Coach Love Eau de Parfum

I really wanted to love this one. I think the bottle is absolutely adorable, and I love strawberry-flavored foods and my skin tends to react nicely with rose-based fragrances. And I was pleasantly surprised today because YAY!! I DO love it!!! I tested this on my wrist this morning, and it took a few minutes to really warm up but once it did--oh my gosh. This is exactly what I hoped it would be. It's sweet, refreshing, strawberry-rose jammy perfection. Very playful and unserious, in the best way. The 'fruit snack' comments are very accurate, imo. But in the best way. I get why they named this perfume 'Love'. It isn't a deep, sensual, overwhelming kind of love. It's a cute kind of love--like holding hands, nose kisses, silly love poems, eating ice cream on a boardwalk together, giggles, warm fuzzies. The side of love that's innocent and sweet and happy. I get why some other reviewers think it's too simple, but for me it's not a problem here. It isn't a deep fragrance for sure, but for a spring-summer scent, I think simple and light is fine--and this is coming from someone who normally only likes perfumes that evolve distinctly from top to heart to base. But in Coach Love, I think the strawberry, rose, and cedar perfectly balance each other out. There's a difference between cheap and simple. This is simple, but doesn't smell cheap. In 2020 I blind-bought way too many cheap celebrity perfumes and so... yeah I know what cheap smells like, haha. But these notes smell high-quality to me. How I would describe the vibe of this fragrance: this brings to mind a person who is young-at-heart regardless of age. Someone who probably loves nostalgia from their childhood, and picnics in the summertime, and who stops to pet all the dogs on a walk. A cheerful and easy-going person. Someone who has a sweet tooth and isn't afraid to indulge it. Someone who doesn't take life too seriously. Of all the summer fragrances I've looked at, I think this has to be the winner for me-- and I need to buy myself a bottle ASAP so I can keep living in this lovely sweet strawberry cloud! <3

I'm doing a full wear of this fragrance for the first time today and wow, I like this far more than I thought I would! It's strawberry lip gloss through and through, in the most gratifying way. It's sweet, but not overly so, and has far more body to it than I expected. It's sunny and playful, youthful but not entirely juvenile. Someone who doesn't love fruity fragrances might say this is evocative of something that would typically be found at Bath and Body Works (not that there's anything wrong with good ol' B&BW), but I find the strawberry in Coach Love a bit more elevated than something found in a body spray. It's richer, less fleeting, higher quality. I bought this because I enjoy lighthearted, fruity scents when summer rolls around. But it's a cold winter's day right now and I'm surprised by how much this holds its own in these frigid temperatures. It's an uplifting slice of cheer on an otherwise cold & dreary Monday. This is marketed at people who are at least 20 years my junior, and that's probably who it will appeal to most. But if you, like me, think smelling like a strawberry hard candy has no age limit, then you'll love this. Projection is moderate, and it lasts for many hours on clothes, which is how I wear most of my fragrances these days. My one criticism is that the sprayer leaves something to be desired. I don't know whether mine is flawed or if they're all like this, but it's stiff and takes some effort to press down on the pump. Combined with the awkward size & shape of the 3 oz. bottle, it's a struggle to spray. I'll suffer through it though, if it means I get to smell like a fruit roll-up.

For me, Coach Love is very very sweet. It smells overpowerinly like candied strawberry and heavy rose. So far I get no hint of woody or earthy. It's been 2 hours and I'm still waiting for it to soften. I don't mind a bit of sweet in the beginning but at the moment it hasn't diminished and is far exceeding "a bit" of sweet. Maybe it needs time to sit in my cupboard and let those woody/earthy tones make their presence known and take over the suffocating candied note. I will revisit this at a later date but at the moment, not a fan. The sprayer is like a turn lock on a handbag. But is difficult to work. You have to get it in just the right spot for it to work and after a few sprays it moves so you have to adjust it again. Cute idea in theory but not so much in practice. Update: I gave this a second go. I have to admit I am not a fan, AT FIRST spray, but after the dry down (about 2.5 hours on me) that sickly candied strawberry sweetness and heavy rose softens and turns out quite pleasant. I find I really kind of like it. I wouldn't go heavy handed with spraying though. Lessons: Never judge a perfume on first spray, give it a couple times before really deciding Always spray it on your skin before deciding to buy Buy a decant or travel size first or find a small size on sale.

Very pretty, girly, flirty scent! I love the gorgeous bottle and the love charm, I was so excited for this release as my favourite notes are strawberry and rose, everything about the bottle and name was right up my alley! I smelt in on a card and definitely wasn’t blown away but I used a whole sample, wore it all day and decided I wanted a full bottle because it’s very hot wear I live and this is such a soft and clean uplifting scent! It definitely smells soapy on paper but on skin I get pure strawberry! The rose kind of softens it and stops it from being too sharp and sour, In my opinion (I have all 3 fragrances) this doesn’t smell like Kayali Eden apple, Burberry her or Kate spade. It’s not as citrusy and spicy as Kate spade which I think is the one most people are relating it to, before I smelt love I expected it to smell like Kate spade but the closest match is surprisingly Eden apple! They’re not exactly alike they just share the same juicy,soft,clean and sugary scent profile, I do like this fragrance I got a compliment my first time wearing this which I was pleasantly surprised by! I think it does Stand out well enough in my collection as well. I’m glad I got it, this is perfect for a Valentine’s Day date like going to the park or picking strawberries 🍓

I know I have this listed as my signature, but to be honest I rotate my sigs. With that being said, this perfume is by far the most flexible I have in my collection. It's simple on its own, with a nice fresh strawberry sent. It's not too artificial or too too juvenile (although it is certainly on the younger side) What makes this one of my favorites is how layerable it is. I love pairing it with a vanilla/gourmand scent for a strawberry shortcake kind of moment, but my FAVORITE perfume to layer it with is Billie by Billie Eilish. It kind of gives a strawberry red velvet cake kind of fantasy that I live for, and makes the perfume last EVEN longer. My other recs for a supplemental perfume with it are Burberry Goddess Intense (make sure it's the intense!) or Philosophy Warm Cashmere. But any gourmand body mist or perfume should suffice. I recommend for those earlier in their journey with perfume!

Got a travel spray and OH My I definitely need the full size. This perfume is so good! Immediately I was a little girl in the spring time. I don't really remember having something similar back then but it smells innocent to me. When I say little girl I am not implying this is juvenile smelling. Love is very nostalgic with a pretty floral and strawberry. The strawberry has a slight woodiness that makes it smell airy, freshly earthy and I'm in awe. I do not think Love is similar at all to Burberry Her, just because they both have strawberry doesn't mean smell alike. I personally don't care for Burberry Her but I adore Coach Love. This is totally delightful, innocent and girly. Its not too sweet, floral or strong. To me this perfume is special and not boring at all. I think any girl who wants to smell like a day in the sun with a fresh breeze of strawberry with floral touch would love this one.

The absolutely most beautiful green strawberry scent with a hint of sweetness. It's very very youthful but yet sophisticated. And signature scent worthy. Lasts for ages..anyone saying otherwise should get their nose checked. This scent stays on my clothes until I wash them. It's amazing. It's not your sickly sweet strawberry, though it is sweet. I think the green almost strawberry vine smell gives it this artificial strawberry nature...but I swear it's done so so beautifully. Like a barbie but one who lives in the forest. I have a hundred perfumes and this is one of the most unique scents I own. Nothing smells like this. I think if you're young and girly you'll love this. If you're middle aged and girly you'll love this. This one's for the girly girls. It reminds me of my childhood yet somehow doesn't feel childish. I love it. And it's discontinued and getting harder to find 😭

The notes are true. This really reminds me of picking wild forest strawberries near the beach dunes on a hot summer day. It is sweet and fruity but the sweetness is light and I love that the strawberry lingers, it does not dissappear after 5 or 15 min, I could still feel it after 2h and more and it does not smell artificial. The opening is sweeter but then it mellows. I would say the rose if very subtle but it gives depth and the cedarwood gives a very light spicyiness like what you get from forest berries during a hot summer. A vibe, really. I love this but I can imagine it would be more appreciated by the younger audience and might not be much liked by a lady looking for a sophisticated and complex fragrance. Though great for anyone who loves berry scents, nostalgia or is in love.

I first bought this perfume in 2023 and now it's 2025. Over the years I find myself choosing it over and over — in hot weather, when I need something juicy and light. In cold weather, when I need something to lift my mood or to get a break from all the spices of the season. Sometimes as a layering fragrance, to add some zing to a heavy gourmand, or to add some fun to an otherwise too-serious rose. This fragrance is mostly strawberry, but I find as the bottle ages and in colder months, the rose becomes less subtle. I wrote an early review a couple years ago that said this fragrance smells like strawberry lip gloss in the very best way, and I still feel that way now, but this lighthearted fragrance is far more versatile than I ever expected it to be.

This is a mellow little perfume and I mean that in the best way possible. It smells like strawberry lip balm with a tiny undercurrent of wood or spice. It reminds me of Delina, if Delina's main note was strawberry instead of rose. I would not normally ever think of myself as liking a perfume with a strawberry scent, but it's innocent and not too perfumy. I often find perfumes pretty overwhelming and a lot of them give me a headache, but this stays close to the skin and doesn't have all the overwhelming vibe so many fragrances seem to have these days. Very innocent without being cloyingly sweet or childish. I can see a lot of people not liking this, but for someone like me who can't handle huge or musk or intense scents, it is a nice perfume

Swoon. This opens a lot like Kate Spade New York, but the strawberry continues to get stronger. Then you get a big burst of Dylan Purple. As that intensifies, it becomes sweeter, and I start to get the very sweet notes that lean more towards Burberry Her. It’s absolutely lovely to have these all together. At points in the mid notes it was almost too sweet, but that toned down pretty quickly. The one thing I don’t get much of here is rose. I could see how that would be a disappointment for others, although it’s fine with me as I don’t find strong rose scents especially wearable. Unfortunately, longevity is not long. I was surprised, especially since Coach Wild Rose – with which this shares some similarities – lasts almost all day.

a perfume that basically made me who i am today... a full-on perfume feen. sure, it might be a cheapie that doesn’t last too long (I get 4-5 hours) —you can find it at tj maxx or marshalls—but when i say this is my signature scent, i really mean it. it’s a safe blind buy, no regrets. out of my almost 40 perfumes, this one’s the reason i have to constantly tell myself “pick another already” because i just keep coming back to it. i can’t get enough. i smelled it way back when it first came out and somehow never bought it, but it was everywhere. then i finally snagged it at marshalls and never looked back. i love this perfume so much it basically reminds me of every happy moment i’ve ever had. it’s like bottled nostalgia for me.

I've already reviewed this one, but I must say I still love this perfume! It has become my signature scent. Coach Love is so beautiful imo. I get many compliments when I wear it to work and the girls actually wrote down the name so they could purchase. This strawberry is not plasticy or synthetic as other reviewers suggest. This perfume is so earthy strawberry and smells very realistic. It's as close and good as you're ever going to find in a perfume. Even a coworker noted that I smell so earthy fresh and I agree. I think this is a safe blind buy if you love strawberry with some simple earthyness. It's fresh, clean, a bit sweet and juicy and just make me smile.

I'm on a hunt for the most REALISTIC smelling strawberry, and this fragrance is one of my biggest disappointment, but I would never forgive myself, for not AT LEAST trying it. This is almost near perfection but so so faint. So many sprays and you can still only smell it close to the skin, very alcohol opening for almost 1 long minute, has the power of an eau de toilette. BUT, It's an incredible Fresh strawberry, a light sweetness and not candy like, neither childish, bit woody and slightly floral (not to the point of only smelling the floral). Yep, that's really good, but i wish that it was way stronger and more prononced on the strawberry.

Although there are not many notes, the 3 of them are blended beautifully. Strawberry nectar drizzled over roses in the woods. The sweet strawberry and floral notes stand out the most. The rose is there, but it is a soft rose and not a screaming rose (if that makes sense). One could almost mistake it for 'floral' instead of 'rose.' The woodiness is in the background which grounds it in a sensual way. I would not classify this as a 'fresh' scent. But it is subtly sweet and youthful. I am obsessed with strawberry scents right now and this is one of my favorites. The bottle is also sooooo beautiful.

Oh I love this as a huge strawberry fan! Sweet and tart strawberry, smooth florals, and soft woody musky dry down. It has a strawberry lip gloss kind of feel with some kind of 90’s kids toy floral scent. I was worried the rose would be too rosy but it’s so pleasant. Whatever the magic is in this I really love it. It’s a mood booster for me, and layered really well with VS Pink Juicy Strawberry lotion. It projects well for the first 2 hours and slowly fades to a stronger skin scent after that, but it’s fine with me at discounter prices. I only wish I would have bought a bigger bottle!

Absolutely adore this scent! It was the first fragrance i bought when I started working in scent. The bottle is absolutely beautiful and is something which you could keep as an ornament when you've finished the fragrance. The scent it very long lasting for an EDP and the notes of wild strawberries and roses immediately hit you and the dry down is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fruity/juicy floral scent on a budget. The price is amazing for what it is and the bottle is simply stunning, definitely one of my personal favourites 🌹❤️😍😍

This is an amazing fragrance. If you liked burberry her but you don't like that BR540 dentist smell, this is your girl. It smells like sweet fresh strawberry's still on the vine. The vine gives it this beautiful fresh green quality. It lasts a really long time. It is signature scent worthy. Its not too young but not too mature. It's musky. It's beautiful. Appropriate for every season. But shines in the spring summer and I'd say more of a daytime scent. Totally inoffensive. Very pink smelling. Smells like a pretty girl. Also, I really don't smell any rose.

This was a complete shot in the dark for me, but I really like it! It’s got characteristics similar to Burberry Her but the strawberry is less synthetic and syrupy and more fresh in Love. I absolutely adore the bottle, it’s one of my favourites on my perfume stand. It’s classic and elegant. I do smell the rose, but it’s a fresh, wet rose and not overpowering. It does dry down quite woodsy so I would say you could wear this in the evening as well as the daytime. If this is anything to go by, I would love to try some of Coach’s other fragrances!

When I first heard about this when looking for strawberry perfume I thought the wild strawberry note was gonna throw me off, but when I went to Macy’s and smelt it for the first time I actually liked it! It’s not like a sweet strawberry candy scent, it’s more of a fresh strawberry scent. Like if I were to wear this then I’d smell like a batch of strawberries. Long story short, if you want a strawberry scented perfume that’s also mature, this is THE one! Also, shout out to the girl who hooked me up with a sample bottle of this, you rock!

I've really been loving the recent releases from Coach, and I have to say....This was a love at first sniff! Coach Love feels so nostalgic and familar too. By that, I don't mean it smells similar to another fragrance. This reminds me of a candy, or fruit drink I had as a kid - It's fruity and fresh, with strawberry being the star of the fragrance. I can't say I really pick up much rose or cedar wood either. If anything, this reminds me of a shampoo or body wash - which I quite enjoy. This is definitely going to be an easy reach for me.

at first glance strawberry is the only smell, but after a few minutes the rose really comes out in my skin. I wasn't sure about this fragrance when I first bought it but after wearing it the first time, I really enjoyed the base and middle notes that stayed in my skin over the initial strawberry. for me it's not a synthetic strawberry smell, its more floral (more white floral even) with sweetness without being a sweet perfume. At this point, I'm absolutely in love with it and has become one of my favourite summer/every day office wear.

I smelled this in a Dillard's at my local mall, and when I tell u I fell in LOVE!! I mainly smell the strawberry and I get some of the rose. Its very nice and I love this scent. sadly I haven't been able to get a bottle but I did spray it on my wrist and I could still smell it after 7 hours. it did wear off after about 7 hours, but that's not bad longevity at all. Its sweet, very sweet but I wouldn't say its headache inducing; at least not to my nose. I love this fragrance and would defff recommend this to a strawberry fan!

In my early childhood, my family used to buy this massive container from H-Mart that had an assortment of fruit jelly. My favorite was the lychee flavor, not just because of the delightful taste but also because of its sweet smell. The Coach fragrance perfectly emanates that memory. It’s not overly sweet but possesses a perfect balance of freshness and fruitiness, which I find to be quite youthful. Additionally, considering its price, the perfume exhibits remarkable projection, making it one of my most complimented scents.

this is definitely my signature scent!! the strawberry scent is incredibly prevalent on my skin, unlike other strawberry scents i've tried in the past. there is a hint of rose, and it is delightfully fresh and fruity! it doesn't smell overtly artificial or syrupy; it is pure freshness. it lasts on my skin almost all day, and its gotten me so many compliments. in my opinion, it is a great value and a good contender for an everyday fragrance. highly recommend for anyone who enjoys youthful fruity and floral scents :)

simple but pretty. sweet, a little floral, with a very nice but not at all overpowering cedar wood note to keep it a little fresh and add depth. i think this is great if you want a sweet fragrance but aren't into gourmands or find things like ariana's sweet like candy or burberry her to be too much. reminds me of how my skin would smell after using a strawberry soap! Oh! it smells like strawberry suave to me! i recommend and will likely purchase a full bottle in the near future.

I love this scent so much. I get zero sour/tart strawberry from this. I only get strawberry in the opening and it’s a very fluffy, translucent, lightly sweet strawberry. It changes over into something so clean and fresh yet calming. I agree with belle999 below, it comes off soapy to me in the dry down. Not full on aldehydic sharp soap, it maintains a little sweetness and it’s round and soft and fuzzy. It’s such an easy wear for me. Def a comforting clean scent in the dry down.

VERY fruity. easily one of my favourite fruity perfume. simply a crowd pleaser. if you don’t hate fruity sweet scent, this is a very safe blind buy. i know the top notes mentioned strawberry but it really smells very much like grape to me. theres this artificial grape smell but it is nothing along the line of being cheap. it doesn’t make me smell expensive either though, but definitely, anyone that uses this will give off that popular friendly girl vibe.

Very fruity and sweet. Great for any time of the day or night and all seasons. It is light and fresh but not in a clean sort of smell, more of a summer fruit way. It doesn’t have great longevity or sillage and I love rose but I don’t smell it in this fragrance. Or the wood. Just smells like a fresh bowl of all sorts of berries in cool water. Overall this fragrance house for women has not disappointed me and I want all of them for my collection.

To my nose the strawberry is super synthetic but in a nostalgic way. First impression it reminded me of a red Victoria’s Secret body spray (I can’t remember the name) but the dry-down was beautiful and clean on my skin. As I walked around I kept smelling something beautiful and I realized it was my wrist. The dry-down on me smells like the flowering trees outside the pool in the summer time as a kid - shampooey in the most happy memory way.

coach love is a tart strawberry that mellows into a elegant rose and finally a faint light cedarwood. on opening spray it reminds me of kate spade. I can get the strawberry letter resemblance but this is more of a tart strawberry, and the florals in strawberry letter (apple blossom, peony, and lily) combined do not smell like rose. if you have strawberry letter or even kate spade u dont really *need* this one, but it is lovely.

Much more tart and green than I expected, which is great! I generally find rose to be overwhelming but not the case here. For me the wild strawberry note stayed pretty noticeable and the rose smelled sweet but very natural, like actual wild strawberries and fresh cut rose. Not at all like the strawberry in Her or even Kate Spade which are very sweet like candy. Very pretty for the warmer months! Decent longevity and sillage

I like this one. very much an easy wear. Light and fruity with just a hint of cedar wood in the background. I think this could be office friendly, and not offensive at all. Does not project far. After two hours I notice it sits close to the skin which is fine. Sometimes I do not want to leave a scent trail. I am immediately thinking to pair this with the EOS strawberry lotion. Purchased the 1oz at TJ Maxx for $39.99.

I'm suprised to see other people sasy they smell just strawberry, because when I blind-tested this (without reading about notes, etc), I didn't really get strawberry... in fact I couldn't put my finger on it. I was like "Is this fruity?? Floral?? it's not musky... is this gourmand? WHAT IS THIS? it'S SO GOOD" I really love this scent tbh, I find it to be complex yet simple. It's delicious and unique.

Absolutely love this fragrance...from the very fruity opening to the more woody dry down. However...the staying power is so very sad. I fell in love with D&G's L'Imperatrice (the original #3)...another fragrance with very little longevity...and this one is even worse! Maybe it's just me and my skin...but I know there are other fragrances out there that last all day and into the next on me.

Yesterday I was looking for a fruity feminine perfume, today I came across this bottle in store they have a sample bottle and I tried two spays on my skin, wow STRAWBERRY very cute innocent but the cedar in this makes me want to smell like this all day and the red rose is very beautiful. And I bought the perfume in an instant also because of the bottle that's so gorgeous :)

This is my wife’s signature scent. I absolutely love it, I’ve smelled a large amount of fragrances, and while this isn’t very complicated it doesn’t need to be, it’s strawberry fruity goodness. We actually picked this one out together, and easily agreed this was the best suited for her, and one of the best you can buy from a typical Macys or Dillards.

I love it. I've been wearing it a few hours, on me it seems to get stronger on the dry down some how. I do smell strawberry scented marker on the first 5 minutes which made me think I wouldn't like this one. But that goes away and turns into fresh strawberry and eventually cedarwood. So nice and the bottle is awesome + my favorite color! 🖤

This scent is simply strawberry. Very juicy and fruity. Perfect for the spring and summer, although I wear it in the winter because I feel like the cold enhances the clean and fresh scents. Out of all the perfumes I wear, this one gets the most compliments. It is easy to enjoy, like a strawberry candy. Although it does not last at allll.

It reminds me of a really specific Japanese soap I had when I was younger, so the nostalgia of this smell is insane to me. It’s very sweet, but not sickly sweet. A lot of people have complimented me on it! It’s so nice to smell once it settles, I’ll put some on even if I’m not leaving anywhere, which doesn’t happen often.

Wow. This one is reaaally good. Smells like a juicy apple and strawberry juice, not too sweet. This is definitely a scent for the summer and spring. It lasts for a good 6 hours, i prefer longer longevity, but i haven‘t smelled a perfume like this that last longer. Def my new signature.

I love this flanker. It’s a creamy strawberry which dries down on me as a creamsicle note. I swear you would think there is vanilla in it but the notes don’t mention it. I hate rose but I can’t detect it in this pretty version. Kayali Eden is more tart to me and this is more smooth.

Surprisingly, I like this scent for what it is. It is a bit synthetic and saccharine at first spray but when it warms up on the skin, it smells like strawberry candy and the scent uplifting, I don't smell much rose but I do pick up on the woodsy smell.

I love the smell of this it’s just so comforting and nostalgic. I get a bit of strawberry at first but the dry down is just this kind of sweet tarts candy floral that I love. My only complaint is it doesn’t last very long at all. I wish it did!

First spray - An adult strawberry goodness. Almost a nostalgic Strawberry smell. Fruity. Dry down is a faded, sweet strawberry that sits on wood. After first spray it starts losing potency fairly quickly. Smell lasts, but not like you’d hope.

Super feminine fruity floral! Very nostalgic artificial sweet strawberry scent which i love but if you dont like super sweet artificial fruity scents you probably wont like it, reminiscent of strawberry shortcake dolls

Tried it in winter and it does not smell very sweet to me. I would rather say it's champagne with strawberry in it - very fizzy, very sparkling, glamorous and festive. It may be simple, but joyful and making me smile

Coach knows what they are doing in terms of creating perfumes omg! love love love this scent so much ! I can def smell the roses and sometimes i even smell the scent of grape candies lol
