Vanille Extreme Eau de Parfum

OMG I love this EDP version ! I disagree that it's weaker than the edT. This is not as milky but definitely as sugary and powdery as the edT Extreme. Sillage is just as good and so are the compliments that I receive from people when I wear this. Longevity is 12 hours on my skin. Sadly this is discontinued but I got a full bottle from ebay for cheap price so I'm lucky. Vanille Extreme eau de Parfum is pretty linear but much better scent to layer with other perfumes than the edT since this has less notes. But I don't believe this is just musk and vanilla. There is sugar and maybe a hint of milk or cotton candy in this. And I sense the heliotrope as well. But mainly this is pure vanilla. And one thing I haven't seen listed anywhere is ocean(marine)note. I smell some of the same aquatic stuff that Aqua Motu has in this. I'm sure there's some hidden marine note in this ..sand, salty seawater, ocean air or something!

i found it to be very soft and feminine on my skin. not overpowering at all and it smells yummy! definatly foody vanilla smelling. highly recommend if you love vanilla as i but dont want to be overpotent to others around you.

Your standard, sweet, soapy, cupcakey vanilla. That would be all very well and good if it weren't for the Play-Doh note thrown in for extra fun. It is quite sweet and synthetic, although not as offensively so as it could be. If this is what you want in a vanilla, you won't be disappointed. I do think the price is a bit high for the quality.

Sweet milky vanilla cream cake. This is the base of all the CSP vanille fragrances and most of them dry down to a variation of this. Yum.

Vanilla. Sugary vanilla. That's it. That's the scent. Very strong. Last forever. I wouldn't say its a cake or cookie or anything except exactly what it claims to be - vanilla. This is far too simple for me, but if you dream of vanilla, this is it.

Rather like a cake from a sad bakery, this frag really needs more than one or two ingredients to make it into something delicious. For those who bake this would be my analogy - like making a cake with shortening, no salt, non fat milk and battery hen eggs. Yes, the vanilla is in there but it is very lonely. Needs the equivalent of free range organic eggs, proper butter and a pinch of salt to save this recipe.

I expected to love this, with the hint of caramel in the vanilla and musk. Maybe it works better in the summer, but for now the hint of caramel smells more like urine or cleavage sweat. Not horrible, but not pleasant.

This smells a lot like playdoh to me which is disappointing.

Finally tried a Sephora sample of this one a few days ago...Sweet, warming, familiar and comforting. Smells like fresh baked, made from scratch angel food cake in grandma’s kitchen. Like a smooth warm hug. Slightly boring on it’s own - tried again tonight layered over Watkins lemon body cream the result is more lasting power, three hours and counting!

I found it to be quite bitter in the opening, maybe due to marine notes listed. And I can swear I smell honey or/and sugar in it..Apart from that it is extreme vanilla sugar, very very sweet. The projection is a real monster, so maybe stick to one spray only, especially in warmer weather as it may overpower you (and those around you:)

Of all the doll head, playdoh fragrances this is the mother of them all. This is a soft warm simple heliotrope and vanilla. It’s very warm and cuddly and does smell like a vanilla cake fresh from the oven. Although I needed another vanilla fragrance like a hole in the head I really like the straightforward nature of this one.

I do not like this. I love vanilla scents too. This is just so boring. For the money, their are better Vanilla fragrances out there. It does have a bit of Play-Doh essence to it. Which I normally would like, but this is cheap synthetic smelling from first spray to hours later. One word for this "boring".

This is WONDERFUL. Love it. One of my top favorite vanilla type scents. Why is it hard to find to buy? I seem to be only able to get it online. This is very foodie - like (if you like vanilla type fragrances as much as I do, you will like this). Not offensive at all. Makes me hungry on occasion too.

This is my favorite fragrance! I wear all year round. It smells like like a rich,just pulled from the oven vanilla cake. I wish it would last longer. I find the vanille Abricot lasts longer for some reason.

To me this smells reminiscent of a strawberry short cake doll, or my little pony dolls. You know how the plastic had a sweet vanilla sent with a hint of strawberries. Except it is much more intensifyed.

I'm not getting foody like their Abricot and Coco. I get milk, cloves, floral musk, and chapstick. This is more like an old christmas candle, than vanilla to me. It's okay. But not what I expected.

Smells more like heliotrope to me than a real vanilla bean, but when I hear "vanilla extreme", I think deep, dark, pure vanilla. This is nice, but it's not that.

This smells like sugary, boozy vanilla cupcakes. It's synthetic in an edible but not natural way, like cupcakes from a box or frosting from a can.

Does it smell like - or even close to - VS Vanilla lace?
