Watermelon Shine

This is indeed unisex as the reviewer Jbar1 told me whose remarks convinced me to blind buy it, but the opening on me leans slightly masculine. To me it's the perfect coastal cowboy scent, refreshing yet rugged. The first 20 mins I'm not crazy about it on myself due to being slightly spicy from the moonshine and sassafras blend, reminiscent of a lighter patchouli earthy scent so it can make me nauseous a bit if I wear it in the morning. Some alcoholic notes in perfumes provide a balsamic spice that I don't like much at first, but it's not a bitter, burnt plastic balsamic effect as in scents like BBW Moonlit Martini with the gin accord or Dua AI Paradise Escape with the tequila/margarita notes. Its projection from start to finish makes men and women go crazy whenever I wear it, even my mom who rarely gets excited about perfumes. I was wondering why its projection even the first 30 mins makes people so drawn to it. I think its subtle earthy spice combined with the balsamic moonshine and the fresh aquatic and green notes create a unique sweet yet fresh scent. The balsamic spice must smell attractive in its projection, while it takes awhile for me to get used to it and I prefer it once it's slightly faded. I also prefer to wear it in the afternoon and evening. So after an hour on my skin it becomes the most divine, incredible skin scent, slightly high-pitched, not straight up sour, from the magnolia amplifying the freshness. It maintains its aquatic vibe, but with its green earthy side more developed at this later stage, from the leafy green and floral notes of the vine, honeysuckle, kudzu and magnolia. A unique, balsamic, aquatic yet earthy-green skin scent. I pair it with all my turquoise, white and earthy green Corral boots. Btw the sprayer smells amazing like the drydown. Also, Dua makes an affordable version of it, Shine of The Watermelon which I also bought out of curiosity, but DUA's caused me a terrible rash. I think the OG has more quality ingredients and I adore the bottle. EDIT - On my dad is smells even more amazing. He actually loved it so much that I gifted it to him and I'll have to use up the DUA one till I buy another.

I was skeptical about this fragrance from day one when I got it! I smelled in the air first time and wasn't really impressed....but as soon as I got it on skin I was like wowed!! It turned from this typical fruity smell to a masculine fruity master piece! I believe it is unisex.....but it just smelled so damn good once I got it on skin! 🙌🏼 I was sitting down in a chair and my mother in law could smell it across the room! Got a compliment at a local rack store as well.....the gentleman smelled it and wanted to know where he could go and buy it so I showed him the website of the company. It's one of my all time best blind buys to date! The proformance is awesome!! I personally get 7-9 hours of longevity....I'd say the first 4-5 hours are the best with projection. Roughly 6+ feet in the first 2- 2.5 hours. Only becomes a skin scent around hours 8-9. The sillage is amazing as well!! Walking past people you will be know! Great for going out and about as well as dinner dates. I strongly recommend getting a 10ml to test it out first! I believe it is a mass pleasing scent DNA. Definitely going to be using for special occasions and once empty going to restock ASAP!!

Watermelon Shine is definitely my favorite from the house. This is a beautiful boozy watermelon fragrance that’s perfectly unisex. The booze is unique and makes this a dense but airy watermelon with a touch of greenness from the kudzu and just a touch of sweetness from the honeysuckle and magnolia. You could wear this year round, but it shines in warm weather. Great longevity. My only complaint is I wish it had better projection but it’s still not bad. 9 out of 10 fragrance. This is an absolute workhorse. Easy signature scent worthy. It is a boozy watermelon all the way through. I’ve received many compliments from both genders on this one. This past week a Server at a restaurant made me write down on a napkin what i was wearing. This is blind buy worthy. 9/10 go get it.

This is a must have fragrance and the best of 2024. Watermelon moonshine. Watermelon and corn mash over a summer herbal background. My most complimented fragrance in years. Sillage is moderately strong and lasts 12+ hours. Excellent value.

Greatest watermelon ever, a real wow and at an amazing price for the quality and performance

Fantastic fragrance for the hot summer days, a realistic smell of watermelon moonshine. My only gripe is that it’s kind of cheap and synthetic smelling but it’s the price to pay for it’s beastly performance. The presentation and concept are great. Can’t go wrong with this one. Love it!

Never knew the terms masculine and watermelon would ever go together, but yet here we are. Still very unisex but I could recommend this to a man as an everyday signature type scent. This is BEAST MODE and will fill a room. Literally had everyone in my office intrigued. Very linear and doesn't evolve much, but doesn't need to. I get straight up juicy but candied watermelon and moonshine. Any other notes are supporting characters. One of the best fruity scents I have ever sniffed if I'm being completely honest. This is mesmerizing. Definitely a spring/summertime banger but I can see myself spraying this during the colder seasons for pure nostalgia. Date night (Or day) worthy and office friendly but spray moderately if you're planning to be indoors cause this baby performs. That's all folks.

FIYAH! I shared it with my drunk more aggressively skinned friend and he called it "N word juice!"This right here smells like watameloan Jolly Ranchers soaked in clear liquor mixed with a dry and soapy rose. Not complicated and unbelievable! Edit: I killed my aggressively skinned friend...this is my scent!

Review of DUA Dupe: Opens with fresh spicy accords and warm spicy accords. There really isn't a watermelon or fruit note, but there is something sweet. The sweetness lurks on the edges around the spicy accords. The fragrance feels really "thick" and has a buttery nuance.
