In my opinion it's a more aromatic version of Delina

First blast of sweet spicy fruity rose and almonds deepened by the warmth of musk and amber. There isn't any almond in the official notes but it's coming through fairly strong on my skin, overpowering the other fruity notes. After a couple minutes, the scent veers off into "nice handsoap in a fine restaurant" territory and even gets a little plastic-y and chemical. Should have stayed in that intriguing rose and almond opening. Unisex but leans feminine and best for cooler weather. 6+ hours later: The scent stayed on that soapy plastic rose scent, still going moderately strong even now.

Oh no. I had high hopes for this perfume as rose is currently my favorite floral note. However, this is the first fragrance I've sampled in a while that was an immediate scrubber. The first several minutes of wear are nauseatingly strong, eminating a overpowering floral alá 1990s bathroom potpourri. The "rose" is synthetic, sharp and almost bitter, like licking a bar of rose soap. About 15 minutes into wear, and the sharpness isn't quite as pungent, but the basic soapiness is still overpowering and a headache is imminent.

The Rosa Muscosa Centifolia, one of the protagonists of the Victorian Era, is characterized by the presence of "moss" that covers the stems and buds. It is vigorous, with a pungent aroma. This fragrance has it as main character, accompanied by the softness of violet and geranium, with the patchouli that makes it even more incisive. It reminds me of my beloved Portrait of a Lady, which I still prefer, however. Elegant and spring-like. “The Rose in the Bottle” painted by De Pisis.
