Comme des Garcons Happy Pillow

CDG 2 in special limited edition packaging - a fun pillowy bag that holds the usual style of Comme pebble bottle. Feels like a heavy scent, done lightly as with a light touch magic wand. Intoxicatingly spicy, warm scent with reasonable early projection and lovely slightly raised scentshield close to the skin for 5 to 6 hours. You could imagine wearing this to bed and feeling like you had been wrapped in the most cosseting, cuddle up, duvet imaginable whilst the smell of a spice market drifts ethereally past your open window. On skin it smells to me - perhaps strangely - quite a lot like a lighter, non smoky, kinda similar version of Le Labo Patchouli, without the overt sexiness of that fabulous smell. Beautiful, wearable anywhere, night or day and most weathers. A winner.

This is one of my favorite fragrances- beautiful smell! it has deep undertone, but it lifted and rounded with magnolia. All notes are in perfect harmony with each other. I can't get enough of it. I wear it all year long and I don't find it heavy at all.

Wow - Wow Again totally weird - I scored a sealed bottle and it just arrived. I'm a big CDG fan. Man 2, Blackpepper, Blue Santal and Amazingreen are on rotation. AT first I thought something was wrong because I can not to my nose smell on the dry down much of what is on the pyramid and in the descriptions and then reading these reviews I realise its OK - the pyramid is not representative of what you SIMPLY smell, other than magnolia. It blends together to basically make it smell like a Musk Candy Stick - full stop. Its a quality product as usual and still smells strong (even though it is not an overpowering type of smell) 8 hours later. Sadly not for me and like Floriental (again quality but closer to its description) is going to be a gift. I'm still confused as to the pyramid description - I get some of the notes but only quite frankly if you over analyse - what people will smell is Musk Stick candy with a touch of wood. In summary: * Male or female (erring possibly in favour for women) * Quality, good silage, great longevity * Beware of the note description

I was lucky enough to find a generous soul who very kindly gave me a sample of this wonderful scent!!! I put it on this morning and was instantly in love! The only note that I was aware of smelling was magnolia, and it was glorious!!! I didn't find this too strong at all! But, unfortunately, it only lasted a short time, around an hour or so. It isn't all gone yet, but it has faded to almost nothing. I have to really push my nose to my wrist to get anything now. What a shame that such a gorgeous perfume lasts such a short time!!!! I doubt that I will ever see a fb on Ebay anyway . . .

This is such a strong but unique fragrance. Very spicy and only to be used lightly. Lovely for the winter months.
