This fragrance is like a khaki green-pure cashmere jacket over a sober all-black business outfit. It is a fresh but sober perfume, cold but very refined, is a perfect perfume for a normal working day, it does not have the unpolished that we usually find in unisex or masculine perfumes on the contrary a very well mixed perfume.That basil with jasmine ... wow A sophisticated aura, but combative and at the same time something spiritual-wise, it is the kind of perfume that Joan d'Arc would have worn when she would went with a message deputation to the Vatican. Very interesting smell, it is quite linear but in the end I can say that a menthol wood feels very strong. This perfume has a uniqueness that charms me, I never smell something similar. I know this is a house that focuses on perfume, but would also have preferred a more chic bottle, nothing necessarily fancy even a simple but better outlined one. If my comment help you and you like it I am very happy, don't bother to vote because some hyenas will come after you and vote it negatively because I "dared" to comment some Guerlain creations and the Communist fan community from Fragrantica want my head 🥱. But if I helped you understand the essence of this perfume, that's all that matters. #VotemeCommunistsvote, pretty ironically 😂

All these fresh wonderful and beautiful things in one fragrance. The opening IS a Mojito the greenest freshest leafy mint note and accurate lime citrus I've smelled. It also goes a little figgy for a second then the juniper freshness, settling to a straighter more herby vibe...which to me is tea. The heart of this fragrance smells like black tea, elemi with clean earthy vetiver and prehaps some cedar. I love it! I think sometimes they get the names of fragrances muddled because yet again Comme des Garsons have made a scent which truly is Amazingly green. Oh well I suppose this is called 'Green' to be fair. The drydown is different again it's oddly sweet the elemi possibly coming out again? It has this meditative incense kinda thing of CDG and a little of the Amazinggreen about it too. Major let down is the longevity...few hours at best and despite good initial projection it fades quickly. Can't fault the smell though it's excellent, sparkling and refreshing juice with a touch of earthy edge to it.

Turns out I love smelling like a (and I’ll echo this from the review below me) “squeaky-clean” mojito. I don’t think there’s anything too deep to dive into about this scent, and I count that as a major positive. It’s straightforward, super fresh, mojito-like, with the classic digital CdG wood gently underneath. A couple sprays before leaving. Driving into work this morning, before the sun has barely risen, glistening raindrops on everything from last night’s storm, which is now rolling off into the distance revealing a velvety deep and clear sky, long rows of pines shimmering in the streetlights as I roll by, “Handsome” by James Ferraro playing quietly... I felt the moment reflected the scent. I’m in love, and, as a regular incense wearer, it was the only fragrance I’ve tried that my wife has actually likes lol.

This is the first CDG scent I've truly fallen for. I gave a bunch of different "greens" a shot in hopes of finding something light and summery. This does it for me and will be my go-to this summer. I don't get basil, lime, or mint directly, but I do get a flash of fresh green upon my first spray. It lies fairly juniper heavy at first and reminds me of a gin & tonic without being too booze forward. Throughout the day it mellows into the lime a little but gets a sweet and soft little kick with the jasmine and musk. It doesn't stick around too long, but after some reapplication, it has a little staying power. It is an EDT and for that, I think it's worth the cost compared to pricier houses. I've had a few EDCs that fall off in less time. It's a bright and snappy scent - I love it!

Simple basil, mint and lime plucked straight from the garden, with the added bonus of a cuddly, soapy green dry down. The equivalent to feeling extremely thirsty on a hot summers day, and drinking from a tall glass of cold water. Or, in the spirit of transforming into a plant, the equivalent to photosynthesizing under the summer sun, passively welcoming the oscillating showers of H2O from the local sprinkler. Sometimes simple is all you crave, simple is all you need.

I’ve said this about a few perfumes but this is point blank the most complimented perfume I’ve owned. From coworkers , patients and random people, it is a crowd pleasure. May have just lucked out and this works well with my chemistry, but it’s great. The fresh and lively “green” is soothing. Though, not really “green” in the synthetic way we know but rather in the thirst quenching way mint and basil do.

really nice minty lime opening that dries down to a relaxed, cheerful mojito on the lawn. fades to a citrusy wood that is pleasant but kinda boring, and fades very quickly. maybe over-spraying could remedy this? idk... I'm torn because I REALLY like the way this smells, and am INCREDIBLY picky about my fresh green scents, but the longevity is tragic.

Casual freshy mint lime... thing... When I first smelled this I got NO mint. All the background notes took over and the citrus came off as a lemon! Now that I had more time to process, I DO find a mint, but it blends into the backing too much to pick out. It's a simple gum mint. The lime here smells quite nice too! It's reminiscent of how sticky hands smell after one squeezes lemons. I can't find basil or anything else in the backing. It all mashes together into something bordering between designer perfume and some house cleaning product. This is a very nice casual spring/summer that you're not meant to dig into too much. When you just catch random whiffs of this, it smells pleasant and fresh with a slight sharpness from the Lime, so for that I think it does its job very well! Though go a little deeper and it starts to delve into detergent territory.

I love a mint fragrance and this is a beautiful one. The mint is so fresh, and is set off by the slight spiciness of juniper and basil and the tanginess of lime to give a very refreshing summery perfume. I have ELDO You or Someone like You and I find that mint much stronger, it’s a Shiso and the mint in Green to me is smoother. It’s a bit gentler and less pungent. This is completely non-offensive, light, refreshing and unisex. It’s perfect for things like a summer bbq when you are going to be around a lot of people and food aroma and you just want to smell clean, fresh, and pleasant, but still wear a fragrance. It doesn’t last long, maybe 4 hours, and the sillage is fairly close to body.

CDG fragrances are often quite abstract smelling, or to some people "artificial" smelling. This one is not. It opens with a very realistic scent of mint and basil with a slight peppery undertone that may be coming from the juniper notes. This is very fresh and unique, but it also smells a bit like you've just sprayed salad dressing on yourself. It fades fairly quickly into a dry down of vetiver and ambrette that to me smells like a fancy soap.

Very fresh opening with mint & lime combo, that quickly becomes milder and sweeter and dries down to citrusy woods. A simple, a bit boring and predictable, but pleasant and wearable spring/summer fragrance. If it would perform at least a bit better, I would get a full bottle. Unfortunately, this beauty lasts under an hour.

Just a normal green fresh fragrance, it's nice but smells outdated. But i personally like it, it is a very safe scent and smells comforting. Way too overpriced just like other CDG fragrances and the worst part is horrible longevity.

Contrary to how others have rated it, I say this works best on a dry winter morning. It perfectly captures snapped dewy twigs. However short-lived, this is a good buy. I wish there was an EDP formulation.

Fresh, minty, a little fruity, and a little cheap smelling, but kind of in a charming way. A very youthful fragrance.

90% Xerjoff Torino21 + 10% Nishane Wulong Cha with mediocre projection and longevity. Still a great scent though.

This instantly made me want a mojito.. so delicious. I just wish it projected a little more, it's pretty weak.
