B Minor

I normally prefer scents that lean more towards the feminine, white floral, green rose or tea territories. Yet, I capital letters adore this fragrance. It is one of the most well rounded fragrances I have ever owned; it's complex in a very simplistic way, if that makes sense. It smells expensive and it makes me feel strong and empowered. To me, this is a unisex fragrance bordering on more male. Yet, I feel very feminine wearing it. I like to put it on when I have an important meeting or a presentation, or if I want to feel at my most put together. Pairing this with a freshly ironed dressed and sneakers is my power suit. :) PS: it might sound like it's a feminine scent but I think it would smell just as lovely on a man.

to keep it short, its pretty much Pure Shot by Thierry Mugler, but with a really nice citrus, gin opening. Otherwise you get that same patchouli backbone, with the toned down darker elements, just like in the A Men flanker.

The initial blast was strange - not like gin fizz, but a sour discordant note which fortunately did not last very long. The scent then developed into a phase reminiscent of Tom Ford Oud Wood - refined but less complete. It quickly dries down to a skin scent, which is warm and comfy (possibly the amber). Not a bad scent and perhaps best of the bunch I tried at Orchard Central in Singapore, but definitely not good enough to justify it's asking price. Would rather stick with the polished Oud Wood at that price point.
