Beautiful, romantic, floral, woody, enchanting, fresh, softly sweet, powdery, musky, charming, elegant, sensual, feminine, whimsical, and effortlessly chic. Absolutely gorgeous! My favorite floral! Perfectly romantic! I don’t typically go for floral fragrances, but this one stole my heart! It’s a softly sweet white flower and violet woodsy floral. It’s uniquely elevated with a touch of elegant vanilla, a whisper of sweet caramel, and fresh and fruity blackberry and mandarin orange. It’s further enhanced with the warm and woodsy base notes of the woody and softly sweet sandalwood, a soft and powdery musk, and just a delicate touch of the warm and subtly spicy patchouli. I’m kind of hesitant when it comes to patchouli, so if it’s too intense then it’s not for me. The patchouli isn’t too intense in this, but it’s just the right amount to really enhance the beauty of the woodsy smell! It’s also got this freshness to it, but not aquatic, more like fresh, crisp, clean, country air... thanks to the freesia and magnolia. It’s a very beautiful, unique, romantic, classy, effortlessly chic, and elegant woody floral fragrance! Love is such a perfectly romantic and lovely woody floral scent! The feeling it gives me is of being in love! Of being with that special person on one of those wooden swings with flowers wrapped around it! It would be in a field full of wildflowers in fresh country air on the edge of an enchanting forest with moss and flowers growing all throughout it! Since I’m not typically too often super drawn to floral fragrances, here are some of the others that I love: Coach Legacy, Coach Poppy Wild Flower, Coach Poppy Blossom, Flowerbomb, Flowerbomb Ruby Orchid, Flowerbomb Nectar, Floerbomb Tiger Lily, Chloe Love Story, Chloe, and JPG Classique, JPG Classique X, JPG La Belle Flower Edition, Classique Pin Up, GdT Celeste, D&G The One, The One Desire, The Only One Intense, Pour Femme Intense, Kilian Sunkissed Goddess I’ve been wearing this ever since it was first released in 2012 and don’t ever want to run out! It has great performance too! The longevity is excellent on me... I can still smell it on me the next morning! The projection is really nice too... probably 2-3 feet! I wear it the most during the spring, summer, and fall. Coach, please bring this original Coach Love back!

The first time I sprayed this, I felt overwhelmed by powder. However, after trying a few more times, I am hooked. The berries, magnolia, caramel, and musk all do a delightful little dance on my skin once the fragrance has settled in. Good sillage the first couple of hours, fades significantly after about 4 hours. I find myself respraying to bring back the tart-sweet powdery caramel zen that is Coach Love. Not normally a powder fan, but to me, this is powder done right. I will purchase a full size bottle. This is one I want to keep in rotation. Feminine and classy.

I just got this off someone on Ebay. Brand new and still sealed. It smells amazing. It's the perfect fruitchouli scent. I can definitely smell the blackberry and the sweet white florals. So good. The vanilla at the end it just the right amount as I am not a fan of the smell of vanilla. The muskiness isn't as prominent as I had hoped just based on the reviews I thought it was going to be really strong. It reminds me alot of Tori Burch Love Relentlessly. I think it's stronger though. I hope the new love scent resembles this one.

The first spray is the opening of white floral, after a while of wearing it begins to smell spicey, and something close to Coco Madame Moiselle (On my skin) the dry down is more floral. Strangely enough, being a Chanel girl, like more of the classic Chanel No. 5 and Chanel No. 22 I love this. It has good lasting power and has a unique smell on my skin. The silage is noticeable, but not enough to create a barrier between you and other people. I'm glad I purchased this.

The Short: I love this scent. The Long: Woodsy white flower sweetened scent. It does not attack people around you and the visit is about 2-4 hours on my skin. The bright berry and orange intro is short but, uplifting. The white flowers move in and take a seat on the woodsy bench. I picture a fluffy white bunny nearby. I love the depth of the gardenia/jasmine white flowers and the sandalwood/musky scent. I don't get patchouli, it is faint if it all.

It just arrived at work today and when I smelt it I loved it! But it's so different from the others that I can see some Coach fans not enjoying it. I don't really like the other ones. I can't judge too much because I only sprayed a blotter card BUT I really want a bottle just not at full price. It reminds me a wee bit of Fame by Lady Gaga and it's not worth $72 for a larger bottle. eBay here I come! Even so, I would recommend it.

Love Coach is a playful beauty, an expert blend of white florals with a shy violet peeping out to whisper her name. Spring is here! Love Coach wants to romp in the fields, shrugging off our endless winter. Do you know the feeling you get when you spy the first shoots peeping through the snow, and you invariably smile? The essence of Love Coach captures that feeling. Although not listed, there is a hint of neroli.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this perfume by coach! I've not tried any others by coach. I'm having a hard time finding it anywhere now :( If anyone has it and don't like it please get in touch with me because I adore it and I get so many compliments when I wear it! Everyone has different body chemistry so its not gonna smell the same for everyone. I just wish Coach would bring it back!!!

This perfume is something a little more soft, yet sophisticated, compared to other coach perfumes. It has the scent of a "womanly" powder to it, yet it still includes some delicious caramel undertones that sweeten it up to a more lively and youthful scent. It seems to be what a 18-25 year old would be wearing. Love at first sniff for me.

This is actually the only Coach perfume that I like. Must be the patchouli/woody vibe. Typically Coach perfumes are too floral/fruity for me but this is just awesome stuff. It has a sort of Flowerbomb type smell to it. Not an exact replica but similar in a way. I think it is a perfect Spring/Summer perfume.

I really like the smell of this perfume... however my husband not so much. I think it would make a wonderful office perfume as it's light and nonoffensive. I'm not really into the candy/ gourmand notes in most perfumes, but I must say that the floral and carmel smell come through perfectly in this one!

You must like musk and sandalwood to like this scent. I find it to be a lovely perfume, long lasting, strong sillage and sexy for everyday use! I've gotten compliments while wearing this scent!

I don't know why this is so poorly rated, it is very nice! Fresh, clean, and very feminine; I love it!

Really the best of the Coach brand, since most of their offerings are generic white flower variations that leave me somewhat uninspired. The Mister loves musky/patchouli/woodsy scents that are still feminine on me and this fills the bill nicely. Perhaps not a to-die-for scent, but a solid go-to for me. The slight caramel adds the tiniest hint of sweetness, but doesn't push this even close to a gourmand-type scent (most of which I abhor). Interesting to see the comparisons to Lady Gaga Fame and Flowerbomb, both of which I detest, lol. That's the beauty of the olfactory world however. Scent is very very personal, and no two noses perceive alike.

I received this in the mail today and I must say that it is quite different than I had imagined. I do like it, but I don't love it. The packaging is cute, but I much prefer the Coach Poppy and the Poppy Blossom over this one. The initial notes are rather sharp, but the midnotes so far seem to be a bit more powdery. I can see the resemblance to Flowerbomb, but I like Flowerbomb better.

I've just sniffed and gone to heaven. This is truly lovely. Full of florals and woods, it's soft, spicy, powdery, with a cool green undertone and the tiniest touch of patchouli. Quite linear, but beautiful. Love at first sniff for me.

This is such a beautiful, sexy and warm fragrance. Coach Love opens with light white florals and dries down to a soft, caramel-swirl of sandalwood/patchouli/musk. I want this so badly! Such a beautiful perfume.

This one is ok. I kept the bottle that I purchased off eBay, but I'm not particularly fond of it. I'd be interested in trying the Love Blush version though.

I expected this to be a lighter floral and was pleasantly surprised by its warmth. Very nice fall fragrance. Tame, but nice.

I just won the bid for this on eBay so I will review when it comes in the mail.Looking forward to it!

This is a good scent but honestly it's a little boring.

A beautiful woody scent, almost bordering on a chypre type. A bit floral. A bit fruity. Mostly woods. It’s a tad too woody for me, though I recommend woods lovers try this. Classy.

I sampled this and it's so not for me and I'm very disappointed with this one. I mostly got a bland floral-woodsy mess and I couldn't decipher what I was smelling. I thought the lasting power was poor and to me, sillage was nil. I like most of Coach's frags, even though I don't own any, but this one is a definite no-go for me. There's nothing to "Love" about this one. Sorry!

I got this as a Valentine's day gift in 2013 and unfortunately it doesn't smell good to me. It's a floral scent but it kinda smells like leather and flowers combined. It smells like an old lady type of fragrance. I tried it twice but I just couldn't deal with it. I Gave it to my mother who still hasn't used it yet.

I wanted to like it so bad, as I generally love the Coach brand as well as previous scents but this one triggered an almost instant headache and the reason is the overwhelming Violet. I mean, this is a Violet bomb, at least to me, and it, unfortunately, goes straight into my headache central. :(

I've had this for a while, received it as a gift. I've never bothered with it until last night. Hate this stuff. Smells like..... syrupy powder? Ack. After a couple of hours I couldn't take it anymore. Found a bathroom and washed it off. Pitched the bottle this morning.

I was with the girls at dillards and my friend sprayed this on and I thought my god who sprayed fahrenheit by dior, So I walked by her and smelt her and asked what she was wearing she told me coach love. No doubt about it this is the female version of that scent. yucko

I dislike this perfume, because of the patchouli. I like the other notes. If you don't like patchouli than this is not the perfume for you. In my opinion the patchouli is strong. If anyone wants this I'm willing to swap, or sell this to you.

At first, I really liked this scent. After a while, it got really boring. To the point where I just couldn't take it anymore. Your typical big floral scent. Lots of white floral. Nothing groundbreaking. I will not re-purchase.

I enjoy other coach fragrances (they are listed on my profile) but not this. The patchouli/wood doesn't mix well with the other notes. I keep detecting an almost medicinal or minty base with this one.

I got a pretty good size bottle (30 ml) on sale at Ultra for $25 during Valentine's. I actually like it. It's soft and has great longevity. Great for the office.

WARNING: NEGATIVE REVIEW! Sorry but this smells like leather and powder mixed with some morning breath. The musk is too prominent and the caramel smells rancid.

I liked it at first and now I think it just smells cheap and super synthetic. I would throw it away, but my husband bought it for me.

Smells just like Britney Spears "Curious"....but more try hard....very plain IMO.

I think this perfume is for women 40+

At first, I was surprised by all the dislikes on this fragrance. After giving it some thought, I see why. The dislikes are from Coach fans who love their other fragrances. This fragrance is a departure from those fragrances and I suppose was designed to appeal to the tastes of other women. So, if you love their other fragrances, you might be disappointed by this. On the other hand, if you don't care for their other fragrances, this is one to definitely try as it might appeal to your tastes. I didn't like the other fragrances at all, but I always like to try new fragrances to see if there might be one that works for me. Like Radchick said, "I've just sniffed and gone to heaven." It starts fresh with Freesia sweetened by manderin and blackberry. This actually keeps its fruitiness throughout. The floral comes in and to me, the gardenia and jasmine are not indolic in the least. Magnolia is another floral that keeps this from going into the tooth-ache category when the base notes come in. Patchouli is there but is not a patchouli bomb. It's soft. Musk, caramel, vanilla, and sensual sandalwood lingers for hours. It's sweet but not sickeningly sweet because its been balanced out by the other notes. I would say best worn in fall or winter because that caramel will feel like a melted candy bar in hot summer. The dry-down of this is similar to the dry-down of 212 VIP Rosé that is best worn in spring and summer. For Coach lovers, just because you may not like this fragrance doesn't mean Coach sold out on you. They just wanted to create a wider range of fragrances so more women could have something that they could enjoy. I say, "Thank you, Coach for thinking of someone like me when creating this fragrance!"

This soft, youthful, powdery green floral has average longevity and very good sillage. Apply sparingly. Coach Love is a pastel rendition of a greenhouse created by a young girl who has only been given three colors to use: spring green, ivory, and light pink. Coach Love is also like seeing a naturally platinum blonde woman, while trying to pay attention to an intense painting at the Museum of Modern Art. The painting is what you came to see, but it's not going anywhere, and once you're staring at the blonde instead, you definitely aren't thinking it might be love at first sight, but there is something so simple and superficially effortless about her beauty, next to the painting. In all of her formulaic, indisputable allure, Coach Love succeeds as a refreshingly sweet and up-beat reprieve(mmmaldehydes...), from the other blood sweat and tears beauty: the one you came for, the one you return to after the blonde departs, and the one you will ultimately carry home in your heart.

This scent is quite polarizing I see. Some here said they just sniffed and went heaven while others said, "No, indeed not!" This scent for me I noticed is dependent on the bath products I used. With the bath products that have vanilla, this goes well with them. The other bath products I have, Dove Deep Moisture for example, it clashes horribly with this scent. When it works, this is slightly sweet, light powdery vanilla caramel scent in the dry down with blackberry in the background and patchouli, magnolia, and freesia peeking in and out. I don't get the jasmine or gardenia for matter. At times, I swear I can smell leather???? Maybe I'm crazy! lol When it doesn't work, it's a foul bunch of disconnected notes clashing against each other that really sends you scrubbing this off because you just can't stand it. I wholeheartedly advise to try several times before you buy. Not a safe blind buy at all.

I'm having a love/hate relationship with this perfume. I find Patchouli and gardenia overwhelming even in small amounts and the initial spray and top notes are all headache inducing patchouli, gardenia and magnolia to me. It gets a little better once it dries down a little and more of the jasmine starts to come out and when the base notes of caramel and sandalwood come out, it's absolutely delightful, but they keep getting overwhelmed by little puffs of gardenia. Back and forth it goes - I can't get enough of the base notes, but the gardenia/magnolia put me off. I barely sprayed a tiny bit onto my arm and it's staying with me like a co-dependent lover. You gardenia lovers out there will adore this. Sadly I will miss that creamy caramel/sandalwood base, but I will have to pass it off to someone else.

I have a carded sample of this, and have given it a couple of tries but consistently find it leaves me disapointed. I often find white florals to go all dry and astringent on my skin; and I find patchouli can smell musty and dry. The combination of the two for me is a musty, uptight, dry and astringent white floral, desiccated and a bit powdery. Usually, jasmine is a rather sensual floral and I expected a bit of juiciness and depth, with the magnolia, blackberry and mandarin, but not so. After the initial several minutes, my skin (which has been quite dry) is trying to warm this up; I think that maybe on warm, moist skin this would be much richer. As it is, it stays rather papery and pale.

Clearly opinions vary on this one-I got a sample and after wearing this for a day, I can safely say that I can't really call this "gormand" fragrance. Its mostly floral to my nose and I get distinctly green floral notes, especially in the beginning and even a bit of gardenia(but only a bit). I can't smell patchouili even a tinsiest bit, nor or sandalwood. There is a little bit caramel, vanilla and musk, sort of mild sweetness on the drydown. And that's it. Its also very faint-I sprayed several generous sprays on myself and I could barely smell it. I had the same experience with other Coaches scents as well Smells nice enough but not very unique. Reminded me of VS fragrances

Coach Love doesn't move me. None of the notes seem to work with each other, and because of that tension I really notice how synthetic the fragrance is. Fresh freesia, zippy patchouli, generic "sweet" notes and a hint of leather stand out on my skin, and after an hour, a veil of powder appears in Coach Love. The softness in the drydown results, oddly, in an enhancement of the composition's blocky note structure and apparent low quality. The mish-mashed initial standout notes never really blend and blur together. Dear Coach, Stop sullying your brand name with these fragrances and focus on making your bags high-quality again.

VERY WOODSY SCENT!!!! This is not a light hearted perfume by any stretch of the imagination. You would think "Love" being fresh flowers, light and airy but not with this perfume. Light and airy is everything this perfume is NOT. Very deep woodsy scent is all I can think of. I really like the perfume but its never going to be a Signature Scent for me but I do like it. To me this ALMOST boarders on Tom Fords Black Orchid to me. BTW: THIS SCENT DOES NOT LAST FOR MORE THAN ONE HOUR. TOTALLY WATERED DOWN.

Love to me is a straight oriental, lots of patchouli, I can't really detect another notes, so will wait and see. My skin does amplify patchouli, so on me this might just stay pretty linear. I hope not, it is getting more dewy now, definitely a departure from the floral scents that Coach usually creates. I would think that one is more for lovers of oriental scents. So far. Flowerbomb is sweeter and not as heady in my views. Update: just not working for me.

Coach Love smells so much like Armani Idole and it's even stronger and longer lasting. Patchouli here is the strongest note mixed with blackberry it gives a deep fruity scent with great sillage. It will form a cloud of perfume around and follow you all day long. I hang my jacket in my bedroom and the smell filled the air for days!! I was so impressed by the longevity but got tired of the smell quickly. I wish it was more interesting and not so cold.

At first I really didn't like this. I also couldn't discern what exactly I was smelling. Now as it dries down, it is clearly a soft, crisp, gentle floral. I smell a rosy lilac violet essense. I do also get a bit of softness from the musk note and the faintest soapy salty caramel (like the caramel in Prada Candy). It is floral green but soft and musky. I do agree that the scent still feels a bit jumbled and unoriginal.

The advertising slogan used to promote this is, "a new fragrance" but there is nothing new about it. "Coach Love" smells like almost every other new perfume launched in the last ten years: sort of white, vaugely peony/lily, a big dash of Sweet Tarts candy. If you like that kind of scent "Love" is yours. Otherwise, skip it. Bottle is pretty and the taupe color of the perfume is really unusual and sophisticated.

I get no caramels or patchouli all I smell is sharp freesia. This smell disappears from my skin in record time. I feel like its generic nothing complicated or special about it. I just wear it to work because I am so busy doing other things I don’t have time to reflect on the scent.
