this would be too fruity or too spicy and ambery. This has the perfect medium. I believe it smells like Cherry Ambition from 7V, AG Cloud, and Phlur Heavy Cream had a baby. Whipped Cherry is fruity and lactonic. When you initially spray, you get a blast of coconut. I couldn't smell anything besides this at first. Smelled just like Heavy Cream. Short after, the pineapple starts peeking through. It gives a warm, fruity smell. Once settled, the cherry takes center stage. However, it's a deep, dark cherry. Doesn't smell like a traditional, tart red cherry. It smells deep, juicy, dripping. The scent is topped with the whipped cream and amber. It's beautiful. It smells equally lactonic, yet strong and ambery. This is where I reallyyyyy get AG Cloud, 7V vibes. This perfume is beautiful, feminine, and is the perfect cherry imo. It's the only cherry perfume I can see myself holding onto. It's balanced: coconutty, warm and milky, fruity and juicy, yet ambery and rich. 10/10.

Yes, yes & a BIG YES to this absolutely delicious fragrance. Yeah I don’t really get the cherry, maybe a tad bit ? But I really don’t even mind because I’m just so obsessed with how the fragrance just smells like a yummy tropical ice cream bowl. I think it’s limited edition or at least that’s what ChatGPT said which is a disaster. I need to be able to repurchase this. This is what I wish cloud did for me when I bought cloud ( I am not a cloud hater! But cloud does not show up on my skin at all), it’s like a cloud that actually I can smell and also with extra fruity pop to break through the sweetness. I am a big fan of gourmands but as of late I’ve been leaning more and more towards fruity interpretations perhaps not to bore myself with all I have that is many times inspired of each other, these gourmands with a fruity twist keep it really fun and fresh. I’m also obsessed with anything with coconut so that helps. I really love how sweet and comforting this smell is. Yeah the cherry isn’t really coming strong like in kayalis burning cherry or Tom fords lost cherry, it’s quite the opposite. It’s like a hidden creamy whipped cherry that is not really a main character but just a piece in the play...

I see many reviewers are getting mostly pineapple from this, but personally, I find this to be a photorealistic cherries and cream scent. All I smell is rich, syrupy, dark cherries and fluffy whipped cream. I consider myself a cherry connoisseur considering cherry is my nickname afterall :) And when I tell you this is THE ideal cherry perfume... I'm not playing!! While there are many different subcategories of cherry perfumes, this one absolutely takes the cake for the lactonic, whipped cherry category. It smells so delicious I just want to EAT IT! The longevity is REALLY good as well, especially considering most cherry perfumes don't last very long - an honest 6 hours in my opinion. I also appreciate the projection as it's certainly noticeable but not overwhelming at all, which can happen really fast with cherry perfumes as they can be suffocating sometimes. I think the pineapple and vanilla are certainly there, but this is cherry-forward, no doubt. This is in my top 3 cherry recs - easily a 10/10 for me. Also, the price?!? Fabulous value here!!

I’ve decided after wearing this for a few days this is going to be my perfume of the summer. It’s gorgeous, and I say that as someone who really doesn’t enjoy fruity perfumes. It’s balanced enough to where I can definitely smell the cherry and the pineapple, but the whipped cream and vanilla tone the fruitiness down a bit to more vanilla-y sweetness and there’s maybe a little hint of nuttiness from the praline. I’ve found the longevity to be long. Today I put it on this morning and my boyfriend complimented it at night. Solid 8 hours at least, and I catch a nice scent trail when I walk. It doesn’t hug too close to the skin but certainly won’t disturb anyone. I am extremely in love with it and actually can’t stop smelling it, it’s that good. Probably not blind buy safe, but if you are someone who is thrown off by fruit notes like I am I do at least recommend sampling it instead of passing it over.

Although it reminded me of Cloud Pink, it has its own distinct character and charm, a subtle sparkle that sets it apart. I couldn’t resist its allure and went back to get myself a bottle. 🍒✨

I have a mini roller ball bottle of this, and I think it smells soooo good on initial application. Candy sweet cherries and vanilla whipped cream. Very fruity and creamy. Dry down isn't bad, but all the cherry notes fade and I'm left with just lactonic powder. Glad I got to try it out before actually purchasing, because it's kind of disappointing Edit: 5/19/25 I've actually fallen in love with this after finishing off my sample. It smells like ambrosia salad, I really get the creamy pineapple/coconut notes and it all mingles together very well. It smells great on my skin and clothing, wears well and isn't too intense. Im able to wear it to work without it being suffocating, but it's still deliciously sweet and gourmand- I get compliments on it. Would like to purchase a full size

I was not a huge fan of Clean before this came out so I was very skeptical, but this pleasantly surprised me. It reminds me of a spring/summer version of my current signature scent (Black opium over red). I loved it when I first sprayed it on myself but I got nervous about 20 minutes into the dry down because it was VERY laconic and almost a little sour on my skin. I gave it another hour to sit and it turned into a really nice, soft, creamy vanilla with whispers of the cherry top note. Since I cannot wear Over Red in the summer bc it is quite a heavy scent, I plan on picking this up soon to wear as the days continue to get hotter. If you love cherry vanilla scents, this is definitely worth a try.

I got a free sample with a recent order. It’s a sugary sweet cherry fragrance that’s giving woodiness with a tiny tad bit of freshness. I can smell the pineapple and coconut in the background of the opening notes but it’s not too prominent, just lends to an overall bright fruity smell, at least in the opening. The cherry in the opening is very bright and sweet but in the dry down it goes a bit darker. The dry down is a marshmallowy woody vanilla dark cherry smell, with the most prominent note being vanilla. I’m not the best at describing fragrances but I think it’s really nice and will be popular. Nothing too complex, just agreeable and nice. Some might find this too juvenile.

This is one of my favorite cherry fragrances I have ever smelled. This is the definition of a fun, playful, juicy cherry, elevated by the pineapple (though this comes a little strong on me); tropical, creamy, and kind of clean. Not particularly artificial or cough syrup-y, gentle, perfectly sweet and friendly but isn't too immature. My only two issues, which are relatively trivial in the long run for me but keep me from making it my signature: - This fragrance, past the opening, is an INCREDIBLY intimate scent on me. I have to get in pretty close to my wrists to smell it. - The bottle looks like it should hold more than it does :') I NEED MORE OF IT!!!

I'm really loving this!! Yes, it has the Cloud/BR540 DNA for sure, but it's still good. I honestly wasn't 100% sold on either of those when I tried them so I'm a bit surprised Whipped Cherry resonated with me, but for some reason this just sits a bit better on my skin. Plus, the price point isn't terrible and I'd take the Clean bottle over Cloud/BR any day! Its an airy cherry that is not aggressive (I don't usually love cherry notes), and definitely has a whipped cream/marshmallow dry down. I think it could fit any occasion and could also work as a signature scent as well! Lasts and projects well too. Definitely worth a try.

A super versatile light + airy take on cherry! I find this to be pretty unique compared to the dark, boozy, smoky, etc cherry-forward frags that I've been seeing. The apple and cherry blossom add a hint of fresh florals that I find to make this a very wearable cherry, and the whipped cream, vanilla and praline in the base follow that up with a soft pillowy sweetness (imagine a vanilla brown sugar coffee creamer vibe). Also has a general fruitiness upon initial application from the coconut water and pineapple notes. Longevity isn't great, but that kind of fits the vibe of this sweet and light whisper of a cherry scent.

Cloud Pink and Whipped Cherry share some similar notes, but having tested both. I smelled the cherry on my skin, which Cloud Pink has no Cherry. Whipped Cherry smells like a cloud of whip cream and sweet cherry on my skin. This fragrance has the airiness of BR540, but that’s it. So many people confuse the airiness of a fragrance as trying to be similar to BR540 when that’s not the case with every fragrance at all. I am partial to Whipped Cherry over Cloud Pink as it wears close to the skin, but it still lingers and leaves a scent trail. People will smell you, but not be overwhelmed by a strong fragrance.

I really like the Clean Reserve line so when I saw that Whipped Cherry came out I blind bought it and I turned out to be one of my favorite perfumes so far. It reminds me of Ariana Grande's Cloud which I love, but Whipped Cherry has a fruity touch to it, I don't get the cherry or pineapple tough but I'm happy about that because cherry isn't my favorite note. It's sweet, fluffy, creamy and airy and I can smell it on me all day long with good projection which is rare for Clean fragrances. For me it's the perfect all year round fragrance and I will probably go through my full bottle in no time, love it!

This is so delicious! One of the only cherry perfumes that doesn't remind me of cough syrup. It's straight-up juicy cherries and fresh pineapple, enveloped in a soft, comforting whipped cream. I'd love to have a drink that tastes like how this smells. It's worth noting that while most people say it's similar to Ariana Grande Cloud, they may smell completely different depending on your skin chemistry. Cloud smelled like pure burnt plastic on me, while Whipped Cherry is heavenly - I'm not sure what notes or ingredients made the difference, but I think it's worth trying out if Cloud didn't work on you.

I feel sexy, feminine, energized, and HAPPY when I wear this and get compliments galore! This is going to sound weird, but this is EVERYTHING I wanted out of BR540 + BR540 extrait and all the dupes, with none of the sexy bandaid/horny dental office smell. If you're a gourmand heaux like me who needed something sweeter and less sterile from the BR's, give this a whiff. I don't really get much cherry or pineapple like other folks do, but my nose might be broken. This is just sweeter, creamier BR to me. Longevity is meh on skin but fantastic on inside and outside of clothes. This is a forever love!

What a polarizing scent this is! I’m obsessed... this sits squarely between SDJ 68 and Yum Marshmallow; if those are two ends of a spectrum, this is in the middle. I get the comparisons to Cloud Pink. But where Cloud leans more into fluffy musk, Whipped Cherry leans more into fluffy gourmand. I won’t mince notes pointlessly... I get a sweet, creamy and fluffy vanillic perfume with a cozy wearing experience that doesn’t bother anyone around me and is enjoyed by those closest to me. Perfect everyday gourmand.

This smells sooo lovely. I definitely get the whipped creaminess, cherries and pineapple. This reminds me a lot of Kayali Bougie Marshmallow but a little more grown. I think it's the cedar note that slightly elevates it. I can see how some people are comparing it to AG Cloud but to my nose this is way more fruity and it doesn't have that saffron/BR540 standout note that Cloud has. The disappointing part is the longevity - there is none. Lasts maybe an hour on my skin. Huge bummer cuz this is sooo good

I wish the cherry at the opening last longer, it only lasts maybe 30-60 minutes and then it dries down to a sol sweet whipped cream/vanilla scent. That being said I do like this fragrance a lot. The cherry opening is bright and refreshing, not like cough syrup cherry. It’s very easy to wear and not offensive or overpowering in any way. It’s gourmand but not so heavy or cloying that you can’t wear it in the summertime. It layers well with other scents too

Like a combination of cherry Pull N' Peel; skin-like almond-y smoothness; and warm, ambery spun sugar. Texturally, I find it half gauzy and half creamy: a cotton-ball cloud of light, sugar-crystal sweetness. It's strong, but in a diffuse, plush, enveloping sort of way. I'm semi-anosmic to BR540 , but I was immediately reminded of it the moment I smelled this. They definitely share some distinctive DNA, IMO - like cousins with a familial resemblance.

My favourite cherry perfume on the market! This is a light and airy cherry perfume with a tartness in the opening. It dries down to a beautiful cherry and cream scent that's perfect for colder days. For my skin personally, it tends to go a bit sour in the opening in hot weather so if you tend to have very warm skin like me, I'd recommend trying it before purchasing. My favourite Clean Reserve perfume!

Super in love with this! I went through a travel size within a few weeks, which is very rare for me, and upgraded to a full bottle. This is a wonderfully sweet and clean scent to me. It's very fruity and light in my opinion. I really smell the coconut water, pineapple, and cherry the most. I love using this one after the shower and think it will make for a perfect summer time gourmand!

from the brand name I assumed it would be very light and subtle but NO. It’s so strong and sweet and freaking amazing!! at first spray it’s a yummy fruit caramel candy a little bit later almond-vanilla spicy deliciousness comes in with the full force and lasts for a pretty good amount of time. It unique and definitely one of the best cherry fragrances I’ve ever smelled.

This is actually really really good! I'm currently wearing Whipped Cherry and it's goin on hour 6 and I can still get whiffs of it! I did a full wear...hot spots and on my clothing. I get how this isn't considered a "revolutionary" fragrance...not everything needs to be so avant garde or different....but THIS does smell really good and is really enjoyable!

This is such a yummy scent! It’s not overly artificial, which I really appreciate with cherry scents cause it seems to be a common trend with cherry scents. I love how creamy and sweet this is on the skin. Definitely recommend if you love gourmands. Not sure if I agree with it smelling like AG’s Cloud though 😅

This is delightful. The airy quality of it really pushes the whipped cream note so it wraps around that strong, almost syrupy cherry and hints of pineapple. I don't usually go for cherry fragrances, but this one is so cheerful! Made me smile when I first smelled it on myself.

What cherry?? This smells almost identical to AG Cloud Pink to me. It also reminds me a lot of Navitus Tempt Me Not and Yum Marshmallow. Synthetic, fluffy and sweet. I do like it, however. When I need an office friendly gourmand that sits close, this will be my go to.

The sugary, lightweight cherry I’ve been searching for. There’s nothing nutty or medicinal or boozy about this - which apparently are the only profiles cherry likes to come in these days. It’s a breath of fresh air and instant full bottle buy for me.

Cherry Lollipop, covered in sugar. That is what I'm getting. I am a sweet scent lover, so this is amazing to me. This is somehow even sweeter than Sparkling Sugar (Which I also love). If candy is your thing, like it is mine, you may love this too.

I love this perfume. It’s very sweet - if you’re not into that this is probably not a safe blind buy. I wear it whenever I go out at night and I always get compliments. Something about it gives sweet, seductive. I just love it <3

my new favorite fruity perfume! super rich deep cherry. pairs extremely well with the moon cycle portals parfum body mist. super sexy but also kinda fresh and playful. definitely obsessed.

This is so good. Not like every other cherry scent. I also agree on the pink cloud and cloud 2.0 comparisons. Similar vibe. But great for layering with those or on own. Nice!

This smells like super sweet cherry's blended with whipped cream and Baccarat Rouge 540, that stays until the end. Plus a li'l wood in the dry down.

It is similar to cloud pink, but different. A candied cherry that is slightly creamy. It’s not medicinal at all. Very lovely and an easy reach.

i’m a lost cherry girl, this is a great warm weather alternative

Pretty, Sweet, Fruity, bright, floral, warm, creamy, juicy, feminine, flirty, playful, pleasant On me this opens with a fruity and slightly tropical burst of cherry, coconut water, and pineapple. The bright fruity burst starts to balance out as the delicate florals of almond blossom, apple blossom, and mimosa come into play. Once it has dried down it becomes warmer and more gourmand with sweet and fluffy whipped cream, juicy cherry, warm and sensual vanilla, sweet praline, and woody cedar. I also pick up on something musky in the base, but it’s actually rather nice. The notes that stand out the most to me are the cherry, almond blossom, whipped cream, vanilla, and the musky scent in the base. I’m not an overly big fan of cherry fragrances usually. I was always worried about them having a medicinal smell to them, especially since I have to blind buy most of my fragrances. I have been trying more of them lately though. I currently only have bought 2 (both of which I really enjoy), Kayali Lovefest Burning Cherry and Ellis Brooklyn Vanilla Sin, neither of which do I get anything remotely medicinal from. I also just got a mini bottle of Whipped Cherry (which is what I’m reviewing) and I do like it. It’s pretty, soft, pleasant, and non-offensive. I also don’t get anything medicinal from it either. I’m not sure yet if I would buy a large bottle of it, but if you are a cherry fragrance lover it’s absolutely worth checking out because it is a good one. I do have some Clean Reserve fragrances, and I would consider Whipped Cherry to be the most bold of them, but it’s still soft too. The others that I’m comparing it to are Skin, Radiant Nectar, Sparkling Sugar, and 2 from their H2Eau line, Nectarine Petal and Brilliant Peony. In comparison to the other 2 cherry fragrances, Kayali Lovefest Burning Cherry and Ellis Brooklyn Vanilla Sin, Whipped Cherry is fruitier with a softer Cherry note. It’s a more flirty and playful scent as opposed to sensual, deep, and seductive like the other 2. I do have a mini JHAG Juliette that I got as part of my Sephora birthday gift this month, and while I do see a slight similarity I also think they’re pretty different. I definitely prefer Whipped Cherry, it’s more realistic and overall a prettier scent. Juliette is a musky cherry scent that just doesn’t stand out as something special to me. I think this works best for fall, winter, and spring, but could also work in the summer too (I just tend to prefer beachy/coconut scent for summer usually). I think this works nicely for casual occasions and for work/school, especially since it’s pretty non-offensive. I get good performance with Whipped Cherry. The longevity is nice, it lasts about 6-7 hours on me. The projection is decent, it radiates out about an arm’s length from me. For a bit of reference, some of my favorite fruity fragrances include Kayali Yum Boujee Marshmallow, Kayali Vanilla Candy Rock Sugar, Kayali Eden Juicy Apple, Marc Jacobs Daisy Love Eau So Sweet, Ralph Lauren Tender Romance, Ralph Lauren Beyond Romance, The 7 Virtues Vanilla Woods, Flowerbomb Ruby Orchid, Flowerbomb Nectar, Ellis Brooklyn Vanilla Sin

OOENING - DRY DOWN Initial blast is super sweet. This isn't a syrupy, boozy or tarte cherry, it's creamy. It kind of smells like baby wipes but add cherry whipped cream. It goes from sweet to soft and creamy in the skin, and never loses the clean skin scent. SILLAGE / PERFORMANCE/COMPLIMENTS This is very moderate in terms of projection and longevity, making it apt for every day wear. My mom who typically dislikes sweet scents, loved this one so much, she got a 30 ml. REMINISCENT OF If there is a cherry shower routine, this is the end result. Softly sweet cherry with the scent of cleanliness. It's very reminiscent of Bath & Body Works Strawberry Pound Cake if you remove the extra sweetness and add musk. Also reminds me of Jimmy Choo's I Want Choo With Love, but this is less sweet and polarizing, and dries into a clean cherry musk. OCCASIONS/SEASONS Clean smelling fragrances tend to be on my rotation year round, but the candy like cherry in this makes it perfect for summer. It's girly, and comparable to some of the Ariana Grande fragrances, but I prefer this due to the musk in the base. Like I mentioned previously, this could be a great every day option, maybe a good errands fragrance. FINAL THOUGHTS While everyone else has done variations of the same cherry, Clean took cherry and put it's clean twist on it. It's a unique cherry, to me at least. This very much grew on me. I do think it's one of the better candy-like fragrances I've smelled , because it doesn't feel sticky or overwhelmingly sweet. I think I need an every day, easy reach musky sweet scent, this is exactly that!

i don't really like cherry scent, so this was the last in my pack of clean reserve samples that i hadn't tried. i finally decided to try it yesterday because i was going out with my boyfriend after work and i thought cherry might be a kind of flirty pick. well, at first, i didn't like the scent at all, but i have to say, throughout the day it really grew on me. after the pineapple note dissipates it's not a girly cherry, it settles down into a really rounded and mature scent. still that sort of syrupy vibe, rather than farmer's market fresh, but in a sexy chocolate dessert in a dimly lit restaurant way. and the sillage is unreal, i didn't spray much since i didn't expect to like it, but i was getting hints of it all day, and there was something so earthy and assertive about it. anyway i finally met up with my boyfriend, we went to a bar and ordered drinks. after i finished my margarita i remembered i meant to ask him about the perfume, so i held my wrist out across the table and asked him to smell. he took a moment and really deeply appreciated it and he was like, yeah, that is really nice, i like it a lot. and then he went really quiet and he was like... so there's something i want to talk about.... so yeah, true story, did this perfume get me dumped? 50/50 if i ever try it again, on the one hand it could bring back bad memories, but on the other hand it's kind of a power move to own that. to quote the meme: laughing through it all, how is this my life.

truly a cherry picker’s dream. if you like method’s vanilla raspberry hand soap, you will love this. my perfect cherry perfume— not too sweet, not cough syrupy, but deliciously enveloped in a creamy, gently toasted base. this scent makes me feel like cameron diaz in the holiday. initially sickly sweet, but really enjoyed it a few minutes in. i’ve been looking for a cherry scent that captures the sourness of cherries without leaning citrusy, and the pineapple in this does exactly that for me! i was worried about the top notes smelling fruit salad-y, but actually, the coconut and pineapple blend to create a believable fresh cherry. the creamy and nutty layers elevate this from just a fruity blend to a really cozy scent that is balanced, interesting, and so so comforting. even as it fades it is beautiful. a step up from the ambroxan “my skin but better scent”, this ends with a “my skin but creamier: body buttered, nurtured, and indulged.” whipped cherry is such a fitting name because it maintains an airiness even as it becomes more decadent. i don’t normally love fruity or gourmand, but this blew me away. the nutty-fresh-creamy trifecta really saves it from leaning too far in one direction or the other. edit: on some days, i get a slight rubbery scent from the top note cherry? dry down is still beautiful

When I started getting into perfumes, this was one of the very first ones I liked. I'd sniffed all the way though Sephora and this was the one! I ended up trying a lot and growing my collection over the rest of the year, and never reached for it since I was always trying samples. I came back to this today and I can see why I liked it, but it's already not for me anymore. To me, this smells like the listed notes and is very clearly related to BR540, but not the same. It's fluffier and more fun. I actually do love the texture brought in with the whipped cream note, I get a fruity cherry and a lot of pineapple brightness midway through the wear, which is interesting. But after a couple hours of wearing it today, I was pretty dang tired of it. It did have something in there, something amber-like, that was bugging me. I like smelling it, but I don't want to smell like this all day.

this is fun! I read the reviews calling this very sweet and disagreed for the first hour or so. The cherry is light and fruity, slightly tart (thank you, pineapple). The florals boost the effervescence and levity without feeling explicitly floral. A potential everyday scent that even my fragrance-sensitive mom loved! After an hour it’s a sweeter cherry. Two hours+ i got straight praline; densely sugary-sweet, and I understood. I’ll happily wear for the first few hours, but must keep in mind we’ll be heading straight to a more one-dimensional very sweet destination, which I need to be in the mood for, so this was crossed off my everyday wear list. Fun if you love cherry, but to LOVE, you’ve got to be down for both the light less-gourmand opening as well as the dessert-sweet dry-down, which don’t always appeal to the same person.

When I first sprayed this perfume, it dried down to be extremely lactic and powdery (not in a good way). When looking at the notes and reviews you would never know, so maybe it was a me thing. Nonetheless I've had it for longer now and with maceration it has become a lot more enjoyable. To me this is fruity (mainly cherry) and sugary, but not white sugar, brown sugar, a more subtle sweetness. Like if you baked a cherry tart with brown sugar. Though, if I were to pass someone wearing this perfume I might identify it as Victoria’s Secret or something. Overall it’s still pleasant and I find myself smelling my wrists often when I’m wearing it.

Very summer friendly. It's a beautiful, lightweight fragrance. A whipped vanilla delight with a whisper of something fruity, you can't immediately identify that fruit as cherry if you didn't know the fragrance's name. It's everything I've been looking for - a nice, feminine fragrance that's not cloying or overpowering in the heat. I enjoy clean scents because they don't suffocate me in the heat but I don't always want to smell nice-neutral, sometimes I want to smell nice-feminine and this definitely is the perfume for that. Could smell it on my clothes a week later on laundry day. Highly recommend!
